I had a terrible experience at a car dealership just a few days ago. I called Avis Car Sales and got connected with Scott! He made the process seamless and helped me to understand this was not anything like a dealership. It only took about an hr to get the car!! The dealership took me 4 hours for them to turn around and change the price! Avis Car Sales really cares about their customers and the price you see is what it is. Even better, Scott helped me to sell my car at Car Max and even gave me a ride back to my newly purchased car after selling my old one. Make sure you ask for Scott, he keeps it straight and simple! I will be referring those I know to him!!!

I want to go as far as to say that this is the best car buying experience I've had. My dealer Gina is kind and sociable. When I got stranded after trading in my old car at a nearby place, she drove over for the rescue. She also recommended to NOT trade in my car directly with her own dealership since that option will generally give me less for the car. Allen, who advised me on financial and coverage choices, impressed me with the amount of honesty he put forward in the conversation. I left the place feeling I paid exactly how much I need to pay for the product and services that I truly need. I hardly ever write a review but I want to recommend this place for anyone feeling unsure of "no haggle" car dealings.

This was indeed the best, smooth, and enjoyable car buying experience ever, with no added pressure to make a purchase . Scott Wallace was my sales rep and he was personable, very helpful, knowledgeable and gave timely responses to all my inquiries whether through email, text, phone calls or in-person. Avis has good quality cars at great prices, that you can shop online and pick what you like before heading to the lot. I highly recommend Avis Car Sales for your next auto buying experience.

Went in yesterday and got a 2020 Ford. It was a great experience because they came off very genuine to me and trust is key in making such purchases. Worked with Mr. Cooper and Mr. Allen and I am extremely grateful for a seemless buying experience. I feel like I got value for my money and time which is unheard of for me at regular car dealerships. Gina Brown was a pleasure to deal with, she responded quite quickly to my inquires, was very personable and answered all my questions and if she didn't know she would research to find the answer. She worked with me to set a day and time to meet at the dealership, had all the applicable paperwork prepared and the vehicle prepped and waiting outside. I didn't feel pressured, which made the experience more pleasurable, considering previous encounters with other dealers. All in all I would recommend Avis Car Sales as a good place to get a good car at a reasonable price without the pressure
