Very friendly and professional sales team! Highly recommend anyone looking to get a Toyota to come here. Really easy people to work with and everything was explained well and all questions were answered without issues. Ken the sales manager and Mike Workman went above and beyond! Jon in finance was really great and easy to work with as well. They did a great job keeping us up to date with our 4Runner while it was in the process of getting shipped, up to the moment it got to the dealership. They were all very courteous and we couldn’t be happier!

Being a single female, I felt the sales person was condescending and did not actually listen to me. The finance coordinating was somewhat rude after I expressed no desire to purchase the extended warranty. The service manager did seemed sincere and attentive so am hoping further contact with Parnell will be positive. The only reason I continued with the purchase is because they had what I wanted and I can be confident in purchasing a Toyota.

As with many other people I was interested in purchasing a new Toyota Tacoma. With today’s shortage on new cars and trucks it would be a nearly impossible task. My salesperson Jimmy Hansen accepted the challenge and found a truck that fit the bill perfectly! Jimmy made sure I was kept informed every step of the way, contacting me throughout the entire process. So, I dropped my truck off for an axle repair. The initial quote was $1600 for the total fix, and the timeline provided was approximately 3-5 business days. The problem arose when the Service Representative I was working with got sick. There was no form of hand-off of my truck's status. I called them and was told on two different occasions that someone was taking over the sick person's workload and I would get a call back within a day or two. Fast forward more than two weeks, and I still hadn't heard anything about my truck so I finally called management and they told me my truck was ready for pickup. When I went in to get my truck, the price they charged me was over $2500. And then when I contested that price, and the lack of response really any accommodation for almost 3 weeks... the best they could do was charge me the original $1600 mentioned. (And that was including some kind of 'discount' they found for me...) the truck is in great working order, but the customer service was really weak and I left disappointed overall. TL;DR ‐ Good mechanical repair, but pretty bad customer service.

I drove by and say a very rarer Yukon XL Denali. I still stopped and was told it was just traded and needed to go through service. I told the sales men I’ve been looking for this exact SUV for a while and was very interested. He spoke with his boss and had me come back the next day for a ride along. Immediately after I told him let’s do the paperwork. The sales man Mike handled everything with easy. He was very accommodating around my schedule and got the deal done without me having to come in to the office 100 times with paperwork. There was no hassle or back and fourths. The warranty I have covers everything accept acid and bleach damage to the interior which I had never heard of. It’s incredible! For my fully loaded dual entertainment package Denali I paid below what other lots wanted for basic no entertainment or sunroof Yukon’s. So happy!!
