DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALER AVOID AT ALL COST AND IF YOU CAN TRY TO BY CPO USED CAR. I purchased a vehicle that was only slightly defective and they’ll fix it to the point where it will run good on the test drive but once you drive it off the lot you are on your own. They create numbers out of THIN AIR . They will advertise one price but double it for no reason once it comes down to the final price . I owned the car for less that one day , and when I drove it home the next day there was a laundry list of things that were wrong with the car that you will not be notified of. At one point they sat me down and had managers convince me saying that I claim there’s something wrong with the car and they’ll claim that there’s nothing wrong with the car. Ask about their return policy . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST .once they discover who you are they ignore your calls and have the whole office black ball your phone number so when you call they answer and hang up immediately or they’ll answer and be extremely rude to you. Was they fool you all their hospitality goes out the window .What they do has got to be illegal but sadly its not. They will lie, and cheat their way into a deal and disregard the fact that they are ruining the consumer's life. I have no interest in ever doing any kind of business with this dealership ever again, and to whoever is reading this and considering buying a car from this dealer, I don't care if the car is practically free , there's a 85-90% chance that its a lemon and the final price will be doubled upon completion of the sale. At this point I'm not even concerned with the repairs being done on the car I just want to return the car, they can keep the deposit I don't care I just don't want anything to do with this business for as long as I'll live. The last time I was there everyone including the owner and their mechanic lied directly to my face. Whatever it is that they promise you make sure that you get it in writing, or do will find a way to slither out of it like the slippery snakes that they know they are. There's nothing to negotiate just to the damn lemon back and we can both go about our lives.This place is the perfect example of everything that is wrong with roadside dealers today.We're in a pandemic and if you do business with this dealer I can almost guarantee you without a doubt in my mind that you will be disappointed and may never recover financially from the sale.DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER.

This matches the typical stereotype of a greasy used car lot. I came in pre-approved ready to buy a 2015 vehicle that I was promised had "not a scratch on it" and no accidents. Half of the vehicle was repainted and there were dings and chips all around it. The service was terrible, we were stuck waiting around with no instruction on their process. Sales associates are very unprofessional which matches the attitude of the rest of the dealership. All they care about is the money and getting the sale, save your time and money and go to a reputable dealer and stay away from this place.

Gary, my initial contact, was very personable and put me in touch with a salesman/manager name Gavin. Gary was great! Very personable and friendly.Gavin was gregarious and friendly. Unfortunately, I understood him to make a couple of promises, not major, that he could not back up. All in all a good guy.Finally, Tony! He completed the trifecta. A real outgoing fellow and fun to work with. He even wanted to take a picture of me! They took my truck to a nearby parking lot for me to pick up later. Good service.If your expectations are realistic, ever company has limitations, you'll do fine.Some of the negative comments may have been due to unrealistic expecations. Folks, companies need to make a profit; they can not give cars away!

Drove 3 hours to get there. Called enroute and Edwin said the truck we inquired about was on the lot. When we arrived, the truck had just been sold and driven off the lot. UNBELIEVABLE!!! ---that's what we thought. Thanks for wasting our time!! I would not buy a car nor recommend anyone else!
