TEN STARS!!! I am a repeat customer to Avondale Mazda. However, this was my first time doing business with the new owners and management. If I could give the Horne Family and the new and improved Horne Mazda Avondale ten stars I would. We experienced quick, professional service and didn’t have any of our time wasted. No back and forth and got the best deal we could find in The Valley. The GM Kim, came out and personally made sure we were satisfied with the deal. Anyone out there that has had a less than perfect car buying experience elsewhere should give the new Horne Mazda Avondale a shot. Take my advice you won’t be disappointed!! Go in today and ask for Tyler he’s the one that helped us purchase our car! Nick the GSM was great too. Great job guys! We bought our Mazda 6, and had one of the best experience ever. People from salesman, managers and Finance did a great job. This was Feb 2019. Figured go back and buy my daughter her first car. Walked into dealership and found out new ownership. We found a car and this time the experience was pretty horrible. It’s like they did not want to sell a car. Wanted ridiculous amount of money down, a car under 12k and would give her no chance. The only good thing about our experience was the salesman, Brandon Rivera’s, but as a salesman you can only do so much. He did his job, but everyone else FAILED!! We walked over to Earnhardt Honda. They actually talked to us and got my daughter into her first car. So if it’s a first car your looking to get, Horne Mazda os not the place!!!

Curtis from Avondale Mazda first contact me via email after I expressed my interest via cars.com. Only a few minutes after emailing me Curtis called to tell me they would not be harassing me, continously asking if I'm interested in buying a car from him. He promised that my car buying experience would be relaxing and easy. I said I needed to talk to my boyfriend and my dad about this specific car and that I would be in contact with him once I had done that. Between that evening and the next morning, I had received 2 more emails, a text message, 3 phone calls and 3 voice mails asking if I was still interested in the car. Needless to say, the promise of not haggling me was not kept and I did not buy a car from Avondale Mazda (or "Avundale" as they spelled it in their text message).

I did a survey of six different crossovers and the Mazda CX5 had the best acceleration and ride of any of the others. The price was slightly higher than some but similar to most. The salesman, Ray, was very helpful and courteous. I spent about 2.5 hours total at the dealership on my two visits. They even delivered the vehicle which was a nice perk.

Within 30 minutes, I was contacted and told that Curtis Goul would be sending me the information I requested. I received it in short order and upon reviewing it we decided to go to the dealership which was very out of the way from where we live. Upon meeting with Curtis and speaking with him we felt at ease about the car buying experience. I think we can all agree we would rather have a root canal without being numb than buy a car. Well Avondale Mazda and the team over there were fantastic to deal with. No high pressure to buy very friendly would absolutely recommend then if you want to purchase a Mazda.

Went down to look for a truck, found exactly what I was looking for. The sales staff was knowledgeable and friendly and I especially liked my salesman, Curtis. He was patient when I was indecisive on my vehicle and willing to pull every truck on the lot up so I could look at them, decide what I wanted and test drive. The buying process was quick and easy and Tony, John and Zach were all very friendly. From door to being financed and on my way, the whole process only took 4 hours. My husband and I are expecting in June and needed something a little bit bigger to fit a carseat and a stroller without breaking our backs and playing tetris with a newborn.Isui and John helped us get exactly what we wanted in a vehicle, that worked perfectly with what we wanted for our expanding family.Zellar, in financing, made sure we stayed within our budget and worked with multiple banks to make sure we got the best interest rate and monthly payment.My husband and I shopped around at many dealerships along the strip that Avondale Mazda is located in and Mazda was the only one that really listened to what we were saying and what we wanted. Very bad experience. Passed around from sales person to sales person to sales manager. No one seemed to have the authority to actually make a deal, but had to leave constantly to check with a sales manager who I never met and who would not come out of his office. They even used the old dealer trick of "losing" the keys to my trade-in vehicle to keep me there longer while a new salesman was brought in to wear me down. I was walking down the hall to the restroom when I saw the original salesman take my keys from his pocket and heard him say "we've kept 'em hear long enough". Seriously, not an ethical place.

Wedrick at Avondale Mazda is one of the best salesmen in AZ, that man makes it his priority to take care of his customers (new and old). I purchased my car from him well over 8 months ago I walked into the dealership for a minor repair this morning and Wedrick made it his business to get me a loaner car so I wouldn't have to wait. I've dealt with a lot of salesmen over the years... But when dealing with him it's like you have a Bestfriend waiting to help you get the best deals in town. I went in to Avondale Mazda because I had never considered a Mazda, but wanted to compare it against a few competitors. After test driving the fully loaded Mazda 3 Grand Touring, no other cars in the class added up! The tech and driving ability of the car were awesome! Not only that, but my Salesman Josh, and manager Chuck were awesome to work with. Josh was very knowledgeable answering all of my questions and did not pressure me at all, even when I told him I was going to leave to compare other cars. Chuck made it quick and easy as well, gave me the no haggle price, even showed me the invoice for the car so I knew I wasn't getting ripped off! In finance the paperwork was very organized and Montana was very professional in answering my questions and not being pushy on things I did not want to buy. Needless to say, my experience from start to finish was awesome and I recommend all of my friends and family to drive a Mazda, and ask for Josh when they get there!

Bought my son a 2013 Kia Soul for his 18th birthday. This vehicle was suppose to be certified. When we roadtested it we took around the block and it seemed to drive ok. After leaving there with it and got it on the highway it pulled very hard to the right. I noticed the rear wheels seemed really bowed in so I called the dealership back and asked how much to align it. I was told $129.95. I didn't think this was right since we had just purchased it. I called and asked to speak to the general manager. I was told by Robert that he would give him the message. The next day came and i called again and Robert somewhat rudely said that he was busy and he would call me when he could. I called again the next day and Robert again was being rude on the phone stated to me that he was not going to keep bothering the GM and to be patient. I decided to take the vehicle in to a reputable repair shop in Goodyear. After checking out the vehicle turns out the straight axle was bent and would cost $1200 to repair it. So after not hearing from the GM we drove there requesting to talk to the GM. Chuck told us to leave the vehicle so they themselves could check it out. When it was verified that was the problem they offered to put a used axle in n/c to me. The problem was time because my son had to leave to go back to school. So we went back to the dealership and asked to speak to the GM again He kept having everyone else talk to us. Horrible customer service from him he should be replaced and not be in that position. Finally they offered to give us our trade back and unwind the deal. I should have done that but with time running out my son saw they had another one there which was a year newer so they said they would work with us on that one. They told me it was a trade in that they just got in which was a lie. It actually was a rental car that they bought at the auction. They made it sound like they were not making any money off the deal but when you get charged for bogus fees they are always making money. To make a long story short don't believe them when they say a vehicle is certified. Make them prove it or ask them to recertify it. In fact the best thing to do is avoid this dealership all together....... Hidden fees and bogus paperwork just not worth the hastle.....

I purchased a new CX-5 a few weeks ago and the following day I noticed there was a deep scratch in the window tint. I contacted the dealership and was given the run around. They finally agreed to take a look at it but said I would need to bring my car in, during the week, so that they could fix it. The problem with this is that I cannot take time off to bring my car in and they will not take it over the weekend. After going back and forth about a week, the manager, Chuck, finally agreed to give me a loaner car. Everything seemed to be OK but THEN, a few days later, they called and said that they will not give me a loaner. Chuck had his sales guy, Wederick, tell me that the process is too quick for them to give me a loaner. I explained to the Chuck and Wederick that I cannot take time off work to take care of this during the week and was basically told "tough." Chuck completely backed out of his promise to me. It appears they could care less about repeat buyers. This is the second vehicle in 3 years that I purchased from them and based off this experience, it will be the very last vehicle they sell me. They also just lost my business for maintenance.

Terrible dealer...Ask for OTD price broke down they just try to skirt the issue ...Mark the General manager is worthless and Oli the salesman is clueless. They list low internet price then tack on a almost $3000.00 dollar reconditioning fee saying they put new tires and brakes on the vehicles.I don't know about you but never seen a $3000.00 set of tires and new brakes must be made of some quite expensive stuff.....My advise is stay clear of this group....

We stopped in to check out a used car for our son. We had done a lot of research online and have bought many cars between us over the past 35 years. We have never seen a dealer tack on the "refurb" fees before. Show your price up front of the car .. Hidden fees and bait prices to get unsuspecting people in the door who are not savey to the games of adding this is a sad way to do business in this day and age. Back in my day they called it the "desert protection package and pin striping" to fleece us of more money . . now it is alarm systems, clear coating and reconditioning fees. Buyer beware!!!! I find it insulting. And this is why I love Infiniti .. Never have I once been treated like this at any of their dealerships! Needless to say we purchased a car elsewhere and you should too!

My service has, and continues to be nothing short of impeccable at Avondale Mazda. As a first time car buyer, I went there with all the fears and anxieties that are generally accepted with such an experience. Would I get a good deal? How would I know which car to buy? Could I afford one I liked? Would the salesperson be scheming and conniving as the movies portray? Perhaps elsewhere, but certainly not at Avondale Mazda. From my initial buying experience, complete with a ringing of a pretty cool gong to celebrate my step into real adulthood, and the debt associated with it, to the recent service I had done on my barely-over-5,000 mile-broken-in car, I have been nothing short of impressed. From the day Landon, car salesman extraordinaire, handed over the keys to my rocking vehicle, I have loved every moment driving this car. I know, I know it's not a Mazda 3, but hey it works for me. Oh, and don't even get me started on the gas mileage!!!! I average 32 city and smile as I fill up my tank for less than the cost of a McDonald's Extra Value Meal (not really, but it's darn close) As for my recent service, I took ole Mabel in for her scheduled first oil change. (Yes my car is named for an 80-year-old lady. Sadly she doesn't give good hugs, unless you count those turns, nor does she smell like fresh baked cookies, unless I buy one of those fancy air fresheners) The oil change was fairly priced around $50, which to some may seem expensive, but since they included a multipoint inspection including my tires and other critical engine parts, it was well worth it. Another key point to mention was the scheduling. I called on a Thursday, scheduled my appointment for that same Saturday afternoon. Having a previous engagement that afternoon, I dropped off my sweet whip at 10 am and was greeted by Jennifer. Not only did Jennifer greet me with a smile, she made sure to go over the minutia of the inspection with me in order to ease my aforementioned anxieties. After all, I didn't want to trust ole Mabel to just any local chop shop of an organization. Not only was Jennifer okay with me dropping it off early, she gave a prompt timeline as to its completion (around 2 pm). As I pulled out of the lot in my girlfriend's car, I had complete faith in the people at Avondale Mazda. A mere 3 hours later, and one hour prior the deadline, my ringtone of "Back in Black" began pouring out of my cell phone speakers like water from a burst dam. Entranced in the 80's moment, and busy checking out stuff at the local thrift shop, I let it ring to voicemail. After buying my newest find, a sweet vintage boom box, I called my voicemail and Jennifer had left a message telling me my car was done. Not only had they performed the oil change, they also filled up my tires and checked those pesky fluids hat keep need refilling. Around 3 pm I strolled in to pick up my car, and once again there was my friend Jennifer to greet me. A bag of popcorn, some coffee and an inflatable mini Mazda beach ball later, I was ready to settle up and take Mabel for a spin and man did she purr all the way home. Please, please, please don't take the attempt at humor in this post to mean anything but the utmost sincerity. No I'm not getting paid to say this, although a coupon for a free oil change couldn't hurt, I genuinely had, and continue to have the most positive experience with the folks at Avondale Mazda, and will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the market for a truly no hassle, customer friendly car buying experience. My service has, and continues to be nothing short of impeccable at Avondale Mazda. As a first time car buyer, I went there with all the fears and anxieties that are generally accepted with such an experience. Would I get a good deal? How would I know which car to buy? Do your self a favor and avoid Avondale MazdaAvondale Mazda is a no haggle dealership which means they have a set price for their vehicles and do not negotiate. I had car of my own to trade in which I had looked up the Blue Book trade in value before I went. They started $2000.00 under the blue book trade in value and didn't come up to my price until I told them to give me back my keys so I could leave. I don't know if this was all a song and dance they normally pull on everyone or if they were really making a decision but it was a painful process. I had thought the difficult part was over after the price had been figured out but from there it was a matter of waiting and waiting and more waiting. I must have had to wait for 2 hours for them to draw up paper work for me to sign. When I finally met with the finance department they had defaulted my paperwork to a 72 month loan at 2.9% financing when Mazda had a promotion running for 60 months at .9% financing so I had to have them redo the paperwork. Part of the financing process is the finance manager, Isaiah America in my case, trying to sell you on an Alarm, Maintenance Plan, and warranty. This is where the biggest problem I have with Avondale Mazda occurred. Isaiah provided me a document that indicated my payment would be $302.33 without buying anything and $332.00 if I bought all three products they were offering. The problem was this document was a lie, my payment wasn't going to be 302.33 if I passed on everything it was only going to be 285.00. They misrepresented the price of the products to get me to agree to the price. This isn't something I noticed until well after the contracts had been signed and Avondale Mazda has been unwilling to do anything to explain or make up for this mistake. Also related to this there are products included on the contract like Auto Butler which are optional but they don't really every ask you if you want it or explain to you that there is an extra cost which is optional. They explain it as all there vehicles come with these features and you wouldn't expect them to be charging you based on the way they sell you the cars. After the paperwork was done it was another couple hours before my car finally came out from the back where it was being cleaned and the alarm was being activated. When the car was brought from the back after being washed it was still filthy. I had to wait for the sales person Gordon Byrn to go over my new car with a rag and some cleaning supplied before my new car was even close to being clean. In summary Avondale Mazda is the worst car dealership I've ever worked with and I would suggest that everyone avoid going to them. They take way to long to complete a sale, I arrived at 11:00am and didn't leave until 4:30PM. The vehicles are delivered to you and they aren't detailed and cleaned. They have optional equipment installed on every car which they do there best to never give you the option of removing. And in my case the Finance Manager misrepresented the price of the Alarm, Warranty and Maintenance plan to sell it to me. Do your self a favor and avoid Avondale Mazda

She also quickly responded to several email inquiries about car features and pricing, and provide an out-the-door total cost for the car. I went to the lot where Sue gave us a test drive. We decided to buy the car for the previously provided out the door price. Sue made the buying process pressure-free. Would highly recocommend her. When it came time to talk to the finance person, there was NO attempt at selling us any extra warrenties, alarms, undercoatings, etc. In addition to the great atmosphere, the price was the best that we found in the area.

9/28/2013Our initial perception as we met a sales rep, "Josh", was positive. He was friendly, fairly knowledgeable, and easy going. He asked about our interests and selected a model, but we declined to a test drive to test drive. Then we met "Sam, the sales manager. Sam is a "gladaseeya" kinda guy, easily likeable, too. We shared with Sam our research concerning a Mazda 6 Grand Touring model. Herein I must say that my step-Dad owned and successfully ran three car dealerships for over 20 years. I have the same industry resources available only to the "insiders".Sam urged us to test drive a car, so we did, even though unbeknownst to Sam we had driven the same model before. I assume it gave Sam time to prepare his 3 P's, the POWER of the PRINTED PAGES, and evaluate our trade-in, a 2011 Copper ed Mazda CX-7 with less than 4800 miles, never stored in the weather and in pristine condition.Alas, Sam's "no BS" speech put me on instant alert. Sure enough, not only did he totally disregard our research, but he added insult to injury by describing our trade as "fair condition requiring hundreds of dollars to get ready for sale." MORE ON THIS LATER. Highballing the purchase price came as no surprise, with Sam giving a rationale tantamount to grandma losing the farm because she couldn't raise enough cash for the mortgage. I was sorely tempted to admonish Sam while, point by point, refuting his outrageous and well rehearsed dissertation, but I remembered the words of my dearly departed Daddy."Never fight with a pig," he said. "You both get muddy, and the pig likes it." Indeed, there was not only BS present, there was more than enough to BS fertilize the entire Yume valley ( the source of the entire Nation's winter produce).I cannot believe that he was at all surprised to see us run, not walk, to the nearest exit and drive unceremoniously out of the parking lot. I must add that, at another Valley dealership, we were not only offered a more than fair price for our trade-in 2011 CX-7, the new Mazda 6 we BOUGHT was more than reasonable, as well! I must add that Our "old" CX-7 was sold the same day within 20 minutes of pulling into the their parking lot...without so much as wiping the dust off the tires...for top dollar. As a buyer who fully researched the MSRP and invoice pricing for all features as well as prices that other buyers were paying locally and nationally, I appreciated that he provided an initial quote based on invoice rather than MSRP. This immediately brought us into the fair price range without any need for typical negotiation tactics from either his side or mine. Everyone at the dealership was friendly (and not in a superficial way), the financing department was helpful in getting a very competitive interest rate when no manufacturer incentives were available, and nobody tried to sell me on features or services that I did not want. I bought my Mazda 3 from this dealership. Big mistake! I still have oil changes covered under warranty and I will not be returning, I would rather pay elsewhere. I have gotten absolute terrible service for the past two years I have owned this car. Oil changes take excessive time (2+ hours), the car comes back dripping wet after a "wash", and the work ethic is absent. I have reported the dash separating from the clock and not gotten a call after the dealership said they would order a dash and call to schedule an appointment (mind you this is covered under warranty). I also have Auto Butler and I refuse to have another session because the car comes back worse than it went in. The applicators applied the clear coat over bug smudges on the hood. The air conditioning issue I have been having is blown off every time I bring it up. (The a/c makes a grinding noise when you turn it on). Not to mention the unprofessional atmosphere by the service desk. I have brought these issues up to the manager and he didn't seem to care about any of the issues I have been continuously having. I complained once before because of a 5 hour oil change, and received a "free detail" to my account. Needless to say, I wouldn't even think of using it because of the lack of work ethic/quality Avondale Mazda has shown. My car is STILL covered under warranty and I will NOT return to this dealer nor will I refer it.

Do not buy from dealer if you are expecting good customer service and a fair deal. Disregard their No Hassle pricing shown on the website as they will claim that they forgot to add the options of the vehicle to the price. New vehicles poorly maintained. Scott was great. He kept in close contact with me and gave me an out the door price over email. I drove up from Tucson, when I arrived at the dealership the car and paperwork were ready to go. I highly recommend working with Scott. Avondale Mazda should give him a raise! The finance guy on the other hand was nice but put a lot of pressure on purchasing the warranty. I almost felt like walking away without the car because he was too pushy for my liking.

The service continued down to the Finance where I had the pleasure of meeting Isaiah America. Isaiah took care of me from start to finish and was exceptional at his job. Truly amazing dealership! Avondale Mazda is the only dealership I am aware of that passes the factory rebate directly to the customer. There were no hidden fees or cheap finance tricks. In fact, I received a letter after the deal was complete that I had been approved for an even lower interest rate! Most dealers will get a kickback... But Avondale is the real deal. They are under completely new management and strive for an individualized no-pressure environment; just quality cars at the BEST price. I literallylooked at 15 different dealerships including the Internet for deals in CA. I was in the market for a CX-5---they had JUST come out and were extremely difficult to locate, much less keep in stock. Avondale held this car for me on my word (no deposit)! Iwas pregnant and not feeling well, so the manager and Scott Roberts told me to rest and come in the following day. AMAZING! While other dealerships were selling these cars for over invoice, Avondale Mazda earned my business and respect by being honest and treating me like a human being. If you want INTEGRITY.,. Buy here!

I saw a car on line and made an scheduled a meeting to come and see it. I hade some work schedule issues, so I had to cancel. David Bailey called me and offered to Drive the car down to my house 123 miles from the store" now that is customer service" He brought everything with him, and we did the paper work at my kitchen table, Mr. Bailey then followed me to the bank to finish up the finance stuff. another employee came down to pick him up. I am not a big fan of car shopping and was not really looking forward to all the wheeling and dealing stuff, so this was AWESOME!! Sam was great to work with. I came in looking for an SUV and he used his expertise to find me a vehicle that was a better fit, even though it was a lower price. I didn't feel any pressure, and he took plenty of time to understand everything that I needed in a vehicle. Great experience! I called them over the phone after looking up their available cars online. They called me back to tell me the car I was interested was still available and I made an appointment with them the next morning to see it. The car was ready and on their red carpet outside before I arrived. Sam was incredibly nice and answered any questions I had about the car. Their no-haggle pricing is how car sales should be done.After having dealt with other valley Mazda dealers and trying to get them to lower their price (even after showing them Avondale Mazda's pricing on the same models with the same packages), I had a massive headache. When I called Avondale Mazda, I double checked to make sure that their no-haggle price was their sticker prices and they confirmed it. Obviously, when buying a car, you need to pay fees for title and registration on top of their prices; all dealership sales are this way.

I was in a car accident that totaled my 2007 Mazda 3 so I had to get a new car...I thought about the new CX-5 and the 6 but I really knew I just wanted a new 3. Barry knew this too...he looked at me and said I know the other cars you are looking at are more expensive but I know you really want the 3 and I don't want you to buy something you really don't want. This was a turning point for me. Most car salesmen will try to push you into the more expensive vehicle but they don't do that here. Then when I went to finance Ken was awesome. No sales pitches and no gimmicks here. I would highly recommend Barry to anyone looking for a car.

My experience with this Dealership was extraordinary. From the minute I arrived at the Dealership to the moment I left, I was treated with respect and appreciation. My wife and I were in the market for a particular late model used vehicle. Several Dealerships in the Valley had the type of vehicle we were looking for and we contacted many of them to discuss particulars. Because of our proximity to many of these Dealerships, much of our negotiations were done over the phone and through email. Barry Scheurweghs and the team at Avondale Mazda were honest with us from our very first conversation and they were completely transparent during the negotiation process. On Friday the 6th we reached an agreement with Barry to purchase the vehicle we wanted. Saturday morning we drove to the Dealership to sign the paperwork on the car. My experience with the dealership was awesome. Avondale mazda is by far the best car dealership I have ever worked with. The dealership has a very comfortable and laid back feeling to it. My salesman ( David Bailey)was excellent. I normally dont trust salesman due to a bad experience I had in my past, but I enjoyed working with David a lot. He was very upfront, didnt pressure or hassle me in anyway, and had a good/outgoing positive attitude. I would definetly work with him again as well as refer anyone to him.Also Elijah in finance was very good to work with as well. I didnt feel as if He was trying to ''rip me off'' in anyway. He was very good at explaining deals, prices, etc. Overall my experience there was 10/10. I couldnt have asked for more. I highly recommend Avondale Mazda to anyone looking for a good deal as well as an honest one. This says a lot coming from me considering the fact I strongly dislike most dealerships.

I give this dealere a score of 5 because they were very curtious. They helped me as fast and sufficent as possible. They answered all of my questions and even gave me more information about my care than I asked for. Before I left with my new car the Wade Bishop even showed me and described all of the buttons and thier functions. This made me feel safe and knowledeable about my new car. I had a very pleasant experience at the Avondale Mazda dealership.

The sales staff was very professional and friendly. They were very patient especially having my 18 month old son along. The value for the vehicle was exceptional! My only complaint being the additions like window tint and wheel locks were not disclosed up front, but regardless still very pleased with the price. I live out of the area and had to drive about an hour and half away, concerned that I would lose the vehicle I had my eyes on I called them explaining the situation, they were happy to accommodate the inconvenience of the long drive and get me into the vehicle I wanted. Wade (Internet sales manager) was fantastic and would definitely recommend seeking him out if making a purchase or have questions. I was immediately greeted by the location manager as well. The purchase process was very streamlined and to the point, I had never experienced such a smooth purchase, and that alone made me exceptionally happy.

This was the worst dealership out there. They weren't willing to work with us, they tried to hassel us and then told us that we couldn't afford the car (btw bought the car at a better Mazda dealership called Biddulph mazda). The people at this one were rude and would never in my right mind send anyone to ever do business with them.

I felt bombarded while I was there and after they couldn't give me the monthly payment and rate I wanted, I walked away. I was called several times, almost too much after my decision not to purchase a vehicle. Only one bank of theirs approved me at 13 or 14% apr. The whole time I was there I felt as if they were jerking me around and making me wait a long time for every little thing. I am experienced in buying vehicles and had a bad experience hereA month later, I visited peoria nissan and bought a truck at the same price. No hassle or jerking around and they got me 4.5% APR. I don't know if they have access to more banks or what but 4.5 compared to 13 or 14% is a huge difference. I went from a horrible experience at avondale mazda to a great experience at peoria nissan.. Just my opinion, hope it helps :)

I worked with Tony from Avondale Mazda and he is a pretty good guy.I got reasonable price for my trade-in, though I will have prefer more but it was good enough. I got a reasonable price for the new car, though I will have prefer better.The atmosphere was relaxed and the feed us during the visit.I think it is a great place to buy. I will recommended it to anybody.

This was the best experience I've ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. I liked that we weren't attacked when we arrived at the dealership, we were able to look around and ask questions when we were ready. The car lot was well organized and the showroom was extremely clean and appealing. There were plenty of areas to comfortably sit, along with a couple of flat screen tvs and an awesome coffee machine comparable to Starbucks! The manager introduced himself and made us feel welcome. Our sales consultant, Tony, was over the top. He was highly professional, yet had a great sense of humor and was very pleasant. He even took the time to show us how to set up and operate a few things on the vehicle, which he didn't have to do. The gentleman handling our financing, Isaiah, was quick, efficient and very knowledgeable. There was a minor ding on my vehicle, which they took care of immediately. Jesse in the service department had me in and out of there within an hour and they did a great job. I also want to commend Ken, Richie and the personable woman whom I spoke with a couple of times, whose name starts with an S! They were all awesome. My overall experience at this dealership was a 10+. I have nothing but good things to say about Avondale Mazda and I highly recommend them.

They advertise a very good no haggle price. A great concept. I asked the Sales person what no haggle meant. He said everything but tax and license. So I calculated what that would be. To my surprise their view of the out the door price was about $1200 more. Seems they lie to you. They add on worthless items such as desert protection package, a theft package, documentation fees etc. Don't waste your time. I really don't understand the concept of trying to force the consumer to buy worthless add on junk. All it serves to do is upset people like me. Needless to say this dealership will never see a red cent from me. And hopefully others will read this article and react the same way. Everyone in arizona...tax for avondale is about 8.8% and license fees are (60% of purchase price/100)*$2.80. Arizona also requires less than $20 in fees for documentation, title, air quality fees. Any other charges are a rip off.

Not helpful at all. Explained my problema and recieved a look as though I didn't know what I was talking about. Felt as though I was a burden and not a customer who had concerns about my car.
