I bought a 1018 ES350 Lexus last week with a very reasonable set price without negotiation and no additional fees...Also accepted the trade value for my car which was more than CARMAX. I bought a 2016 Audi A8L from Bagwell's in March of 2017. I had searched extensively for a low mileage Audi and contacted the owner a few times before driving there from 2.5 hours away. The owner said "you cannot tell this car from new." And, he was correct. This is a GREAT used car dealer, handling only late model mostly high-end cars. This dealer is totally honest and the prices are EXCELLENT. My experience was first-rate and trouble free. It is completely unlike most high pressure, high priced car lots. I recommend Bagwell's with much enthusiasm.

A bit hard to spot as it doesn't look like a normal dealer. Staff was very nice, didn't offer a test drive or a great deal of knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. I realized that it was 6:25, after closing time.

We were looking for a quality dependable car for our college-aged daughter. We were working on a short timeline, as she was home for the holidays. The entire Bagwell staff offered us a great, low-key buying experience. Paper work was completed easily & my daughter has really enjoyed her 2011 BMW so far. Thank you, Bagwell! When it's time for another family car, we will be back!

Hummm..lets see... Walked in...Mike said Hi. Told him what we were looking for and he handed us the keys and said take a drive. Came back..talked awhile...had to go back to the dealer to drive the same car with different engine just to see the difference. Dealer (MB) living on another planet with all the add on fees. Called Mike from car leaving MB Lot and said fill it up with gas and we will be there in 15 min. Paperwork was ready...Mercedes was gased up...I paid Mike...we went home. Folks if you can find another car buying experience better than that then you got me.

We bought a 99 SAAB 95 SE from Mike Bagwell in 2001. We are STILL driving it and love it. You can't go wrong with Mike's selection and service. When we told our bank that we were buying a Bagwell car, they said go for it, don't even need to see it because we know Mike's quality. Superb!

We'd been looking at Lexus SUVs at dealer and through credit union's auto buying service. The credit union alerted us to potential problems with another used luxury car dealer causing us to walk away from that vehicle. The credit union's positive history with Bagwell made us comfortable doing business with them. The no-pressure, take it for a drive approach was a nice reprieve from the constant emails and calls and attempts to instill doubt in products not on their lot from dealers. Feel very comfortable with the vehicle quality and follow-up in getting the plate and registration very quickly.We've had the car for two months and been totally satisfied with it. Loved saving money too.
