To change a previous 2 star review.... I recently had my car in for a misfire. In the past I had not so good experiences, but that has changed. Josh is now the service manager, and he has a great team under him. They are very friendly and knowledgeable, and will go the extra mile to provide excellent service. This time around I was taken care of above and beyond. Josh is a great leader and it reflects on his crew. Zach did a great job making sure I was informed every step of the way, and doing everything he could to provide the great Subaru service that you hear about, and they are known for.

Seamless and hassle free buying process. Kari was receptive to my needs and thoroughly answered all of my questions. We dealt almost exclusively online and when I arrived to pick the car up there were absolutely no surprises. Everything that was discussed was taken care of and I was in and out in a short amount of time.

My bf needed a new used car. The prices were reasonable and the dealer who helped us, Phil, was very straightforward about any questions or concerns we had. We had just moved to PA from Indiana state, so we had a hard time with out of state insurance and Phil helped my bf get the needed insurance. He was also exceeding patient when we had troubles with our banks and had to make several calls and wait on hold. I'll defiantly consider this dealership next time one of us needs a vehicle.

It was so easy! He had all the paperwork ready...from the time I arrived at the dealership, had a test drive, reached a deal was 30 minutes. Nick takes the time to find out what the customer wants/needs. He is so conscientious of the customer and very professional. This is why when I was looking for a car, I looked nowhere else. I called Nick. This is the 3rd car we bought from Nick at Baierl ...I think that says it all!

Kara in sales was amazing to work with! It was our first time to the dealer and she was very nice, informative, and responsive towards anything we needed. Would highly recommend her to any friends or family looking for a new car.
