Family owned and that's how they make you feel(like family). There's not too many family businesses around that are trusted and put their heart into their business. A father & son team not working together to work against you to gain a sale but your rather your trust in them to put you in the car you want and a price you can afford. I'm always sketchy of businesses but this father & son is simply the best. Outstanding trustworthy welcoming direct patient and professional. I had a small issue with my vehicle it was resolved with no push back. My black beauty is gorgeous and running with no issues. Spoke to two sons of a family owned business,they were helpful and not pushy .I did not find what I was looking for but I will return next week and check their inventory again. They seem like good people to do business with.

Truly a honest pre owned car dealership, which is rare to find these days. B and L is a family owned, father and son operated dealership, that is proffesional to the highest regard. I purchased a car from B and L, and not only well purchasing, but after purchasing the car Rick and his son did everything they could to make sure it was a good experience. Bought my 2010 Infiniti G37 fully loaded and one of the salesman there "Steven the entertainer" is very good at what he does. He'll make sure everything is perfect with the car before u drive off the lot. Worried about high interest rates? He'll take care of it!

Buying a car and working with a car dealer can be an intimidating experience. However, Rick from B and L Auto changed all of that for me. Rick was patient and honest and walked me through the whole process. He never showed me anything out of my price range or tried to show me cars that didn't fit my needs. Rick was professional and took into consideration exactly what I was looking for. At the top pf my list was safety and reliability for my family, Rick gave me a fantastic deal on the car I was trading in and I was able to purchase my very first BMW, our new family car. I found that B and L auto has the most professional sales people/managers and treat customers with respected. I will be visiting with them again in the future and I will absolutely recommend friends and family to buy car(s) from B and L Auto. Thanks so much for the great experience!

Small Dealership Big Service! No surprises here! Very Transparent and Honest set of people. After walking the strip looking thru other lots I walked in and drove out same day service. Hassle free with no pressure. Wouldn't let me leave until they properly serviced the car.

This dealer really knows the car market and was fully transparent with me throughout the sales cycle. I dealt with one of the co-owners, Rick Landau, and he is a no-nonsense guy that makes valuable use of your time. Rick went over and beyond the usual sales process and helped to get a car seat re-stitched under the vehicle warranty. The car was delivered to me in flawless condition with all of the necessary paperwork. Rick will work with you to get you into the right vehicle and does not put any pressure on you in order to make a sale. He has been in business for a long time and it is clear why because he runs a really fantastic dealership!

I found my vehicle on line, went in to see it. They were just cleaning 8 inches of fresh snow off the car. Pulled it out took it for a test and went over the car. I asked for the carafe and was handed it and settled on aan equitable price. It was just as simple as that. I picked up the car a few days later and we sat and spoke with the owner and Sales Specialist. Super People Fantastic small dealership. In the words of Arnold Scshwarzenneger... I'll be Back!

Steven and Rick are excellent and the very friendly people. The car I bought was a 1998 Acura CL. The car itself was in excellent shape and the buying process was smooth and easy. B & L treats you the " right " way. This place was a treasure to find , old school used car dealer, straight talk, no games . My wife and I drove in from outside Danbury Ct , not knowing what to expect, what we found was a safe , comfortable , friendly , small family business , and got a GREAT DEAL on a Honda Ridgeline ! Steven went above and beyond in service , and to chat with the owner Bernie still doing business old school style, refreshing ! We could not be happier , highly recommend this place, worth the drive !

I am very happy to write this review for B & L Auto Sales. My experience started with speaking with Stephen in the office and then finalizing my transaction with Rick. I hadn't bought a car in many years and once I decided I wanted to see a car that they were selling, every step was effortless. Stephen handled all of the financial transactions and Rick was kind enough to make it very convenient for me to see my car. I am driving my new car today and love it. Everything they said about the car was accurate. They lived up to exactly what they had promised me. The best place to buy a used care very helpful staff from start to finish I didnt have to do anything I picked my truck that iIwanted test drove it and the staff did the rest for me thats from transferring my insurance to putting on my plates on. I would recommend B&L Auto to anyone.

These guys are the BEST! I've bought FIVE cars from them. Of the five, one did have an issue with the transmission, which they fully resolved within 48 hours. Buying a car can be really difficult especially when dealing with phony dealerships. I found B&L to be refreshing and very helpful in my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone. It says a lot when a business is in service for over 60 years!

Last Month I purchased a 2008 BMW from B&L Auto Sales and none the less, I was completly satisfied throughout the buying process. Their staff was honest, refreshing, and provided confidence in vehicle quality from start to finish. Steve (their GM) even offered me personally a complementary wash for my car a week after purchase. B&L is the way to go if your looking for a wholesome car. I couldn't be happier.

this is the worse place to buy a car i bought a van that in less than 30 days broke dowm and i spend a lot of money fixing it please get away from this dealer

This is a small dealership but what they lack in size they make up for in service. They have quality cars and they're really nice guys. I dealt with Steven who i was able to call whenever I had any questions. I bought a very nice used infiniti from them and they even gave me touch up paint when i got the car in case anything happened to it in the future. For used cars in great condition i'd recommend B&L to anyone.
