The sales guy was nice BUT the trip was a total waste of time. Honestly over something they could have already researched on my vehicle in the week I had been in touch with them. Instead they waited to do the research when I was on my way, I guess? (5 hour round trip) This could have been discussed over the phone and saved me a trip and not wasted my day.

We purchased a new Acadia in 2018 from Baldwin. In 2020 we had a park/shift issue with the car. We took it into service to have the issue fixed. Two years later we experienced the same issue with the car. the warranty on the previous work was two years unlimited miles. I would NOT recommend that anyone go here for warranty work. The entire service writer department is rude.

Had an oil change. Also had some concerns about a new battery completely draining but the diagnostic was going to be $85.00 wether they found anything or not. Thought that was pretty expensive just to hook it up to a machine and maybe not find a problem. So chose not to have it done. I'm on disability and can't afford to be throwing money away. So now I'm hoping there's nothing really wrong. Paranoid.

The place is VERY clean, the complete staff is friendly and helpful. You even get free popcorn, bottled water, and coffee if you like. If they don't have what you're looking for then they will search to find it to give you exactly what you want. I will definatly be a returning customer.

Had a warranty issue that was fixed by the service dept and they had to order parts, and put me in a vehicle for two weeks...They put me in a pickup above and beyond what I had bought from them...A 15 in place of a 14...On top of that they delivered my pickup to me which was where I work, which is approximately two hours from their service dept...That in itself is a SERVICE ABOVE AND BEYOND...

Parker King did a great job for you working his tail off to make a deal. Great salesman! Larry Fordham shocked me when he was able to beat the financing from my credit union. Am very pleased with them and the service department. BUT... How in the world could you take in a vehicle, have it on the lot over 10 months and not have a lien release on file??? I cannot register the vehicle until get lien release from prior owners financial institution. Who dropped the ball? I'm afraid to even drive the truck. I was told I'd get the release in just a few days and that it was in the mail from prior owner. That worries me and irritates me. M

I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation and received excellent customer service. My salesman, Parker King, always makes sure that I am taken care of. When my oil change was completed and they brought my car back out to me, the seat was covered in shop dust. Within minutes of bringing it to their attention, there were 3 people there with towels cleaning my car seat and apologizing for the inconvenience. I love that I am treated like they still want my business even after I bought my car. They honestly care if their customers are satisfied.

I purchased a used Chevrolet 2003 silverado double cab with a whole bunch of miles. This was about 3 weeks ago and so far had three problems that6 the dealership took care of with no questions. Both Service and Sales are excellent! I will recommend them to any and everyone.

I am very impressed with this dealership. I just moved to this town two months ago and decided to trade vehicles. I am so glad I chose this dealership! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The salesman that assisted me in choosing my vehicle is the best salesperson I have ever dealt with! He was patient, he listened to my concerns as well as my ideas of what I thought I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable of the features my vehicle offered. Heated seat quit heating, which I really miss in cold weather------------they checked it out and will have to order the part, I am sure it will be taken care of as soon as parts come in. I have been reviewing different vehicles over and over it was a toss up between the Mazda 6 or Buick LaCrosse of course price,service was also a big factor. I actually found a 2015 for a special price online But it was almost 4 hour drive but we was going to make the trip as we was going down the road we started to pass Baldwin, i said lets pull in and look so we did prior to them opening. I was empressed with the stock to choose from so at that point we went n washed ours to be prettier, we came back at almost 9am and was instantly greeted by James Lee. He was so nice he invited us to go to his office and kinda get a feel for just what we wanted, he was absolutely the kindest salesman I've. Ever encountered he searched for us he went thru specials and options and found the perfect Buick for us. As for the trade in I feel we was treated very fair and got a great trade in for our Traverse. I have bought locally before and i will again. Im almost ashamed to say I was going out of Poplar Bluff when i got the same vehicle at same price. My husband and I just purchased our business truck from Dave Leroux and we could not say enough regarding how painless the entire experience was. First off...I did the homework on the truck as well as our trade in and went prepared to make an offer. I was surprised when the price Dave gave us was almost to the dollar of what I felt we should be paying and then I got really surprised when the trade in offer was to the dollar of what I wanted for our old truck. We purchased a new 2014 GMC pickup from Parker King and he did the best job ever- He had paperwork done by the time we came in after Ray had talked to him on the phone the day before-which saved a lot of time. Parker did a great job, I did not even have to go back and forth with him over the price of the pickup or our trade-in----which saved a lot of time.
