If this is not the most frustrating journey ever. Came back (had an appointment) for the service and radio issue (ongoing for 3 months) and when I took over the car, I noticed that they probably did not change the oil!! The sticker was not changed, but why should I have to worry if it just the sticker that was not replaced. So I called back after few minutes and since it was few minutes over 7pm rep told me that the service has left for the day and that they will call me in the morning. Means, I would have to drive back AGAIN! The same service advisor. They did washed my car and did a nice job with the inside of the car, but the overall experience swiped away all the extra steps they were trying to do ....Had a very bad experience with the service department. Came in to replace the radio that was under factory warranty still. I was told that they have to order the part and will follow up with me once they get the part. After one month I called myself to follow up and phone rep told me that my service rep is off and will call me once he gets back. No call. Followed again after a week or two (was making sure that I do not call same day in the week) and guess what, my advisor was 'off' again. After 2 months since the first follow up I called again, I explained all the unsuccessful follow ups. The rep 'was truly sorry' as all reps are trained, however, they were trying to connect me with the parts department. The transfer failed so I was told again that they will leave a note and somebody will call me back. No call received in the following days. So, I called again and explain all and was finally transferred to the service department. I explained all the glitches and time frames to the service rep, he quickly checked with the parts dep. if the radio came in and explained to me that the part came in on time and because, I was not contacted!! (Imagine how often I called in) they had to send the part back, because the s. number or sth expires after some time if the radio is not installed and it had to be sent back. As you can assume, I had to schedule and come in again to repeat the procedure and once the radio comes in again, I could only hope they would call me. I almost didn't even give Autonation Toyota a chance. I kept talking myself out of appointments due to me believing I wouldn't qualify. Rodney Farley called me one day and really made me feel like he would take care of me. I felt so comfortable talking to him. I didn't miss my appointment after I talked to him. I am so happy I came to the store. Not only did I qualify but I got the exact car that I wanted. That man was a God send. Thank you Rodney!!!

I was there for two hours while they figured out the part I needed for my power steering. I was told it'd probably take about an hour. While there the fire alarm went off at least 3x. Also, while waiting, I observed another customer that had come in for a wash and vacuum. The customer's keys went "missing." After finding the keys the manager took the customer to the car. I saw them then come back in and the customer had been taken to the WRONG car! I was told that the parts I needed for my car would be in on Tuesday and the rep would then call me to set up an appointment. It is now Sunday and I never received a call. I will be calling to follow up tomorrow. This experience has made me concerned about the quality of service and I'm wary of having my car fixed here. If my regular mechanic was able to do the type of repair I need I would definitely go to there versus here. (Also, the rep commented that he had never seen the model of Toyota that I own before, which made me concerned as well considering this is a Toyota dealership...)

Trace Howe, was my service adviser and from the moment we shook hands it was right to business. Trace did an awesome job reviewing my cars service history and saw a few things I had missed. He explained to me in detail what each of the items were and how they affected the performance of my car. I just had foot surgery done and did not take my medication so that I could get my car serviced it was long over due. Trace got things done post haste. I had a great experience at AutoNation. This was my first car buying experience and I was overwhelmed by all the options out there and new vs used. I did not think I could afford a new vehicle but everyone I interacted with worked with me to bring the cost of a new car down to what I could afford. I had been working with another dealership in the central Florida area on helping my parents purchase a new 2016 Toyota Prius Four Touring. The negotiations in person and on-line stalled quickly with the salesperson and also the sales manager at that dealership. One of my friends mentioned her parents had a good experience at AutoNation Toyota of Winter Park recently and I thought I might as well check them out. I called the sales department and Fredy Agron, Salesperson, answered the phone. I told him exactly what car I wanted from his dealership's website and told him the price I needed him to meet or beat. Within less than an hour he came back with a lower price on a better car that had over $1,200 in options and accessories than the other car at the other dealership. I agreed to the pricing and paid my $500 deposit over the phone in order to hold the car. I told Fredy that I needed as much done as possible before hand so we could get in and out quickly on delivery day. I went with my parents a few days later and purchased the new car in under 2 hours. Great Great Experience. Ask for Fredy!

the inventory is huge, they have all the cars that you want to be buy, the budget fits perfectly for the car you want to be buy and they work with you to get us satisfied. i ended up buying nissan altima, 2dr coupe for pretty nice deal, the exterior of it is kind of worn out but you cannot expect a new car when you go there to buy an used one. the customer service is good, chafik alloui was the person who helped me get this car, i felt no pressure which you feel if you go to any other dealer. he was pretty cool and helped me choose this nice coupe. i am very excited to drive it. overall, everything worked well and good and i am satisfied with autonation. to me it is a place where you can find a good car with whatever budget you have.

Had a great positive experience with sales rep Chafik Alloui purchasing my Toyota RAV4. I did not come to dealership looking for that particular vehicle but something similar. He was very knowledgeable and provided information about the RAV4 versus the vehicle I was interested in and I decided the RAV4 would be the better choice for me. It was also a very open transparent process with the finance person, Paul Bezmen who was aware I had been pre-approved by a lender they partner with. So getting the rate and payment I wanted was a smooth process. He also took the time to explain all documents related to purchase which was appreciated. In the week since the car was purchased, I have received phone calls from the sales person, Chafik Alloui as well as several emails asking how I am enjoying my new vehicle and letting me know he and the dealership are there if I need anything, that the relationship does not stop with the purchase. Excellent customer service is what AutoNation Toyota Winter Park displays and I will be recommending this dealership and company to all friends and family who are in the market for a new vehicle. The pro Andre advice me that the third coil on my engine was starting a false fuse and was going to charge me $300. I took my car to a real mechanic who told my 1 st and 2nd cool was out not my third and only charge me $85 dollars. And my now my car is running great. I will not be returning to Toyota anymore not even for an oil change anymore.

Hands down a great buying experience. No hard press for a sale, worked with Scott, great guy, answered every question we had in a timely matter. They didn't have the model or color in stock at the time, but did have one on the lot withing 36 hours to come look at. Wife is extremely happy with our purchase, and that is all that matter to me. I actually brought my 2000 Camry LE in for service and wanted to look at new vehicles to replace my 2014 Jeep Patriot. I am not a Jeep Fan always had toyotas and all of them purchased at Auto Nation. My experience this weekend was challenging, we drove the toyota Camry LE, the RAV4 LE and then a RAV4 XLE. The negotiations were a bit time consuming but we ended up with what was fair and we actually left with not only a RAV4 XLE, we also purhcased a Toyota Tacoma. My Sales rep was excellent, in the swealting heat of the day he took the time to deliver each and every vehicle to us to test drive minimizing our need to walk all over the lot. The RAV4 XLE Idrove to St. Petersburg, FL this weekend and was amazed at the gas mileage for the highway. 49 Highway Miles and 37 City/Hwy combined.Unbelieveable. Love the vehicle drives like a dream. Very comfortable and beautiful.I always thought about purchasing a RAV 4 and now I am glad to be a proud owner of one. I kept my 2000 Camry LE, it has been, as all of my toyotas the most dependable transportation and is still in pristine condition.

I came from New York to turn in my lease and help my daughter buy a new car. I talked to a nice young man named Burg. I could tell he was a little bit new but he was very pleasant. His Manager Rodney assisted Burg most of the way and I have to say Autonation Toyota impressed me. Rodney told me he had 4 girls so I knew he would take care of my daughter. He even helped me. He suggested that I trade my truck instead of turning it in due to the excess wear and tear. Come to find out that was exactly what I needed to do. I have a choice to drive about 7 minutes to one local Toyota Service Center or drive 40 minutes to AutoNations and I choose AutoNations. The simple reason is the attitude of this service facility. The work is done correctly the first time and if any specials are running do receive them. There is a fellow named Oscar in the service center I have used since I purchased the vehicle. I schedule an appointment with him and I on almost every time am out the door quickly knowing thhe work is complete. Lastly, he always keeps me posted as to how my vehicle is doing and when I should be able to leave.

I have not bought a car in a while and was dreading it somewhat. I found the one I wanted at AutoNation Toyota on-line and contacted the dealer via their web site. I told them what I could afford and that I had a trade-in. They asked me to fill out a form on my trade-in and gave me a quote that made the deal work. I drove from Jacksonville to Orlando to see the new (used) car. I was not there for 90 minutes including the test drive. The paperwork was quick and everything was just as we agreed on-line. Replacing a car after an auto accident is never something you really want to do. But you have no choice. I was still hurt from the accident and in pain but Chafik Alloui took care of me. He looked until he found what I wanted. Or so I thought I wanted another van. But no my van era had run its course, I've had my eye on the PriusV since they came out. We are a Toyota family, 4 in the driveway right now. My car now makes 13 in 26 years with 6 reaching the 600,000 miles mark. Chafik saw that I really wanted that car. He searched and we prayed because we also knew this was what I needed and the next day he text me a picture, I loved it. He made the buy so smooth and easy. Worked around my injuries from the accident. Basically Chafik just plain took care of me!! This is what I call true service. I have been a customer at this location for 38 years service and all. I have been taking my Solara convertible here since I bought it here (2002). Before that, I had my Previa van serviced here for about 8 years. I wouldn't take any of my vehicles anywhere else. Stewart Burzee was initially my service technician and is now service dept.manager. It is because of Stewart's high level of professionalism and world class customer service that I am such an ardent fan. I trust him completely to be honest about the needs of my car and have never left feeling like I have been "taken for a ride". Additionally, the waiting area has refreshments, internet capability, a television, and even a movie theater for your enjoyment, while you wait. If you can't stay, there are complimentary shuttles to drop you off at work or home. It doesn't get any better than this. And they work on just about all vehicles.

Bob Parr is by far the best Assistant Service Manager I have ever dealt with. Fixing a car or knowing what you need done can be a major insecurity for many people. You are never sure if someone is being honest and is looking out for your best interest. Do I really need this? Do I really need that? It can be very stressful. Bob Parr put that to rest for me and treated me like a family member. He went above and beyond in building my trust and caring about his customer. Most places are out for themselves only. Bob double checked my warranty multiple times amongst other things and has earned himself future business not only from me but from other people who have asked me who I use. Recently purchased our new Toyota Highlander at AutoNation Toyota in Winter Park. The entire process was low key and friendly from the moment we stepped through the door. Our Sales Associate Rodney Farley was very attentive and responsive as we identified what we wanted and he quickly found find the right package for us. The negotiation process, which involved a trade, was hassle-free and the deal was made quickly to our complete satisfaction. Either Rodney or his associate Raed Kader gave us constant support at every step of the way until we took delivery. This purchase marks the 13 or 14th new car I have purchased and it was a real pleasure to work with a salesman that knew his product line and the options available on a vehicle I was interested in purchasing. I visited the dealership to look at a specific interior color and was assisted by Richard and within 30 minutes he had me looking at the car I had described with the options and colors I wanted. Within one hour the price was agreed on and the necessary paperwork was completed. Home for lunch and pickup the check book, Back to the dealer to pay for the transaction with a closing agent (Ben) who was an expert, knew his job and provided the information I wished with no hesitation. 35 minutes later I was on my way home with a car and deal that I was pleased with much more than any of the cars I had purchased previously. This is also the only auto purchase there is absolutely no buyers remorse.

I had an oil consumption issue and Service Manager, Stewart Burzee and Asst. Service Mgr. Max Grossy determined that there was a recall on the oil rings and had the motor rebuilt under that recall. While there I also had the Head , Valve Seals replaced at a reasonable price!I was half way home after picking my car up and my A/C stopped so I returned to the dealer. They determined that the compressor was bad and since it was only 10 miles after I picked the car up, Stewart and Max decided to replace my compressor an no charge to me!! I took my car in for service i.e. oil change and routine check up. My car had been pulling to the right slightly and I asked the dealer to check this out. They found they front end and rear end out of alignment. This was corrected and my car drives like a dream now. There was a little incident while servicing my car. The side door and left rear panel got scratched while taking the car off the lift. The service advisor called this to my attention and assured me this would be fixed to my satisfaction. I had to take the car back in the following Tuesday morning. I was given a car to drive while my car was being fixed. On Thursday afternoon I was called and told that my car was ready for pick up. The scratch on the side of my car had been repaired (painted, buffed out ) and there is no sign of the scratch. The "fix" was done with amazing results. My experience with Auto Nation, Winter Park, was good in spite of the minor issue with the scratch on my car. They handled my service and repair professionally.

I took my Rav 4 there for a routine oil change and was in and out in no time, while they were changing the oil they noticed the brakes were squeaking. I told them I just changed them at another Toyota dealership a few months ago. Without hesitation they changed the brakes with no cost to me. We have had Nick Ricigliano as our service advisor since 2008 when we moved to Orlando. Couldn't ask for a more professional, knowledgeable and friendly advisor. He does not push having anything that is not necessary to be done on the vehicle but does let us know that something is coming up to be done in the near future. He advises when something is necessary for our safety as well. When it came time to buy a new car, we actually thought of going elsewhere but stuck with AutoNation because we wanted to stick with Nick for our service. Nick was also instrumental in assisting us with the purchase of our new vehicle because he knew our needs in the new vehicle. Rodney was impressive. I expected the usual car sales pitch. Instead I received actual customer service. The guy is a busy man too. Three people asked for him while he was dealing with me and he made sure that they were taken care of. He listened to me and even provided solutions to my concerns. I thought he had been selling cars for a long time so when I found out he had only been selling cars for 7.5 months it just made his profesionalism even more impressive. I've always, always received courteous and excellent service, plus the added bonus of their shuttle service without which I don't know how I would have gotten my old van serviced or repaired. Buying a a car/truck (for me) ranks right up there with getting a root canal, but at Auto Nation Winter Park, it was wonderful. Our salesman, ABU, made it incredibly easy. What a nice guy! No one in the place was pushy or arrogant. He gave us exactly what we asked for and there was little to no haggling over the price; which I appreciated. I have been on the lookout for an SUV, specifically the Toyota RAV4 with 4WD. We visited a couple of dealers in the Kissimmee, and lower Orlando area...Bad Service and some people with attitudes. However, my family and I stumble upon this dealer and were shocked at the kindness, patience, and super helpful customer service of the whole property. One representative in particular, Fredy Agron, (WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ANYONE), truly helped me out. He showed us the cars on the lot, of the models they had, he gave us all his time and attention and did his best to satisfy us. Even when we were sad and disappointed our dream car wasn't there, he went the extra mile and looked online and for partner dealers and found our car about 2 hours away. He showed us all the numbers and info and had us convinced and we signed there and then and surprised me with the car the next day. Fredy, and the other financial reps and managers were are super helpful and did their best to expedite our process, paperwork, and experience there as a whole. Truly, many other dealers in the place could learn a thing or two. Of course, facilities were normal like any other, and the long paperwork isn't always fun, but what do you expect? You're buying a big moving vehicle. All in all, compared to other places, the people here stood out to me, unlike the many other sharks lurking in Kissimmee.

This is my 2nd time purchasing from this Autonation Toyota and it was just as good of an experience as the first. If not better! I totaled the first car (Toyota Prius) I'd purchased from there in a hit & run accident, and needed to get a larger vehicle for less than I was paying for the Prius. But I still wanted decent gas mileage. Chafik was able to get me that deal, and was very pleasant to work with. He put me in a RAV4 LE, and I LOVE it. It's larger, but not too big of an upgrade in size from the Prius, and Chafik was able to get me monthly payments over $100 cheaper than my last car WITH a bunch of added goodies. Plus they're doing a LIFETIME warranty right now at their location, no dealership can beat that. I even left to check out another dealership (just to see the numbers they would gave me) and ran back to Toyota after the service I received from the other one. Autonation Toyota is one of the cleanest, most professional dealerships I've been to. Their service department is fantastic (as I had free maintenance with my Prius for 2 years), and my experience with Chafik in sales was great, I would highly recommend him!

Rodney Farley is by far the best salesman in the entire state of Florida. Not only did he find the vehicle that I needed but he got me the best deal. I was referred to him by a friend. If you see a Honda or Chevrolet in the service center, it is probably my family or people we have recommended to come here. This place, by far, has THE BEST customer service. They have competetive prices but it is the service we will pass our own Honda dealerships in order to get here to TOYOTA Autonation.. Have kids? There is a movie theater, popcorn, food vendor (hot food, sandwiches, beverages), a toddler area, game station, and tables/TV. Ask for Bob Parr. He is fantastic.

My service advisor, Bob Parr, handled my service request in a very professional and timely manner. He did offer some recommended services for me to consider, but without any pressure to purchase. I had shared with him that I had one of the recommended services done in the past and that I was not totally satisfied with the results. He made a point to share that concern with the Tech who was going to service the car, and reported back to me that they would take extra care and make some additional adjustments as necessary to make me 100% satisfied. I will definitely use this dealership for any future repairs to my Camry, but the vehicle has performed very well the past 5 years and has required a very minimal amount of repair service. From the day we arrived on the lot to just look at the Toyota Tundra, Fredy Agron was a tremendous help. He advised us on the differences between the models and asked all the right questions to help us figure out which model might be best for us. He is knowledgeable, patient, and leaves you feeling like you are dealing with a friend. First I came into the Autonation dealership to get the 30,000 maintenance done on my Rav 4, Oscar Luna was the service adviser one that took care of the Rav 4, he is very nice and polite. Then that same day they told me that I qualified to change my Rav 4, since I have a lease with Toyota. The sales rep was Jorge Ortiz, excellent customer service, he explained everything about the car, also the advantage of keep leasing instead of buying. I leased a 2015 Corolla Sport, what a great car, and a very good price too. I totally recommend AutoNation Toyota in Winter Park. And have Jorge help you with your lease or your purchase, and if you are going to get your car service have Oscar take care of it. Way to go Jorge and Oscar! I had leased two other Toyotas from a different local dealership and went to do a third and found that the great salesman who had given me great deals was no longer there. I still got a good deal from that store, but when I went for a fourth lease, I couldn't get a good deal. I started calling other dealerships and found the salesman whom I really missed is now a manger at AutoNation. After not taking his advice, and driving too far to chase an advertised deal of one of his competitors that was too good to be true, as he said it was, I came to him and got the best deal I could find. Eddie Hodges has always been honest and taken excellent care of my vehicle needs. Through this last leasing experience, I now know which dealerships lie to customers to get them in the door. AutoNation is just the opposite. Everything that was promised was delivered. Eddie and the salesmen gave my daughter and I their undivided time and attention. I ended up buying a Jeep Grand Cherokee, instead of a 4Runner. But, my sales experience with Robert Chambers was excellent. A super-nice and easy-going guy, Robert hung-in there, trying to locate a specific 4Runner Limited (for over 2 months). Even though I didn't buy one, he was gracious and genuine, in congratulating me with my new Jeep. That's class. I will be recommending Robert to anyone looking for a Toyota or Scion.

I didn't feel no pressure to buy but then again I knew what I wanted and wanted to pay. I would STRONGLY recommend to ask for Abu Tayf. We had just driven 1200 miles from Rhode Island to Florida when our "Check engine" light came on. The Autonation in Winter Park Fl managed to see us the same day that we called, did a diagnostic test, and told us that we needed a new catalytic converter. I would have completed the repair in Florida if our travel plans had given us the time for the repair to be completed. I commend Autonation for the quality of the service they provide, as the service attendant, Joe Burnett, as well as the shuttle car driver Duane, were so helpful and polite.
