I was very satisfied with Avis Car Sales. The vehicle I was interested in was competitively priced. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The finance person and general manager did not add unnecessary fees to the price and gave me a decent price for my trade in. The extended warranty was very good and offered at a low price. Over all, Avis was a great place to purchase a used vehicle.

Had a great experience at Avis! Quick and no pressure service from Ken Mobley. Also Kenny, George and Angelica were knowledgeable and gave us a good trade in value for our truck. Angelica was able to beat our own banks low interest rate! Very satisfied customers!

Just warning everyone. I purchased a car through AVIS Ultimate Test Drive March 2021. Not from the dealership, but over the phone. I am having 100% the same problems as the reviewer before me, Deskjockey. Do NOT buy a car registered out of state from AVIS. I can’t say anything about in-state or the dealership. I found it funny the first review I read was spot on the same problem. I was hoping that going to a dealership would help me resolve my problems but it doesn’t look like it. Smog check, VIN verification, and notary have all been requested of me. So far I’m waiting for $110 refund for those SELLER duties I shouldn’t have had to take care of. Now I’m asked to get a weight inspection 4 weeks after I finished the other things. My OHIO plate registration expires in a month. What are the odds this will be done?
