I have owned 110 cars the 911 I just bought from Todd is an amazing car. But we all know that what makes it even more special was the way the car was sold to me. You have to imagine after owning so many cars and 13 of the have been 911's I am pretty particular. This is the second 911 I have bought from Todd. Why? simple he is honest, gives great service and does what he promises. Adventura represents there cars for exactly what they are and then they stand by them. The have an amazing restoration shop and great mechanics. There where some minor issues with the car and everyone was taken care of before I took possession of the car. Todd and his brother are real car guys and they sell investment quality cars. Its not often you buy lunch for a guy who just sold you a car and give him a bottle of French Wine. I recommend them highly you will never go wrong with Adventura

Both Todd and Dean were extremely professional and honest in the description and needs of the 1995 Ferrari 355.that I purchased The showroom was a dream of beautifully restored classic cars that would rival Jay Leno's garage . I was allowed to wonder around the restoration workshop and was impressed with the attention to detail and friendliness of the staff/mechanics. They really provide a first class service during the buying process and after. My only regret is I wish I had a bigger garage. I look forward to my next purchase.......Thank YouPatrick Minter

I purchased a used Porsche 911 from this dealer. I saw the car on line and purchased it sight unseen. The car was described to me and when it arrived it was even better than I expected! Todd was a pleasure to work with and helped to arrange shipping. He even had a new set of tires put on. I love the car and would use Aventura motors again for another car.

Very nice showroom and service/rebuild maintenance shop. Dean Silvera and his brother Todd make buying a car pleasurable.. very easy to deal with, very easy to get on the phone, quick to respond to all queries.I walked into this showroom to look at a used Porsche Turbo S. However, there are also literally dozens of old classic cars everywhere including, Slant Noses, E type Jaguars, old Gull Wing Mercedes ($1.8 Million car), a few Ferraris including an F430 and a very low mileage, perfect F355. There is also a perfect E39 BMW M5 there now. If you think of a lolly shop for kids, this is the auto adult equivalent !I toured the workshop where classic cars are rebuilt to be like new. The craftsmanship here is immaculate.They also sell cars on behalf of existing customers.A great place to look and buy a classic car

My wife found a used car through Aventura Motors. We worked with Todd to complete the transaction but due to some financing issues were unable to do so. Todd was prompt, courteous and extremely engaged through the entire process. This was all done from a number of states away as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Todd and Aventura for any of your automobile needs. The customer service is top notch! Other dealers should learn from how these folks do business.

We bought a 280SL from Aventura and they took care of some first year (back on the orad) problems for us without any hesitation and have continued to serice the car and do a great job keeping it in mint condition. Very knowledable on these cars!

I have done business with Todd, Dean and the rest of the Aventura group for several years. I have bought, sold and serviced cars through them. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy and a repeat customer.I bought a 280sl from them and found a few bubbles in the paint - they repainted the area for no charge.I had a 911S that I wanted to sell - they found a buyer and got a very good price for me.I had a very original Corvette and needed to replace/service a few items. they made sure to use OEM replacement parts and saved the originals so I could keep everything that originally was with the car.The entire Aventura team does an incredible job. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and responsive but not pushy or simply out to profit.

I wrote a very detailed review today which for some reason did not come out.We bought a 996 Turbo Porsche from DEAN at what I consider to be a great price. The car is immaculate, runs well and looks brand new.I had the opportunity on 4 separate days to witness the workmanship of the guys who do up the classic cars. One word perfection.... Dean is very easy to deal with, is responsive and has an excellent business maintaining and selling classic cars.While I was there I saw 3 cars, a 1960s Merc sold overseas, a perfect Series 1 E Type Jaguar which they restored = magicThese guys sell all over the world. I am stunned by some of the other bad reviews. I got immdeiate responses from the staff on several occasions for my pedantic wife's questions.I am an engineer by trade and my late father was a 35+ year design engineer for GM, Holden, Opel and Isuzu.... I know good work when I see itExcellent place and worth a look if you love old Mercs, Porkers and Jags etc

Under no circumstances should you give this place ANY business. The owners are non-responsive, and I don t think they care a whit about their customers. Its a shame, because their stock of cars is fabulous. But I would never let them touch my, or anyone else s, car ever again. Their workman ship is shoddy, and they left many important electrical systems unconnected after an interior restoration on my 1989 Porsche Targa (i.e. Driver s Window, mirrors). When confronted with the situation they claimed ignorance. When asked about a set missing floor mats that were not put back in the car, I was asked to please give them a week to find them. They constantly ducked further phone calls of inquiry, and have still not at this writing contacted me at all. Granted, new ones are under $200, but a lot of money was spent through them on this car.The Hamptons is a tough place to have your car maintained, but try to find one of the local garages to work on yours. These guys could not care for you in the least. Let some super-wealthy idiot use these guys, you should avoid them like the plague and go someplace that will at least return a phone call.I am only giving one star, because I cannot give them any less.Shame on you Aventura.

I bought a 1971 280sl and was very pleased with the car. I asked for a CD radio to be put in and they recommended putting an additional unit in the glove box and it worked out great. overall a nice car and a very good experience.

i live in the u.k and bought a classic 1966 mustang from this company through a well known internet auction site. i thought by buying from a clasic car dealership with suposedly a good reputation that the car would be exactly as described. how wrong was i. todd silvera and his brother dean were very nice to deal with until the car arrived in the u.k . the car never had power steering which was one of the main reasons for buyng it as it was a present for my 76 year old father, i contacted them to complain and ask them could they send me a power steering kit to the u.k. which i could have fitted here at my own expense . they agreed. then they never answered my calls or emails again. after two months i gave up calling and emailing them. people answered the phone but according to them they were always busy or out. apart from the problems with the power steering. i then had to have a new engine fitted as the engine in the car was so badly rebuilt that it was not possible to repair it. there was also extensive rust in the floor, which i have not had repaired yet. this car was described when i purchased it as having a $40,000 restoration, which was obviously totally untrue. all in all a very bad experience and one that i would not recommend to anyone. please avoid this dealer unless you travel to them and get an independent inspection !

I was in the market for a vintage vehicle. I knew I wanted a Triumph Tr6. I looked all over and finally found something from Aventura Motors that "LOOKED" excellent. A supposedly mint 1975 Tr6. I called Aventura and got ahold of a sales rep named Todd. He was very friendly and eager to help. He answered all of my questions and painted a picture of a car that was artfully restored by an individual in New Jersey. Supposedly this was an individual who cared greatly for Triumphs and who took great pride in his restorations. He spoke of the new paint job, the newly refurbished interior, and the complete engine reworking. All of the pictures looked incredible and Todd was quite anxious to get me in the drivers seat. Needless to say I was sold. We settled on a price that, at the time, seemed be perfectly acceptable for the quality of the vehicle. But upon receiving the car, I was sorely disappointed. The first thing I noticed was the exhaust dangling from the underside of the car. A cheap hanger and bolt had given way leaving the muffler hanging by a thread. The next thing that struck me was the completely warped driver side door frame. The door was slightly ajar and I had to literally pry it open. Once open, it would not close completely. On top of that, the paint job on the drivers door did not match the rest of the car, and the interior paneling was hanging off. The next issue, of many... the car would not start. The shipper had to jump start the car before we could unload it from the car carrier. After getting the car home, I begun my inspection. Here is a list of everything that I have discovered to be wrong, so far...- misaligned/warped front bumper- destroyed carb diaphragms resulting in poor engine performance- the dash is in complete disrepair/ needs to be replaced - shifter boot is tattered and torn - some lights and blinkers inoperative - needs all new grommets - needs new shocks - rims tarnished and dinged/ chipped- rear badge is chipped and cracked - all chrome is tarnished - paint job is weak/ chipped and uneven So in conclusion, I was completely misled. Todd was dishonest and frankly, lied about the condition of the vehicle he was selling. He lied to me, the customer. I strongly urge any potential buyer to beware and keep looking. There are good car dealerships, and there are bad car dealerships. Aventura Motors falls into the latter category.
