I have been bringing my car here since 2014. The customer service in the service department has completely deteriorated!!! In the last 2 years, I have come for a simple oil change and have left with things broken that were perfectly fine. I came in for an oil change today and they left my driver side window open. As I was driving out, I attempted to put that window back up and it was completely off track... my window was fine before I brought my car. I drove back around to the the entrance and the advisor Jorge says that since my car has more than. 82thousand miles, that it happened. What kind of response is that?!! They put the window down and I'm sure that they noticed the window leaning when they went to put it back up. They gave me my car like that anyway. Horrible!!!

My car broke down at night and got road side service. Left my car at the dealer and they fixed it first time in the morning. I was able to pick up my car and go to work. I'm very happy with their service

At Autonation Nissan Miami, the people who worked their are very friendly and formal. They were not pushy and honest about what car choice they had. I'll definitely will go back there and recommend it to many people to go there as well. It was surely a blessing from God indeed. 🤩✝️🙏💖🕊

I am in the process of trying to buy a car from Auto Nation of Miami. I live in Dallas and needed someone to walk me through the process. The sales manager, Fernando Contreras, does not respond to my emails. I have not yet received an accurate quote, after asking for one multiple times. They have the sales tax percentage wrong, and they keep increasing the price with "fees" that were not included. They advised me the price included shipping, then told me later the price didn't include shipping. Then they tried to add the shipping on to the cost of the car, which means they would collect an additional 6.25% in taxes. The shipping quote already included taxes. The dealership is very shady, but I am smart and I know double check all the math. The finance department here is shady and will take advantage of people who are not financially savvy. I have tried to call multiple times, but they can only talk on the phone when it is convenient for them. I work all day, every day and when I make time for a phone call nobody is available. I finally got some one on the phone and all they did was talk over me and not listen. I really wanted to buy the car, but they can't even send me the purchase agreement with the correct numbers. I am loosing confidence that this dealership can successfully complete the transaction. My last phone call the guy just talked over me and didn't even listen. The price increased by $3,161.38 over the advertised price. The photo on the left is the advertised price, and the photo on the right is their actual price. I'm not buying the car due to #DeceptiveTradePractice.
