Jake was super-helpful. He made it clear from the start that they deal only in salvage-title cars, and he made the process pretty easy all the way through. Drove 7 hours from Lubbock to Colorado Springs, and I’m very happy with the car I got, and the price. We were tended to from the moment we got there, and altogether the whole process from test driving to driving off the lot took maybe an hour and a half. The only disappointing moment was when I saw a ding on the hood, but that was on me for not noticing that in the photos (I went back and checked, and sure enough, I just missed it).
