I was in contact with Baglier Mazda regarding a truck. The sales person was very helpful and assured me that the truck had zero rust issues. Being an out of town buyer, I hired an independent mechanic/inspector to check out the vehicle and send me pictures before I drove out there. The dealership accommodated the inspector but the end results were disappointing - significant rust on the frame and break through rust on several body panels. Bottom line: rely on your own or independent inspections and not the word of the salespeople.

Recently purchased a new vehicle at this dealership. Everyone at Baglier Mazda is helpful and friendly. I began the search for a new vehicle last year and was impressed with the salesman. When it came time to actually purchase a new car, I knew I would return to Baglier Mazda. The service was great and the evening of the purchase was very busy. The employees did not appear to be rushed and took their time with all the customers. Our salesperson even waited, which was past 9:00 p.m., to show me all the features of my new vehicle.I will definitely recommend them to others.

Baglier Mazda provided me with a straight forward, hassle free car buying process. I recently bought a Mazda3 hatchback. They did not have the color that I desired on the lot but had no problem with acquiring the car that I wanted. The salesman and staff were very professional and answered every question that I had.

Most recently i have had a problem with my mazda and found John Hoover in service to be of the utmost help. I had called two other dealers in my area but John was definitely the most courteous. i had the car towed there and John did exactly as he said and repaired the car for less money than the estimate too!....I will definitely go back for service.

I bought a new to me car here last November. I was lied to about the accident that the car was in earlier in its life. The used car salesman said "it was a small accident" and it was all fixed. I went to turn the car in today on a new vehicle and they said the front airbag was deployed and the car was towed... Needless to say people weren't giving me much for my trade in. In addition I have had the car in for three different things in a year with only 40000 miles total on it. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I had been researchng a Certified CX-9 for months and had scoured cars.com for a great deal. Baglier Mazda had a smoking deal on the exact model and trim I needed, plus it was certified. I was concerned about the hassle and run-around I might encounter with working with a dealership out of state, but took a chance and it paid off big time! Everyone I dealt with over the phone was a class act and was very patient and helpful with the out-of-state details. Jerry Miller is a great guy and we came to a very fair price (plus they included a second, new set of keys as part of the deal). Jerry picked me up at the Pittsburgh airport on a Saturday and really made my purchase a great memory. I would (and plan to) buy another Mazda from Baglier in the near future and would highly recommend you do the same.

Was in the market for a used CX-5 in the Pittsburgh area, easily found one on-line and was immediately drawn to Baglier's selections on Cars.com... very thorough, clear and concise advertising. I submitted an inquiry, received a call and email within 24 hours and began working with Joe Kimmel. We setup an appointment, he met us at the curb upon arrival, was an incredible human being to talk to and though we test drove the used car, we fell in love with a brand new automobile displayed in their gorgeous showroom. Communication about the sale, Trade-in and sought after monthly payment was honest and fair, but most importantly comfortable and quick. We couldn't be happier with our new car, the price we paid for it and more importantly the customer service we experienced. Bravo to Joe Kimmel and Baglier Mazda - we will have a hard time buying a car anywhere else in the future!

Baglier Mazda is all about customer service. They are helpful, friendly, and ready to please. As soon as they figure out the problem, they fix it quickly and also clean your car (which is very nice when you're a busy person!). Great service and personnel!
