GO AND ASK FOR MANNY!!! He is not your typical salesman! I came in and was instantly greeted by Manny. He sat us down & asked all the right questions to figure out exactly what we were looking for. Very open and transparent about everything, made us feel super comfortable and confident about purchasing a car on the spot! I’m in love with my new baby! Thanks for everything!!!!!!!

I want to share my personal experience with Brian Rollins, sales consultant at AutoNation on 15625 Katy Fwy. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle. Earlier this year our family had a negative experience purchasing a vehicle for our daughter. The salesman although pleasant never followed up with what he said he was going to do. I braced myself walking into the dealership when it was my son’s turn to purchase his car. Then we met Brian Rollins. He was not only professional, but very friendly. He answered all our questions and explained everything to us. I informed Brian about our last car buying experience, and how the salesperson did not follow through on things he said he would after the car was purchased. I was still guarded. All salespeople are great when trying to close a sale. We ended up purchasing my son’s car. The vehicle needed a few repairs before we could take possession. Brain promised to follow up on the status of the car. I braced myself again, as I had heard this before with my daughter’s car. This is where Brian became our superhero! He communicated with us every step of the way what was happening with the status of the car. If I sent him a message, text, or call, he replied almost immediately. Brain Rollins went above and beyond in trying to help as much as possible. I truly felt Brian was my advocate in making sure that when we picked up the car, everything would be perfect, and it was! The service Brian provided was excellent. I am fortunate to have met Brian who made this transaction as smooth and seamless as possible. I only wish I had met Brian earlier. I would have loved to have purchased my daughter’s car with him. I highly recommend Brian Rollins. Great service and saw us through from start to finish!

I've never had a better experience.... It was so easy to buy a car from here. Anthony and Emanuel were the bomb and the most awesome people I have ever worked with and would recommend then to everyone I know. Thank you for all your GREAT service. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car!

Had a great experience here. The sales guy, Robert White, was top notch. He sent me a walk around video of the car, and had it pulled up before I arrived. Car buying sucks, but these guys made it super easy.
