My husband and I bought our Xterra from David and could not be happier that we found this place! Our car runs like a dream and David was so helpful and created a low pressure environment to buy it. We ran into so many weird snags with our financing, but David held the car until we got it all straightened out (5+ days!!) We will definitely buy another car here when we need one.

I have a hard time believing they are actually ASE certified. I brought them my truck with a problem with my hydroboost brake and power steering system. They told me it was a bad power steering pump so I told them to replace it. The new pump didn't fix the problem so they wanted me to have them replace more parts. Their original diagnosis didn't fix my truck and they were just guessing on how to fix it. They still charged me for the new power steering pump and I still don't have a truck that works right. Huge Waste Of Money!!!!! Any reputable shop would stand behind their original estimate and make sure the customer left with a working vehicle.

I love this place, and even though it's a little on the pricey side; I know the job will be done correctly and as quickly as possible. I would give it 4 instead of 5 stars because whenever I kept getting calls about other things that I didn't ask them to fix - I know my car is not in great condition - it feels a little bit like I'm being badgered for money. (I asked about it and it was explained to me that they'd rather tell me than not say anything, not fix it, and then it seem like they did something wrong in the repair. Fair enough - back to 5 stars.) But outside of that - this is a great place to get your car fixed.

Took my vehicle into this shop off of a recommendation from a good friend. Originally had a large oil leak and needed help resolving it. Took it in the first time and was told it was an oil pressure sensor and a couple of gaskets causing the leak (waited til 2pm for an update after being told my vehicle would be first in line). All of these were replaced after they attempted to also tack on a headlight polishing service. 2 weeks later I have to take my vehicle back because the leak is persisting. I am informed they will replace the oil pressure sensor for their warranty but that an electrical pigtail connected to it was heavily recommended to be replaced. 200 more dollars and 7 hours later I believed my leak was addressed. The following week I realize the leak, although lessened, is still very apparent. Upon a follow up call being that I have moved to CO Springs they were not willing to help get my car back to their shop for further fixing or reimburse partial payment so I can have it resolved somewhere else locally. Throughout their inspection they failed to mention a split serpentine belt and never offered an oil change after attempting to fix the leak. Not impressed after reading so many good reviews and getting recommendation for this shop. Would not use again. The only highlights was friendly customer service and they cleaned the exterior of my car during the first appointment.

Tourist Trap!!!!! If U can find a different shop do it!!! They acted like They didn't know me every time I called to check if they where finished with my car. Kept coming up with excuses why it wasn't worked on yet. Bad Management!!!!!! Horrible communication!!!!!!! If u need something fixed quick in a reasonable amount of time don't even bother!!!!
