I bought a vehicle from them and initially everything was great, the vehicle had some A/C issues which they “fixed” and they made the buying process really smooth. Fast forward 2 months later and the A/C gave out in the middle of summer and I was not going to waste my time with the woods cross branch to get the A/C “fixed again. I ended up trading in the vehicle for a new one at a different dealership, and afterwords tried to cancel my warranty with woods cross. I drove down to the dealership and their finance manager told me everything they needed to cancel the warranty and get my money refunded. I sent everything they needed and was told they would take care of it. A month went by and I hadn’t received anything, so I emailed and called the finance manager several times with no answer. I was finally able to get someone from their cancellations department to answer me in an email and I came to find out the nothing was even done. I sent the documents again and a lady named Diane was able to help me out, got it processed and canceled. Another month goes by and I hadn’t received the check I was told would come in the mail to my address, so I email for an update and I find out that they sent it to the bank that I had the auto loan with instead of me! When I asked why, they asked “Was the auto loan paid off?” At this point I’m already super frustrated because I had to provide proof to them that the loan was paid of to cancel my warranty In the first place, so I decided to wait, hoping that the bank would realize that my loan was paid off and that my account had been closed months ago. Fast forward another month and still nothing! I sent one last email hoping that they will fix their mistake and just get me my money. If you are going to do business with this branch please know you are in for a bumpy ride.

Outstanding dealership. I cannot recommend this place enough. More specifically I recommend working with Bryce. He went above and beyond to help me buy my car. Literally fought for me and made sure I got a good deal and wasn’t taken advantage of. Really appreciate him, his kindness, and professionalism. I will recommend him to anyone and everyone

We had a wonderful experience buying a new car with Auto Savvy! They weren't pushy in any way. Both the Draper and Woods Cross locations were great! We did have an issue about 3 weeks after our purchase. I contacted the service department and they got our vehicle in right away. They were able to give us a loaner car so we weren't stuck without a vehicle during that time. The most helpful to us was Audrey. She made me feel 100% at ease with all going on. When you pay that much for a new car, and have an issue it can be very stressful. Audrey was amazing to help me feel so much better. I knew I was in good hands. They fixed our vehicle quickly and efficiently, obviously at no charge. When I picked up the car I felt like I made a new friend with Audrey and felt confident driving off. I know we have a dependable place to go in the future for oil changes, or service needed. I would definitely recommend giving them a chance!

I love this auto savvy at woods cross. This was my first experience buying a salvage titled vehicle. I was very impressed with their experience and professionalism. Everyone is very honest, open and upfront about everything. You will leave totally at ease that you made a great purchase. I am especially impressed with those that I have had the opportunity to meet. They are all willing to jump in and help with whatever I bring to them. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Angel was great,when the first car did not work out he helped us look around without being pushy about looking into other cars. Many of the workers were very friendly and kind but every once in a while some seemed very overbearing in our decision. Angel though was very understanding and supportive as we did our best to make smart financial moves and buy the car we wanted from them. Overall Angel was a very supportive and above and beyond representative for Auto Savvy, we would highly recommend him.
