I wish I could remember the first guys name that I worked with, he was great. I also want to thank Megan for going through everything in the vehicle with me, it made a huge difference...she was awesome. Chuck was also great, everyone there made it a very positive experience. My only worry is how much more gas it goes through, I have been driving a Focus, so Im not used to seeing the needle go down so fast, that makes me a little nervous, but of course I should have expected it. The service itself I don't have anything to say about. I just delivered the car, and my husband took care of the rest. I do however have something to say about the way I was greeted. When I pulled into the parking lot, it was blocked by a car with no one in it flanked by the parts truck and the Napa delivery person. I waited a few minutes and then had to back out and go around. It was also not easy to find a parking place. If some of those cars are just sitting there waiting for parts, maybe they could be put somewhere else temporarily to leave room for the customers. Also, when I walked into the service area, I was not greeted at all (as both service writers were on the phone). The first man did eventually mouth that he would be with me in a minute. But the scowl on his face was a bit disconcerting and certainly unwelcoming. Jim was in the back and off the phone, so he helped me. He was nice, although still not smiling. He didn't seem to know who I was (I did make an appointment), but them found me. He directed me to the showroom to wait for a ride.

I have been to ford dealerships in Phoenix and I can't trust any of them now. They came back with a list of repairs needed after an oil change, I brought my car to Jim, and he said none of it was necessary to do.

Garrett was an excellent salesman, he wasn't pushy, or a "shark" like a lot of the people around town. While I was in need of a car after my accident, I didn't automatically think Ford (even though we had two growing up). Even thought I myself had not prior direct association with dealership staff, my daughter has elected to make Flagstaff her home and has used the dealership for service. I went in for my first oil change on my F-150 that I purchased here at Babbitt Ford. I was told you do not need an appointment. When I got there they said they could get to it next week. Most dealerships offer quick oil changes. Won't be back.

I was expecting to schedule service for my F-250 truck and my wife's Escape on two separate days. The service Dept. Happened to have two openings in the late afternoon and was able to schedule service for both our vehicles on the same day. Thanks to Jim at the service counter, and transport driver, Ellis, for coordinating my transport to and from work to help make this happen. Also kudos to the mechanics for completing both services within a two hour span. 5 Star rating from start to finish.

Service was good but I asked for my tires to be checked out as I thought there was a leak, was told everything was fine. However, yes, there was a leak. Also did not receive the sticker to inform me of when my next oil change would be at, and the settings in my car are still prompting me that I need my oil changed. Not the best experience this time.

I went in to make an appointment to have my 2015 Mustang GT serviced and was told that they could take care of it the following morning at the time that worked into my schedule. I was told that the service would take about an hour, so I decided to just remain at the dealership while my car was serviced. Sure enough, in less than an hour my Mustang was ready to go and I received a detailed list of everything that was done during the servicing. I was able to relax, have a cup of coffee and talk to the person who sold me the car a year earlier. All in all the experience was very good and now I can drive knowing that my Mustang is safe on the road.

We have purchased 2 2011 F150 trucks from Steve Wetherby/Babbitt Ford and have never considered anywhere else for service. The prices are competitive and I assume I'm getting genuine or approved Ford parts. More than that, the people at Babbitt are what brings me back. I dealt with Neal until he left and now deal primarily with Jim. Jim is courteous, friendly and professional. He has advised me on numerous occasions which direction to go concerning maintenance or repairs on our vehicles. Jerry and the rest of the service staff have always been "right there" if Jim wasn't available. Finally, Kendra at the front desk continues the good experience. She always takes a few moments to chat and makes the paying part as pleasant as possible. As long as these people and the overall service stays at this level, I will continue to patronize Babbitt Ford and not hesitate to refer them.

I was pleased with the service and friendly atmosphere. This is the first time I had my Ford truck serviced at the dealership and was pleased with the service. The only bad side to the service was the wait. I was scheduled at 3PM and was not helped until 426PM. Other than that I was satisfied and will continue to come for other mechanical service when needed.

The scheduled & completed 1st oil change and multipoint checkup on my new 2016 Ford Fusion was started right on time as scheduled and completed about 15 minutes before scheduled complete time.A multipoint check list was completed and given to me. Best of all - and a surprise - the first oil change was free!!! What a nice surprise!!!

Jerry did a great job managing service for my 1998 Ford Ranger. From the limited time I've driven the truck since it had its 150,000 mile engine tune-off and safety check, it has performed well. I plan to return for an inspection of the transmission, differentials and other drive gear.

Our expedition fuel pump quit, towed to Babbitt Ford NEW Years. Eve. Had to go to Phoenix next day on bus. Completed repairs by phone and picked it up once fixed. Jim in service did a great job. Only delay was 30inch snow storm kept us from getting it for a week.

The quality of the service has always been excellent. The only two negatives I have to share is the expense for just about any work done at Babbitt is considerably above other certified shops and mechanics and scheduling is becoming a problem with a shop that is obviously too small for the customer base and the number of travelers needing services.

The help from the service department was good and they did what they could. I was intending to stay and wait until my vehicle was complete but was told it would take at least half the day due to being behind from the previous day's work. It is difficult to take my vehicle in and be without it for half the day especially with my busy schedule. If service could be improved I would recommend a quick oil service section and have work completed in a more timely manner.

I had Babbitt replace the latch and release on my 2011 Escape because it was only working intermittently. The part was ordered and was ready for installation 2 days later. The installation was completed within 2 hours. The staff kept me informed and the car was ready earlier than promised.

We purchased a F250 Super Duty; King Ranch pick up. We were very pleased with all we came in contact with. Our sales person, Nick, listened to our must haves and found the perfect truck for us. We were given a fair trade-in; and discounted price off the MSRP. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Babbitt in the past 6 years. After scheduling a service appointment with the body shop to align the door on my new F150 the service manager took it upon himself to have some one else look at it. after waiting from the scheduled 8am scheduled time to 10:30 only to find out it was not looked at yet they decided to change a door striker which they did not have. this meant I would have to come back the next day. The door striker had nothing to do with the problem! When I talker to the advisor he went back to talk to the service manager. He came back and informed me that the service manager want to change the striker first and if that did not work then he would schedule it in the body shop. I took my truck and left never to return, unrepaired! I do not live in Flagstaff and to have to drive back and forth from out of town is no problem for them. and when you get there you can wait all day for a repair the will take less then 30 to adjust. They were "busy" in the body shop which is why on my first visit we scheduled the appointment for the middle of the week to fit there schedule! I drove to Phoenix to get it fixed.

As far as staff goes: We especially appreciated the exceptional interaction we had with Nick Cashatt. Upon delivery, we were helped with the signing paperwork and loan process by another gentleman (can't think of his name right now). We have a 2009 Edge and have had all of the service work done by Babbitt Ford in Flagstaff, AZ. The service staff are very polite and helpful. We usually wait for the service to be completed, which takes about an hour unless we are having something major being done. They have coffee and water in the waiting room along with comfortable chairs if you want to sit and read while you wait. Kendra is always friendly, happy and very professional. Service is excellent and we highly recommend Babbitt Ford to our friends. All of our cars, for MANY years have been purchased through Babbitt's. That must tell you something! We are happy with them!

Only issue was I called the service department and asked for an update on my vehicle. The gentleman who answered stated the adviser who was handling my vehicle was not in at the moment. I stated I just wanted an update on when/if the vehicle would be available for pick-up that day. He then stated that he could/would not be able to give me an update as each adviser handles only their customers.I would think any adviser would be able to say yes it will be ready or, no it will not. He could then take a message for a call back by the original adviser.

My friend and I were on our way to Santa Fe, NM with a load of horses pulled by my 2009 350 Ford dually. We started having severe trouble on Flagstaff mountain. It was closer to Flagstaff than back to Phoenix. We limped into your dealership early on Wed May 6. The woman in service asked Jon the mechanic to take a look just to see if it was safe to continue because you were jam packed. It took him less than 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and said it was not safe to go on. He said he could fix it pretty quickly. You had the part so start to finish we were there about an hour! A huge grateful thank you to your wonderful service staff especially Jon!! Thank you for caring enough to help 2 out of town women!!! I can only remember Jon's name but the woman and the really tall gentleman were extremely kind!!! Flagstaff is lucky to have such a great Ford Team!

I had my 2007 Ford Expedition serviced. Everything was great. I was even given $10 off with out me expecting it which was nice. I also asked to have my TPMS checked out because even me keeping air pressure in the tires right the light would come on. I never received any word on what they did or looked at on it and there was nothing on the invoice either. But I guess it was air pressure issue that was taken care of during the service because the light hasn't come on since. So all is good.

I purchased a Mustang convertible from Fritz Barnard, and he was very helpful to get that ordered correctly. The delivery took a little longer than expected (9 weeks instead of 6-8), and I was disappointed with that, but that's not on Fritz or anyone else at Babbit. When I took delivery of my new car, Fritz took me to the service department, and everyone was very friendly and genuinely happy for me, and I feel like they will take good care of me when I need service. Not only was buying the new car a positive experience, they also gave me a very good price on my trade-in. Out of all of my car purchases, this one ranks in my top 3 for sure.

We brought our 7 month old Ford Focus (purchased at Babbitt) in to the service department for a problem with the Blue Tooth connection. I was urged to use this feature when we bought the car so I was baffled by the sudden non connection of the car system. Jerry in the service department, was our advisor and took the car in for a determination of problem. After being at the car there a day we were notified that we could pick it up and a part was ordered. When the part came in I brought the car back for work and the A/C-Heater fas had quit working when part was put in. More waiting and this time I got a loaner car while they figured out the problem. All was finally resolved and I got the car back in great working order. But frustrating for the long process fixing this problem.

I didn't buy a vehicle from you. I needed to find out why my truck was leaking oil. It turned out to be a rear seal which I was hoping it wasn't. But your mechanic did find some other damage which I didn't have a clue there was. And I appreciate being notified that my CV joint has failed and my rear breaks are gone, and that my brakes are working on the fronts only.

I own an 2004 F-150 pickup truck. I think it is probably the most popular truck that Ford makes. I was surprised that when my alternator went out that the service department would have to order the part and did not have one in stock. Because of the delay I was forced to get a rental car for a day. My vehicle was towed in on a Friday morning and was to scheduled to be done Monday morning hen the part was received. Having not heard form the dealer that morning I called around noon and was told the part had not arrived yet. After further research from the service department I was informed later that the part had arrived but that they had been sent the incorrect pulley that goes along with the new alternator. The correct pulley would not be received until Tuesday morning. This forced me to have to rent a car for another days. once the correct part was received the vehicle was repaired fairly quickly. My disappointment was in having to spend the additional money for a rental car that I should not have had to spend if the part was in stock in the first place or at the very least correct when it was ordered.

I have a 2014 Ford Fusion Hybrid. It was time for mileage required maintenance service. An appointment was made easily, and I received a nice welcome upon arrival. I was told that the car would be ready at a certain time, and it was ready on time. Everything seemed to be done correctly. This was routine maintenance, and I had no issues that needed fixing, so it is hard to tell. Everything works fine at the moment except that when I use voice to request a climate change, the system always hears an 80 degree temperature instead of what I asked for. The second try always gets heard correctly. However, I didn't ask that this problem be corrected at that service.

We purchased a 2013 C-Max and love the car. We worked directly with Fritz Barnard and he was great. We showed up late to our appointment but he was very relaxed and laid back. He listened to what we wanted, presented several options and there was absolutely no pressure. We decided to think about the choices given to us and Fritz provided numbers for all options for us to take home. Never had a dealership done that before. We got home and decided to buy the car, texted Fritz and he said to come down, even though they were closing in about 30 minutes. He had already started the process and it was extremely simple. This was one of the best car buying experiences we have had and we have had a lot. I would highly recommend Fritz and Babbitt Ford if purchasing a new vehicle.

Love the C-Max Hybrid! Service now and thru past ownership of my Edge was great - 1 1/2 hrs at the most for an oil change/tire rotation. Staff further checked out the reception of phone calls within the C-Max......callers reported to me that it sounded like I was in a tunnel......everything checked out OK according to Babbitt Staff.

Recently I relocated to the Flagstaff area for my career. I needed to leave the next morning, in my truck, for a 2 week trip. Chris helped track down the belt in town, then a kind technician stayed after hours to install it. The sales and service employees have always been extremely helpful, honest and friendly, going out of their way to make our visits a pleasant experience. We reside only a couple of miles from the Ford dealership in Cottonwood but would rather travel 35 miles each way to Babbitt Ford due to negative experiences at the OTHER PLACE.

I always take my F-150 here to be serviced. The last time I brought it in (routine oil change with the works package that includes a multi-point inspection) I knew there was something wrong in the steering system, but I didn't mention it to the service department. When I came in to pick up my truck the service tech informed me that during inspection, he had discovered that the ball joints were worn out and needed to be replaced. I scheduled an appointment then and there for the following week, dropped it off the night before, got a call early the next afternoon to pick it up. Smooth process.

Everyone was super friendly and professional, the receptionist even gave me a ride back to work in her own personal vehicle. You guys took care of everything, I didn't have to call between insurance and Ford and everything worked out seamlessly. When I first got my vehicle back there was an issue with the heater not working and the fan being loud, I went back the next day and everyone was super friendly and took care of it right away. Service desk accomodated me for a periodic service. They had the vehicle ready in a short time. Maybe they are trying to make ammends, knowing I was unhappy that I had to pay extra labor for what I consider a mistake by one technitian on my last repairs. If I had broken the bolts, I would have figured I just cost myself the extra time to correct my goofs.

They always tell me what problems I am going to have and how much the cost will be. I have always been pleased with the Service Department. The facility is always clean.

Service managers and cashier are always friendly and helpful. I have a 2010 Ford Escape, which has had it's share of flat tires, rattles and door problems which have warranted some extra maintenance, usually performed in a timely manner.

I don't like to sound "gushy" but everything mostly was great. ...except...the wiper fluid level was marked ok when in actuality it was empty. I was nervous when I got home thinking it had a leak because of the mark "ok"but when my grand daughter filled the reservoir it registered and the light went out. Jim was ,once again, great...called me and was very helpful.

It was the best experience we have had so far. We were looking for a reasonably priced truck for my husband who hasn't had a new truck in more than 20 years. We feel we had the time alone to look at the new inventory before looking at used trucks where we met Fritz the sales consultant. We felt he knew how to approach native people without the hard sell approach. He helped us find a used and new vehicle to test drive and in our price range. We were not pressured to buy immediately but left to think about our possibilities. We went back almost 2 weeks later and found the 2013 F 150 was still there and asked for Fritz who tended to us again. We went to Babbitt Ford because I was acquainted with the original family owners and like to buy locally. When we got to finance we appreciated how the staff walked us thru the warranty options and really listened to what we wanted and helped us reach the best option thru discussion and explanation. I only have one suggestion to recommend which is that smoking have a designated location and staff be educated about 2nd hand smoke and how this affects people like me who has bad allergies. I have always trusted the service that I get from you and never try to sell me anything that I do not need and have been up front with me of what my needs are. Once I leave from there, I feel confident that my truck is in running order and when I was told that I was set for winter, I was relieved. The Babbitt Ford Dealership has consistently done an outstanding job and I particularly appreciate the work that Jim McGrew does in the shop. He has been extremely helpful. I was shocked at the cost of replacing a fuel pump for my 2001 Mustang. It seems that the whole fuel delivery system could be better engineered to avoid such a major expense for a relatively simple process of pulling fuel from a tank. Comparing it to my wife's Subaru, it seems they have done a superior job addressing replacement part process. While I have always been a Ford fan, it makes me pause when contemplating buying a new car. None-the-less, your service department is outstanding.

The service department was considerate of our needs. We live 75 miles from the dealership and allowed us to use a loaner vehicle while our Explorer was being serviced. Parts needed to be ordered so we took the loaner vehicle home until the service was complete. Jim allowed us enough time on Friday afternoon to drive to Flagstaff to get our vehicle before the end of the work day. The service was completed to our expectations. We will return to Babbitt Ford for our future service needs.

I had a packrat set up a home on top of my engine under the hood of my car! It had chewed through a green wire, put it's nest (made of insulation from somewhere under the hood) right on top of the engine block, stored it's seeds in two areas back close to the hood arms near the windshield wipers. My engine was missing, stuttering, and I called Jim about the sputtering car. I hadn't yet looked under the hood. When I looked under the hood I called back and I made an appointment for service. I taped the wires as best I could, put salsa on the system to keep the packrats at bay overnight, and made my way to my appointment the following day. Nancy had answered th phone too and reassured me that they would be able to see me that day (wasn't sure I would make the trip with out issue)- and to be careful driving. I am SO HAPPY WITH MY CAR! I love coming to Jim Babbitt Ford because I know that I will have the best possible service for my vehicle, I feel like I am getting the best care, the best price, and that I have a safe and reliable car to use. It is very reassuring to have the mechanics at Jim Babbitt Ford work on my car. I trust their work. Thank you for your continued excellent service. I hope I don't have any more packrats - but I have great backup support. Thanks for getting me back on the road.

The service was satisfactory. Done in a timely manner. What really destroyed the overall satisfaction was the billing. I specifically called to get an estimate for the services. I was quoted $250. This was the same estimate I received from two other local repair shops. I figured might as well go with Ford service for the same price. Actual bill, $367. And that was after they applied $16 advantage rewards. I will probably stay local from now on.

Our Explorer was showing a message that one of our turn signals wasn't working. When we brought it in for service, it all of a sudden decided to work fine. I have been coming here for almost 5 years and briefly moved away to a different area of AZ and missed the service I received here. Jim in the service department deserves special praise. He always greets me by first name when I walk in and remembers details about my truck and me personally. He is quick with feedback and keeps in contact when the car is in the shop. Most importantly, Jim Babbit Ford has always done the work I need and does not try to sell me additional services that are unnecessary. In fact, the service department has always told me how they can save me money and what work can be postponed or is unneeded. This is such a breath of fresh air, as when I go to other mechanics, I am constantly being bombarded with additional services that "must" be done. I trust Jim Babbit to do high quality work and make the best decisions for me and my vehicle. In the ten years that I have had this vehicle, I have relied on the service staff at BABBITT FORD to keep my wheels rolling. The service staff refers to service history records and, if a part is identified as being due for replacement, that information is promptly relayed to me. I depend on my F350 Super Duty for annual trips north for vacation and other recreational purposes. BABBITT FORD has been a partner in the maintenance and upkeep throughout.

My wife and I had been "car shopping" all morning on September 20, 2014. When we entered the Babbitt Ford Used Car lot we were met by Miguel Gonzales. He was a very friendly person, easy going, and most helpful to us. We looked at several cars he suggested, felt one was a good buy for us, and told Miguel we would be looking one more place and let him know our decision. Well, we looked, ate lunch, talked it over, and felt the Hyundai Sonata was the right car at the right price for us. We contacted Miguel, and bought the car! It was a very easy going experience for us!

Our salesman, Nick, was extremely helpful. Took the time to go over everything (all the new "bells and whistles!"). He also was not "high pressure," which we really appreciated. I have had nothing but very positive experiences with Babbitt Ford Service personnel. This is now 10 years and counting. Congratulations on building and maintaining a class act!I recently bought a motor home that is mounted on an E450 chassis. Seems that due to the 26 foot length, I have to take it to Flag RV Svc for oil changes and other standard maintenance needs since your facility cannot accommodate the length of the vehicle. I don't know how to access Ford warranty issues if they come up, for instance a coolant leak.....

Your employees have always been extremely helpful, thorough and courteous. Never attempting to take advantage of me or my wife by trying to oversell things that are not necessarily needed.And by the way, there is another Ford dealership a lot closer to my residence. We went new car shopping and had estimates for repairs and service work done there and refuse to ever go there again or recommend them to anyone due to there underhanded tactics.

Ford F150 2009. The service and staff were outstanding at my recent regular LOF. I was extremely disappointed with a part I require for my drivers lumbar support system for the 10 way power seat I had to buy. This was not really related to the service but more a statement on your companies motto "Built Ford Tough". This tough part consisted of extremely low quality plastic gears that gave out on both seats. Was I able to buy the replacement plastic gears - no I was not. Instead I had to buy the entire lumbar support mechanism including pumps, motors, pincer mechanism! And cheap plastic gears. Due to the high cost I only replaced the drivers side having to leave the passenger lumbar mechanism in a non functioning condition. This kind of built for obsolescence mentality is what will drive me away from your Ford products and to your competition which makes more durable products. Even your own employees admit it is a poorly made part. You should be flat out ashamed! By the way I will be purchasing new vehicles in the near future both for myself and children who are approaching driver age. Do you think I will be buying Fords? Even though the service department was very busy, my truck's service was done on a timely basis. I had asked that the driver's side door be looked at because it was hanging up when opened from the outside. They were not able to look at it, so I said I would make another appointment to have it and the power seat looked at.

Purchased a 2015 Exployer. Staff was excellent. Had to walk around back and forth to much. I never saw the complete inventory until we were walking to the main building. My input would be that the sales person show the customer what is on the whole inventory. Pleasant experience but not excellent. Bobby

I went to Babbitt Ford to find a pre-owned F-150. I had been shopping the Internet to avoid the hassle of a car dealer...you know, the pushy salesperson, unwanted add-ons, double-talk about prices. Well, I was pleasantly amazed by the Babbitt approach. They put me in a brand new F-150 for the same money as my best Internet "deal" offer, (the Internet truck was three years old, and I would have had to travel to Phoenix!) Needless to say, I was delighted. Sales staff showed me all of the rebates offered and gave me the discounts right up front, and in writing. No "sneaky" double-shuffles or constantly changing figures. Hmmm, I got a better deal, a brand new F-150, and I spent my money 5 miles from home. Kudos Babbitt....5 stars

This was a positive experience this time. Our trade-in 2011 Focus came from Berge because Babbitt kept telling us the car we wanted to deal on was 'on its way' and we got tired of waiting over 2 weeks so we went to the valley and got a bargain on the car we wanted and the price beat yours by about $2,000. We told our salesman, Fritz that we had checked pricing and trade in value at Berge again and he did everything to get us the price we needed and the 2014 Focus we wanted.

George was always very helpful and charming. We were able to get the truck we needed at the price we could afford. We purchased a beautiful Ford F150 and were able to add the features we needed to be able to tow our 5th wheel. A salesman is always great before you buy a vehicle, but George has continued to be helpful to us after the sale was completed. The service department put on our towing mirrors and trailer brake control as requested and made every effort to accommodate us. The only thing that would have made it better is if we got the $10,000 off as it was advertised, but we chose to use our own financing so that plan didn't come together.

Babbitt Ford removed my entire interior to fix my external wind deflector for my sunroof . When I asked why , they told me I didnt know what I was talking about .The replacement plastic accuator is located outside the car and easily accessible.W#hen I asked why they removed everything - they told me to wait another 5 hours while they put it back together . When I got it back there were new scratches and damage to my brand new car . There was also several personal items missing including my ipod

This is a dealership with a very nice small town feel. I felt no pressure. Nick Cashatt is a very good and funny salesman. He kept me laughing. I was never stressed out or bored to tears with him around. It was fun and I love my new truck! I met Mr. Cashatt in December 2009 when I stopped by the dealership to check out a truck I've been waiting for, the Ford F150 Raptor. He gave good vehicle information that helped me decide between the smaller engine or wait for the larger 6.2 liter. I decided to wait and then called him in April 2010 when I saw that there was a black 6.2 liter on the Babbitt lot. My life was made easy by the people at the Babbitt Ford dealership. I made the mistake of checking dealers in Phoenix who advertised deals too good to be true, and they were, and was reminded quickly why I like this local dealership. The Dealers in Phoenix frequently play the games that make vehicle shopping a nightmare and I want to run away pulling my hair out. Babbitt Ford in Flagstaff didn't play games with me. It was all relaxed and enjoyable. It was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle.
