Said they would match a price at another dealership and get us to the desired monthly payment. Came back with an offer for $2000 more than the price at the other dealership but the right monthly payment. When we questioned the difference in price Howie became defensive and was rude to our friend who was with us saying "are you co-signing?" And "you're trying to mess you friend up from getting a good deal". So he felt it was OK to charge 2K more when he said they would match the price, because he knew how much we were willing to pay. He also refused to bring out the sales manager or a finance manager when we were done talking to him for being rude and condescending.

I bought a Nisan Finder from this dealer last August. The sale guy was really a very nice and helpful guy but when I sealed the deal, the finance manager spent almost an hour to convince buying some extra warranty and finally I agreed when he confirmed that I cancel within 30 days without any cancellation fee.Then the next day, I realized that I really don't need this warranty and I called to cancel and then the finance person y (A.J) told me he'll do it in two weeks from that date and I agreed.Two months later, I was surprised that the warranty has been partially cancelled and I got only $400 out of the $1500 !!!I kept calling and there was no response. I spent hours on the phone with Nissan finance and they came with an answer that they can't do anything about it!That is called rip off and stealing!! and it is a disgusting way to do business!!I have all the documents that show that I already cancelled and I know that I am liable for full refund.I'll definetley avoid dealing with this dealer!I'll extend my patience for a week and if I find there is no progress then I'll proceed the case with a lawyer!

Bought a used car from joe the fleet manager. Paid 2900 cash 24 hours later check engine light came on while trying to figure the cause of there 2 weeks after purchase driving to work gearbox warning light came on now transmission doesn't shift at all 5000 to put in new trans will never deal with this dealership again avoid them at all cost

Make sure that everything works before you drive off the lot. Car didn't have lug nut wrench or bar to lower tire. It had a jack but no means to use it.

I bought a used Titan here a few years ago. That experience was great. HOWEVER, I now live out of state and need to cancel the gap insurance and extended warranty as I have traded the truck on another vehicle. I have called and left messages for a month and no one will call me back. It's either they're in a meeting, or they aren't in yet, or something along those lines. I will keep calling every day until someone speaks to me. I advise caution on the other side of buying a vehicle here....

This is my 3rd visit to this dealership, first 2 visits were great but I was very disappointed this last visit. I have a factory CD player that over last few weeks has lost all memory and is major nuisance. Juan was very nice but after 3 hours looking at vehicle, he came back and told me there is nothing Nissan can do. I have factory warranty so I expected them to replace deck if couldn't pin point a problem. Don't understand how could of taken 3 hours for them to tell me sorry, can't help you. I purchased vehicle at other dealership but come here for service because closer to home. Juan is friendly but I will never come here again and will share my experience with others if they ask.

We went to Tempe Autoplex Nissan because we had previously bought a Tahoe from them in 2014. We liked the customer service they offered during that visit. However it was nothing compared to the awesome service we received from Jack Chammas. He went above and beyond for us from the minute we walked in the door. He asked us what we were looking for he was very knowledgeable of the cargo Nissan van we were looking for. He drove us around that lot making us feel like he knew us forever. My husband even asked him to take us back to the van to get pictures so he can show his boss. Jack said it's kinda warm outside ill go do it for you guys. It wasn't at all like he was trying too hard. It didn't feel fake or like he was doing it because it was his job. It felt like he was doing it because he genuinely wanted to help us. He made everything so easy. He let us know it would be a while while they serviced the vehicle. He stayed with us brought us drinks, offered us coffee and food. I know they all probably do that but it just felt different with Jack. It made him seem humble and very honest. Then we met Aj in financing who was also very good to us. The general manager who also introduced himself out of no where was very nice. He explained how we were getting a great deal and how just the day before they couldn't sell that van because a recalled part hadn't came in. And how we were so lucky! It really felt like a lucky day. It was also my birthday! They truly made waiting at the dealership for a few hours feel like a few minutes. I received a phone call within two hours telling me my oil change was finished that day. I was pleasantly surprised that the crew was expedient and my car got washed too.

I bought my car on apr. 19 2015 they charged me for a smog check and registration on may 27 when my temp. expired talked to the finance manager he sad he would look in to it on monday gave me an extention did not here from them againon june 25 I go back in talk to jim in finance the one who did my sale said it would get taken care of on monday I get a call on monday by jim and he tells me not only has it not been registered but it still needs to be smog checked so I figure the only way my car is getting registered is if I do it myself even though I payed them to do it.I then talk to a manager and she tells me if we smog the car today they pick up my plate and have at the dealer when I get off work.after work I go there and nobody knows what i'm talking about.so here I'am on june 28th with a car thats still not registered

I read in the manual what needed to be done. I made an appointment and read on the Nissan site the cost. When I arrived I was asked if I wanted,the basic 30,000 maintenance or the premium, I was not aware of,a premium service as it was not mentioned in the Nissan manual, that was disconcerting. I was,charged a few more dollars then what the local Nissan dealer quoted on their site when I made the appointment. The Tempe Autoplex seems to be trying to improve customer service and to hire new people. A couple of their service people left. I was glad to learn they are improving.

Howie was fine as a person but he was poorly trained. We said specifically what we wanted. Instead of pointing us to what we were interested in or just saying they didn't have it, he proceeded to bring out what he thought we needed. Wasn't even close to what we were looking for. Then when he did find a style we were looking for, it had a leaking head gasket. Really, you would have that on your lot? Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. My experience was awesome..... I shopped around, and even returned to them at the end of the day as I couldn't find a better deal - or better service. This is my 3rd vehicle from the same dealer for a reason. They even went above and beyond on the repair side. The truck was due to get tint after purchase, and they sent it in for two or small incidental repairs on their dime, and provided a rental for 3 days. We are totally impressed!

Found a cute car, Kia Soul. Decent price. When we showed up to the dealer, they actually had the online car in stock for the online price, which was awesome. (We are the kind of people that like to get straight to the point) So naturally, this started off as a pleasant experience.However, then Finance came along... Keep in mind we were pre-approved for a loan with a local credit union (interest rate was good). Sales and Finance promised everything would be fine, so they had us sign all the paperwork. Then, like all finance people do, the guy started trying to sell us Gap Insurance, for an extra $3k, Technically, it was $15/month more, but we were already over our budget, so we declined. He got upset, which is fine. He's Finance, I work in Finance, so I get it. Sorry, no extra commission here, guysWe went home, 4 days past, we heard nothing from anyone...the credit union nor AutoNation Tempe. I called AutoNation. They said the credit union didn't want to finance more than $10k. He gave us "other finance" options. (of course, it can't be that easy) We haggled to stay under $250/month, or no deal. Knowing the way Finance works, I called the credit Union. They said that AutoNation submitted a request for $16K! How did a car that's listed at $10k go to $16k? The Finance guy added Gap Insurance (which we had clearly DECLINED on the contract) He also added "Tint Insurance" (what is that?) Also, taxes, title and License...we should've paid it, but I was already annoyed. We did end up signing another agreement for under $250/month because my husband really liked the car, I also didn't want to start over again, with another dealer...for the same hassle...The interest rate was to put it lightly, crazy...but regardless...we have another car, our budget will be fine, No one will die here. It's just annoying that they promise you one thing, knowing that they can easily manipulate the situation ....Ugh, not buying another car from this place. Moving on with my life...Oh, almost forgot, it's also been a week and a half since we signed the new agreement, and "the new bank who took the loan" hasn't called. Worst case scenario, We're driving this car for free...until everyone gets their ducks in a row. Fun...fun... (sarcasm) If it doesn't work out, we're done here.

I've gone to AutoNation Nissan Tempe a few times for oil changes and an engine detailing. This last time I went and Brittan helped me. I was only planning on getting an oil change but he saw I was 7000 miles over due for my 30,000 mile service. At first I was upset because I just thought he was trying to upsell me and with the holidays I don't need any more expenses than necessary. I soon realized he was genuinely just making sure my XTerra was getting the service it needed. Since the service was going to take 2.5 hours, he drove me to a local restaurant. About 20 minutes later, he drove back to the restaurant and confirmed in person that my transmission fluids needed changed. He could have just called but he took the time to show up in person. Talk about next level service. I highly recommend these guys (Brittan and Scott) and AutoNation Nissan Tempe will continue to be my Nissan dealer of choice in AZ.

Stopped in to get check engine light checked. Told me 11 codes. Car not safe to drive. Said it would take 3 hrs to determine codes. Took it to different dealership. Advised 10/11 codes old and nothing major. Example tire pressure codes and battery code due to recently installed new battery. Only one real item to be addressed, found this out in five minutes and advised car safe to drive. Clint tried scare tactics that are unprofessional and the reason dealerships get a bad name.

It was a pleasure to price shop online with AutoNation and simply go in with a predetermined, under invoice, price. I truly enjoyed the haggle free process. AutoNation Nissan did not try to up sale me and agreed to the terms from the website. Unlike a competitor of theirs who held me "hostage" while they went back-n-forth on pricing for 4 hrs. My experience was the worst at AutoNation. Neither I nor any of the people I have told my story to will ever enter AutoNation Nissan again.First the salesman was a complete slimeball of a salesman, saying anything and everything that he could to sell me a car. Many of the things that he was claiming was not even scientifically accurate, such as, "Electric vehicles don't use more power to accelerate." Wrong.When the vehicle was transferred over to my possession, it was only charged a third of the way. I was sitting in that lobby for hours to purchase the vehicle. That would have been plenty of time to charge a vehicle to full on the level 3 charger at the dealership. Also, I am not familiar with Nissan's 127-point certified pre-owned inspection, but the front tires were so bald it couldn't even tell what the tread looked like once upon a time.I'm glad I was protected by Nissan's 3-day, 150 mile money back guarantee because the car that was sold to me did not charge at all. I have receipts from the Blink charging stations that I used for an hour and a half, and the car only barely charged <10%.Bringing the car back was a ridiculous hassle. I was approached by a whole team of salesmen when I got there to return the vehicle, but the staff disappeared after I handed back the keys to the return vehicle. No attempts were made to get me in another vehicle or to repair the vehicle I had already purchased - not a smart move when you have a serious buyer on premises.I resolved to only wait 30 minutes for assistance (which never came), so I went to the front desk to arrange for my trade-in to be returned to me. No one had even been instructed to retrieve my trade-in. The runner immediately went to get it while I waited outside, but he came back with the wrong car. As he went back to get the right one, I went inside to demand the refund of my down payment since no one had bothered to discuss that with me. Since I had only purchased the vehicle less than 24 hours prior, I had the receipt ready. The woman at the front desk rudely argued with me about which vehicle was mine. She shoved a piece of paper at me to return a SENTRA. I HAVE AN INFINITY i30t which I and another employee at the dealership had to explain to her. When she still insisted that I had the Sentra, I went to call the bogus "We Care" hotline posted in there. I left a voicemail with my contact information and was never contacted, leaving me to assume that the practices described above are their common practices for handling customers.Finally I was able to get my refund and drove away in my old car. I drove away from AutoNation Nissan and I will never, ever return to an experience like this.

I purchased my 2011 Nissan new from AutoNation Nissan Tempe. I have had no problems with it since my purchase. I have had all my regular services done there. Every experience has been excellent. I usually wait at the facility for oil changes. Only takes about 30 minutes and includes a car wash. The waiting room is large, always has a very good selection of snacks and coffee. In my 50 years of owning cars, this AutoNation Nissan service treatment is the best that I have ever experienced.

Jack was the sales person that approached me when I drove up. I'm thinking it's going to be the normal routine of being pushed in a vehicle that I don't want and that is too expensive for me. It was completely the opposite!!! I went in asking for used cars, gave jack my price range, he told me that he can show me the cars I wanted to see but also told me about the promotion they were having and he could get me into a new vehicle for the same price. I thought it was his way of trying to get me into a more expensive veh but he compared the two and showed me what I would be paying for both. They came out to around the same price. I decided to try out the 2015 Nissan Altima. Before we got into the vehicle jack explained all the components of the vehicle from front to back inside and out. As we were driving he was explaining all of the functions of the car and how they work. I loved the way when we were done driving he did not push for me to get into the vehicle. He offered to show me more cars but I already fell in love with this one. At previous dealerships they tried to push my girlfriend to co-sign for me over and over they would push. I told jack I was the only one on the loan and he left it at that and now I have a brand new 2015 Nissan Altima with 5 miles on it !!!!!!! THANKS AGAIN JACK FOR EVERYTHING

After a drive and looking over the car for any dents and other problems. The car was in excellent condition. I got a fair deal and was very satisfied with the whole buying expericence at Auto Nation.

After two horrendous buying experiences at Peoria Nissan, I arrived to AutoNation Nissan Tempe. Both buying experiences were 5-star service. Thorough yet without pressure. Very accommodating and clear. The first was when I bought my 2011 Titan. I had done extensive research so I was quite familiar with the vehicle. This is the only dealership where they explain all the features of the vehicle before a test drive. I learned so much more about the Titan as a result. When it came to value my trade, they actually inspected my vehicle and pointed out the good points and the not-so-good points. Very thorough and clearand fair! After the test drive, I was presented with a clear offer, a fair trade-in, and financing options. The whole process took 17 minutes to review and discuss. Best buying experience ever. Me second buying experience was recently. I had made an appointment to meet for a test drive. In the time leading up to the appointment, I learned of some financials obstacles that prevent me from buying a new car at this time, so I was clear that I would not be buying a new car right away. They still took the time to answer all my questions, do a test drive, do a thorough valuation of my trade-in, and present me with a fair offer. If I had completed the purchase, it would have been even easier that the first time. Once I clear up those other obstacles, I will be returning to complete my purchase.

We were in the market 2015 Nissan Murano. I did all the online research and decided that we were going to do things our way. We would not accept deception (lies), play games, or be called names. We were not going to allow car people to push us around and have the encounter comparable with having a tooth pulled without anesthesia. We were going to complete the process via electronic communication or not at all.We wanted to factory order our Murano to get it just the way we wanted. AutoNation Nissan Tempe was on a short list of dealers willing to factory order a 2015 Murano. Via email, I worked with Carmen Spidle for over three weeks in January. Carmen answered all our questions and provided good customer service. Carmen kept us informed of their inventory of arriving Muranos. I sent an email to three dealerships on January 20 asking for a line-itemized out-the-door quote on our Murano build (link from Nissan's website with MSRP prices) to include prep fees, sales tax, and licensing. Unfortunately, Carmen's response was, "Your [emphasis added] quote looks pretty solid." This is not what we requested. Two things bothered us about AutoNation Nissan Tempe. First, On December 31, we felt Carmen led us to believe AutoNation could factory order a Murano for us. Carmen wrote, "We special order vehicles for our customers." Although Carmen didn't mention a Murano specifically, that is to what our email was referring. Carmen may have had no intention on misleading us. However, at no time during the three weeks we were corresponding did Carmen write they couldn't factory order a Murano. Then, on January 22, Carmen emailed this bomb, "We will know on the 24th if we are allocated to order specific Muranos." Secondly, you can't find names or pictures of anyone associated with the dealership anywhere on their website. We couldn't find the identity of any of the managers: General, Sales, Internet Sales, Fleet, Finance, Parts, or Service. You can't find the names of their sales people. To us, this sends up a huge 'proceed with extreme caution' flag!An old salesperson's adage is the first person to speak--loses. AutoNation Nissan did not make an offer and neither did we. AutoNation Nissan lost a sale. Only one dealership provided that quote: they won our business. We are currently enjoying our 2015 Murano from Thoroughbred Nissan in Tucson. They got a 5 star rating.

We saw the ad for a car we were looking for on Cars.com. We went into the dealer and looked at the car. It was just as advertised,with no hidden problems. We danced for awhile on the price and the value of our trade,but came to a good deal for both them and us. The car was suppose to come with full floor mats,but none were in the car. We wrote the floor mats onto the deal offer. When we went in 3 days later,no floor mats. They were on order. On our way home in our new(used) car,I noticed the low fuel light was on. Not a big problem,just surprised. A few days later they phoned to tell us the floor mats were in. Other than that,the car has been great,with no problems.

We purchased a 350Z in 2005 from Brown and Brown and our daughter and son-in-law have purchased 1 Sentra, 1 Titan and another Truck from Auto Nation. Our son-in-law referred us to Randy and both Randy and Bill responded to our request on quotes on an Altima. I needed a car, I had originally set my mind for a 2015 murano I had researched the new models and really liked them. When I stopped by at autonation nissan I was greeted by Mr sayhed Hastrodi a very nice sales man I informed him what I wanted I was kind of bummed when he told me that they still did not have 2015 inventory he also mentioned that since it was late in the year they were having good deals on their 2014 models. I thought it was wierd since it was November 10 and black Friday was just right around the corner I thanked him and told him I would think about it and if anything I would be back. I left and searched for more vehicles since there is so many other dealers close by I could not find what I wanted so later that day I returned and purchased a 2014 nissan murano sv. The staff was polite and met me as I entered the dealership. The salesperson referred me to another sales person who was more knowledgable of the vehicle I was I interested in. I did not feel pressured as I have at other dealerships. They were able to get the vehicle I wanted from another dealership in the area. They took two vehicles as Trade-in, did not know they could do that. The trade-in values were fair and they had to make a +300 mile special trip to retrieve my second trade-in vehicle. That was great. Overall I am especially happy with the salespersons, Julie Brown and Mike Lubash. I believe that is Mike's last name. He does deserve praise, very likable, respectful, and motivated to make the buying process painless. The only concern I have is I bought an extended warrantee that was expensive and i am concerned they will not honor it because I live in a remote area and it is inconvenient to take the vehicle in for regular services, which I do on my own and could void the warrantee. Though I was assured it wouldn't????

Again I was pleasantly surprised with the deal I got. They were more than fair on my trade in and gave me a great end of the year price on the Murano I bought. Everyone there was very polite and friendly. No hard sell or pressure, which I appreciated. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. I spoke with A.J Adler on Friday and made a plan to go in the next day and from the moment I set foot onto the property I was treated with great customer care. I was able to get a vehicle that is dependable, reasonable and definitely an upgrade from my trade in. It had been years since our last vehicle purchase. We had some trepidations due the the time typically involved in the purchasing process. However, we were pleasantly surprised that the "process" went very smoothly and only involved as few hours instead of the typical all day affair. After searching the internet looking for the vehicle we were interested in, we were contacted by several valley Nissan dealerships. Mr. Christopher Campbell of AutoNation Nissan Tempe, called to verify the particulars of the vehicle we desired. He confirmed that he specifically had 2 vehicles that matched our criteria and several others that were near matches. Upon our request, he e-mailed to us photos and details of those vehicles. We contacted him stating which vehicle we had the most interest in and made an appointment for the next day. Upon our arrival, Christopher Campbell had the vehicle waiting at the entrance for us. Everything progressed pleasantly through the negotiation process and a deal was made. Our next step was the actual signing of the typical purchasing paperwork. This is where we met Mr. David Fattaleh (Bruce Willis look alike). He explained in detail all the available warranties beyond the included normal warranty and drive-train warranty. This included an available 7 year, 100,000 mile, bumper to bumper warranty for a reasonable price. There was an error concerning a date, but he promptly made a correction the following day. I called and spoke to a salesman about a car that was advertised on their own website, I gave himthe stock number of the vehicle to make sure it was still available, he responded it was, I read to him the price that was on the website and he verified price and stated yes that's a good deal huh ?So I piled my family this evening drove the miles one way , spent two hours their only to find out that the sales manager upped the price of the car by $ 1800 , once I asked him why they raised the price he pretended he did not know what I talking about.... and he would see if he can work the numbers to get it down to the advertised price.. I said " what " ......We decided that we would no spend out hard earned money at this dealership for being dishonest from the start and trying to lure you in under false pretenses...BEWARE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have dealt with awful car dealerships in the past, sitting for 7 hours ALONE while every hour they offer me a drink or something and then continue to bring out offers that are no where near what I asked for, not even for the car I actually liked! I called AutoNation Nissan and told them about my situation and within a 30 minute phone call, no pressure at all I was headed to the dealership that night. When I arrived, just as promised the two cars I liked were pulled up front and ready for me. I was immediately greeted in the parking lot and then within less than a minute the sales person I spoke to on the phone (AJ Alder) was at a table with me doing the credit application. I appreciate that he didn't have me test drive first just to let me down after the credit app. In less than 15 minutes he returned with my credit application told me what we could do, gave me the option of using their college graduate program for lower interest and THEN we went out for the test drive. After returning to the dealership he brought out the contract for both cars with payments lower than I asked and a perfect interest rate and told me "feel free to sign on which ever car you choose" again there was no pressure from him at all (surprisingly considering it was 10:15pm and they close at 9pm) I chose the 2014 sentra. Normally in a commission based environment you are completely ignored by everyone except the person getting the deal.. But here at AutoNation I was acknowledged and held conversation with every person in the building. I was referred here by a family member who was treated amazingly and I have to say I got the same treatment. The entire staff especially AJ and Mariah in financing were awesome. I'd do it all again and again. I've never had such a smooth stress free car buy in my life!

I am only one week into being a Leaf owner, but every day I discover something cool or practical. I always hate the buying process, Nissan was no worse than others and at least the finance guy (Dave) was personable.

I was looking for Nissan Sentra. first time started when I found a good deal on their website. I called them and they confirmed the offer and the car still available when I got their they told me that the car was missing and they did not know where is the car and it might be taken for joy rid but the had another car that had the same features but different color for the same price after checked and drove the car I found that this car had many features lees than that I came for and they didn't mention that it did not has some features and they sure me that it's exact same car but different color hoping that I would not notice the difference, It should have been at least $1000 less but they wanted to reduce the price and the car that I came for is still missing and they were going to call me the next day. The second experience when they called me two day later and they offered me a different car I checked the car on their website and I called them back and made a deal and appointment when I got there they increased the price by $1000 and they could not make the deal that we agreed on through phone. In conclusion, they have but a fails adds to bring people in and try to sell them different cars cheaper for the same price. Be careful if you insist to purchase from them and check that the car you are getting is the same car that you want and you come for

If you need you car repaired at this dealer be sure you are not assigned a Robert Ratner as your service representative. He was rude, condescending, and short with me. He showed no concern for me a customer and made no effort to make sure my needs were met. Be assigned to him was the single worst customer service experience of my life.

The sale person did a lot of work to obtain the exact vehicle I wanted. They didn't have one in stock but found one a couple of hundred miles away and brought it to the lot for me. That was greatly appreciated and maybe the only time in my memory I got exactly what I wanted. The negotiation process for my trade in wasn't nearly as pleasant but was probably what one should expect, although I didn't for some reason. While everyone involved was courteous and respectful I found it impossible to get what Kelly's Blue book said was equitable, or even close to equitable, for my trade in. So I was left with the decision of leaving significant money on the table or walking away from the deal that had the exact vehicle I wanted. So I left the money on the table and took the vehicle but I have to admit it diminished what started out as a great experience to somewhere between average to good. Too bad after all the work the salesperson did. So for a couple of thousand dollars they get this review instead of one that says what a great experience I had. But I would do business again with this dealer but I'd probably sell my old vehicle and not trade it in.

I have bought many cars throughout my life time... but last Saturday I went to Tempe Nissan to get a new car and we all know you are there forever.. but I had the best salesman ever ( Jim Yunger)! He was so awesome.... he treated me like I was his daughter looking for my first car. He went over everything with me about my car. I have to be honest this my third car from this dealership and this is the first time I felt like he really cared about me being happy and not just trying to sell me a car!

Car dealerships have a daunting reputation, and for the most part I wish I could just go onto Nissan's website and order the car the same way I would order a laptop. Autonation Nissan Tempe had a nice relaxed atmosphere, however, and they didn't make me go through a dragged out negotiation process. They offered a fair price with fair financing and got through the paperwork quickly. There were a few sales gimmicks here and there (a lot of initialing meaningless pieces of paper), but the overall experience was a good one. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted. I would also add that buying from a large, nationwide dealership has its advantages as well. The most notable being a very user friendly online system of scheduling maintenance appointments. And as I stated above, I like being able to do things online.

I went into the Nissan dealership in Tempe a couple weeks ago and they were amazing! I had tried trading in my 2011 Nissan Versa Hatchback before at a different Nissan but there was nothing they could do to help me. When I attempted at this dealership, David D was my salesperson and he was so helpful! He was very genuine and did everything he could to help me trade in my car. Andre was the one who gave the value of my trade in and really pushed to give me a good amount for it to put towards the 2012 Nissan Sentra that I wanted! He was very helpful, fair and knowledgeable. I truly felt like I was really being taken care of and they were both doing everything they could for my best interest, not just to get a sale (which is how I felt at a different location). Mariya S was the lady who did my finance paperwork who really explained everything to my full understanding and David F was the finance manager who actually helped get my interest rate a little lower and said I can try to re finance in a few months and was very helpful with it all! About a week later I had to go back in to get the lock/unlock beeper programmed to my car because it didn't come with one. Andre and Scott S approved to get it taken care of through Nissan and I didn't have to pay anything which was so amazing and Jerrica F was awesome and so sweet and got me a rental car for the day that they had to program it, which was paid for through Nissan! They were all so incredible and provided the best customer service I have seen in a very long time to make sure I was Happy with my new car!! They all went above and beyond to exceed my expectations and I was really provided with a great experience!!

I found the experience of shopping for a new car here was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was expecting it to be a long tiring process to get everything finalized, like it sometimes is when shopping for a car and waiting to see if you can even get one. I did not even plan to buy a car! I went on their website and put a car together with the things I liked. It was super easy and Auto Nation Nissan called me within a few minutes. I spoke with Frank and set up a time to come in. We looked at a few different cars and it was easy to have a simple conversation with him and not be all about business. We got started right away and sooner than I knew it I was getting a brand new car:) I had a few bad experiences with car salesmen a few times, so I was nervous about me showing up by myself, a woman, without a man present. I could clearly tell from the first few minutes that these salesmen and women weren't just wanting to make a sale but wanted to actually know what I wanted and didn't stop until I was completely satisfied. I have never had such a better service ever before in my life! I went in just wanting to look at cars for "kicks and giggles" and came out with a brand new car. This team of amazing people will make u feel at home right away!

Autonation Nissan Tempe is the place i've used to service both my cars for the past several years, even though one of them is a ford. The Service advisers are very courteous and get the job done faster , better than most Nissan service stations. Most dealerships concentrate on the buyers and not existing customers but nissan tempe has my business because they treat me like their no.1 customer. Every time.

After a hassle free buying experience (No pressure from the very nice, knowledgable salesperson, final price of the new car better that what I expected), I have been very pleased with the regular e-mail scheduling from the dealership of the follow-up servicing for my new Murano according to the owner's manual. The personable service personnel have scheduled all appointments to accommodate my own schedule, and the work is done quickly and satisfactorily(the delicious Do-nuts in the waiting area are appreciated too!). Consequently, my vehicle continues to run beautifully. It's also nice to have servicing discount coupon offers available. Great to have a dealership you can trust.

The salesman who sold me the car was very good . . . a real nice guy. I gave an average score on repairs because I have not been able to voice train my car's computer. I stopped by to find out why not, but I never really received a good answer. My previous car, same make and model, was able to do this without a problem. I still remain in the dark concerning this.

Just bought a fully loaded 2012 Juke and I love it! Frank and Mike were amazing when it came to meeting my neurotic needs to find the perfect car. If it were at all possible to have an EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED option next to each star, that is what I would have chosen. To start with, they allowed me to drive off of their lot that they hadn't even approved me for. At that point, I had given them a down payment of $1k. 2 days later , I opened the glove compartment to put registration in and it completely fell out of the dash. Needless to say, it was broken. After that, it randomly fell down on people sitting in the passenger seat. I let Wade know that not only was ANDRE TERRY the rudest person I have EVER met but also that the glove compartment was broken. He said he would fix it no problem. 6 Weeks go by and was told by MARK RIVINGTON, who called me at work (4 minutes in between me not answering my cell the first time he called) that I would need to turn the car in. He called my job and told them it was an absolute EMERGENCY that he speak with me(Some emergency) . at that time, I planned to return the car as I stopped payment on the other half of my down payment (1k). In the end, I had the car about 8/9 weeks at which point I was told I had to return car. This is AFTER they ended up taking another $1k off of my debit card. They refused to give me my money back twice with an excuse that they didn't know how to use the machine. They insisted that I leave them the car while they only gave me $1k out of the2k they had owed. I let WADE know that I will happily bring them the car in the morning so that my money could be properly refunded by the person who actually knows how to use a simple machine. He refused. I feel that WADE never intended to give my money back and that he (as well as his fellow coworkers Mark and Andre) have ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE customer service ! I do still have the car and at this point, it's not even about money, it's the principal! Unless they tow it from my home, they WILL NOT get the car, until I get my money back!

I purchased a 2013 Altima. I feel the price was fair. I worked with Dave and the sales manager Andre. Dave and Andre were able to throw in tint as well as fix the front bumper from a license plate holder. Windows looks great and so does the bumper.They were bought helpful and professional. Overall, a good experience.

Where do I start with Auto Nation Nissan! Auto Nation Nissan has been so good to me, my family and friends... I started off looking for a car that would be within my budget of no more than seven or eight thousand dollars. I did shop around in the Tempe Autoplex and the first place I went was trying to get over on me and thought because, I was a female it would be easy to make a deal. Sorry, I have a lot of car experience and refuse to be ripped off. I drove around and seen a banner saying cars starting at 5,999 and a 3day money back guaranteed. I must say this caught my eye and I just knew the Nissan car lot was going to make me a deal. When I arrived (Car Salesman Donny, greeted me with a smile and very pleasant attitude). The first car I seen was a 2006 Chevy Malibu- it was in my price range and clean inside and out. I knew this was what I wanted and I knew it would be mines. Keep in mind it was about 7:45pm or almost 8pm and on top of that paperwork and also waiting be approved through finance. Donny and the Sales manager (Dre) was so patience and made sure they got me the deal that I wanted. I did not leave tell about 9pm or almost 10pm and my sales rep Donny, stayed the entire time. I was so happy with my car and the services that were provided. I couldnt have received better services at any other dealership. I appreciate the fact that the Sales manager (Dre) or my sales rep (Donny) never once made me feel pressured when making the deal or trying to change my mind into buying something I did not want. After having such a great experience with my sales rep Donny and manager Dre, I just knew this would be the place to spread the word if anyone needed a car. We came to look at the preowned auto department and was approached by Francisco he was extremely nice and helpful. Not pushy what so ever and he truly listened to my concerns and experiences. Once we had found a vehicle of our choosing I then met Andre the preowned department manager who was very helpful and once again exceeded our expectations by getting us a better rate, helping with the price and just be a top notch sales team. Mr. Jacobs/Mr. Vicek, I wanted to take a moment to let you know about my experience with your service department and two particular individuals. First, I must add that I purchased a 2014 Nissan GTR from you guys in late January. The sales experience was great and quick. By far the best experience purchasing a car, ever. Regarding the service department. Jerrica Farrell and Stephen Tapia, in my opinion, are top notch and a main reason on why I am going to your dealership rather than the one that is 10 miles closer to me. In all my years of car owning have I never experienced a service like this. Jerrica has, since the time of purchasing the car, gone above and beyond answering all my questions and concerns regarding the car. She periodically checks in with me to see how the car is running and to see if I have any concerns. Excellent service beyond words. Stephen Tapia, my service advisor, is also beyond words one of the best I have ever dealt with. He always takes my concerns as his own and he treats my car as if it was his. I know GTR's are very special but he seems to take very special care of it when it is in. He also addresses my concerns and provides me with detailed information about these cars that helps put my mind at ease. I have had some performance cars ( the last being a modded CTS V coupe ) but this one is unique and between the both of them I know it is in good hands. I wanted you to know about how your employees are treating their customers. These two are obviously doing it right and I feel they should be recognized. Again, I have a dealership that is closer to me by about 10 miles but the service I am getting from your dealership and your employees is why I keep coming back to you. I am happy to say, that after this car, it WILL be another GTR and I will be only doing business with your dealership and your employees. I am going to be sending a letter like to Nissan's customer service as well as I feel that they should know the great lengths that Auto Nation Nissan Tempe is going to make sure their customers are taken care of. This was by far the worst car experience I've ever had. We were screamed at, we had our personal property scratch paper stolen even after protest and we were coaxed and lied to to sign a contact that has blatant and fatal mistakes in it. I can conceive of a financial officer who would be stupid enough to make these mistakes, this has to be guile. I am saddened that such a great facade is just thievery underneath. I will be searching for anyway to fix this illegal contact. It should not be up to me to fix YOUR mistake, but I will.

Despite my difficulty in arriving at a final decision on which Murano to purchase, my Sales Consultant, Elizabeth Shuman, was very helpful and patient throughout the process. She was knowledgeable about the inventory, pointed out the differences in various features but did not try to push me in one direction or another so that I could ultiamely decide what best suited my needs . I also appreciated Mariya in the finance department for efficiently getting us through all the paperwork and the Sales Managers for working with me on a sales price and trade-in value. I recommend asking for Elizabeth Shuman if you visit AutoNation Nissan in Tempe for top-quality service.

Just moved to AZ So I guess it's normal to have an oil change and fluid washes take over 3 hours. Came in for oil change and potential tire pressure sensor changes. Was told needed new tires after I had them replaced less than a year earlier. It took over an hour to just let me know potential costs. What a joke of place

I just purchased a new Nissan Frontier 4x4 from Auto Nation in Tempe, Arizona. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Frank Cook was pretty much a perfect salesman. No pressure. ( Plus we got to ride around the lot in a golf cart ;-) ) I did my Internet research and went in with a list of what I wanted and Frank Cook got it for me that day. I was also impressed that he took the time to drive me over to another Auto Nation dealer in town because they had just received the almost exact truck I wanted and it is the one I purchased. And I love it! I had a Datsun back in the day and a previous Nissan Frontier and I have to say that in its price range and in other price ranges-Nissans are the best deal for your buck. They have great engines that last a long time. Our old Nissan Frontier had 245 thousand miles and still going strong. So, do your research online, decide what you want and go see Frank Cook. He will get you what you want at a good price. (I am a real customer, not related to anyone at Nissan, and I wasn't paid or given anything to write this-they are that good.) Service was excellent in every way and they are doing follow up to make sure I have everything I need.

Bought a Nissan GTR from Bart Thomas and Jim Yunger a couple of weeks ago. The sales experience and finance experience was great. Not your typical sales experience. These guys did not play any games and was straight forward with the whole process. There was a small scratch on the car but they took care of it right away. Would recommend this dealership as well as Jim/Bart anytime.

He helped me find the vehicle I wanted and worked the numbers over the phone before I even stepped foot in the dealership. Right down to the rebates and financing it was a great buying experience. Only took an houir at the dealership from start to finish. This is what car buying should be. I live 2 miles from Pinnacle Nissan in Scottsdale and have given them the opportunity to get my business and every time they show me they don't want to do business. Having my last car for close to 13 years, I dreaded shopping for a new or used car or for that matter visiting a dealer. Prior to going to Auto Nation Nissan I made a trip to a dealer in Peoria (because of seeing a used Nissan ad on line) and he confirmed all my fears of shopping for a car whether new or used. The used car advertised did not have many of the listed features with the exception of the price. Because I was mentally sold on a Nissan, we decided to stop at the Auto Nation Nissan dealer just to "look". Carmen greeted us and took us to see the used Rogues. Carmen was very easy going and did not pressure me in any way to look at cars that held no interest. Unfortunately the used Rogues did not appeal to me. She did point out the 2014 Rogue features that basically were the remedies to the problems I had with 2012's and 2013's. Carmen was the antithesis of a car salesperson. In other words Carmen did not coerce me or pressure me. She had all the answers to my questions. Carmen even made the trip home with me to pick up my 13 year old trade in (brave). Thank you Carmen for your service above and beyond the call of duty. I hope Nissan can see that the new autos may be their jewel but you are definitely the platinum setting in their organization. I do love driving my new 2014 Rogue! A special note to David F., the Finance Manager... your service was quick and easy and I appreciated how painless and pleasant you made the transaction...great rate too.

After two weeks of contacting other dealers and getting little or no response, I contacted Nissan Tempe and within a few hours I received a response to my inquiry from Frank. We communicated via email and an appointment was made. Upon arriving I was greeted by a smiling Frank, who immediately introduced me to his manager, Andre. Frank was attentive, and listened to my needs and wants and within 15 minutes he presented a car that I immediately fell in love with! There was a minor issue with the car and management insured me they would take car of it and I was given a brand new car to use as a rental! Tomis (finance) was a pleasure to work with and he did not give me empty promises on what he could do to get me approved. He worked diligently to get me approved a great rate and shared his knowledge with that i will use towards my next automobile purchase in the next 8-9 months and it will be from Nissan!!!!!

Two great people who never once poured on any pressure. I expressed what terms I was hoping to stay around because quite frankly, I alone know what my budget is! Found out that the prices in the ads for this location are truly the prices on the car and then you count in any qualified rebates. No fluff, no marketing tactics to get you in the door. An hour and a half, we were able to work together and a contract was signed!! Lisa and Bob truly know their customers come in because they would like to drive away in a new car and they do what it takes to make that happen. Bought two cars here since 2011. First time was good. Went back to a familiar place for next vehicle and had too many hassles. Sales manager Bob is very rude once they have your money. I was lied to a couple times. I'm purposely taking off the Auto Nation license place frame off of my car because I don't want to advertise for them. I took my issues to 'Bob's' attention by leaving him a voicemail. It took him four days to call me back! He left me a message because I was at work and his message said he would try me again later. Yeah that did not happen. I called him back (hoping a supposed manager would care) because I discovered I was lied to about a feature on my car. He was so incredibly rude to me. I couldn't believe it. I love my car but I'll go to a different Nissan dealership next time. Oh and the staff tells you to not complete a survey if it's not 100% perfect. They drill this in to your head more than is healthy.

The price on Cars.com was the price they initially offered the car at. I checked with a couple other dealerships and their price was misleading due to rebates that I did not qualify because I wasn't a first time buyer, recent graduate, x military and whatever else they used to get the price down.

This was our 2nd purchase from Autonation within the last 2 years. All costs clearly indicated on the paperwork. No last-minute sneaky charges. No high pressure from the salesman to sign. The finance manager made the extended warranty options known. He applied slight, but not excessive, pressure to purchase the warranties, so I never felt uncomfortable. Both the salesmen and finance managers were very patient with my many questions, which I greatly appreciate. Both experiences were much less stressful than other car-buying experiences I've had my entire life. Car buying is so dreadful for me (and many others)...I am trying to be a good steward of the money my wife and I have, so getting the most car for every dollar is critical. These two purchases are the only times I have never felt buyer's remorse the day after the purchase. Could I have waited for another sale and saved a few dollars? Should I have held out for a greater trade-in offer? Perhaps, but at some point you have to pull the trigger. That being said, I will certainly consider Autonation in the future, but I will always shop their competition, too.

I have never been unhappier with service and professionalism than my short time with Nissan. In the last year alone, my household purchased two brand new 2013 vehicles only for each vehicle to start falling apart, weeks in. My Nissan Sentra's washers and bolts underneath the car, burned to the point where it came off as it was driving, making my car shake violently and make extremely loud noises. While I was on the highway, I experienced acceleration issue and the tachometer was maxed. My sister's car experienced the same acceleration issue and one of the plastic panels to her car just popped out and fell and on her as she was driving, almost causing an accident from the shock at the time. After it was reinstalled again, the same thing happened another time. I came to Noah at the finance department probably about three months ago about a credit issue for my dad. His loan officer informed him that all he needed to do was fill out the enrollment sheet as soon as he got it, and that that was that. The payment would automatically be deducted. It wasn't deducted. My dad was charged for late payment and his credit was affected. After spending six hours or more at the dealership, and finally bringing my dad in, Noah said "I don't deal with this matter." He rescinded his comment after he heard us out and realized, yes, the loan officer did give my dad the wrong information. He would help us make the call to the bank to clear the matter out. The bank was closed (eastern time) and he said "My day off is tomorrow, but when I get back, I'll make the call and I'll let you know as soon as I do." Fast forward two three months and I still never heard from him. I called in at least every week, probably 20-30 phone calls, leaving voice-mails to both the front desk and to his voice-mail, all left unanswered and un-returned. When I finally caught him off guard this afternoon and he finally picked up, he simply said, after months of waiting, "I don't deal with that, you're responsible." After three months, he basically told me that he didn't call, and that we should've handled this, when we explained what happened. I don't know about other people, but our lives are immersed in our work. We have bills to pay, we try and get by. When we were told something was done, we expected it to be done. Like how auto-enrollment would pay off the car, like how Noah would make the phone call for us. We pay for two cars only to put time and effort on our behalf to chase down the dealers who sold them to us, despite all the issues that car came with. The only reason why we didn't purchase our third vehicle (a truck) there, was because my dad was scoffed at by one of the sales representatives there for his credit issue (after my dad exposed that he increased the previously quoted price). This wasn't the only Nissan dealer that I went to, I also went to the one in Chandler, and we still were being heckled. I've made it my goal to make sure that everyone knows how poorly treated a customer can be (at those two specific locations). Simply stating that all of Nissan is bad, is unreasonable. But saying it is good, is hardly the truth at this point. I guess that my objective is simply for you to be aware, I'm trying to share my story with as many people who would hear it, as possible.

Over the past 20 years we have bought several cars from various dealerships throughout the Phoenix area and we were never impressed enough to write a review, but our experience with AutoNation Nissan was completely a different experience all together. We were initially looking at used vehicles to buy, but when we met Jim Yungner our sales man, he directed us to the 2013 Nissan Rogue and we both immediately loved the car. In fact we loved it so much that we ended up buying it. We have experienced buying vehicles where you practically have to pitch a fit to get your car keys back from the salesman. This experience was by far the most impressive car buying experience that we have ever had. Everything went so smoothly and they gave the keys to our vehicle back right away. Our salesman was exceptional in his knowledge of the vehicles and made the whole process of buying a car pain and stress free.

I went to several dealers before arriving at AutoNation in Tempe Autoplex. Overall I had a great experience. From the moment I walked in the door I felt comfortable and welcome. I would definitely recommend Dave (salesman) Robert (Sales Director) and Ben (finance) to anyone looking for a car. Dave helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He was well informed on the car and all its features. There were several things Dave showed me about my 2013 Nissan Altima that the other three dealers I had been to, didn't even mention (the remote start feature and back up camera to name a few). After signing the papers I noticed a scratch on the passenger side door. Without any questions or complaints they had the scratch fixed and you would never know it was there. The service was truly exceptional!

We purchased a Nissan Rogue S from Nissan Tempe with help from Debbe, the Internet Manager. I conducted an initial search for a Nissan Rogue, Toyota Rav4, Honda CRV and Ford Escape via the net. Debbe was the first one to respond with a listing of units along with available rebates for the Rogue. The units were available in contrast against so many other dealers' fictitious internet deals. Debbe helped us with the various rebates available at the time, which other brands could not match or care.We purchased the Rogue from Nissan Tempe and my wife is very happy with the units.

I have bought 3cars from this location (used cars) and everytime I do the process isas easy and ooth as you can expect when buying a car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I don't feel like they are too pushy like other places ive been too...and the cars they sell are quality cars. I did make a mistake and bought a car at another dealership....that's why a year later I came back to trade it in with autonation nissan in tempe. I will he back.

took my vehicle in for a check engine light. they want to charge me close to $90 to scan for the code when I had already given it to them. Then they proceeded to tell me I had broken engine mounts, timing belt was bad, and I had an oil leak in addition to wanting to charge me close to $300 for the part and another $300 for labor to fix the problem that I brought the vehicle in for. Trouble is the part costs $130 and the labor should had been $200, the motor mounts were inspected by a collision center along with checking for oil leaks and other mechanical issues due to repairs they were making due to an accident I had and they said the mounts were fine and there were no oil leaks. The timing belt they so desperately wanted to replace does not exist in my vehicle as it is a timing chain and according to the manufacture does not need to be replaced. Adding insult to injury this vehicle is an SUV 4X4 intended to go off road and the service adviser told me I spent too much time on dirt or dusty roads and the vehicle was not designed for that. Stay as far away as possible from these buffoons.

I bought used ToyotaPrius2008 in last march from PowerNissan Tempe. After two months its MFD touch screen died and it cost me $1200 to fix it. its Keyless entry is not working. I wouldn't consider to buy another used car from them.

We used USAA car buying program and Brad at Power Nissan Tempe contacted us with a fantastic quote on a new 2013 Nissan Rogue SV that was far below all the competitors. I worked with Brad throughout the week to take care of all the paperwork needed for our trade in of our 2009 Rogue and to make sure that we were in and out as quickly as possible when we came in on that following Saturday. Brad said he wanted to try to have everything done in 2 hours. When we arrived, Brad was busy with another couple, so Nabeel jumped in to help us. Nabeel worked along with everything Brad had set up, took us on a test drive to make sure we were happy with everything I had picked out online, worked out all the trad-in details and payoff details of my vehicle and gave us an upfront quote so there was no hidden fees or questions. This really was the easiest car buying experiences we've ever had. We felt like we were treated like friends or family there. And we were in and out in about 2 hours with the test drive. Since we already had our financing prior to coming to the dealership, there wasn't much to do back in finance other than sign over the check and work out the few signatures. But honestly, this process was so smooth and the people here are so up front about everything and really do want your business again that you don't have to worry about any funny business. We are a Nissan family and we will be back again!

My husband and I bought a Frontier from Power Nissan 2 weeks ago. I have always hated the car buying experience. But we had the best experience at Power Nissan. Our salesman Tomis, he was great and very knowledgeable. He was up front and honest with us. Any numbers we talked about were presented to us in writing before any deal was made. The managers we all very nice and friendly. When we sat down with fiance to go through the contract.. he did try to sell us the "extra" warranty, (doing his job) which we opted out of, he tried a couple times to sell it.. but we never felt pressured to buy it... he explained the plan in detail, and it printed out in black in white for us to see... and how much it would add to our contract etc....but as I said we opted out and he understood and continued on. We will definitely go back to Power Nissan when we are ready to buy another vehicle. They did a fresh detail and filled the tank, pulled it up to where we were waiting and would not let us leave until the manager did a "walk around" of truck with us, making sure everything was satisfactory. The whole buying process was very pleasant and were out the door in less than 4 hours. And..we love our truck!

We received GREAT service and an overall great experience in working with Brad and Power Nissan Tempe. Not only did we get the BEST LEGITIMATE price of any Arizona dealer, we were treated with courtesy and respect. I was researching Quests on cars.com for several months. After contacting 3 other Phoenix metro Nissan dealerships, and finding their online price was a hoax, I very skeptically contacted Power NISSAN. What a pleasant surprise to find out that this dealership was honest in their advertising. I test drove the quest and loved it. We thought for the next 3 weeks about the purchase. We were in no way hassled ...when we decided to purchase, the dealership was AWESOME in helping finalize the deal. Finance was NOT pushy..very efficient and professional. I stopped in to look at a car for my son. I met Carolyn Kane and Wade Given. They were able to make me a great deal on my 2005 Jaguar X-Type as a trade for a 2006 Toyota Solara. They both went out of their way to make it happen. Carolyn went above and beyond to satisfy me and my son, who was looking to buy his 1st car since battling leukemia. Carmine responded to my original request for a quote. She sent the quote for the crew cab 4WD Frontier (apparently last one for 2012). It unfortunately didn't have several of the things on it like the 05 Frontier that I traded in. But Jim Yunger worked with me and management to account for those missing features when they were estimating my trade-in value. I brought the truck back in to have the second power socket installed in the dash (was indicated as being a standard feature in the manual and it also was standard on my 05). Monika Savard in the Service deparment handled the install and had it done by the end of the day. The truck has functioned well and after 500 miles and a new hitch on the back, I finally got a chance to tow my trailer with the new truck. Effortless. All I have to do now is figure out a way to carry my dog without her shedding all over the nice clean upolstery!

I only have great things to say about this dealership!!! I had been researching the Quest since January. After calling 3 Phoenix metro NISSAN dealerships only to find that their online prices were NOT legitimate, I was starting to lose hope. Upon expressing interest online, I was promptly conacted via email by Brad Fraser. I was pleased to discover that the price listed on Cars.com was the ACTUAL price of the car- no crazy hidden dealer "add-ons" like ABC AND Midway Nissan both had. Brad was patient with us- we took 3 weeks from our 1st test drive to finally purchase. Brad was NOT pusy, aggresive. Brad was professional on the phone, in person, and in all emai correspondace. The finance department was just as professional. We were in a hurry when we picked up the vehicle- and the finance dept was GREAT at getting us on the road quickly. While purchasing a car is not normally one we look forward to, dealing with Carmen Spidel - internet sales manager at Power Nissan Tempe - made it a pleasant experience. Carmen did her best to point out all the features and benefits of the car without being overbearing. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and patient. Carmen worked very hard to get us the car we wanted at a price that worked for everyone. She then took the time to explain all the ins and outs of the technology on the car we were purchasing - showing us how to set and use all of it. She continues to check up on us to see that everything is going well with our new car. We had to have an adjustment made on the car and brought it into the service dept. without an appointment. The car was taken in and adjusted while my husband waited. Didn't expect to not have to come back at an appointed time. We were very pleased and very happy with our new car. Would recommend Carmen Spidel and Power Nissan to family/friends without hesitation.

You would think that spending thousands of dollars would lend a person the ability to be more savvy when purchasing a truck, well since I was a previous owner of a Nissan frontier, I just bought. My salesman, Shiekh Hussain, was there to answer any questions that I may have had. He knew that I was just looking, but he did run the numbers in case. I had had a bad feeling when I left the Kia dealer over two years ago and was on guard. I didn't feel the same pressure here. I didn't have the fast talk that feels like you are getting roped in. While I don't suggest that you walk in and buy like I did, I love Nissan trucks, I have driven another brand before but ended up with a Nissan which was hard to sell after 9 years. I downsized to a car but always missed a truck for its versatility. I am not a frills person, but should have sprung for the electric windows, that is the only regret. I have my truck again, a Nissan Frontier crew cab and I hope it lasts forever!

He spent a lot of time setting up the communications needed to use with this car. And for the second time, put on my new seat covers which were more difficult this time do to the more comfortable seats. He always gives you the best deal possible. If you want a great buying experience, I definitely recommend Tomis. Great customer service, never pressured us to buy, and stayed throughout the buying process. This was also my first new car purchase and when I had a moment of being overwhelmed, he sat down with me and calmed me down. He will also take the time to answer any and all questions and will not rush you at all. I even found a missing piece on the door and took the car back to the dealership the next day. He knew that we had a limited amount of time to get this fixed and made sure the auto parts department was fast with our fix and stood outside with us the entire time the car was being serviced instead of making another potential sale with a different customer. He is truly awesome and was wonderful to work with. I qualified for the college student program and got a great price and apr for my new 2013 Altima. Definitely was a long process and spent most of the day at the dealership, but overall was a great experience and would buy again from this dealer. Have not had any services done on the car from this dealer yet, but I do have an appointment set for may as my car came with two years of oil changes.

My experience with Louis Carcamo was excellent. I felt confident that he was being forthcoming and honest about the vehicles he was showing my wife and I. If we asked him a question about something he was unsure about, he would answer by saying he did not know and would find out for us, rather than making something up. This was refreshing. Also, he did not try and pressure us into buying anything we told him we could not afford. We came in with a price and payment plan we were comfortable with and it was met.My overall experience at Power Nissan was great and I would recommend them to anyone.

Spent some time visiting other dealerships in the area and ultimately ended up back at your dealership. The Altima was the best car for the money and resale value is amoung the best. After the sale Carmen spent time with me reviewing the entire car inside and out about all the features and gadets and then the next day I had a question and called her and again she was very helpful. Louis was friendly and helpful. I told him my price range and what I wanted, and he only showed me cars within my budget. There was no pressure, and I inspected each car thoroughly. He was very patient through the entire experience. I would definitely recommend his service to a friend.

Was sold a car that was not inspected. Had no front brakes and bad raditor amoungst other issues. I had the car for 3,000 miles and 3 months. Manager said they would take car back at the price I paid and I agreed to buy another car. They then offered me $5,000 for a the car when I paid $10,900 three months before. After that insult, I then asked to have the vehicle repaired. The sales person said they would cover the repairs at a minimum. After much arguing, they gave me $200 toward the repairs. Both sales people agreed the car was not inspected and I was told that by them. Since picking the car up, the radio they replaced no no longer working. The radiator they replaced had no fluid in it when I picked it up and almost overheated driving it home. This delaership is very dishonest and they sell cars that are not mechanically sound When they do repairs, they don't do them properly.

Francisco talked to my husband and knew what type of vehicle we were looking for. He called to say he had just the vehicle for us. We took it for a test drive, looked it over and were sold! Power has many great used vehicles to choose from. We purchased a Nissan, but they are an outlet for all their dealerships, so they have any make and model you may be looking for. Great experience working with Brian Shirley. On the first visit he kept us hanging around for a little too long as he ran our credit check. But after we shut that down, it was a very easy and enjoyable experience. We leased a Leaf and Brian really new his stuff on the car and could easily show it's capabilities and features. Something that we did not see at the other dealers. They even called us the day after we signed the lease telling us Nissan had just released a new rebated and that we could come in and REDUCE our monthly payment- blew my mind! Brian has continued to follow up and quickly responded to our questions. Very impressed and I would recommend highly.

I brought in my Nissan Sentra to be checked out before leaving for a very long road trip. I asked them to change the oil, wheels/tires and a few other simple requests. I had made an appointment and brought in the car. Hours later I had still not heard any updates about my vehicle. I left two voicemail messages and did not hear back until after the dealership was already closing to give me a quote. I told them to go ahead with most the options and then waited through the next day. They were very slow to keep me informed on what was going on or when my car would be ready. Once it finally was ready for pick up I had to wait another hour at the dealership. I went to tell them to not wash my car so I could leave and came to find that my tires were very bare. The mechanic pointed out after we were casually talking that I should not be road tripping with that bare of a tire, it was worrisome. So he talked to Anthony who did nothing to try and fix the situation. I left and then later realized my side mirror which was broken was not in my car so I called and after checking my trunk came to find they forgot to put it back in my car. I went back to get it and then realized they did NOT change my oil. He completely disregarded that I was about to be traveling thousands of miles. I called and explained that it was unprofessional and that they had zero customer service throughout the entire experience. The manager also did nothing to resolve the situation of make me feel at east that they had essentially done none of the work I requested AND the were rude about everything. I will absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs because the experience was so horribly frustrating.

Bought a used car & was treated as such. Paid cash for the car, $4800. One day later, engine light came on. Didn't produce a 50 point inspection paperwork, told the car came in recently & didn't have a copy, but was reassured all was good. Two weeks later, A/C dies. Misinformed about what was wrong & what was fixed. Paid for services, A/C broke once again...recommended replacement of item that I was told was replaced two weeks earlier...new bill & A/C compressor needed..700.00..poor communication skills...was never called & had to call myself to see what was happening. Left without repair...two weeks later...having toi fill antifreeze daily to keep car running..I was sold a piece of junk & Power Nissan is unwilling to correct:-=(

We went into this dealership to purchase a used vehicle after having a good experience with them 9 months earlier. Was immediately greeted with a smile from Carolyn Kane and was treated with kindness and respect from her (sales persons) and the rest of the staff including Jerry, Mitch, Wade (on a follow up visit). There was even a funny man singing behind the counter that made the occasion memorable and fun!After our purchase and while the shop was giving our new car a very nice detail we were treated to fresh delivered pizza and great company! Power Nissan in Tempe is the best dealership I have ever encounted. Mr. Louis Carcamo is the sales person that helped me. I am a woman in my 70s and have not been to a delership in many years. Louis made we feel at ease, and welcomed from the very beginning. There were many, many cars to choose from, and with Louis' advice I was able to find a car, and financing that was right for me. Louis went out of his way to help me understand everything and made the entire experience easy for me. I would greatly recommend Power Nissan Tempe and especially Louis to everyone I know. Anyone that wants to purchase a new or used car should only go to Power Nissan Tempe, and should most definitely ask for Louis Carcamo. Actually, I can't say enough good things about the entire staff of Power Nissan Tempe. Everyone there was fabulous.

Hello and good morning. I am writing you this letter because I felt it was absolutely imperative that I share our experience of buying a car with you. I should start off by telling you that my wife and I throughout the years have had some "Not so good experiences" at car dealerships. To be blunt they have been down right horrible. In fact on Saturday before we went to Power Nissan we considered going home because our experience at Earnhardt and a few other places was very discouraging to say the least. But we just went through a bankruptcy and our lawyer told us that we should purchase a car to rebuild our credit so we reluctantly continued to look. Might I add that prior to stopping by Power Nissan the other places we went to treated me like we were absolute nobody's because of our BK. Within a few moments of being there we were approached by Carolyn Kane who was in a golf cart. She was very friendly and for once I didnt find myself annoyed to be near a car sales rep. She wasnt pushy, wasnt aggressive, she just simply told me her name and said "If you need help I am here for you" I remember when she walked away I looked at my wife and said "wow I cannot believe how pleasant that conversation was. So instead of leaving irritated like I have done on dozens of car lots we kept looking. We eventually found a car that my wife really liked (Nissan Altima). I immediate told my wife "lets find Carolyn". So we walked inside and the staff was kind enough to page her for us. Carolyn came walking over with a hugh smile and asked us what she could do to help us. We looked at a few cars with her and then she took us for a test drive with the Altima. One other thing I think is very worthy of pointing out was Carolyn's knowledge of the vehicles. She told me many things about the Altima and Nissan in general that I frankly would never have known. Nissan knowledge, engine knowledge, general knowledge............you name it and Carolyn knew it!! My wife who is normally very very shy was extremely comfortable with Carloyn. My wife has commented to me several times since Saturday that Power Nissan is the first place who didnt treat us like garbage because of our bankruptcy and I agree with her 100%. Carolyn treated us like we were friends of hers with a 780 credit score instead of a couple she just met with a BK on their credit which trust me when I say we have never been treated like that before. The superior customer service didn't stop there either. When we were approved for the car it was starting to get a little late so my wife began to head home with my 2 year old son and I stayed by myself to sign the paperwork. Carolyn actually went out of her way to take me to the department where I needed to sign for the car. There were 2 other couples in front of me waiting to do the same thing. Carolyn came and sat down with me the entire time and talked with me about our family's, children, and life in general. I have NEVER seen or heard of a car sales rep that has gone out of their way the way Carolyn did. I was absolutely blown away by her astonishing customer service. I work in the sales and customer service side at my company so I can certainly appreciate someone going out of their way like she did. I can honestly tell you two things for certain about my experience.............1) The next time myself or anyone else is looking for a new car I will without a doubt go to Power Nissan. and 2) I will find Carolyn so she can be our sales rep again. Randy I can tell you in all honesty that I purchased a car from Power Nissan because of Carolyn Kane. She made our experience so easy and simple that day. In fact if we ever came to look at a vehicle and she was not there that particular day I would get in our car and come back the next day when she is there. Many other dealerships could learn a lot of lessons by watching the way Carolyn treats her customers. If there were more Sales reps like her I am convinced car dealerships wouldn't have such bad reputations. I should also point out as well that Jeff in the finance buiding was also extremely helpful in getting my wife on the loan to which was very important to me. She made sure to talk to the responsible colleagues to get me the best price and the best deal for me. The only thing that was maybe not so great, was the wait, but that was not her fault. It just took very long for me to be able to meet with the finance department and get my papers signed.

I purchased a 2012 Titan yesterday from Power Nissan Tempe. The overall experience was about as good as I could have asked for. I'm typically very skeptical during the car buying process but there was never a moment where any "funny business" occurred like I have seen at many dealerships. The actual signing process was a bit longer than it could have been but nothing more than a minor inconvenience. Louis Carcamo was a very professional salesperson and was always quick to answer questions but did not pressure us in any way. I would recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new vehicle. Although buying a car remains one of my least favorite things, the experience I had at Power Nissan Tempe restored my hope that legitimate car dealerships do still exist. No joke....overall very solid.

I was in the market for a new vehicle. I had just paid off my 2006 KIA Sportage and was actually looking to replace it with another KIA. I happened to pass this dealership and saw the JUKE on the lot. I stopped in and was immediately met by Jeff. He was not only couteous and professional but knew everything I wanted to know about this vehicle and promptly asked me to do a TEST DRIVE. I did, and while driving he explained all of the features and Benefits of owning this vehicle. I was escorted inside and was quickly met by the sales manager who introduced himself, and asked if I was excited about the test drive. I was so impressed by the sincerity of these guys and the straightforward approach they had. There was no HIGH SALES pressure...actually they seemed more concerned that I was getting the vehicle that best fit my needs both esthecially and financially. I had never owned a NISSAN and after this experience i am convinced I MADE THE CORRECT PURCHASE. Kudos to the team at Power Nissan! Especially Jeff Paul and Mackenzie Woodruff in Finance! I received a written warning from a cop because I was pulled over during my test drive. The car had no dealer plates. I had no idea of course. Mr. Golightly said he would make sure I got a good deal on a car after this. He didn't, and he also hit on me almost from the minute I walked in the door. And then had the nerve to ask me out as I'm leaving the dealership without a new car. I was and still am very disappointed.

Employee, Brian Shirley was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He explained all the bells and whistles of our new vehicle. We left the dealership late in the evening and he followed up the next day to see that we got home okay and that everything was alright. This is the first and only car dealership that would rather let you walk away than to spend the time to do some work to help you out. My wife and I have been sold a few vehicles over the years that have made us feel dirty about the entire transaction. Recently, we decided to trade in our vehicles and upgrade. As far as car dealerships go, the used car salesman stereotype is still alive and well in Phoenix despite all the customer service and low, low, low prices many of the dealerships display. I began my journey by submitting a find a quote for your vehicle off the Internet just to see who was out there listening. First response was Mr. Landon Day of Power Nissan, Tempe. He supplied me with email pictures not only of the vehicles I was looking at but also some healthy choices to assist me with comparison. In addition, he was also the first sales person in the Nissan phoenix area to respond and conduct a very professional follow call to make sure I was finding everything I needed. (Hours before any of the other dealerships) (Side note: Nissan dealers through out phoenix were all very professional and all followed up with in 24 hours. Thanks Nissan. I still have yet to get a response from Jeep, GMC and the Ford dealership I contacted days ago.) As we continued to shop, we stopped at 12 dealerships and test-drove a good 15 vehicles before we made our buying decisions. All but two of the dealerships in the Tempe Autoplex that I visited were filled to the brim with cheese-ball, controlling dont waste my time attitudes. Which by the way won them a chance to loose my 2-car purchase. After speaking with Landon I decided to weigh my options and take some time ensuring I was getting the best deal I could. Landon went out of his way to look through the inventory of his lot as well as other lots to make sure we found a exactly what I was looking for. As far as sales go, Landon did a nice job of listening to my needs and waiting for my questions, rather than taking the time I was talking to think of what he was going to say next. He assumed the sale, like any good sales person; however, he also gave me confidence that I was making a purchase rather then being sold a new set of steak knives. He uncovered purchase motivation without coming across pushy and also pointed me in the right direction of a good purchase without making feel awkward for taking my time. When it came time to do the deal I felt very comfortable with Power Nissan of Tempe. I did have to go back and forth a bit with the price but the dispositions of everyone there were very upbeat and positive which made it easer to make a deal happen (I hate haggling). The finance people were also very friendly and willing to share some helpful advice to get us to where we needed to be. Rather than just talking over us using dealership lingo to throw out numbers and circle things as they are selling and extended warranties. Although it took a little prodding for me to buy the warranty, when I decided it was a good move I felt it was because I had a good understanding of the products and how they benefit me. Over all, if you are looking for a new or used vehicle and are tired of dealing with greedy sales people. Hit up Landon and Power Nissan, Tempe. I plan on passing out his business cards and recommending his professionalism to all of my friends and family. And to the Pushy, Used Car Sales Cheese Balls who were not mentioned here. You and your dealerships will be flamed within my social circles every time I hear some one mention new vehicle. Way to go Power Nissan, Tempe! Way to go Landon Day! I bought a 2007 Chevy HHR. The day after signing papers, I discovered the key fob was broken. I asked for it to be replaced. They refused, so I respectfully and professionally asked the manager to approve me a new one. His email was one of condescension and curtness. VERY unprofessional and unfriendly. I found his response to be lacking in all areas.Needless to say, I won't be utilizing this dealership ever again.

I had recently paid off my car from Drivetime. After that I never wanted to do business with them ever again and my experience with dealership were aweful. I've been trying to trade in my 03 ford (fix or repair daily) and everywhere I went they wanted 2000-3000 dollars down payments.Every sales person said they would follow up with me the next day but I found myself calling and leaving voicemials that never were returned. I had tried Power Nissan fist and right way I was greeted by Louis Carcamo. In my head I was thinking, " this guy is gonna try and hustle us!" Right off the bat I told him, " Look I'm looking for this, this and this. I explained my situation that my 03 ford is hanging on nails. I aslo told Louis, what are my options and NO BS... Lets just keep it real and tell me straight out what I can do. He was very understanding and open minded to helping me. He picked out some options for me and before we test drove I told him that I didnt like certain cars he was picking our for me. I guess you can say I was beinf difficult and being a spoiled brat but my second time around of buying a car I wanted to be smart and I wanted somthing I loved. Living in Arizona at 112 degree heat is bad enough. Being in the heat gets me on edge and I could only imagine what Louis was feelings lol... We test drove about 3 cars that day and I decided to look somewhere else just to know what my other options were. Louis took our information and we gave us his and we left. I felt so bad for spending three hours in the hot sun and leaving louis hanging but I also thought about my feelings and what I was willing to commit too. So our search continued! Went to other places and no luck So I ate my words and went back to drivetime!!! Since I was a "Champ customer" they could help me with out a trade in and a down payment. We bought a 06 dodge durango and two days later it started shaking on the freeway! I was like HELL NO!! I wasnt a fan of the biggness of the truck or the gandpa style Interior. So It was a good thing we took it back. My fiance and I had decided to take the bus to work and just wait for my 03 ford to be fix or to save enough money to but a new one. During my weeks of searching Louis followed up with me every other day! He left voicemails saying," stop your search and come back. I want to help you." I answered a couple times and told him that we were still searching...other times I would never call him back but he still continued to call. well the day we had our plans all mapped out to take the bus and gave up on our search louis called us! He was like what is the status? I told Louis, " look my car is complete broken down and I wont have any way we can trade this car in." He was like when can you come in? I told him we dont have a ride to even get to your dealer, we have no car! He asked where I lived and said he would pick us up he just had to check with his manager and that he would call me back. I was thinking, "yeah ok...there is no way his manager will let him do that and I didnt even expect a call back. He called back 10 minutes later and said, " Ok I an on (cross street and cross street) where do I go now"? I was so surprised that he drove to come get us. We got to the dealer and test drove 4 more cars in 112 degrees lol... I still had that spoiled brat mentality. We had our eye on this blue durango..much smaller that the big beast we bought from drivetime. He said that someone else was working on the truck. I was bummed out...so as we were ready to give up once again the people that were working on it had there eyes on a different car. So we test drove it checked out the car. We punch 90 on the freeway to make sure it didnt shake =)We had found our truck and what we wanted! So I was still waiting to be disappointed being on a sunday my insurance company wasnt open and Louis wanted me to have full coverage! I returned the 03 durango to drivetime Friday and I couldnt cancel my insuracne untill Monday... So i still had full coverage!! I was good to go and just need my John Hancock and the truck was mine! Louis never got frustrated with me or...at leat he didnt show it lol... He told us that we werent just his customers we were like his family..ahhhh shucks I felt great with his business and was very satisfied with the syle of the truck, pricing, payments and the benifits of working with Power Nissan! I beleive God opened doors for us and we feel like God used Louis to help us... God is good! We feel so blessed to have meet and worked with Louis... I am please with how everything truned out for us. I recommend this dealer to anyone! If your having any type of troubles with anything they will try and make away!! Just be patient and make sure you stand your ground on what you what... Now I am blessed with two cars!!! Louis is so amazing and I look forward to speaking with him during my two year relationship with him and my truck. I am so excited to start my new adventure!! I recently purchase a 2006 Infinity M45 from this dealership, and prior to the purchase had looked up reviews to be sure I was making the right decision. After reading some of the reviews about the poor service, against my better judgement decided to give the dealership a second chance because of the great deal they had on vehicles at the time. Prior to signing any finance forms, we notice the car had a bad sensor and questioned the age of the tires. We were assured that the warranty would cover the sensor repair or replacement and the tires were brand new. We later took the car in to have an oil change, and were told by their service department, who was unaware that we puchased the car from them, that we needed new tires and that the tire sensor was bad and the warranty would not cover the part. We immediately contacted the Sale Manager, Wayne, and he informed us that he would have his people take a look at the car. He initially expected us to pay for the sensor replacement, however, after lengthy conversation, he said he would pay for the tire sensor replacement and said that after inspecting the tires, they did not need to be replaced at all and the service technician was mistaken. After driving the car for a little while, we noticed that tire sensor was acting up again, and because it was due for another oil changed, decided to take it to different Nissan Dealer in Gilbert. There, they informed us that the tires were in fact bad and needed to be replaced, and the tire sensor was never replaced at all, they just rotated the tires. At this point, we took the car to discount tire (where we normally purchase our tires and who we trust to be honest) to get a second opinion, and they also stated the tires needed to be replaced. The one tire was new, but the others were bad. We are currently on our way back to Power Nissan Tempe to get an understanding as to why they would lie to our faces tell us they replaced the tire sensor and that our tires were new and did not need to be replaced, when all the while they did not work on the car what so ever.As you read through these reviews keep in mind that ultimately the decision is yours to deal with them, but my advise would be to stay as far away as possible because my experience so far has been that Power Nissan TEMPE dealers are dishonest and look only to make money off you instead of providind quality customer service, and at this point, any form of customer service. If you look to get a good quality deal from these people, look the other way, because you will be completely disappointed.More information to come as we are at the dealership now... will post the outcome of the visit soon.

I can't say enough about the WONDERFUL experience I had at Tempe Power Nissan yesterday. When I arrived, the General Manager, Randy Jacobs, came out immediately to welcome me, not knowing I had already ordered a car, and was very cordial and didn't try to pressure me. When I told him I was there to see Brian Shirley, he summoned Brian immediately and the 'buying' experience began. Brian is the BEST salesperson I've ever encountered. He explained all the financials very clearly and there were no hidden surprises. He gave me a FANTASTIC deal! He also went waaay beyond the call of duty by putting on my difficult seat covers, connecting my cell to the car's bluetooth, and programming the car's homelink (garage opener). Everyone else, including Gary Gardner, head LEAF tech, Rose Papp, sales cashier, and Scott Goldstein treated me very well and they were really nice. Adam, the Finance Manager, had me in and out in just minutes! That's the first time I've ever done Finance that fast. I can't thank everyone enough that I met there for giving me the Ultimate buying experience! Thanks again!

Very good experience considering a car-buying experience can never be a pleasant one.Brian Shirley was an excellent sales rep. Randy Jacobs provided good financial information. Sometimes I wish they would help me more than they help the dealership get the money, but I understand it's a business and the company comes before the customer.

Brian happened to follow up with us regarding our sale today and we were having problems with the battery, Brian offered to check out what warranty we might have if any on the battery before we spent any money. The car is a 1999 Nissan we have not had any issues so far besides the battery, we purchased on 10/31/10 and service was great, window tint was even replaced due to being too dark, the tint was great and we were not charged for this to be done.I also mentioned to Brian that the brakes seem to be grinding and we were going to get them inspected tomorrow and he said they can look at them next week as it is a safety issue and they can see what can be done as they should have about a year left on them. Overall the service I received was above par and the follow up so far as been great. I hope that continues!

WOW! Best dealership I've ever dealt with. I'm very impressed to say the least. I've bought vehicles from a lot of dealerships and until now they were all the same. Nice as can be until you sign the papers then they won't give you the time of day. I can honestly say that's not the case with Power Nissan and with salesman Steve Moggal. I had problems with the vehicle and assumed the worse. Being a used vehicle I didn't expect them to give me the time of day. The Power Nissan dealership and Steve Moggal went above and beyond anything I expected. They took care of the problems I had and made several follow up calls to me to make sure everything was good and I was happy. They didn't make any money spending time to help me and call me but they did it to make sure I was satisfied. I'll gladly do business with this dealership even if I have to pass up other dealerships to get there. Thank you Steve Moggal and Power Nissan for taking care of me before, during and more importantly, after the sale.

Car advertised online did not have the features that the ad said it did when we got there. They did work with us to get us the missing equipment, but that was after we called them on it. The minivan was supposed to be a CERTIFIED Nissan , but the air filter and oil were nasty when we checked them. The car was supposed to have had a complete overhaul to be certified and we felt like they hadn't done much to it at all to get it ready. The customer service was fair and the quality of work was poor. I would definitely go elsewhere next time.

Went to negotiate a deal with this dealership, was told pricing everything was agreed upon by sales man, then was told to come in to make deal the pricing all changed by $1600 called GM of dealer Rick he calls me says this is the price that I will never get a price as I was quoted..I purchased the car from avondale nissan for $1600 less then was given by Power Nissan.. Not happy with bait and switch, that is exactly what happened at this dealership!! Very poor customer service and poor communication between salesmen and managers.. They our full of alot of BS.. Do not waste your time buying from this dealership...

My wife and I went to the dealership to look at a new Nissan Murano. The salesperson was quite knowledgeable about the Murano. The buying experience was quite pleasant. They gave us a fair price on our trade-in and we were in and out in about 4 hours.

Worst dealership in Mesa. The sales staff is pushy, unfriendly, uninformed, and just plain rude. I came in for an appointment to talk about a 370z I had seen online, but when I showed the salesman I had scheduled time with was nowhere to be found. I asked the sales manager if I could speak to him, to which he replied, "Haven't seen him all day." Ok, whatever, "Is there anyone available who could show me around", I ask. He says "give me a minute", and I wait for around 15 minutes until someone shows up. (The dealership was empty btw. No customers.) The salesman who shows up knows next to nothing about the car, but claims to have sold 2 just yesterday. After 10 minutes of talking at me about things I didn't come there for ("So, will you be paying cash or financing") I left annoyed, and made a mental note never to stop in there again. Totally unprofessional.

Cross threaded a lug nut and then would not fix it. Rude service advisor would not even look at the problem. Even called the service manager and told him the circumstances and had the receipts showing when nissan had rotated my tires and then when they were taken off to change all tires. Two Thumbs down for these guys.

I gave them a fairly good score because the one area they failed is not scored and that is trustworthiness. I bought a used car from them, it had a good price and rode pretty well. They tried to force me into a warranty that I now wish I had purchased. The problem within 2 months I found the following: The paint had faded on the car and only a good wax job made the car look nice, the rear window support arm was broke due to an accident (I never asked or was shown a carfax report - will never make that mistake again) I had to buy a new motor and arm to get it to work, had to replace the washer fluid tank because all the support connection were broke, I had to replace 10 missing bolts or screws for everything from the front bumper to the rear mud guards, and best yet, the engine blew a gasket and I spend $1.7k to have the engine repaired. I take some of the blame but I expected a replicable dealer to be selling cars in good working order and that they would have repair the little issues. Live and learn, don't let them pull this on you.

I test drive a vehicle on a Friday afternoon. Went home, did some research, and decided to buy. I contacted Luis first thing in the morning. We agreed to a price and he asked me to come in. He told me someone else was there looking at the car, but that he would tell them it was sold. He also spoke with his manager and he agreed. By the time I arrive, they've sold the vehicle to someone else. They tried to pass another vehicle off on me, ut it wasn't even close to what I wanted. They even called my wife and were rude to her. Stay away from this dealership. You can get the same prices at other dealerships in the valley, and not have to deal with dishonest salesmen.
