Mike Mason is great. This is my 3rd car from him at Bacon and as always it was a very easy experience and he helped me get the best deal on my new GMC Terrain. I love my car and will continue to go back to Bacon in the future.

Every time I take my car in for service, oil change, minor repair, whatever is needed, they are always polite, friendly, efficient, and timely. They always do exactly what they say they will do for me.

Made a appt a week in advance to have the A/C checked as it was not blowing cold air. Take it in and was told they could not look at it for 2 to 3 days. Been told by a local mechanic it would take all of 10 minutes to put gauges on to check, they didnt even do that. After going back and forth they made a appt for Tueday. I just wish as much effort would be put into the service dept. As it is with the sales dept.

Everyone was so helpful & kind & did everything they could to help me. I was given a loaner while my vehicle was being repaired which was so great. This is my 4th vehicle from Bacon & would'nt think of going anywhere else. A special shout out to Jimi Vargas & David at the repair end. There are several others but do not know their names. They all made a bad experience for me so much easier. Great job Bacon in Jacksonville, Texas......& thank you.

Bacon has been the best buying experience I have ever had. I have purchased over 12 vehicles in my lifetime! David was the best as he gave me his best and final offer just as I had ask for. My vehicle was ready to go when I arrived as we made the deal over the phone! It took minimal paperwork which he had filled out upon arrival as well. We signed the necessary documents and I was on my way in under 20 minutes! I would buy from them again!
