Absolutely the best car buying I experience ever with friendly low pressure sales. Marv and Brad were great to work with and made everything easy. Got a great price on our 2013 Ford Explorer and gave us a fair deal on a trade in. Ron in the service department is great as well. We would highly recommend.

I tried to contact this dealer at least 2 time and I never got a reply from. Very disappointing service from the dealer I might say..now I am glad they didnt contact me as who knows how the service would have been at that point.

I came in to test drive a couple cars I saw on cars.com and when I got there the staff was unfriendly. Didn't welcome us let alone got up from their desk to talk to me. Before I could even look at the cars I was interested in I was told because of my credit score and lack of down payment they wouldn't be able to help me get into a vehicle.

Looking for a vehicle for my son. They had the vehicle he was looking for. We asked if they knew of any issues and all they said they we selling as is. We asked them to take it to our mechanic and they were very willing to do so. We found there were about $800 in safety repairs that needed done along with other items that were needed with the age of the vehicle. They would not fix the safety issues or come down on the price. I asked them if they would disclose these issues to the next buyer and they said they were selling it as is. For the next buyers, I hope you take it to your mechanic.

I would give a better review if my husband Darin and I had not been told that the Land Rover needed a new engine. This is right after taking one look at us, and then saying to us even if that was not the case I still would not sell it to you. I am disabled and rising a disabled daughter, along with going to college for a BSAD Degree. I do not need to be told that the auto, that I ran on car facts is not working. When the car facts does not report this.

Every answer to my questions was a lie. I had to do a thousand in repairs. They were too casual and didnt seem to care if they sold a car or not. Didnt like the finance guy at all and I paid cash.

They had the car we were looking for. They were friendly and helpful. They communicated promptly with us and there were no surprises except the comfortable leather couch and warm fireplace in their lounge area.

This was my first time to this dealer and I would not hesitate to go there again. I had seen the ads from on-line and decided to give them a call. They answered my finance questions and sis a pre-check to see if I qualified. I came in from Bellevue and they were ready to help me. The car I wanted I didnt get but checked on my second option and it was a perfect fit. They did not hassle me and where ready to help at every turn. Great job!

Bought car from B&D and had it shipped without ever visiting dealer. They are a no negotiating dealer but there price was so low to start, it didn't matter and they made the process very easy. If they had a car I wanted again, I wouldn't have any problem buying from them again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but did not pressure me into a sale. 100% honest about the car, any repairs, and very willing to give me a great deal! They worked with me to get me into my perfect car, as well as get me a good interest rate on my auto loan. I would reccommend them to anyone, and they will definitely be my first stop when I look for my next vehicle!

These guys are the best and most reliable I have dealt with. They already have a great reputation here in town Now I really know why. I got the exact blue book value on my trade in and they showed my the carfax on the car I bought. They fully explained all the options of warranties and costs. They did not treat me like a dumb woman or try to take advantage of me. I highly recommend them to everyone.
