I typically dread the car buying experience based on past experience. Making this harder was the fact that my very reliable 2011 Hyundai Sonata was totaled in an accident, forcing me to buy a car much sooner than I wanted to. However, I have to say that I was very pleased with Balise this time around. I researched my vehicle ahead of time and had already test driven it before I came into Balise. I explained to Joe Klundt what I was looking for, and that I was at the point of getting competitive quotes. Joe was excellent... He got me exactly what I needed and allowed me to make an informed decision without trying to badger me or make additional offers as I left. Balise gave me their best price up front which is what I asked for... and it was the best offer when compared to the other dealerships I went to. Once I had decided to purchase the car from Balise, Joe provided a pleasant experience the rest of the way. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Joe!

I was very happy working with the salesman, Marcus, who was informative and helpful, but not at all pushy. He was very helpful to me finding the exact vehicle I wanted and delivered it professionally. I felt that the entire dealership was run very well, and my experience there was similar to what you would experience at a luxury car dealer. I visited a few other Hyundai dealerships while I shopped for this car, but they were not run very well and their salespeople were poorly informed and much less professional. On the other hand my experience at Balise was terrific.

Please do not buy a new or used car from Jason Clement of Balise in Springfield, Mass because he ripped off to my fiancee whom is Deaf. He gave her a 27% interest on her car! So, I helped her with refinance via bankrate.com and she got 4.3% interest rate!!! What a sicko for Balise to take advantage of disable people! The price they offer is even higher than brand new cars from other dealers. I hate to deal with a dishonest business. Our experience with Balise dealership is that they take advantage of disabled people like the Deaf. They are not Deaf friendly to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community, BEWARE, dont buy car from this Dealership EVER!!!

My entire experience in buying my new Tucson was actually fun and easy. I got exactly what I was looking for, even though when I started I didn't really know what I was looking for. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable about all the vehicles we took out. Brian Houser was also very helpful in my new car purchase. I traded my car in and was surprised by a phone call I received the next day. The dealership found some money I hid under the floor mat and forgotten. They called me to return it. My spouse and I were extremely pleased with our sales consultant, Bryant Biccum. He was very professional, honest and easy to talk to.However, I would like to state that as happy as we were with our sales representative, we were not satisfied with the service department at Balise Hyundai. Only a week after purchasing our vehicle we noticed a shake while driving at highway speeds. We brought the car in on a Thursday morning, had to call two or three times before finding out that the vehicle needed new tires, and then could not get in touch with anyone over the next two days to find out when our six-day-old car would be ready for pickup, even after leaving multiple voice messages with the service department.Finally, after having getting absolutely no information from the service department, we called Bryant Biccum and he was able to answer our questions in a timely manner and even delivered the car to our home himself.

My 2011 Sonata, that I bought at a different dealership in Hartford in 2012, had problem after problem. It turns out, the car had been in accident before I bought it, which the other dealership had neglected to tell me. Long story short, the heater unit went, which is a 2,000 repair. Bryant and the management team helped get me into a 2014 Sonata, with a Turbo, and more bells and whistles than the one I had, AND a bumper to bumper warranty, for basically the same payment I had, and only giving them my trade, which they knew needed a repair, and the 2,000 I would have had to pay for the repair.Bryant was knowledgeable, patient with my 3 kids, and great with explaining everything. There is a very negative stereotype associated with car dealers, but Bryant made me a Balise customer for life.

I purchased 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Balise Ready Credit. At the time, I walked in I had my eye on a 2013 Veloster, but due to lack of responsible credit use in my past I was denied. I dealt with Henry , who even though I had somewhat bad credit he walked me over to Ready Credit where I was taken care of by an assoc. who no longer works there. I was introduced to my first Hyundai vehicle. My car was driven right off of the showroom floor. The process wasn't smooth because of my credit, but the associates were patient with me and extremely helpful. I could tell that even though they were in sales they had my best interest at heart. I vowed to stick with Balise!!! I kept my Sonata for little over a year and a half and came back with my eye on a brand new Hyundai Sonata. I walked in and initially was blown off my the sales mgr, he wasn't willing to even give me a moment of his time. I was furious!! I went home did my research and decided to call and speak with Henry again (who I later found out is called "the customer's advocate). Henry convinced me to come in and luckily the mgr who gave me a hard time was not working that day. I traded my 2013 Sonata in. I looked up the Blue Book value before even going in. I didn't have to haggle because I was given more than what I thought I would get for it. I walked out with a brand new 2015 Hyundai Sonata Sport with 3 three miles on it. Henry and Jesse were so accommodating. I was blown away by my transaction process. They really made me feel special. Henry picked my car up from job so as not to inconvenience me a few times so that they could install a few add-ons that I requested. Sure, they were salesmen, but I truly feel like I got the better end of the deal. ;-) I asked Henry questions that I expected him to give me "yes, buy this package and that package answers", but he was honest. Henry cared about what was important to me. My girl friends can't believe that going in there alone I was able to get so much accomplished and get exactly what I wanted and more. I couldn't be happier. I referred my sister to Balise and she purchased her used Chevy Cruze Sept. 2014. I am so happy!!!!! This was my first actual new car buying experience and I was so lucky to have Bryant Biccum as my salesperson. I inquired about a trade in and woke up to a voicemail and an email from him regarding it; I was really happy for such a quick response and it reassured me that I made the right decision by choosing Balise Hyundai as my dealership. When I arrived with my trade in, I explained what I was looking for and Bryant showed me the Tucson that I didn't even realize was the perfect one for me. He spent a lot of time with my co-signer mother and me (and was a saint to listen to all of her stories while I paced around making my decision) and answered every question I had as well as squashed any doubts I was having. I recently went to Balise Hyundai with my daughter to try to find a vehicle that suited us. Our sales person was Bryant Biccum and he was a joy to deal with. After calling the dealership and leaving a message, she was surprised at how soon they returned her call. We went to the Springfield location and was greeted by Bryant , personally. We felt comfortable immediately. My daughter told him what we were looking for and soon narrowed the search down to the Tucson. All of our questions were answered and then some. Being a first time buyer, there were some things I hadn't thought about asking. All in all, the experience was a pleasant one and we got exactly what we wanted. I found that the service departments hours of operation are very assessable from early drop-off to late pick-ups. I often utilize the door to door courtesy shuttle and enjoy the free benefit. Most recently, Brian Houser, the Service Department Manager took a personal interest in my Hyundia Santa Fe for a recent factory recall. Brian ensured that my vehicle was repaired as described and promptly delivered to me as promised. I have been doing business with Balise for over five years and I have never encountered an individual that wasn't kind, courteous and attentive. My daughter recommended me to Balise and I figured I would give them a try. Well never again. They were great to get us into a car but it's the service afterwards that has turned me around. Almost two years ago I bought a Hyundai Tucson from Balise at 440 Hall of Fame Av in Springfield MA. No problems until this year on my way to work the car just died.No warning or anything. I towed the car to a repair shop thinking a simple hose problem but they called me to say that they couldn't fix it and that I might want to take it back to the dealer. I towed the vehicle to Balise Hyundaie and that's when it hit the fan. Acracked engine block and it will cost about $4000(dollars and I still owe $5700. I can't do it, can't afford it. I live pay check to pay check now. So they suggest that I come in and talk to a sales person. That was a waste of my time. I drive 109 miles a day to and from work and all they could suggest is that I LEASE a vehicle and flip my current loan into the new one! No way could I afford a $500 a month payment. They were giving me nothing for my Tucson! They wanted to keep my Tucson, they would fix it and then resell it while I would still be paying for it. Crazy is crazy but that was beyond crazy. I had my car towed back home only to find that THEY FORGOT TO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER!!!! They left parts and pieces of the car in the back seat and in the storage area in the back. I have been unable to reach them by phone and I am now working six days a week trying to get enough money to have my Tucson repaired. Do I like Balise? By no means will I ever return to Balise. I'll try Sarat Ford or Jerry Rome next. I am so done with Balise!!

First, let me explain that once I was forced to purchase a new vehicle (after 7 years with my Honda), a Hyundai was the LAST car on my list of wants! It was not even on my list actually. My father had recently purchaed a brand new Hyundai from this dealership, and had been giving the car and the dealership a lot of awesome reviews, but I was still not moved. After the MANY disappointments that I faced trying to chase the Honda I was so dead set on...my journey ended at Balise Hyundai! My dad and best friend accompanied me to see the "Big Man on Campus", Mr. Jaquan Robinson, the best car salesman I know! Lol. His customer service and just overall demeanor made me feel comfortable and confident in their vehicles and service. I ended up purchasing a 2013 Hyundai Elantra, FULLY LOADED (i guess that's what they call it) with 20,000 miles. I felt very informed of my options and about the vehicle. Everyone that helped me thorugh the process of my purchase was excellent and created an environment that I didn't feel pressured in. I initially was still sad about not having gotten a Honda. Now, this vehicle has grown on me so much that I have named it, just as i have my Hondas in the past. And the customer service at this dealership did NOT stop once my car was purchased. Any questions or concerns I have had since the purchase, Mr. Robinson has been only a phone call away! I recommend this dealership to all who are looking for a quality vehicle, new or used, and AWESOME customer service when it comes to the vicious task of purchasing a car!

Where do I begin? I just purchased my third vehicle from this dealership and couldn't be happier. This is my second vehicle that I purchased from Jay Robinson. If I could have it my way, I would want my GRANDCHILDREN to purchase from Jay. LOL. He is amazing. There really aren't enough adjectives to accurately describe him. He is personable and professional and delivers a completely different car buying experience. No pressure. No haggling. I simply told him what I wanted and he showed me what he had and we went from there. I have purchased vehicles from all over the US and this was the best EVER. Well, except for last time! He remembers the little things and goes out of his way to make things smooth and easy. He even took the time to remove stickers I had in my last car and put them in the same places in my new one!! I purchased my first Hyundai from Jay Robinson, I say my first because I am a very loyal car enthusiast, and I know I'll be back to buy more from him in the future. Formerly I have owned 8 Infiniti's. Although those cars are excellent and the dealerships are top notch, providing white glove treatment in sales and service, I came to my senses and realized I can get a high quality product with just as much technology in a Hyundai, with the best warranty in the industry and save a ton of money!!! Additionally, Jay provided white glove treatment to me throughout the sales and post sales process...and the facilities at Balise Hyundai are also very comfortable and accommodating. I'm in for my first service after 1 year of having my Veloster, and I am surprised that there is only one minor recall. With my other cars, it seemed like there were constant recalls and I was always at the dealership for one thing or another. I am so pleased that all the manufacturers recommended services are included with the lease of my vehicle. I'm loving my car, loving life and saving money :)

When things didn't quite go as I had hoped he was able to make up for it in other ways. Adam, who handled the financing was great and got me an excellent rate. It was no problem to buy this vehicle, never have I ever bought a used car that I've had to bring to the shop so many times in a year and a half. I will never buy another car from this dealer ever again! When I am told that my warranty is bumper to bumper for 3yrs or 60,000 I expect just that cuz I have reached neither!! not that they want to charge me $250 to fix the button/cable to be able to open my gas tank!..this to me was unacceptable,I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

I spent about a week dealing with other area Hyundai dealerships and it was a complete waste of time. I drove the 45 minutes from Greenfield to Springfield and worked with Rashad at Balise Hyundai. I knew exactly what I was looking for and the price I could spend and I was very up front about both. There was no high pressure up-sale tactics and they worked with me to get good value on my trade. Within 3 hours the paperwork was done and I was driving away in my brand new car. It was the easiest car buying experience I have ever had and in the future I will go back to Balise.

I had been trying to deal locally, in PA, for a new 2013 Hyundai Sonata Sport AWD 2.0T twilight black with saddle interior and both packages. I was frequently told "they can't get it", hesitated to do a dealer trade after my own search online, and wanted me to buy something off their own lot. So many people focus on the sales aspect of the dealer. The more important aspect to the dealer that you need to think about is the service department. This service department is absolutely horrible. Any dealer is good at selling you a new or used car. When it comes to service Balise Hyundai totally fails. I went to their service department 2 times to discuss an issue with the seat fabric on my driver seat. On the second visit I was able to get the car looked at by the service manager. He made me wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes plus. What I went in the back and asked what he observed of my seat he gave me a major attitude. He told me that the Hyundai rep would have to look at my seat in person. It only took him 2 or 3 minutes to look at my seat and I had to wait 45 minutes to hear this? I asked when the rep was going to be coming to his dealership. He told me he didn't know that he would call me. This was a month and a half ago. They have never called me to tell me anything. He doesn't know this but in the meantime I went to Gary Rome Hyundai. Their service director Steven was very attentive to my needs. He took digital photographs and emailed them to the rep. I had the answer in about a week. The repair was going to be covered by warranty and they scheduled the repair within 3 weeks. While my car was in the shop they gave me the best loaner car I've ever had. The seat was fixed in less than 1 day and I had a completely positive experience with Gary Rome. The 1 good thing that came out of this is it allowed me to experience better service elsewhere I will never return to this dealer. Balise has lost me as a customer.

I had been looking far and wide for a 2012 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T Limited, Black/Black with Navigation. After wasting time with 2 useless NY/NJ dealers, I finally decided to return Frank's call. He had my car but the exterior was white. I made that compromise, drove 160 miles from NJ to MA and got my car done. Overall experience was good and Frank is a great guy to work with.There were 2 minor issues that holds me back from giving a 5/5. I was originally told the car had 20 miles on it, but it had 360. After I came back home, they said delivery could be delayed by a week 'cause the paperwork had the wrong VIN# and it had to be corrected by corporate. I forgave the first one, but had to step up the pressure to get the second one taken care of in 3 days instead of a whole week. Overall they are great to work with and am happy with my Sonata. I will definitely recommend Balise to my friends, not sure if they would drive 160 miles to MA :)

Having owned many cars this was by far one of the easiest deals that I have had the chance to complete. I was greeted at the door by Bob Kosior and everything was smooth sailing from there. We took a test drive on a new Sonata (they had the exact one I was looking for) and put the deal together without the hassle you typcially expect at other dealerships. I was offered a fair deal and we were able to complete the process in fast time (although Bob was willing to spend as much or as litte time as I needed to make me comfortable with the deal). Throughout the process, Ryan was always there to lend support as needed or to answer any questions that I had. Since it was a holiday weekend I wasn't expecting to be able to take the car home until after the long weekend but thanks to the crew we were driving home on a holiday after a pressure-free review of the paperwork with the finance manager.

Went to this dealer based on past experience with Balise Mazda 8 years ago.I called the dealership from my cell phone on Memorial Day afternoon and Aubrey Williams, our sales person gave me directions to the dealership, having never been there before. When we arrived shortly thereafter, a Sonata was waiting for us to review and test drive. Aubrey was very accommodating and thoughtful and she took the time necessary to go through all the features of the car. Our test-drive was stupendous. After the test-drive we received a deal that was too good to pass and we purchased the vehicle.The delivery experience on May 31, 2011, was excellent. They had fogotten to install the moonroof wind deflector and Aubrey took the car into the service area to have it installed after the service department was just closing for the evening. While we waited for them to install it, we met with Wally, a service advisor and we even set-up our first oil change service requirement for the Sonata. Wally was very friendly and he gave us much information about their service.I would highly recommend Aubrey Williams and Balise Hyundai for anyone interested in reviewing a Hyundai vehicle. I was also very impressed with Wally in the service department and the fact that Balise only charges $19.95 for an oil change. Also the service department hours of operation and the fact that they are open on Saturday is a convenience for me as I live about 25 miles away in CT.

I just traded my trusty 2001 Sonata for a new 2011. I wanted to buy another Hyundai, cuz i was so pleased with my 2001 and the service department at this dealership has been outstanding. I also really liked the looks of the new Elantra and Sonata.Chris Beauregard was just great. Really friendly, terrifically informed, and lots of fun to talk to. He spent a lot of time with me. He showed me around the new Elantra and went along for a spin. Ends up I didn't buy the car that day but came back a couple months later, this time looking for the Sonata instead. And you know what? I KNEW I just HAD to buy the car from Chris.Chris is the kind of salesman everyone would like to work with. He is so enthusiastic about the product, and he is simply delightful. He works hard for sale, but he's not overly pushy. Most of all, he works hard at showing you what a great product the car is. He does a great job at what he does. The nitty-gritty business of the sale itself was seamlessly handled by Brian Houser, the sales manager. No nonsense negotiations. A positive experience. Brian is also the best man I have ever seen at multi-tasking. :-)I have had my Sonata for 5 days, and I love it. Good power, excellent braking, outstanding interior room, great features, and a beautiful car to look at. I really like Balise Hyundai. I recommend this dealership to everyone. i inquired over the internet as to weather they had the car i wanted and could work out a deal trading in my 2010 elantra with 2400 miles. the person who conatacted me was abrupt and very rude. he did not listen to what i was saying to him nor did he know what he was talking about. i live in manchester ct. and was willing to travel to springfield, but after that expereince forget it. i was trying to maybe work out a lease, or at best buying the car, he treated me as if i were stupid and didnt know what i was talking about, i have been buying cars for 30 years and never came upon a salesperson like this guy. i guess he is doing very well this month and did not need another sale. i listen to your commercials on wmas, sounds really friendly, but first contact erased that impression. maybe when someone inquires the sales person should listen first and then in a friendly additude discuss options

I stopped at Balise to try out the elantra limited and really liked it. Enos Ngugi gave me all the details about the car and was very knowledgeable without trying to talk me into making a decision right away. After I test drove the car and knew I wanted one, we discussed a price for trading in my car. I told him what I wanted for the car and we agreed that it was a fair price. He was very agreeable to swap a elantra on the lot with another dealer for the color I wanted. Ryand Dusza was very assuring that the swap with another dealer would happen. He made a phone call and the next thing I knew in a few days I would be off riding in my new car, thanks to Enos and Ryan I now have my new car and really am enjoying it! Helen

We went to many, many dealerships from Hyundai, Mazda, Nissan, Chevrolet, Ford, Kia, Subaru, etc. looking for a car. At some dealerships no one wanted to talk to us, at others they laughed at how I cared about the color. Then there were those that were so pushy you couldn't wait to leave. When we walked into your showroom, Bob Kosior came up to us right away and asked if he could be of help. He wasn't pushy or obnoxious. He was very polite, and made me feel welcome. He was extremely helpful, and I came back at least 3 times to test drive before making a decision. Each time he treated me with respect. When I finally decided on the Santa Fe he came in on his day off to take care of me. I could have bought it at the other dealership (Jerry Rome)in Holyoke, MA, but he couldn't even find the time to call me back and let me know if I could get it in the color I wanted. The staff at Balise Hyundai were very professional and Bob is one of your star salesmen. I would highly recommend your dealership to anyone I know and would tell them to see Bob.

I had a very good experience with J. Daniel Schell (Sales Consultant) at Balise Hyundai in Springfield, MA. Dan was very patient with me and explained the entire lease process perfectly. He is very knowledgeable and professional.(I traded in my Mitsubishi 3000GT for a new 2011 Hyundai Genesis Sports Coupe.) I opted for a 3-year lease and am very happy with the service I received and the vehicle itself. The car is beautiful and handles well.Dan went over all the options and auto manuals with me and explained everything precisely. I am so pleased how easy it was to buy a car. I only had to come up with the purchase price and all the paperwork, putting on license plates, setting up service appt for lojack, etc. was all done expertly by J. Daniel Schell. He made it a pleasure. Daniel explained everything to my satisfaction and I felt very comfortable driving my new Elantra off the lot. Daniel even took me to the Service Dept and introduced me and explained their low cost for oil change and how they make it easy to get any work done. I had a great experience purchasing a new autombile at Balise Hyundai in Srpingfield, MA. First of all, our sales person, Enos Ngugi understood exactly what type of car I was in the market for and the price range that I would be willing to pay. He worked extremely hard with his manager, Brian Houser to give me the lowest price possible. Enos was extremely custommer serviced orientated and took care of all the necessary paperwork and details in order to deliver the car me in a timely manner. I would recommend the Balise dealership to other people.

Brian, Stewart, and Chelsea, Rob worked as a team. They were competent, knowledgeable, sensitive to my concerns, and patient. Stewart spent a great deal of time demonstrating all the features of the Elantra to me. There were more knobs than what to do with. After he gave me a lesson, he suggested that I return to the dealership in a few days for a reviews session to make sure that I was totally comfortable with my new purchase. That's special!!! The price of the car and the negotiations were very fair. I plan to have my car serviced there also. Why?? My fiancee and I went first to Lia Hyundai in Enfield CT and were treated very poorly by Justin the finance manager. After a bate and switch experience we left with our cashiers check in hand. We were planning to lease two new 2011 Sonata SEs. Sadly they weren't able to accomodate us as originally promised and lost the opportunity to earn our business. Neeless to say it was a classic example of poor salesmanship, and a lack of honesty that sent us elsewhere. The attitude of the manager was very condescending and unhelpful. That night we found a Balise advertisement online for a more upscale version of the same car we were looking for. We stopped at Balise Hyundai in Springfield MA two hours later. We told them very frankly about our negative experience at Lia Hyundai earlier that evening. We explained in detail what we were looking for and provided the staff with our information. Enos Ngugi and John Perez both helped us to run the numbers on leasing two 2011 Sonata's (SE Turbo 2.0, an upgrade from what we originally planned on leasing). Both men were friendly, helpful, and honest with us. My fiancee and I were very impressed at the level of detail and professionalism that went into our sale. Balise was very respectful of our time and we finalized the sale the following day. So far we both love our new cars and would highly recommend Balise to anyone looking for a Hyundai. We even referred a neighbor of ours who was planning on stopping in at Lia and thought better of it after hearing our story. He will be contacting Enos and John soon!We will definitely be repeat customers!!

I've been incredibly impressed with the service department. When I've taken my car in, they keep me in the loop and help me make informed decisions. On my last visit, the service advisor went so far as to tell me what were priorities and what could wait. Most places would have tried to talk me into getting every minor issue fixed immediately, no matter the cost. They don't talk down to me just because I am a woman, and are more than happy to answer any questions.On one occasion, I had an issue with a service advisor. Danny, the manager, quickly jumped in and took care of the issue. Since then, I have never had another problem. My car is 10 years old and running great, thanks to their help!I also appreciate that they remember who I am and are aware of the history of my car. They never treat their customers like strangers.

I loved my experience with this dealership! I knew exactly what I wanted and I was doing some price comparisons between three dealerships. Balise Hyundai was the only one that didn't give me a hard time about shopping around. They gave me a price, even though they knew I wouldn't be buying a car that very minute.After getting a price from them, I checked out the other two dealerships in my area. Not only did they have higher prices, but they were also incredibly rude about me "shopping around" even though I was very upfront about it!Bottom line: Buy your next new or used vehicle at Balise Hyundai. Be sure to talk to Enos! He has a laid-back approach to sales and he won't mess around with you when it comes to pricing.Great dealership!

I went to the dealership looking for a used car for my daughter but after speaking with Enos Ngugi he made me see the value in buying a new car compared to buying a used vehicle. He spent time with us trying to find the right vehicle for her. He always had a smile and he listened to what my daughter wanted. I never felt pressured to buy and was always made to feel welcome. This is the reason why I would recommend this dealership to any of my family, friends, co-workers, etc.. also I would make sure to tell them to ask for Enos because he is an asset to this dealership and I would want to make sure they were taken care of the same as I was.

I went to Balise to purchase a new car and trade-in my old Toyota Camry. Personally I am a very picky person and had a not-very-good experience at my near by Hyundai dealer. So when I got a sales call from Springfield MA (which was about 40 mins drive from where I live) I was a little hesitant, but decided to give it a shot.My experience at Balise was very nice. The staff was exceptionally friendly and they were very patient throughout the whole negotiation process. They gave me a good price for the new car and gave a good trade-in price for the old Camry as well. The experience at Balise is the only reason why I still drive all the way to Balise in Springfield MA for even my periodic services and oil changes (Even though I could do it at my nearby Hyundai dealership which is 5 mins away from my house). I even brought my friends to the dealership and each time we had the same pleasant experience and they too purchased cars from Balise.

The sales person (Enos) and sales manager (Brian) were truly professional. The were fantastic to work with throughout the entire sales process and I never felt pressured like I was at other dealerships. I would highly recommend Balise Hyundai to friends and family members looking to buy a new or used car. They made buying my new car a positive experience. They took the time to explain everything I needed to know about the car I purchased (including the test drive). I told them the color I wanted and they went out of their way to locate the car (in Danvers, MA). Even after I bought the car, they followed up by phone to see how I liked the car. Kudos to the sales staff at Balise Hyundai!

Although do to my negative equity of my trade in I was unable to qualify for a new car , the representative that worked with me had exceptional customer service and worked closely with the manager to give me the best experience possible and best deal they could with what they had to work with , without making me feel that uncomfortableness of not being eliglble to actually get a car within my soending range and what they had to work with. Overall my experience was great I will return when circumstances change for me.

My son was joining the Air Force and was due to drive to the Air Force Base in Panama City Florida. We explained the situation to the manager - that we needed a reliable used car immediately. Mr. Perez found a used Honda Civic that day - I believe it was from a Balise dealer across the street and we were able to purchase the car for a great price that very day!Our son has since driven the car to Tyndall Air Force Base and he and I could not be happier. The car is perfect and our son loves it. It also gives us peaace of mind knowing that he is driving a safe car.We sincerely could not have expected better treatment from a car dealer and we were treated with great care. The manager mad sure that car registration went well also.I would expect our next purchase to be at the same dealership. Thank you Balise Hyundai!

Being a woman I came in the dealership prejudging that I wouldn't get a fair deal and instantly changed my opinion when I was greeted by my salesman Frankie Lewis. He was not pushy and did not tell me things that I wanted to hear..He actually listen and cared for my needs. He is by far the best salesman I ever dealt with. I would recomend anyone that I know, or dont know for that matter, to buy a car from him.

I felt very comfortable during the entire sale process. Daniel was a very relaxed, not pushy, salesman which is what I prefer. He was also excellent at explaining everything to me about the sale, and the vehicle. Brian and Wali were also very professional and rounded out the team nicely.
