We went here to look at a used vehicle. As soon as we walked in you could feel the comfortable feeling. We were approached by David Weale. From the beginning he made us feel important. He is a great salesman, not pushy, took time over and beyond to get us a great deal. And then there is Will Foster the Finance Manager, he also stayed past closing time to get our financing done. These 2 gentlemen are great, except for Will being a Bills fan, just kidding Will. We will definitely go there again when we need another vehicle.

I didn’t end up buying a car from this dealership but I came in for a test drive and got great service. Jaclyn Boehm was a great saleswoman. If she didn’t know the answer to one of my car questions she found someone who could answer it. I appreciated her knowledge and attention to detail. In this market it’s hard to find what you want but at least you don’t have to worry about the treatment you’ll receive. I was very impressed by this dealership.

Talk about service AFTER the sale! You owe it to yourself to take it for a test drive, it's fun to drive. Very economical and great in snow!! All my interactions with Baierl Acura have been very friendly and positive. I leased an RLX from Baierl and the experience was great start to finish. The sales team really knows how to cater to the type of clientele who typically would lease or purchase an Acura vehicle. (especially when compared with Baierl Subaru dealer down the road that doesn't hide they are in it for the money only and treats everyone as if they are a number waiting in line for something they are entitled to) Great balance with the amount of talking, negotiating, etc. that kept me engaged and interested from start to finish. In the end, I was able to negotiate a great deal, receive "white glove" service every step of the way without taking a lot of my precious time (time that I need to dedicate to my consulting practice that allows myself to afford an Acura RLX). I'm looking forward to receiving the same level of customer service whenever I bring my new RLX in for maintenance throughout the term of the lease. To sum things up, I recommend Baierl Acura if you want luxury service with your new luxury vehicle at a competitive price.

Baierl Acura treats you like gold! In particular, salesperson Robert Erb in particular was awesome throughout my entire buying process. Over my six months of research Bob was prompt and informative. He worked with my schedule when I had an unexpected business trip and was able to lock in my deal even though I had to delay pick up. It's been a week and he's remained in contact to ensure I'm adjusting well to my new car. Their service department is also top notch. I've been dealing with Baierl Acura for the last three years and they have won me over as a customer as long as I stay in Western PA. Confirmation calls and follow-ups every time you're there shows they really do care. The waiting lounge is classy with free snacks and drinks. We were looking for a vehicle to replace my wife's Honda van. We considered a Pilot and an Acura MDX. They were a bit large to drive so we were happy to test drive the Acura RDX with Bob Erb. It suited our needs well. The sales experience was very pleasurable. Never any pressure. Bob has lots of product knowledge. The new Sales Manager, Dan Nalley was nice to deal with. Josiah was great in making sure all the paperwork was correct. It is my second Acura from Baierl so you know they are doing a lot of things right. I would say the only real problem - and they can't do a lot about it - is that they need some more room and more parking.

I highly recommend Baierl ACURA in Wexford for the purchase of your next new ACURA. I was in for an oil change on my 2015 RDX, purchased August 2015, when Ken McCosby approached me cordially. We started talking and eventually I requested an out the door price on a 2016 MDX. He worked up a price, that was more than I wanted to pay. He said he might be able to do better and we left it at that. About a week later I called and we worked out a deal over the phone. We went to pick it up two days later. Ken appreciated our repeat business and gave me the all weather mats for the front rear and cargo area. Ken provided me with a sheet to determine initial setup of the many features on the MDX. He went through and made all the initial settings for me.As I said, this was my second new vehicle in 6 months. The last time I worked with Tim Wilson (I believe this was his name). He also was very personable and easy to work with and helpful with the initial feature setup.I talked with several other salesmen and they were all pleasant. It seems Baierl management has set this friendly, professional attribute as a must for all of their employees.The experience goes beyond the sale. The Service Department also performed very professionally. They escorted us to the lounge area and when the service was complete, thoroughly reviewed the results with us and told us of future items that were coming due.It is easy to make a comparison between Baierl and other dealers, since in the last 6 months we also bought a 2015 Linclon . There is no comparison between the two. I did not write a review for the Lincoln dealership since there was nothing positive that I could say.I hope when I am ready for another vehicle, Ken and Tim are there or the professional, friendly quality is inbred in the sales person we engage.

This is my third lease from Bob Erb who does a great job explaining lease options and the details on using the cars controls. Servicing the car is easy at Baierl as appointments are quickly handled and all maintenance is explained along with the status of your car when the work is finished. Josiah Lenzi handled the financial details quickly with complete discussion on all documents.

I purchased my first Acura this past August and visited Baierl Acura based on the recommendation of friends who have driven Acuras for many years. Mary Beth Belsito was the best! She was knowledgable, professional, attentive and no pressure, which I very much appreciated. The quality of the vehicles sells themselves and pricing for my used but well cared for RDX was very fair given the condition of the car and the amenities it had. As a newbie to some of the technology in my car - their service people have been patient in assisting me with any questions/explanations and its always service with a smile. It was a pleasure dealing with the Baierl organization (we have purchased from them in the past - but not an Acura) and once again - they proved to be outstanding. I test drove the RDX at another dealer and really liked the vehicle, but the salesman was not willing to negotiate. So I called Baierl and told Ken what I wanted. He immediately emailed a quote to me, and it was significantly lower than the first dealer. We exchanged phone calls and emails for about two weeks, and finally reached agreement. When I entered the showroom for the first time, it was to sign and buy. The entire process took less than two hours and was friendly and professional. And I love the car!

I recommend Ken McCosby to anyone who visits Baierl Dealer. He is clam, professional, and very prompt with his emails. He's very knowledgable about the car and answered all of our questions during our test drive. We are ex-VW and Infiniti drivers. This is our first Acura car. He spent his time going over the details even after we purchased the car. One complaint is that customer lounge does not look good as Cochran's. Whether it was quick email exchanges to answer a series of questions (at all hours of the day) or an in-person demonstration of the vehicle, they were always willing to help. When we picked up the vehicle, Bob (and Josiah in financing) had everything ready to go to assure for an efficient process and then Bob took the time to walk us through all of the technology aspects of the vehicle, even pairing each of our phones to the MDX's Bluetooth system. I am so pleased that I decided to come to Baierl Acura. I was on Autotrader.com and I saw a vehicle that I was interested in. I then called the number on the add and first spoke with Ryan Castleberry and he was very professional after talking to him about my situation. He then called me back and made arrangements for me to test drive the vehicle and paired me up with another sales person to ensure that everything went smooth. After arriving at the dealership, I spoke with Carl Gasper who took me out for the test drive. After all of the paperwork was submitted, he assured me that everything would be taken care even with the issues I had been having going to other dealerships. Carl Gasper was very polite, professional and knowledgable about the entire process. Working with him was truly a pleasure. Josiah Lenzi answered any and all questions that I had during the finance portion and made me feel at ease. I am so pleased at this experience that it has truly put a smile on my face.

Dealership fired used car manager that approved my deal. Had car 10.5 months. Purchased car with 55 k miles cadillac with all the bells and whistles. BCM goes supposedly the warranty I was told about was not included. Shame on me for not being or having a attorney with me. Called multiple times to current used car manager but no return calls. Finally spoke with a Baierl family member and was pretty much told "sorry tough xxxx". Her words were sorry you misunderstood. More like sorry your taking one for the team!! You got screwed over and that's that. Documentation says " you don't have a warranty "no matter what the old used car manager said. To finish this nightmare off. I go to pick my car up and they said they pulled my car around for me. Here is somebody else's car sitting there with the keys in it ready to go. Once they did bring mine around I was missing my spare key and both key fobs. The service side did their best management failed. I don't know her personally but as a customer I feel I was treated poorly.

It's been about 8 years since I've purchased from Baierl Acura, they were able to close the deal this time around. Being in sales myself, i'm very critical of other salesmen, Ken McCosby did an excellent job throughout the process. Very professional, knowledgeable and not overly aggressive but still quick to respond. I would definitely work with him again. Financing was a breeze with Josiah Lenzi, very easy to work with and well organized and informative, even when I was asking specific breakdowns on the costing. We had one little hiccup (which ended up in my favor) but the dealership took care of everything and I only had to stop in one extra time for a total of 5 minutes to re-sign a few things. not a problem at all. I have several issues, ranging from vibration, noises and poor craftmanship on my 2016 MDX. I won't get into the particulars; however, the dealer one able to fix one of 7, after three requests, which were initially denied. A total of 6 visits were made with no progress on the remaining issues. A seventh was planned but cancelled by the DPSM (Acura's higher level decision maker). Interestingly the DPSM was not an engineer, trained in problem solving that could be discerned or capable of helping to move the diagnostic effort forward. At the end of the visit, she authorized the work that would have been done weeks previously, before it was stopped. Acura has a bad system that does not have the ability to function properly to solve even the basics. It's dissapointing that they have to do this as the car was built so poorly in the beginning. So, I have to say: bad car, ineffective service, bad representation by DPSM and wasting of customer's time.Bob Erb did a great job on the sales side.

John, my salesman, was extremely helpful and did not push me into buying anything I did not want and made sure I was comfortable with all aspects of the deal. Lauren was an excellent first contact at the dealership. I started my search for an Acura on-line and she responded immediately with an email and then waited until I was ready to move forward. When I did contact her, I appreciated her very prompt responses.She met me when I visited the dealership and introduced me to Ken. He was very polite and pleasant to work with and let me set the pace. I was deciding between a TLX and an ILX and he was very accommodating during my initial visit when I asked to test drive both models. Afterwards, I sent a number of email messages asking about model/color availability and price information and he was always very prompt and straight-forward with his responses. It was about a month before I made up my mind and I appreciated his patience. The exterior/interior color combination that I decided on was not available and Ken didnt hesitate to offer to take care of facilitating a dealer trade. He kept me updated and when my car arrived, I scheduled an appointment and he was available to meet when we arrived and very efficiently handled all of the paper work. Even though it was late in the day on a Saturday when we finally reached the point where it was time to review the features of the 2016 ILX, Ken was very thorough in explaining everything and answering all of my questions. He didnt rush me at all. He was more than accommodating and even helped my sync up my phone with the blue-tooth capability. Im still learning how everything works and he said that I could always contact him for help. Ken is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient and I couldnt be more satisfied. The entire experience with Baierl was very positive and I will highly recommend the agency (and especially Ken) to others.

He was straight forward and seemed to negotiate in good faith..The next day we went to pick up our car and Bob spent as much time as needed to familiarize us with all of the new features of the vehicle..Josiah in the finance department was very good to work with.He explained various options but was not "pushy" when we were not interested in something he offered..Lindsey Baierl , the general manager of this dealership was involved in our transaction and seemed both reasonable and pleasant to deal with..I know from past experience that the service department is very good to interact with. We worked with Ken McCosby who was professional, courteous and friendly. We also worked with the Business Manager, Christine Cunha to go through the financing details, and she was also excellent, friendly, and professional. We had a good amount of questions as this was the first vehicle purchase for us, and she was patient and explained everything with detail and ease. After we were sure this was going to be our vehicle, Ken set our radio preferences, setup the xm radio, pre-set the navigation system to make sure our home address was listed. He then went through all of the details of the car with my wife so that she felt comfortable and happy with the vehicle. We even drove about 200 miles to come to this dealership because of their excellent customer service and fair prices. We would absolutely purchase another vehicle here and recommend this dealership if you are in the market for new car!

I have been looking for a car for nearly 18 months, so I am no stranger to dealerships. Baierl Acura had the best online and in-person customer service of any dealership I visited. Carl truly knows the cars he sells, and he does a great job explaining the features and how they operate. It seems like very few salespeople do that, and for me, it was very much appreciated. Carl did not pressure me into selecting a car that wasn't just what I wanted. Rather, he listened to what I was looking for, and he contacted me as soon as he found it. On a side note, my company does not require any specific sort of business attire (jeans and flip flops are A-OK), so I looked less than professional when I visited, and that seemed to make no difference. This is a smart strategy because you never know who is going to have the excellent credit rating that enables them to go through with the purchase! Thank you to Carl, Lauren, Lindsay and Christine for making the car-buying experience as close to enjoyable as possible, haha! Really, it was a simple process, and I am appreciative of that. I am headed to the service center to address a noise I am hearing in the car, and I hope to be able to say the same for that department as well!

Based on the Internet price she provided, we set up an onsite dealership visit where she greeted me and had a salesmen (Ken) ready to meet with us. We went for a quick test drive and in less than an hour we reached a deal. Since the 2016 RDX Advance in fanthom blue was not at the dealership, they located and delivered the car within a week. Ken McCosby was professional, friendly and informative. He was available to answer questions, took the time to explain the features of the new car without rushing us through the process. Ken and Christine guided us through the paperwork so that everything was plain and clear. We will definitely return when in need of a car.

Carl Gasper, walked into us, while we were looking at car in the lot. From that point to delivery of car, he was so patient with our numerous questions and answering them in detail. He earned our business by just treating us like his family and guiding us through the buying process. I had price from a competing car dealer, and he ensured we get a best price, without looking at the price quote I had from other dealer. This went a long way in building trust and confidence in our buying decision.During delivery and take-over of my previous leased car, he, the lady at finance, a new sales person who did the demo of car and a person who walked-in with a copy of form I needed to sign for returning car to Acura, were all great. Ken McCosby was our salesman, I had been touch with him for more than a month. He really helped me to get the vehicle I wanted. The best thing I appreciate dealing with him was he was different from lot of other salesman, he never pushed me to go for a deal just for the sake of making business..Overall it was a very pleasing experience working with Ken and also Christina to buy the MDX.

Bob was very helpful with all of my questions, he answered them fully. He had the car cleaned for me and had it ready and parked out front when i arrived to sign the papers. He showed me how to use the radio and everything in the interior, once again answered all my questions. He was probably one of the best salesman I've ever dealt with. Bob also called me a week after I bought my car to see how I was doing and check on my car. I thought that was awesome! I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know looking for a car and will be back in the future with my car purchases! The last acura I owned I went to Georgia to get because they simply offered me a better deal. ..my salesman Ken at Bairel was not having that. I've been to other Acura dealers and they don't compare to Bairel. The salesman I worked with was Carl Gasper. He was so easy to work with and very honest with me. I gave Baierl Acura a five star rating because of their employees Rocco Sanchilli and Ken McCosby, their great customer service and of course the quality of their vehicles. Both Rocco's and Ken's expertise and professionalism were off the charts. They made me feel comfortable (like one of the family), treated me with respect and assisted me with choosing the best vehicle that fit all my needs and requests. The individualized attention I received surpassed any that I've ever received from other dealerships. I was never pressured in purchasing a vehicle and Rocco and Ken made sure that I understood every aspect of each vehicle I was interested in. My husband researched and compared reviews on different vehicles for several months and knew exactly what he wanted and what price he needed to make it happen. We visited another dealership and could not agree on a trade-in price, but with Baierl we were offered a price that was immediately acceptable and above what we were previously offered. We had a great experience with Baierl, and especially with our salesman, Bob Erb. Even though we live 85 miles from the dealership the experience with Mr. Erb made it worthwhile for us.

I had called on a whim about a manual transmission TSX. Mary Beth Belsito had answered my call. I was in the neighborhood and asked if I could drop by to take a look quite near closing time. She was thrilled to have me stop by and walked me around the car and went through it with me in great detail. The car was a new arrival so it had yet to be through any of their very meticulous inspection. I was so impressed with both Mary Beth and the car that I put a deposit down to hold the car that day. Once it passed its rigorous inspection and detailing I was the proud owner of this TSX. Words have not been formed to recommend this dealer. This is the 8th car I have purchased and probably the 20th dealer I've gone through the motions with and at no point was I anything but thoroughly impressed in all aspects of their business. I had the pleasure of closing my deal with Rocco who never missed a beat and was equally as welcoming and pleasant as Mary Beth. I already know where my next car purchase will be. Right here. In closing to quote Mary Beth Acuras truly do shift like butter.

Our salesman, Tim Wilson was exceptional. We bought the Acura on Thursday and on Friday bought a Lincoln at a New Castle dealer. This gave us the opportunity to compare both while they were fresh in our mind.Tim went through everything with us. All of the features, programmed the display, querying me about which options to pick. He even programmed my Homelink remote When I went home, I pushed the button and the door opened.The other dealer delineated the amenities and that was it.Tim Wilson conducts himself as a true professional and I expect that is conduct of the Baierl Acura organization.

This is my first Acura from Baierl. Ken was so patient and pleasant and provided a non pressure experience. All of my questions and concerns were addressed and I was even able to test out storing my stroller and put the car seat in the RDX (with the baby) during our test drive. Ken sat in the back and entertained the baby and happily answered our questions. We got a great deal on our new car and received an excellent trade in amount for our old car. We decided we really liked the car and wanted it that day. Less than an hour later we pulled off the lot in our new car. Thanks to Ken and Rocco for their expertise and professionalism.

The overall experience was very good at Baierl Acura. As a first-time car buyer Carl was very knowledgeable and informative of the TSX's features and functions. There was no hesitation to offer a test drive of the vehicle. When it came to price negotiating the typical salesman phrases came out which is a to be expected. In the end we settled on a price that I felt was fair for the car. Carl remained attentive even after the sale had been settled which I appreciated, a nice guy! The gas tank was filled and the car was cleaned as I finished up paper work. My only criticism is that the financing representative was a bit slow and had me waiting for a little too long.

This is the second Acura I have purchased from Baierl. Mary Beth Belsito provided a great non pressure experience and really knows her Acura's. I told her what I was looking for in my next car and she nailed it. I test drove a few different car makes and models and Mary Beth was the only sales rep that called me back!!! I can't say enough about the dealership. My previous Acura has 165,000 miles and the service team does a great job. Straight shooters, no pressure and fixes the problem the first time. I'd recommend you stop by and talk with Mary Beth and team if your interested in a new car. Love the new car.

Throughout the whole process, from the test drive, the purchase, and even after the sale, the salesman, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. Even after the sale, he took the time to go over all of the RDX's functions as well as following up later in the week to see if there were any additional questions that I might have. Altogether, I would say that the experience was straightforward and stress free.

My wife and I visited Baierl Acura this past weekend intending to test drive a new 2016 Acura MDX. From the moment we were approached by Bob Erb in the parking lot, we could not have been more impressed by the experience. Everything from the initial test drive to the trade-in, financing and vehicle delivery was completely different from the typical high-pressured adversarial environment that many associate with the car buying process. Bob was patient and took time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, many of which we never even had to ask. We had our five month old baby with us which added a new element and even after spending over two hours with us walking around the car, talking about the car, taking the car seat in and out of the car, stopping to take care of the baby and, ultimately, test driving the car; Bob never once asked us if we were planning to buy that day and never showed even an ounce of frustration even though there were clearly other customers browsing the lot that he could have been trying to make a sale from.After the test drive we asked Bob to have our trade in evaluated and to run some numbers. While we were waiting numerous employees came up to us to make sure we were being taken care of and to offer us water and coffee. After a short time Bob returned and I was once again pleasantly shocked. Rather than the customary low-ball trade offer, Bob showed us the AutoTrader value (which I had already run) and then presented us with an offer that was considerably above that and certainly fair. He then took the time to walk us through numerous financing options and answered all of our questions, again without ever asking us whether we intended to buy the car that day or not. Once our questions were answered Bob even offered us some privacy so that we could discuss everything.Once we made the decision to purchase that day, I don't think we could have asked for a smoother process. After signing the paperwork, we asked if we could leave and go to lunch because we had been there for several hours and it was well past lunch time. Bob invited us to return in an hour and advised that everything would be ready at that time. As promised, we returned an hour later and Bob had everything prepared. After going through all of the owners manual and associated documents, we were ushered to the finance office where Christine had all of the paperwork ready to be signed. Once again, no high pressured sales tactics to get you to buy a million add-ons, just an honest conversation about the options. After just 10 minutes we were in the car with Bob going through all of the features. Once again, Bob took the time to explain all of the numerous features and even helped us program all of the electronics.I truly can't say enough good things about the folks at Baierl Acura and Bob Erb in particular. They are truly a different kind of car buying experience and I can say with certainty that we will be buying all of our future vehicles from Baierl Acura.

Walked in with a Truecar Price which was $1000 lower than other Acura Dealers Online Quote, and offered $2000 more than another dealer for trade in. I could have haggled for more on the trade but decided that the upfront pricing warranted my acceptance of their offer. They could have started lower and forced me to haggle, but when they presented a fair offer as the first offer I accepted.

If you're in the market for an Acura - you must see Baierl Acura in Wexford. And you must ask for Mary Beth Belsito. She's the best salesperson you'll ever meet. She cares about her clients, she really knows her cars and she always goes over and above your expectations to make sure her clients are happy.Even after the sale is over, she'll call just to wish you a happy birthday or to see how you like your new car. She even spent a full hour with us on a follow-up appointment to be sure we knew how to use the technology! She's the consummate professional and should be teaching other sales people how it should be done. I must add that the service department at Baierl Acura is also terrific. They do a great job to be sure the work is done correctly and quickly. Throwing in a car wash after service is also a nice touch.

He was very accomodating and quickly showed us several models on the lot that were used. He gave us enough information to allow us to do our own research later.When I returned to the dealer with more time, I took a test drive and sat with Ken to negotiate a deal that would work for myself and family. Wexford is not the closest Acura Dealership but the right sales person makes all the difference! Mary Beth was super efficient. She happened to answer the phone and made me want to take a trip to Wexford. She was friendly and helpful and not pushy. When we took a test drive it was like riding with a friend. She pointed out the benefits and really worked for us. She did everything a great sales person should do. Mary Beth is the reason we chose to drive close to 1 hour to do our first lease on a new 2015 TLX at Baierl Acura.

Recently I closed on the purchase of a 2016 RDX AWD with the AcuraWatch package. I had the pleasure of working with Ken McCosby on it, and after 2 test drives, 2 long conversations, numerous questions, and a fair negotiation, we agreed on a price with which we are both happy. It was a pleasure to work with Ken because of his professionalism, his product knowledge, his personality and the Acura product itself. Also in Baierl's favor is its great service department. I have taken my 2003 TL to them for service for the 13 years I've owned my TL, and I have to give them 4.5 to 5 stars in this area. Kudos to Chris, Rod and the others (who's names I unfortunately do not know) for their great work which enabled me to give them such a high rating. Their service was another major factor in my decision to purchase this vehicle from Baierl Acura.

Outstanding experience. My 7 year-old Honda Odyssey had 147K miles. While I had been waiting for the 2016 Honda Pilot to be released, I had also been researching Acura vs. Audi vs. BMW vs. Mercedes. I narrowed the search to the Pilot, Acura MDX, and Audi Q7. Service reviews on the Q7 had me leaning towards the Pilot vs. Acura MDX. I drove the Pilot the first day it hit the lot of the Honda dealer very close to where I live and was very impressed. But, before I was ready to commit, I wanted to test drive an MDX. I chose Baierl simply because it was the closest Acura dealer to where I live. Via the Baierl website, I sent in an e-mail request to set up a test drive. I received a quick reply and had my test drive scheduled for that same night. When I arrived at the dealership, the Sales Manager introduced me to Carl Gasper, Jr. He treated me like family throughout the process. He is very down-to-earth and pleasant to deal with. Despite nearly giving him a heart attack during my test drive and underimpressing him with my total ineptitude in attempting to figure out how to use the computerized bells and whistles on the MDX, he remained extremely patient and cordial. I was ultimately presented with an exceptionally fair deal; Less than I expected for the new MDX and more than I expected for my trade-in. I took ownership of my new MDX the next evening and subsequently took it back to Baierl so that the purchased accessories that I ordered could be put on. The process could not have been easier. I was provided with an new MDX loaner and received my MDX back the next day. Carl even assisted me with questions I had on additional accessories and helped coordinate the service appointment before, during, and after. I would certainly recomment Baierl Acura and Carl Gasper to anyone considering the purchase of an Acura.

He's a nice guy and very easy to talk to. When his client with a scheduled appointment showed up, he immediately sent Ryan to work on making the deal. After our auto was totaled in an accident, our search was on for a replacement vehicle. On the internet, we found the particular auto we were interested in at Baierl Acura in Wexton, PA.Mr. Ryan Casselberry from the dealership returned my call, and was very helpful in answering my questions. When I asked him exactly the condition, he detailed every flaw and sent pictures by email. On June 22, 2015, my wife and I flew to Pittsburgh, and Mr. Casselberry picked us up at the airport (45 minute drive from the dealership).The flaws were even less minor than I had pictured in my mind. The paperwork was rapidly handled, and everyone we meet was very courteous. Upon completion , my wife and I began our journey home. I can't sat enough of Mr. Casselberry's professionalism and integrity.

I cant say enough about how well I was treated at Baierl Acura in Wexford. From the time I walked through the door to test drive the new TLX and Ryan Casselberry, salesperson, asked me what I was looking for, the attention, time and service paid to me was wonderful. Ryan listened to what I was looking for and really did "hook" me up in a vehicle and car payment that I couldn't imagine was possible. Ryan was there during the test drive, the negotiations, the purchase, as I drove out t the door in my new car and then in followup. I went into the dealership with a car in mind. The car was no longer in their inventory, but they found similar models in the same price range and were able to match me with a better fit than the one I intended to purchase. Internet communication was swift and informative. Manager was easy to talk to and the salesman was not pushy but knowledgeable. Also, I'm loving my car so far and am reassured by the amenities offered by this dealership. Two thumbs up.

After visiting another Acura Dealer in the area I must say it was like night and day between them and Baierl. I wanted a 2016 RDX and the first Dealer did not want to bother checking what vehicles were coming in or Dealer Trades. It was so different with Baierl Acura. From the initial call they were all about finding me the exact car that I wanted and a good price. My first contact was with Lauren Graves the Internet Sales manager who was so nice and responsive. When I came in she introduced me to the Sales Consultant Bob Erb who went out of his way to find me the exact car as soon as possible. That was important since I was soon losing my company Car and had a vacation planned. When I picked up the car Bob met me with a handshake before even coming into the Dealership. He also took as much time as I needed to explain all the operating features of the car and offered to help me later with any questions I might have. Needless to say I would definitely say my buying experience was a very positive one.

I just purchased a new 2016 Acura MDX. I cannot stress enough how good Ken McCosby was in making my purchase go smoothly. First and foremost, he's an honest guy and I felt comfortable with him and his style right away. He knew all the details and intricacies of the advanced technology that is in this car. He helped me pair my phone, put in stations I will use the most, and other things. He dotted every "I" and crossed every "t". I was the best car buying experience I've ever had. This guy is quality all the way. if the dealerships service is at least half of this, I will be happy. Of course I hope it's just like this and I will update my review after I have my first service experience.

The salesman I dealt with was Bob Erb. Bob was very helpful, pleasant to work with and at no point did I feel pressured to make a decision on purchasing the car.The business manager, Sims Miess, was very helpful in securing a good price on my loan. I shopped around independently and when I found a better deal from my bank, he was able to call and match the interest rate.Like all other dealers, they try to sell you all the overpriced additional coverages like warranties, special wax and leather protections after you agree to purchase the vehicle. Just have to stand firm and deny any additions that aren't necessary.Additinally, I heard rubbing coming from the front brakes about a month after I purchased my used TSX. I simply set up an appointment online, dropped the car off, used Baierls shuttle service to and from work and picked up my car at lunch the same day. The front brake pads weren't properly sliding off the disc so the repair was covered under warranty. The service center was extremely easy and hassle free.

I scheduled visits and/or stopped by no less than 7 dealerships (various makes/models) and my experience at Baierl Acura was far and away the most satisfying. I initially made contact through Lauren Groves via their internet sales department and worked with Tim Wilson during the on site visits. Both are fantastic to work with and I felt no pressure to make a quick decision, which I greatly appreciated as I did spend some time shopping around (see comment above regarding 7 dealerships). I used a pre-negotiated program through my work to determine the selling price of the new car, but I did have a vehicle to trade and I felt the offer made on that trade-in was very fair. Overall, a really great experience with Tim, Lauren, and Baierl in general.

I was not able to complete my pending and intended purchase of a pre-owned Acura. This transaction that "fell through" or failed was entirely my fault as the potential purchaser. In short, I had arranged the sale of my existing car to a co-worker of mine at retail . When the co-worker backed out, I too had to back out of the tentative purchase of the Acura from Baierl. Throughout this process I was working with Carl Gasper who was of the utmost assistance in letting me temporarily put cars on hold while I tried to salvage my deal with the my co-worker. Carl was very accomodating on my approach, was professional in every way, and foremost patient while I tried to work things out to my benefit. Baierl and Carl did everything possible to meet my needs. Finally when I advised the Baierl dealership and Carl, himself, that I would not be purchasing, I was still treated the same professional and respectful manner as I was treated all along as a potential buyer. It speaks volumes for Carl. Having experienced the above I would strongly recommend Carl to anyone when considering a purchase.

I have owned Acura products for over 15 years. I have been taking my car to their dealership since my first purchase and have been pleased ever since. I have received both excellent service from my sales team, as well as the service advisor and technicians. I recently purchased a TLX and was pleased with every aspect of the process from start to finish. I dealt with both Mary Beth Belsito & Bob Erb with the sales process. Both are honest and give you info straight. They take into consideration what you are looking for in the vehicle and offer suggestions. They both are top notch and 2 of the most honest sales people in the car industry. As for the service department, I've been dealing with Rod Sassic for over a decade. Great personality, straight shooter and doesn't try to sell you service that you don't need. The best mechanic I've ever had work on my car works at this dealership as well - I always request Tom Drzemiecki. Great Service - Great People!!!

Overall, our experience was good. We more or less knew that we wanted to buy a new 2015 Acura RDX from the beginning of our visit to this dealer We arrived on a busy sales day that was also a federal holiday, so had to spend a total of ~5 hours at the dealership before our sale was final. The salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable, and offered a lot of good advice (he also offered to buy our lunch, when we had to wait more than an hour to finalize the purchase). Negotiations were straight forward, although it didn't occur to us to ask how many miles were on the new car, and the fact that the vehicle had more than 300 miles on it was not disclosed until after the negotiations and when we were ready to sign the paperwork (not a huge deal to us, but could be for someone else, especially after 4 hours at the dealership). At the end of their business day, we were ready to drive off the lot with our new car. The salesperson carefully walked us through all the controls and features, including the tire pressure monitoring system, which showed one of the tires with 22 PSI (instead of 35ish) and a warning to check it. We were told that the tire pressures were just adjusted and that this number would reset once the tires got rolling/hot. Unfortunately, this did not happen and by the middle of the next day the pressure had dropped to 4 PSI. After filling the tire with air and discovering a screw lodged in it, we spent another 2.5 hours to drive back to the dealership and have the tire replaced. To their credit, they were very responsive and did not give us any hassle on the replacement (at no additional cost to us). I guess I naively expected some compensation for our time and inconvenience (perhaps a refill of our gas tank, which still had more than half a tank left). I didn't ask and they didn't offer. Thus, I'd say good customer service and not excellent customer service.

I had done a lot of research on the Internet, visited a dealer, and pretty much knew what I wanted-a great deal on a 2016 MDX. I met Tim Wilson reached agreement in less than 15 minutes. He even allowed me to drive my old MDX to my granddaughter's college graduation, a round trip of 1500 miles! But wait-after we had done the preliminaries, my wife changed her mind on the color. Tim didn't miss a beat. When we showed up to pick up the car, Tim was extremely helpful in explaining all the features of the Technology and even set up popular radio stations and other features. I cannot praise Tim enough for his help in making this purchase.

I had the pleasure of buying a Certified 2012 Acura MDX from Ryan Casselberry last week. I had spoken to Ryan ahead of time and he had everything set up when I arrived 2 hours late. Ryan was most gracious and professional during the entire deal. The negotiations were fair, not pressured and I was given a reasonable value for my trade. We reached an agreement at the close of business on Thursday evening. I asked if I could take delivery the following day. Without hesitation Ryan agreed and we made plans for a late afternoon pick up. Unbeknownst to me, Friday was actually his day off. He came in just for me and spent a great deal of time explaining the rather complicated options (The vehicle has both the Technology and Advance Packages and I am not the most tech savvy person out there!) Ryan stayed to help me even after the dealership had closed for the evening. Thanks to Ryan for making my new Acura a breeze to buy. Had a answer for anything I asked him he even told my wife about a RDX she liked he stated any info she needed he was quite informed. I stopped at the dealer when he was not there so I went home and came back later just for him and it was worth it. Now the rest of the dealerrship was quite different, not a smile or greeting from anyone else nothing from the sales manager or general manager , first purchase from this dealereship loved the ln and out part of it but it was funny how bland everyone else was.. I've never written a review so for me to do this is out of the ordinary to say the least. However, I'm not writing this because I've had one good experience. I'm writing this because I've had more than I can remember. I drove a 2008 Acura MDX to 185k. I bought this at another dealer, but was always impressed with the service at Baierl, so I would only allow them to work on my car. Every time a maintenance reminder came on, I had it serviced. They never gouged me with the price, or recommended things that didn't need servicing. They were always straight forward and honest. Rod at the service desk always helped me, and always made sure I had a loaner so my busy schedule wouldn't be interupted. So, when I decided to purchase another MDX, Baierl was the obvious choice. Sims helped me secure a fair loan, and gave me an amazing deal on my Acura for trade. Carl helped me find, and ultamatly purchase, a 2012 certified MDX, and even worked with me on the price to make sure it fit my financial perameters. After driving the car I found a couple of sounds that drove me a little crazy. The blower mother had a high pitch sound, and I felt a vibration in the peddles at higher speeds. Many other dealers would've brushed me off, but not Baierl. They out me in a brand new loaner, apologized for the issues and said "when you pay this much for a car, it shouldn't annoy you" they replaced the blower motor, and a wheel bearing in the front. Now my car is 100% up to my high standards. I look forward to servicing my new car with them, because they've always taken car of me. An amazing dealership with professional staff, and top notch customer service. Is travel back to Pittsburgh, even if I lived in Texas to purchase my next car with them.Best Regards,Ken Taber

Unfortunately I had ordered extra parts for my car and the service and parts department did not give me as good as an experience as expected. They forgot to order necessary parts, took a longer time to get my car back to me, and the parts I received were faulty and I had to pay for replacement parts that I shouldn't have had to pay for.

From PJ having all 3 vehicles that we wanted to test drive, at one location and all warmed up on a very frigid morning and responding to all my e-mails in a very efficient manner to Todd being the second most patient man I know (my husband is first) while explaining to me the numerous options on my Acura ILX, I must say that Baierl has a wonderful sales staff that provides a friendly, knowledgeable, stress free, no pressure car buying experience which is exactly what we were looking for. Driving home late last night in my three-month old RDX, what sounded like a metal-on-metal sound started in my left front tire. First thing the next morning I called the dealer service department and was told that, if I wanted a loaner car, I would need to wait three days but, if I couldn't wait, I could bring the car in as soon as I could get there. About 20 minutes later I arrived at the dealership and met Service Consultant John Henline. John was personable, courteous, and efficient, taking the relevant information and paging Dave to drive me home. Total time elapsed from the time I got to the dealership until we were on the road home, 10 minutes.A little over an hour later, later I get a call from John that the problem was a stone that got into the wheel and was clanging around inside. It was removed, no damage, no charge, and Dave and another service person would be at my home in about 30 minutes to deliver the car. Sure enough, 30 minutes later they showed up with my repaired and, washed, RDX.Total elapsed time from when I dropped off a clanging, dirty car until a fixed, clean one was back in my garage, less than two hoursGreat responsiveness, great service. Both John and Dave are outstanding representatives of the Baierl Brand.

We went to Baierl today with the perception to purchase a '12 ZDX. After test driving the vehicle it was not the car that we wanted. Being that we have always been loyal to a different dealer was very hesitant to purchase from Baierl at first. After running the numbers we were proudly surprised that we could afford a new '15 MDX/tech around the same price. I thank you to Lauren, John and Rocco for helping us with the purchase. I would definitely recommed Baierl to family and friends for any future purchases for a vehicle.

Had a perception coming into buying a 2015 Acura MDX that Baierl would not give a good price, well I was wrong. Being a PITT alum (BSBA-2005) I really wanted to purchase from Baierl due to his support to PITT. I sent out emails to 7 Acura dealerships in the area (15237) and Lauren (Internet Sales) got back to me with the best price. They honored the couple deals that were going on during March that I received via email as well. There was no destination charge or processing fees after the fact of the price I received, just like Lauren stated no hidden charges just Tax & Title. Carl was very friendly and made the process enjoyable. The new sales system they recently installed did not want to input my trade, but eventually did, think I memorized my VIN# by the end. Was very satisfied with the offer I received for my trade in as well. I did my homework and shopped other dealers but they did not even come close. I live in the South Hills but it was worth the drive to the North Hills. My wife and I arrived not really having a plan. Didn't even think we'd be buying a car. And we were up front about that. Despite the small chance of an immediate sale, Ken McCosby was very friendly, attentive and more than patient with us as we went through a couple of test drives and weighed our preferences. Ken was extremely knowledgable about the Acura line as well as other lines. Sim was another pro on the finance side. He got us a killer finance rate and walked us through our options so we could make an informed decision on deal structure, warranty, maintetance, etc. In the end, we bought the car we wanted and could not be happier.

I've been shopping for a new car a while now. Went to several dealers and finally really decided on the Acura RDX. Went to a local dealer here in Ohio and they were very judgmental as I'm young and really didn't want bothered with me. This is when I reached out to Bariel Acura in Pittsburgh (about 1/hour from me). I sent an e-mail showing interest and Matthew Wilson got back with me that same day even though it was a Sunday. Later that week I went to the dealership and asked for Matt and he was busy with another customer (my fault for not calling first) so he got me all setup to talk to another salesman Ryan Casselberry. Ryan was great he we were able to go for a test drive in the car and the negotiation process was pretty painless. No back and fourth trips to the manager. He was very up front and honest. He kept in contact with me via e-mail but was never a pest. He even was able to negotiate a little more off the MSRP via my e-mail and get a Acura remote start put in my new car ($600 value) for free. This was very exciting for me as I really love the remote start and I was really going to miss it from my previous vehicle. When I came back to look at the RDX again Ryan was able to accommodate another test drive and fill out the paperwork all on short notice. He was never pushy and always very nice when visiting the dealership. Then pickup was a breeze Ryan and Matthew had everything coordinated and Matthew was able to show me around the new car and get things set up to my liking he even informed me to e-mail him anytime if I had any new car questions and or concerns and he could help me through it. Overall, I have to say I am very happy with my new car and was very happy to deal with Ryan and Matthew. They are a great team (I'm very happy I made the hour drive) and make car buying a little less painless and nerve-racking. I look forward to a continued relationship with Baierl Acura and Matt and Ryan with my future car buying needs.

I purchased a used acura. John treated me very well- with the same courtesy you would exoect if buying a new high end car. The vehicle was just as advertised online and the price was fair. The only glitch in the whole process was a bottleneck at the finance manager who does the paperwork. This did result in a longer than expected experience. John and Ryan were both great -from a very fast returned email to the purchase. Overall a nice experience at Baierl.

Being almost 300 miles away, this was my first experience buying a vehicle out of state. Most of my purchase research was done long-distance either online, via email / phone calls to the dealership, and with visits by family and friends in the area. Everyone was so helpful and cooperative with my endless questions and my surrogate inspectors. When the deal was more or less agreed to, my salesman Ryan Casselberry met me at the airport and drove me to the dealership thus avoiding a long and expensive cab fare for me. Once at the dealership, the car was everything they, and friends said it was. Business manager Sims Miess had all paperwork ready and what generally seems to take the most time buying any car was a fairly quick and easy process. I can't forget to mention Sales manager Shawn Ludwig who was my initial contact and provided most of the detailed information on the car. Ryan even printed a MapQuest to help me get back on the interstate and on to my 5.5 hour drive home.All in all, this was one of the best purchase experiences I have ever had.

After visiting three different car dealers, and coming very close to making a purchase at another Bairel location, we settled for the Acura dealer. Upon our arrival, Bob Erb was the only salesman to come out into the cold and introduce himself. We noticed immediately that he was a very personable guy and also knew off hand the details of the car in which we were interested. Before long, the deal was made. Bob was willing to work with us on a price and get us out the door with everything we needed to confidently enjoy our newly purchased used car. If ever I were to recommend a salesman, Bob Erb would for sure be that person. He made us feel like people and not just a means of a paycheck. Thanks Bob.

Wasn't really interested in purchasing just yet. Just started looking but ended up buying, in large part due to Carl. Carl knew everything about the car and its accessories even though it wasn't one of their brands. He was quite easy to work with. Talked about the car, the Pitt game which being played, weather and multiple other topics. Very easy going guy. No pressure involved whatsoever. Just laid everything out there and let me make my own decision. Not like he was desperate to make a sale. As he mentioned if we can't work something out "we'll shake hands move along and maybe we can work something out in the future". Carl truely made me feel that he wanted me to be comfortable with my purchase and if not don't make it. The car only came with one key, which is a little unsettling, but even after the purchase, which he is clear of now, he has contacted the previous owners and is in the process of trying to obtain that other key. Keeping my fingers crossed. Whether I get it or not it's pretty neat he's still working for me even when the deal is done. Also, our deal was made rather late.The dealership had closed. I got home happy. The next day woke up went to work got home, and although not proud to say, never even gave it a thought to call Erie to get my insurance switched over. Carl called that next evening to mention he reached out to the previous owner about the key and had switched my insurance for me, even noting I may want to change something on my policy which will lower my premium. Something I actually did. Great idea Carl. He told me it's something they all do, in making the call to the insurance company, and I would have been covered anyway but it was most appreciated. It was sure a great car buying experience and I'll go back in the future but it will probably be many years out as I'm quite happy with my purchase and expect to have this one for a long while. Matt Willson was very responsive to my email requests and patient as it took a few months for us to make a purchase. Ryan helped us at the dealership and was extremely patient and showed us the car on two different occasions. He was extremely helpful and took time to explain the various tech features in the car. He also offered to help at a future time in case we had additional questions. He even got our 5 year old hot chocolate and a granola bar to pass the time.

The engine mounts in my car (1998 Acura Integra) were broken, so the engine was basically clanking around on turns. I took it in to have this issue fixed. The quote for this was $400; high, but it needed done so I had them do the work and that was fine.However, they also recommended unneeded work. This including all new, replaced rotors (I got three follow up opinions and not one even recommended machining them, they were fine) and a new slave cylinder (it was fine) with concurrent unneeded clutch work.

Purchased a new TLX from Baierl Acura. Process was seamless as I was returning a leased vehicle concurrently. Mary Beth had everything set up prior to my arrival and even suggested things, e.g., using my current plate that had recently been renewed, to save money. Very easy to deal with and willing to listen, I was able to work with the business manager Sims to develop a protection and service package that fit my needs instead of a "one size fits all" approach. Even though Baierl knows I am a loyal customer, it is nice to still feel appreciated for my business and not taken for granted.

We did our research both on the lot and online and decided upon a 2015 Acura MDX. Ken was kind, professional and very knowledgeable, no pressure at all with the sale and even complimented us on our clean trade! We wanted to add optional equipment and were provided with a convenient time to have this done Sims was able to secure a good finance rate even better than we expected. He even recommended a nearby restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch while we waited for our car to be detailed as it was a busy day for them. We just purchased our 2012 Acura RDX and we are beyond happy! From the moment we met with our salesperson, Tim Wilson, we were pretty much sold. Tim is very knowledgeable and helpful and really took the time to make sure we had no questions. Even after the sale of the car was done Tim has gone above and beyond. He was so sweet with our two little children. Our daughter liked him so much that she wanted Tim to come home with us. Tim checked in with us the next day to make sure we did not have any questions which is really above and beyond. Most sales people would not put in this extra effort once they have secured the sale.We have used Baierl family of dealers for 3 car purchases over the years and the experience has always been good. I was delayed and arrived late at night, but they were completely devoted to the transaction and getting it right. They gave me a fair trade and a fair price on the new vehicle. They stayed VERY late in order to get everything done for me. From the very beginning, emails were answered promptly, phone calls returned in a timely manner, etc. The transaction itself was documented in black and white, no double talk or hard sales pitch. We worked with Bob Erb who made the whole process a pleasure. No high pressure, no pushiness. He presented to us the facts and information about the new 2015 TLX in a friendly and knowledgeable way and let us make up our minds without pressure. When we decided to purchase the TLX, he went out of his way to keep us informed of where our car was on the production line and when the tentative date of arrival would be. The day we picked up the car Bob stayed past his quitting time to accommodate us and the couple that was to buy our car in a courtesy trade. The paper work was ready when we came in and was wrapped very quickly. He spent so much time with me going over the MANY features in the TLX and really stressed the fact that I could call him at any time with any questions in the future. Bob has since called to check in to see how things are going as well. This was honestly one of the nicest, smoothest car buying experiences we have ever had. Everyone one in the dealership was very helpful and personable and the business is very professionally run.

I had been taking my MDX to this dealership for the last 5 years for service. When it was time to trade it in, I thought I'd see what they would offer for the trade, and view their inventory. The value of my vehicle on KBB was $12,000 but the sales staff offered me only $5500!!!. This was not only insulting, but laughable. I was told the Used Car Sales Manager was not on staff that evening but would call me the next day. I did get a call from the salesman the following day, and they changed their offer to $8500. Again - this was so far away from the value I was expecting I was not taking them seriously. Interestingly, I then had two other dealerships offer me $11,000 for my trade...much closer to the KBB value! I loved my MDX and would have gladly purchased another one if these guys had been serious about keeping my business. Shawn Ludwig told me he was embarrassed by the initial offer of $5500....and he should have been. The service department was not much better. I did not purchase my Acura from Baierl, but because of the proximity to my home, it was convenient for service. They offer a loaner vehicle and I was told after the 2nd or 3rd time I took it in that I would not be eligible for the loaner since I wasn't their "customer"....??? They proceeded to tell me the loaners were being driven many miles by some customers and since I didn't buy my car there they weren't going to offer it to me. I thought since I was their SERVICE customer, that made me their customer? Overall...the dealership was a joke and I will never step foot in there again!

Was getting my Honda Civic serviced at my Honda dealer and decided to take a walk to the Acura. Was walking around the lot and saw they had a ILX Silver Tech. I had been interested in this car for a while. I had worked with Bob Erb in the past for a test drive on a different vehicle. I emailed Bob about the price he could give me. He emailed me back and he quoted me a very good price on the car. I scheduled a test drive of the car and to get a trade-in value for my Civic. The whole process was very easy. They gave me there best price and best price on my trade-in. Both were very reasonable. I was also very impressed that they held the car for a week and a half for me. I am on-call for work and did not want to be driving a new car during that time. I picked up the car the day after I came off on-call. Everything was very easy and I would highly recommend Baierl Acura and Bob Erb.

Being a former car salesman, I am always leery of the tactics that can sometimes be employed on unsuspecting car buyers. If you go to Baierl Acura, you won't have to worry about any of those stereotypes. I have to tell you that my experience at Baierl Acura far exceeded my expectations. They were by far the easiest dealer I have EVER worked with ( and I am addicted to buying cars - have bought over 21 cars in 30 years). The salesman, Matt Willson, never once tried any of those high pressure tactics I was taught when selling cars. Instead, he did was few professionals never learn to do - HE LISTENED to my problem and provided a solution by giving me information, got me pricing, and let me decide. Of course there was nothing to decide, as his opening offer was actually right on my number. I then went to the parts department and bought some accessories - same experience - Brandon was very easy to talk to and had ALL the accessories I wanted. The icing on the cake was the service department, where Rod Sassic made me feel like he was working for me instead of the dealer. Going through the closing process, Sims Meiss was very professional and clearly explained my options with no pressure. Sims also involved the Service Dept very timely and efficiently during our work with him to have the vehicle run through the required inspections as we reviewed and completed the already prepared documentation to make it happen in record time for me at a car dealership. I just bought my 4th RL from Bairel, which is the 5th car I have purchased through Mary Beth Belsito and the 9th vehicle I have purchased at Bairel Acura since Feb. 5, 2005, when my wifeand I purchased our 2005 MDX, which now has more than 180,000 problem free miles. Shawn, the Sales Manager, gave me a very favorable deal on my trade (a 2009 RL Tech Package with Navi). Sims Meiss did a great job of finding a very low financing rate for me as well. I purchased a certified pre-owned 2011 RL with only 16,700 miles, practically new! I bought it for the color (pomagranate with a seacoast interior). It also has the Tech Package with Navi and a 6 speed transmission. Mary Beth Belsito does such an outstanding job paying attention to the finest details in your car buying experience. She is passionate about moving metal (selling cars). Mary Beth is an accomplished sales person and also very pleasant before, during and after every one of my car buying experiences with Bairel Acura. In the service department I always work with Chris Kopas, who does an outstanding job with customer relations. I am always confident that when I take my fleet of Acura vehicles to Bairel that Chris will, with 100% certainty, take care of everything I requested to be done. Chris Jordan in the service department also does a great job of making certain that once my car is serviced, it is returned to me as though it just came off the assembly line. Each vehicle is washed, vacuumed, windows clean, all weather mats washed and, on occasion, my cars are fully waxed. I have never had such a great experience with any other dealer in Pittsburgh since I began driving in 1968. With such a great team of people working at Bairel Acura, why would I want to go anywhere else to buy a car?

When I began shopping for a new vehicle I was in contact with 4 dealerships, two of which were Acura dealerships, which I eventually decided to buy. All of my price negotiations were done via the phone, a major convenience to me. I called Baierl Acura and ended up speaking with Tim Wilson and began discussing pricing and options for the the MDX that I wanted, however, when Tim first got back to me with a number for the MDX he was not the lowest that I received. One key point that I took from our conversations was how personable Tim was, and how at ease he made me feel through the process, this, as well as his zero pressure sales approach, was key to my eventual decision to negotiate and purchase from Baierl Acura. The Acura dealer that I first attempted to do business with seemed to do nothing to better my purchase price or interest rate, and the salesman made me feel like I was inconveniencing him in asking them to work with me to reach a more agreeable number. At this time I was reminded with how at ease I felt in discussing the MDX with Tim and decided to give him the opportunity to earn my business. I called Tim and discussed with him my current situation with another dealer and told him where I wanted to be with my purchase price. Within a half hour we were in agreement with what I felt was a great price, and told him I would be up that afternoon. Once I got to Baierl, thats when I was sold as a long time customer. The exact MDX that I wanted was parked washed and waiting for me to arrive, and the entire team that assisted in my purchase seemed to do everything they could do to better my purchase as well as my interest rate, which they did. During this whole easy process, at no time did I feel pressured, and quite to the contrary I felt like my needs were the most important for them, especially Tim's, at the time.In short, if this one experience from Tim and his team represents the service and courtesy I can expect from Baierl, I will now be along time patron of Baierl.

This was my third Acura from Baierl and my second through Tim Wilson. Tim is easy to deal with, straightforward and honest, and overall the kind of person it's really pleasant to buy a car from. The overall Baierl approach, with a "best offer first" strategy, makes it easy to complete the purchase. I had done a lot of prior research and knew what would be a good offer, so getting that up front made the whole process much more pleasant. Everything went smoothly. got the offer from Tim, went to look at a different car that was the alternative choice, came back to see Tim, and was into the new car. They handled all the stuff with my old lease, saving me a pile of time. I expect to be back to see Tim when it's time for the next car.

I recently bought a used TSX at this dealership and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of their staff. Initially, my wife and I were considering several other vehicles at Lexus (North Hills) and another Acura dealership (in McMurray?). We stopped by the lot at Baierl a little after closing to see a few of the new and used vehicles they listed on their website. During our meanendering about the lot, the used car manager Shawn Ludwig approached us and asked if he could answer any of our questions. Not only did her personally answer many of our sometimes technical questions (including syncing his cell phone to a car to demonstrate a feature), he personally reviewed a complete list of the inventory with us, and then took us on a test drive of the vehicle that we were the most interested in. Most importantly, he did all of this well after the dealership was closed and he never pressured us to buy...or even leave the dealership because it was getting late.Without a doubt the only reason we purchased a car at Baeirl Acura was because of our positive interaction with Shawn. He was graceful in his approach and consistently patient with us. Both he and the financial guy we worked with (Sims?) always spoke in a frank manner about the money involved in our transaction (trade value & purchase price), which further made buying the car an enjoyable experience. My only complaint about this dealership is the facility seems somewhat out of date and there is not a lot of space in the lot. During business hours we struggled to find a parking spot and ultimately left the dealership to shop somewhere else. The other Acura dealerships in the area and the Lexus dealership down the road clearly have comparably superior facilities, at least in their appearance. Its a good thing for Baeirl that their staff at this dealership made up for an obvious handicap when given the chance.

This was our first Acura purchase after many purchases with Baierl Honda. We have loved our Honda's performance and reliability, but we visited the Acura store to check out the RDX as we were looking for a small SUV with a 6 cylinder engine.We made an appointment with Tim Wilson after our initial visit on a Saturday late in the day, all the sales people had appointments or were meeting with clients. Tim took the time to show us the product, test drove and asked for our opinions, likes/dislikes.We were looking at several other vehicles at other dealerships and it came down to the vehicle we loved and a dealership that we are familiar with. We traveled to the dealer to test drive a vehicle and drove home with the perfect vehicle for us. Our salesman, Matt Willson, was highly competent about the brand and the specific vehicle. He took his time, listened to us, answered our questions, and walked us through the entire process. There was no guessing, no gimmicks. Once we settled on the specific vehicle and determined availability, Matt presented us with a cost sheet outlining the sticker price, purchase price trade, trade in value, interest rate, and payments. Everything was honest, open and transparent. This team of folks EXCEEDED my expectations with respect to the car purchase experience. I highly recommend them. The only drawback to the experience was that the dealership is so popular that from the time we walked in the door to the time we drive our new car off the lot exceeded 5 hours. This had nothing to do with the salesperson, and everything to do with the finance person.

I was able to drive off the lot feeling comfortable using all the controls which were a tremendous change compared to what I was used to in my 2006 MDX. When a suggestion was made and we declined she thanked us for listening and went on to the next subject. My husband and I both leased new Acuras from Baierl Acura last week. I have leased with Baierl for years,but my son talked his dad into coming over from the "dark" side (he was a previous Chevy owner for years)!I have dealt with Matt in the past for my prior RDX. Since I knew I was going with another RDX, I didn't reallyneed to hear the "specs" speech, but Matt informed me of features of the car I never knew existed on myprior one. As I drive the car more, I can't wait to try out the "newly discovered" tech features. When we drove both vehicles, my husband had a lot of questions. Matt was extremely knowledgeable about the differencesthroughout the whole fleet of sedans, mainly between the TL and the ILX. Because he was so informative, myhusband chose the ILX. I drove it yesterday myself and absolutely love it. I'm so glad my son was able toconvert his dad into being an Acura owner.

Sales side of doing the deal was good. After the usual dickering, agreed upon a price. Business side of getting car was poor. Took 2-1/2 hours due to business manager problems with prior customer. Arrived at scheduled time of 3 p.m. to pick up car and didn't get out of dealership until 5:30 p.m. Felt sorry for salesman as he tried to do everything possible to make us comfortable, while we were waiting. Not the normal business manager, but he blamed problem on internet being down. Company has to have a better system that accounts for this type interruption. If this hadn't occurred would have rated overall experience better.

Because Fred Kress and the Service Technicians are so experienced and knowledgeable, I rely on them for expert advice -- and I get it, along with courteous, friendly service, which also extends to the van service driver who takes me to and from the service center.

We made the family decision to consider a trade on my existing Acura, purchased only two years ago, because of the changes to the new model year that made this decision a desirable option. Conversely, Ken McCosby was the ever professional with us, taking us on a test drive and providing great feedback on the new features of the 2014 RDX. He could not have been more helpful. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Sales folks were not pushy, they were pleasant and conversational. The vehicles are rated extremely well for quality and reliability based on respected car review websites. When you need service, they will handle tjhose needs as well. Loaner vehicles or even a quick ride / pick up is possible if you live or work near the dealership.I would recommend Mary Beth or Sarah if you go to this dealer.

I found the 2009 Acura TSX I purchased from Ken McCosby at Baierl on AutoTrader originally then visited Ken to look the car over. Ken was very friendly and informative during the test drive and couldn't have offered better communication in the following days getting everything squared away to make a purchase. On my second visit to purchase the car Ken worked with me to give me a great deal and couldn't have been more helpful in working out the financing of the vehicle. Even after leaving the lot Ken has followed up to make sure things were going great with the car and to offer any help he could in ensuring everything was properly in place. I love my new car and would recommend to anyone currently looking for a vehicle to give Ken a call and see what he can do for you! I definitely know where i'm going for my next vehicle!

We wanted to check out the new ILX and were also considering a TSX. Justin greeted us at the dealership and answered all of our questions with very well-informed answers. Within about five minutes he had offered to let us test-drive a floor model. We were impressed with Justin's knowledge of the ILX and appreciated the test-drive experience. He listened to our needs regarding purchase and/or lease terms and agreed to present some pricing options via email (our request). The turnaround on the detail from Justin regarding the pricing was very quick and the options presented were exactly what we had requested. All questions were answered promptly and completely. After the purchase Justin even took time to sit in the new car with us and go through some of the more complicated programming functions. This extra effort in our opinion, really put an exclamation mark on the wonderful service experience. We would gladly and enthusiastically recommend Baierl Acura and specifically Justin Leffakis to anyone.

Baierl Acura was our second dealership visit while shopping for a 2013 Acura MDX with the plan to lease. The first dealership visit we had left us unsatisfied and feeling moderately disrespected.I had spoke with Ken on the phone weeks back. He answered some "generic" questions I had regarding Acura's lease program, but at the time I had no intentions of buying or leasing. Even then he was super helpful, very friendly, and applied zero pressure. He simply took the time to answer my questions and left it at that.Since we were making the unexpected visit to Baierl I wanted to give him the opportunity to help us.Once onsite, he was super helpful, very professional, and not at all pushy. We decided we would take the next step and find out what they could offer us for our trade. They came back with the average amount we had been receiving and then bested that by $250.Next we talked about the selling price for the vehicle we were interested in. We came to Ken with what we thought was a very favorable offer (for us) that would be hard to match....and he beat it. Right there we were sold.It could not have worked out better for us. Ken's personality and service were great and the MDX we received is exactly what we wanted at lesser price than what we were expecting.Thanks to Ken and Baierl for the great buying experience.I would like to add...I marked the service as Good as opposed to excellent. It is worth noting this does not have anything to do with Ken's service but rather the quality of the new car detail/prep work. I am a person who owns and keeps his cars Super (anal) clean, and the detailing job could have been a little better....Even then I would have still taken the car home...washed...clay bar....and waxed....so this should Not be a deterrent to using this dealer. What a great sales experience we had all the way around at this dealership. It took only 2 hours and we were out the door in our new car. Way less than one star. Avoid their dealership and service department at all costs. They have no concerns for your satisfaction, safety, or fixing their mistakes. They only care about their bottom line. I brought my car in for inspection, they said the rear rotors needed to be replaced and said it would cost $400. I told them I didn't want the service done because I could do it myself for $50. They did the service anyway and didn't even do it right and sent me home in a loaner car. Instead of discounting the service I didn't want them to do or doing their best to make the situation right, they undid the service, scraped the inspection sticker off my car, and gave me my car back calling it "unsafe to drive." They wanted me to pay for a failed inspection and a new inspection. They did nothing to show care for my safety, my satisfaction, or to make anything right.Shortly after posting this I got a message from Dealer Rater saying that I got a private message on the review from the dealer saying, "You must acknowledge receipt of this message by viewing the message, otherwise your review may be removed." So, I wouldn't trust any reviews that are positive from this site at all since they care more about making dealers happy than providing accurate information to customers. Who knows how many negative reviews have been selectively removed by this tactic? In the end, all the message said was, "Unfortunate you feel you had to post this." So, still no remorse or offers to correct poor customer service. They now dislike me and were sure to find another way to fail my vehicle's inspection after passing me the day before, ad promising to pass my inspection if I replaced the rotors.

Had some issues with the voice recognition with Ryan (still doesn't seem to work correctly). But he was very friendly and personable. He wasn't pushy at all, but still attentive and made us feel welcome. He made it an enjoyable experience. It was easy and convienient to talk to Shawn through email.Was a little dissapointed on the trade in value of our SUV. But we did get a nice loan rate.The "paperwork guy" (forget his name) in the back was also very friendly and knoledgable. Ken McCosby, our salesperson, was friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Once the sale was brokered, he came in on his day off the finalize the sale for my teenage daughter. She was excited to start driving the car but wasn't available any other day this week. Ken graciously offered to complete the sale at a time convenient to us even though it meant coming in on an evening off. Ken then spent ~ one hour going over all of the nuances of the computerized "perks" in the Acura MDX with my daughter, answering all of her questions. He was patient, informative, and witty!

I was very impressed with Bill and his knowledge of your cars in your location and your competitors cars. I actually purchased a vehicle from another sales person in the dealership several years prior and stopped in to talk with them several times. Bill was very kind and offered to help me each time I stopped in the absense of the other sales person. After the third time, I said to him that I was interested in buying a car in the next few days and wanted him to sell it to me. He knew I was shopping around at your competitors and also your Greensburg location which was 30 minutes closer to my home. He was not pushy but always gave me reasons to come back to your dealership. Bill was also helping me find a lower budgeted car for my children in your different locations.During my search for a car, I had a budget in mind and thought I was going to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Bill took the time to do the analysis with me for several different cars at your location. Bill not only sold me on a new car but also a car that was almost $10,000 over my initial budget! I am not a emotional buyer and was not pressured in anyway. The Acura TSX model I purchased was a very good decision for me and my children. Bill was a very solid salesman and I would recommend him to anyone.

I am not a fan of the car buying process at all because I have always felt like I have been pressured into buying while I was there. That was not the case at all with my experience with Bill Brown and Baierl. Bill was great to work with and able to answer all of my questions. At no time did I feel any pressure from him to buy when I wasn't entirely comfortable or that I was simply being "sold" to. I would highly recommend Baierl and specifically Bill if you are in the process of car shopping. For a smaller lot compared to others in size, their inventory was greater than all of the other "larger" dealers as well. Thanks Bill, I love my car already!

I traded an Acura RL on Saturday 1-12-2013 for a pre-owned 2006 Acura MDX for my daughter. I dealt with Mary Beth Belsito as I have on two other occasions. Mary Beth is very detailed regarding the entire purchasing process. I received an extremely fair trade in value and a very reasonable purchase price for the MDX. This was the 7th car I have purchased at Bairel Acura since 2/5/2005. I am very pleased with the service department. Chris Kopas behind the service desk makes certain that every request is fulfilled. My fleet of 4 Bairel Acura cars are always washed, vacuumed and interior windows cleaned with each service visit. Recently he had one of my vehicles waxed as well. I have found that Bairel Acura is always true to their word, no matter what. Such honesty is unheard of in the car business. I can always fully trust Bairel Acura. I plan to continue to update my fleet in the future through Bairel Acura and Mary Beth Belsito.

My wife and I recently purchased an Acura RDX from Mary Beth Belsito of Baierl Acura in Wexford, Pa. I have never had such a profoundly positive experience buying anything, let alone a new car. From the moment we entered the dealership, her engaging smile and warm personality set the tone for the day. She was honest, knowledgeable, and even fun. She thoroughly explained every detail between the different packages, options, and models we were interested in. After settling on the RDX all-wheel drive with the Tech package, we were fortunate that Baierl had the color combination that we wanted on the lot. Now it was time for the most important and usually the most stressful process in purchasing a new car: negotiating the price. Mary Beth was more than fair and started the process with an aggressive offer stating immediately that she wanted our business. Within a short time and a counter offer a deal was reached and my wife and I were both ecstatic with the price. The manager offered us fair value for our trade-in as well. Finally, after purchasing the car, Mary Beth spent 2 hours reviewing the tech package, navigation system, bluetooth phone setup, and even assisted in moving our son's car seat and getting it latched in. In other words, the service was incredible. We have only one person to thank for our wonderful experience and or great new car: Mary Beth Belsito.

Bill was fantastic. Because the car had just come in and wasn't detail/fixed it took a little longer than most car transactions, which actually worked out well for me because I knew I wasn't rushing into any decisions. They were more than accomidating when I had a third party check the vehicle (even though it was certified). When I came to pick up the car, everything was ready and waiting. In fact, they even did a change of address for my license that I forgot to do. The price was fantastic, the service was even better than the price. Definitely would recommend Bill to anyone.

My wife and I were looking for a new or used Acura MDX. We worked with Mary Beth Belsito at Baierl Acura. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and on top of the specs. She made the extra effort to be sure that my wife and I were happy in making our decision.We got down to the wire on a Saturday of having to make a purchase decision so that we could leave on vacation the next morning. Unfortunately, Baierl didn't have the color combinations that my wife wanted in the MDX on their lot but could get one by the next Friday. That is, of coarse, a normal circumstance in buying a new car, and we would have been happy to wait a few days in any other situation, but we hadn't had a vacation in three years and were desperate for a three-row vehicle or would have to cancel our vacation due to limited space in our other car. My wife had serious medical bouts recently, and I had cancelled vacation two times in the past due to work, and I didn't have the heart to cancel our vacation to wait for the car. I found the exact MDX colors we wanted at a dealership a good distance away, but that dealership wouldn't cooperate in making a trade to Baierl, so we made the very uncomfortable decision of buying the car at the distant dealership after normal closing hours that Saturday evening. I felt very awkward explaining the situation to Mary Beth at Baierl on the following Monday. I think that most salespeople would have a cold response after spending hours over the coarse of a few days with a customer, only to have the customer pull the rug out under them at the last minute. But would you believe that, after I explained my situation, she responded, "I want whatever is best for you, and I understand your situation." What a great PROFESSIONAL! Anyone looking for an Acura within a couple hours of the Pittsburgh area should talk with Mary Beth Belsito at Baierl Acura in Wexford - in spite of the acceptable service we were extended at the other dealer, Mary Beth really shined in her 20-plus years knowledge in Acura sales, was able to answer all of our questions effectively, helped us decide what was really best for us (we considered some used they had, also), and even worked with her finance people to get a new loan approved in an expeditious manner. She did all of that with a smile and positive spirit, and then surprised us with her tremendous professionalism when we had bad news for her. She gets an A+.

Almost five years to the day I bought my first Acura TL at Baierl Acura, I returned to trade in my '07 for a new '12 TL. The process was a piece of cake thanks to Mary Beth Belsito, who is truly professional and personable. She makes the purchase of a new car enjoyable. I got such a fantastic deal thanks to her. Mary Beth Belsito in the sales department did an excellent job. She made the difference for my husband and I purchasing the MDX from Baierl Acura. She worked hard to get us a good price. She explained everything very well and went out of her way to help us. We absolutely love the car and would definitely recommend not just the Acura MDX but buying one from Mary Beth Belsito. She is kind, efficient, professional and not pushy. The people we spoke to in the finance department (Bill Brown) did a great job as well. Call Mary Beth at Baierl and you will be happy you did.

I had a wonderful experience while purchsing my new vehicle from Bairel Acura. Mary Beth Belsito is not only my sales rep she has become a good friend in the process! I was so impressed with my new car and service that my parents decided to buy from Bairel as well. As long as i continue to buy Acura, it will always be with Bairel.

I always buy my Acura cars through Mary Beth Belsito. Mary Beth is the most experienced sales person (and the best looking by far!). Metal Moving Mary always takes time to explain the vehicle's features and always gives me a great deal too. I have purchased 2 Acura RL's from her recently. Altogether, I have purchcased 6 Acuras in the past 7 years from Bairel Acura.Chris Kopas does an outstanding job at the front desk in the service department at Bairel Acura. He is very polite and makes sure the job gets done correctly the first time.

I have been to several local dealerships and could not believe the treatment I received as a female shopping for a car in this day and age. I was shown the vanity mirror while on a test drive and told I could put my mascara on while going to work. The sales folks would question my ability to afford certain vehicles without knowing anything about me. I even had a sales person ignore me, the buyer, and talk only to the male friend who happened to be with me. When I went to Baierl Acura, I was so happy to see Mary Beth! She was so kind, a true expert and so knowledgeagble about the Acura brand and all the vehicles. She spent time explaining every detail of the car, reviewed the tech package, took me back and introduced me to service and even stayed past close to make sure I was comfortable with all the features. If only all folks in the car business could take a lesson from Mary Beth! She is a true pleasure to work with.

I purchased my new 2011 TSX from Baierl Acura in September of last year. Recently, I had it in for its first routine maintenance service appointment. Every part of the experience was top notch. When I called to schedule the appointment and request a loaner vehicle, I was given many options from which to choose. When I arrived to drop off my car the evening before my appointment, someone was there from the service department to greet me and quickly transition me into a brand new, just out of the wrapper, loaner car. I then told Joe, the service manager, I wanted the service package that Acura sent me in an email priced at $69. He immediately responded that they perform that very same service at a lesser cost at Baierl Automotive. How often does a customer hear that? The next day, Rod contacted me, told me my car was finished, that my cost was $51 (tax included) and I could pick it up at my convenience. When I arrived I was greeted outside by someone from service who asked me if I needed any help moving anything from the loaner car back into mine. As soon as I got inside, Rod was there to go over and explain all the work done to my car. He then escorted me to the cashier and while I was paying my bill, he had my car pulled up waiting for me by the exit. The whole experience was quick, courteous, and very convenient. In the past I have visited this dealership (Baierl Acura) to have my Acura serviced, standard scheduled service. Most recently I was given a loaner car to drive, just like in the past. On the second day the car started to overheat. I called the dealership immediately and asked "what should I do?" the service guy said "just try to drive it back here"... Not - I will call a towing company. Once I got back they switched the car out with another since my car was still being worked on. About 15 minutes later I received a call from the service manager stating they found the reason for the car to overheat, he said "the radiator had a hole in it", I said "wow that stinks", thinking nothing of it. I asked "is that good or bad for me?" He replied "well youre going to have to pay for it" Of course like anyone else I asked "why?" I told him there was no way that it could have been me since I stayed on the highways and there was no physical damage that would support that. His "theory" on it was I must have been behind a salt truck and salt and/or debris hit the radiator and put a hole in it, which is not likely. I basically told them there was no way in hell that happened since I was nowhere near any salt trucks. Anyway - after this I heard NOTHING from them until almost 3 full weeks later. I received a call from this service dept asking why my insurance company did not contact them. I said "Why would MY insurance company contact you?" He asked for my insurance info and I gave him my agent's name and insurance provider, which my insurance company is FULLY aware of the situation and what they are trying to do - which is to file a fraudulent claim over a 150 dollar radiator. They have lost a valuable customer whom has spent thousands at this dealership and future new car sales and service forever over a 150 radiator that I did not break. Great Business sense!

Went to look at a 2010 Mazda CX-7 that was on Baierl Acura's used car lot. Via their web site, I made contact with Shawn. He made this deal a truely no hassle experience. After my initial stop to look over this car and test drive, I came back with my wife to let her test drive as well. Both visits went very well, we were treated extremely well ,not only by Shawn, but other staff also.I went a 3rd time to test drive on the highway, as I do 50% of my commute to work on the interstate. Shawn was very accommodating to my many visits and emails, dealing with both very professionally and promptly.Once we decided to make the purchase , Shawn made the negotiations painless......paperwork today was a breeze (thanks Bill B.) Our Mazda was ready for us....clean and gassed up. Ready to go and enjoy. As we left, we were thanked by other employees who happened to be walking by........WOWI have had dealings with this dealership since it was Bianchi Acura, and I have to say this was by far the BESTThanks Shawn!

Nick and Shawn were great to deal with at Baierl Acura. Although frustrating to obtain the MDX we wanted the wait was worth it. Both them communicated frequently and quickly responded to our email questions/requests. The negotiation was fair and the closing was professional and informative. Shawn helped us tremendously from the very start, and he made purchasing a new vehicle an efficient and positive experience. He was very responsive to all of our emails even on his days off, worked with us on negotiating a price, went above and beyond in obtaining a great financing rate, and he was open and honest with us in discussing additional vehicle options. My leasing experience at Baierl went very well. Shawn was very helpful throughout the entire process. He was very quick to respond to emails, even at night and on the weekends. When I arrived at the dealership I was promptly greeted but not overwhelmed by Ken (he often works with Shawn). Then Ken took us for a test drive and was able to show us a lot of the features of the car. Shawn and Ken were a great team and made the process very relaxing.

Shawn had sold me my first 2010 TSX about a year and half ago. He was extremely helpful and patient with me as I had some major issues with another vehicle I was trying to trade in as well. I have had a great experience working with Shawn Ludwig from Baierl Acura. I was impressed with how quickly he responded back to my request. He took the time to check in with me on any thoughts or questions that I had and to work to get the best possible deals available. Shawn also was able to give me an estimate on my vehicle prior to visiting the dealership. You can tell he truly cares about his customers. I am completely pleased with my decision to lease a new Acura ZDX. Shawn was great--and all of my needs were met. From my initial online contact with Shawn--he stayed in contact with me, and really made me feel like I was his top priority. The entire process was painless--and they even had to dealer-trade for my specific vehicle. The financing/paper-signing was quick and painless. Overall, this has been the best experience I have had at a dealership. I will absolutely recommend Baierl Acura to everyone I know.

Walked into the dealership and was greeted normally, asked to see the car and was pointed to where the car was. Once at the car the salesman had no clue about any of the details, and got angry when I questioned advertised material that he "wasn't sure if it was posted right". After all of this I still was interested in the car and wanted to work on numbers. Salesman said "these are the numbers and they will not change" followed by something to the extent of if they do I might call you but no need to waste our time. Could have potentially sold the car but refused to do any work.

I just had the worst customer service experience ever dealing with financial and sales departments at Baierl Acura. The car was advertised and sold as certified pre-owned vehicle with all inspections and necessary tests done. However, after only two weeks of driving experience, technical problems took place. I visited Acura dealership in Langhorne, PA and asked them to check mynew car. Major issues were found that had to be fixed even before the sale of this car. In addition, Acura technicians in Langhorne found wax marks indicating that these issues have been known about by the Seller. In addition, at the time of purchase, I was strongly recommended to buy a warranty for my car at Baierl and I was told I can cancel it any time and get my money back in the original form of payment . The very next day after my purchase, I called Baierl and asked to cancel this warranty. They requested letter of cancelation and promised me to return my money. After a week, I called Baierl and had a very bad experience over the phone. I didnt get my refund! The way they treat their customers after you paid all you money is unacceptable. Dishonesty, malfunctions, bad service, and troubles you will get if you go to Baierl Acura.P/S dont buy from these petty thieves, no matter how good the deal is!

I live in Greensburg Pa. very close to another Acura dealership.I spent an entire morning negotiating a deal for the trade in of my 05 Acura MDX and purchase of a 10 MDX replacement.I left the dealer without sealing a deal.A call to Baierl,my first non internet communication reinforced the value in driving an hour to Wexford.I spent 20 min.in the dealership.I purchased my replacement,saved several thousand dollars and had a professional,friendly interaction.

I had previously submitted the poor quality of service that I received while purchasing a vehicle with Baierl Acura. I must say that after all the issues were brought to the attention of the General Sales Manager he went out of his way to make the situation right. I am a much happier customer, and would surely suggest purchasing your vehicles through Baierl Automotive.

I got a loaner car and drove it 18.6 miles and was charged $10 to my credit card without even notifying me. Less than a gallon of gas and the charge was $10. I have purchased/lease 9 vehicles from Bianchi then Baierl over the years but the service and sales organizations have seriously deteriorated over the past 3 years. I will never do business with them again. When leasing my 2006 MDX, the salesperson tried to tell me that it was company policy to charge retail for all leases even though he had offered to sell the car to me for $3,500 off the sticker. He said lease pricing policy was different. The 2005 TL, I had was serviced 3 times for same issue...they said bad parts. I have since dumped it and gotten a Lexus.PASS THEM BY!!!!!

We brought in our 2001 TL for brake inspection last year and was told brake rotors need resurfacing. We had problems with brake again last month so we went back to the dealer yesterday. They told us we need to replace all 4 rotors because they are too thin. I searched the web to see if there is anyone who has the same brake issues and found out that 1. Acura's policy is to resurface first, then replace. 2. Brake disc price at this dealer is much higher than other stores. I feel the dealer does not do a good job to explain the reasons of their services and feel being taked advantage of. I will recommend not to go to this dealer for service and try local independent stors first.

Baierl Acura is the friendliest dealership we have ever been exposed to. We are established new car buyers, previously loyal to Nissan; this is our fourth new car. I went in with serious doubts, having read the previous Baierl reviews, but since Baierl is close to our home, we went to see them. I couldn't have been more wrong in assuming the worst. The manager offered us hot beverages from their nice, clean little beverage bar, as it was cold out. They even had hot chocolate and real half & half :). The customer service was excellent; we are happy with what we paid, and the staff was friendly and accomodating throughout the buying and paperwork process. The salesmen were also up front and honest; for example, there was none of the usual whining and crying flack about how we were taking all their profit during the negotiation phase. They did confirm that yes, the dealership would make money from the deal (gasp)! If we judge the service to be only half as good as the manager says it is once we have had this car long enough to at least have an oil change, then we are Baierl customers for life. This is important to mention - we bought our previous three new cars from Moon Twp. Nissan, and they were all top of the line - a 2001 Anniversary Ed. Maxima, a 2002 Pathfinder, and a 2004 Titan. Not a single one of them were ready like this Acura was. Nissan had us conditioned to think it was normal to wait at least an hour before our new cars were ready, even with an appointment. Even then, the cars weren't really ready; the Pathfinder still had the informational sticker on the window, and Moon Twp Nissan had known for three days that we were going to pick it up that day! I'm sorry to say that our experience at Baierl presented a totally new concept to us, even though we had bought three new cars before this one. In stark contrast from Nissan, when we arrived at Baierl as scheduled to sign the paperwork they were actually ready for us. It only took a half hour! When we came back out, our new car was heated up and completely ready to go. Although the weather was terrible (snow, ice, salt) there wasn't a speck on that car.I would therefore recommend Baierl Acura without reservations to any new car buyer who would like an experience similar to mine.

The sales person was initially very nice and friendly. He quoted me a price for a car with the options I wanted over the phone. When I went to his office in the evening with a check to put a deposit he said he could not honor the price because his manager's manger (god knows how many managers he has) would not agree to the price and I would have to pay extra for some of the options. I refused and left. He called back next day and apologised and said he spoke with the head of sales and that he could give me the price he quoted and the car would be available in couple of days. When we went back to his office the next day it turns out that he did not have a car available but was going to drive one from a dealer about 200 milea away which we had told him specifically we were NOT interested in when we met him the first time. He then said he would honor that price only if we bought the car which was driven in and which might have a few hundred miles on it - which to me looked like he was trying to sell me one of the demo cars.<br><br>I would recommend you be very careful if you have to buy a car from this dealer.
