This is only the third car I have ever purchased and it was the easiest so far. They didn't play any back and forth games and quoted me the same price on the website. I'm very happy with my new CX5 and the dealer.

I got my new Mazda3 on Friday and I'm so excited. They made it easy for me and didn't waste my time. I leased and the deal was great and the trade in only old car was even more then I expected. Everything was good all the way around.

I really didn't look forward to buying a new car. I shopped a few places and didn't really find a car I liked. The Mazda3 was on my short list of cars to check out and once I drove it I as convinced this was the car for me. i was surprised to also discover the salesperson really knew stuff about the car. He was able to answer my questions and didn't try to BS me like some other salespeople. We worked out a price and I was able to take my new car home that day. Everything was as promised and my new car is perfect. I would recommend Balise Mazda and the mazda3

I purchased my first new car (Mazda CX-5) a couple weeks ago and the sales lady made it very easy. She was very patient with me and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. As a female, I was happy to have a female salesperson. I kinda felt like some of the men salespeople were talking down to me at the other dealerships. I'm thrilled with my first new car and happy I purchased from Balise.

I purchased my car from Balise Mazda a few months ago and had a really good experience...Yesterday I used the service department for the first time and it was a good experience also. Prices are good and the service people didn't try to sell me anything other than what I wanted. An oil change and tire rotation. I've never been a big fan of dealers but so far this one is pretty good.

I have never had any issues with the service or staff at balise mazda! They are upfront with everything that needs to be done or does not need to be done to your vehicle. I will always go to them with my car as well as send my family and friends there. Great service and great people! Thank you to all at balise mazda for the great service.

Dealership in not only is rude but they installed the wrong luggage rack and then proceeded to argue that they sold and installed the correct part despite admitting the part on the vehicle is not the part ordered. After speaking to them numerous times they continue to stall by needing to speak with a manager and then claiming the customer waited to long to address the issue when the customer has documentation that the dealership was stalling and refusing to fix the issue. Don't waste you time at this dealership unless you intend on visiting the Attorney General with your complaints. There are other dealerships for Mazda that are worth the drive.

We live in Pompani Beach, Florida. We were in Deerfieldm MA and our Mazda would not start. We got a battery jump and thought the battery was dead. We drove to Springfield, MA and at 4:45 pm we pulled, into, service. I Told Bob Allen, a assistant service, manager, the problem and that we were, due at our daughter's that evening. Even though it was late and a Friday, he got,our car looked at. It turned out the battery was OK. I may have pushed the wrong button in the morning and drained the battery. But, Bob could have said It is too late, the service department closes at 5. But, he was very pleasant, made us feel he wanted to serve despite our Florida plates. If we ever live in the area, we would consider buying a car for this dealship.

I decided to go in for service at Balise Mazda to service my 2014 Mazda 3. The service manager was great. He was nice, gave me all the details I needed, and didn't try to upsell me anything. They took care of me quickly and it was a great price for an synthetic oil change and tire rotation. Seriously the best service I have had in a long time. Quick fast, and to the point. I will for sure be going back again.

Last weekend my wife and I drove to the Mazda dealer, being a Honda family for the past 15 + years, we were just exploring our options. My wife wanted a 7 seat vehicle but felt the Pilot was just a little too big. So as we arrived we were met by a very pleasant young man by the name of Brian Michalski and he had his work cut out converting this Honda family. Brian was very knowledgeable and professional about the products he was selling. He showed us the different models available in what we were interested in. We finally settled on a new 2014 CX-9 that was in the showroom. He priced it out for us but we still needed to check out the Hondas. He wished us good luck and if he could help in the future let him know. Well, an hour later we were back and purchased the CX-9 from Brian. He was very patient with us in going through all the options in the car and told us to stop by any time if we had questions on anything. We also had a great experience with Brendan Fitzgerald, he was also very professional and made the financial process very easy. I would recommend Balise Mazda and Brian to friends and family. Thank you Brian and Brendan.Ed & Brenda

I recently purchased a 2015 Mazda CX-5 and had a phenomenal sales rep, Chantilli. I traded in my Jeep and was very new to this process but she and Brendan, the business manager, made the process seamless and easy. Chantilli's enthusiasm and friendliness made me feel very comfortable and made the somewhat nerve wracking process of purchasing a new car fun. Chantilli was very patient and gladly answered all of my questions, which reiterated that I was making the right decision. When it came time to deal with all of the paperwork, Brendan was very helpful and made the process simple and timely. I look forward to going back to the dealership because of the wonderful customer service I received. Thank you!

I recently purchased a 2011 Mazda 3, beautiful car exterior and interior. I visited a couple of dealers in the past week or two, but i must say the service i received here was outstanding. my sales person Sara Rivera was not only patient with me, but also very knowledgeable and very professional. She made this experience very comfortable for me, she treated me like a real person with needs and not just a money sign. I would recommend this dealer ship to any one who is considering buying a new or used car. very humble service.

My husband and I are a car salesman's worst nightmare. Having backgrounds in mechanics and sales, as well as being experienced car buyers, we walk in, knowing what we want, know exactly how much we want for our trade with comps to show why, what rate we will take, and leave very little "wiggle room". Balise handled this situation perfectly, took everything we had into consideration, and made sure we left happy. It is one of the only times I have walked away paying a lower payment than anticipated, so if you are looking for a new car, I highly suggest going to see Balise Mazda

I just bought a 2014 Mazda cx 5 and love it. Everyone there was really nice and helpful to my mother and i. . They took the time to get me in the right car without making me feel rushed. I had to bring the Car back for a small maintenance repair (it was pre-owned) and they provided me with a ride to work and back. I am new to buying cars since i am young, and this first experience in a dealership left me satisfied.

I really don't look forward to car shopping but Balise made it simple and easy. I really liked that they post their prices online. I was able to do research around the internet and get an idea about their prices before I went to the showroom. When I went in I was pleasantly surprised the salesperson was personable, not pushy and knew the car inside and out. After finding the car I wanted they gave me a price for my older trade in and it was more that I was expecting. Wow, who expects that? The price of the new car was in line with my research and we made a deal. They actually made the car buying experience reasonable and simple. I will recommend Balise to my family and friends.

Unfortunately my interactions with Balise Mazda have left nothing but a sour taste in my mouth. I tried to set up an appointment to come in to purchase a new Mazda via their email service on a Sunday night. I was emailed back and asked if I could setup a time to talk on the phone Monday. I agreed but the call never came. I emailed them again, was promised another phone call, and stillnothing. This went on for an entire week. Finally, I physically went into the dealership. I knew the exact car I was looking for in their inventory and was in a time crunch so I asked if I could skip straight to talking numbers with the sales manager. After sitting there for some time, I was informed that the sales manager would not even discuss numbers unless I committed to spending more time at the dealership. The entire time I had been very upfront that I had a limited amount of time to talk. When they asked me to stay longer, I explained that while I would love to spend more time there, I had tried to setup a meeting for the past week but the dealership never replied. I asked the sales manager to call me with an offer and had to leave. I got a phone call from the sales person who had been helping meshe said, again, that the sales manager would not discuss numbers unless I came back in. I asked her to have the sales manager call me, and she promised that he would. Shockerhe didn't.I have bought 2 mazdas brand new over the past six years and I have never been treated so poorly. If the sales process is any indication of the level of service Balise Mazda provides, I would not shop here period. Shop at Autex Mazda in Keene, NH. Shop at Liberty Mazda in Hartford, CT. Both dealerships are more courteous and value your time as well as your business. Avoid at all costs.

My husband and I bought our first Mazda from Ashley P. in 2011 and had a great experience. The whole dealership environment is friendly and helpful- not pushy but informative. Ashley really knew her product and was able to find just the right car for us. Their service department has also been very consistent and scheduling has been easy. In 2013 we returned and purchased a CX-5 from Ashley. She remembered us and was a sales professional. Every question and concern was addressed and she again found us just the right car. Service has continued to be excellent. We are very happy with our experience at Balise Mazda.

In my search for a new car, I put out some quote requests; one of which was for a 2014 Mazda 3. Immediately Ashley Pingree from Balise Mazda in West Springfield, MA got back to me via e-mail. (Which I appreciated. Throughout the search process I got a lot of immediate phone calls from other dealerships which put a lot more unwanted pressure on me as the buyer.) It was clear that I wasn't getting stock e-mail, which was the case for most other places. This email from Ashley was personalized, specifically relating to my personal situation. I was never pressured, I was given plenty of options to choose from, and Ashley always worked around my schedule. When we came in for our scheduled appointment she let us take our time picking out the exact car we wanted to test drive. Even though it was a busy night there, she took time to go on three separate test drives and never once did I feel rushed. Even when I mentioned that I was getting hungry she offered to have us take the next test drive car on our own to go grab dinner and come back whenever we were ready. It was raining out most of the evening so she would always go out to get the car and drive it up to the front for us so that we wouldn't have to get wet. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. It felt more like shopping for a car with a friend than a salesperson who was trying to make a sale. Ashley clearly loves what she does and takes a lot of pride in helping people find the right car from them. Shopping for a car with Ashley's help was without question one of the stand out experiences that I've had in the last three car buying processes that I've been a part of. I absolutely recommend specifically asking for her when shopping for your next Mazda. Though it definitely seemed that everyone at Balise Mazda in West Springfield was very pleasant and great to work with, turning what can sometimes be a stressful process into an enjoyable one!

My girlfriend recently went to Balise Mazda to shop for a new car. She asked me to come along, hoping they wouldn't try to take advantage of her being a woman. She had pretty much narrowed her choice down to the Mazda three or Toyota Corolla. The salesperson at the Toyota dealership was Nice but didn't seem to know much about the car. The Mazda salesperson was a female and my girlfriend was very comfortable working with her. She was able to answer all her questions and made everything go very smoothly. The price of the car was right in line with what the Internet said she should pay and she's very happy. And if she's happy I'm happy

Saw a Mazda Miata online at this dealer, stopped to see it, tested it and bought it without any problems whatsoever. The sales person, Ashley was excellent and helpful, any questioned I had, she looked for the answer and responded immediately, no pushing for the sale, just professional and helpful. Brenden, the finance manager was very helpful too and didn't try to push anything that I didn't need. Hector in parts and Ian in service were fantastic too. While they prepared my car for delivery, Ron drove me to where I work, great guy too. Ask him to play his karaoke for you. I love my car and these folks made buying it a breeze. I will certainly look at their inventory first next time I am looking for a car. Thank you all!

I got a new CX-5 after comparing small suv's for a couple months. Most of them seemed about the same but the Mazda was a little nicer to drive. A big part of the decision was the sales person and dealership. Compared to others I visited they weren't pushy and the salesperson could actually answer my questions. Everything was upfront and straight forward. The dealership experience really made a difference in my car shopping experience. What a positive refreshing change.

I first purchased a 2009 mazda3i from Balise and loved it. Recently, I decided to trade in my 3, and purchase the new CX-5. Everything about the process was great. I was able to look at all of my options, discuss trade in-value, and dealership loyalty. The dealership really wanted to make the sale happen. From the person who sold me the car, to the loan officer, and even the service guys, Balise will do whatever they can to make you enjoy the car you want! My parents have purchased 2 CX-7's from here, and this is my 2nd mazda from here as well. They are a great dealership and one that I will continue to use for a long time!

I had a really great experience buying a used car at Balise Mazda. I haven't purchased a car in several years and wasn't excited about the idea. Balise Mazda was my third of five dealerships that I planned to go to. Once I drove the Mazda3 I knew my search had ended and it was going to be my next car. I wish I went there first. Nick (Salesperson) and Brenden (Business Manager) were very helpful, professional, and informative. Over the entire process, I never felt hurried or pressured. I was introduced to the Service Department. I haven't gone there yet, but they seem friendly.

I bought my 2010 Mazda6 from Balise Mazda and I've been very pleased. I love the car and they made the purchase easy. It's not always fun shopping for a used car and they made me feel very at ease with everything. I saw the service records, carfax and they even beat my credit union finance rate. The salesperson was respectful and very patient with me. I would recommend Balise Mazda

Purchased my Mazda 3 hatch almost 4 years ago from Balise. Salesman (Brenden) was easy to work with and did not try to pressure me to buy. I have had my car serviced by Balise since new and have always been satisfied. Their service staff are knowledgeable and do not push service items that are not recommended by Mazda, unlike some dealerships.

The service department is outstanding. They are never at a loss as to why I am there. It's nice to be remembered and these gentlemen remember things like--I take my car to Florida every Christmas- and that I live in Connecticut and it takes me about 35 minutes to get to the dealer. They are always friendly and efficient. They are so careful and considerate when I wait for my service (I always wait since I live far away) but they keep updating me so that I know how long I will really be. This time I even test drove a new CX-9 and although I had been considering moving to a Mercedes becasuse of the safety features--after I drove the CX-9, I was so impressed with it that I may very well change my mind.

This is my second Mazda and first from Balise. I went to the previous dealer where I purchased my first Mazda and all the staff had changed and they didn't seem interested in worknig with me. I made some internet inquiries and Balise contacted me and she seemed very upfront so I decided to drive up and take a look. They found the exact car I wanted and everyone was really easy going. They offered me a good price without alot of cardealer crap and made the whole thing pretty easy. They even showed me how much it would be to service my car and even had a board that compared their prices with other places. Nobody has ever done that before. That really impressed me. I'm glad I decided to try Balise.

I tried to purchase this vehicle from this dealer, and their salesperson had given me every excuse as to why they couldn't sell the truck too me. Every time I tried to work with their unusual requests the salesperson would come up with another reason why they couldn't sell or allow the vehicle to be transported out of state. bottom line is don't do business with them, they lie!!!!!

These guys returned my car with epoxy holding the bumper on rather than the clips the car was designed with, and said nothing. They replaced 4 spark plugs and a fuel pump to fix a problem that was a bad head gasket. I never went in for a $200 repair that didn't turn out to be over $600. The last straw was finding a broken spark plug that hey had put in.. I will not be back again.

They have a good selection of Mazdas and some trade ins. The price was okay, but the customer service was rude to say the least. Do yourself a favor and drive by Balize Mazda and don't PULL IN. The sales rep at Honda Balize were much more informative and straight forward. No Jedi Mind games there.

A friend got me interested in the Miata, so I went for a visit to look at them. Next day, back to sit in one; I'm 6'4". Day later, back again to drive one, and fell in love, despite the snug fit. So much fun it should be illegal.Brendan was not pushy, a friendly salesman, and he communicates his enthusiasm. To demonstrate the radio quality to a 60 yo guy, though, DO NOT set it to rap and crank it up! I'm not impressed with that junk. Got the standard bs and hard-nosed treatment from Ryan on my 09 Accord trade-in, and didn't appreciate that. Felt cheated. Then the hard-sell during paperwork on misc add-ons. I've never liked car salesmen, and this was the classic treatment.Despite all this, the Miata is a pure delight. Too much fun! A persistent squeak in the dash, which the service dept successfully cured, was my only car complaint. Ian is great! If you are looking for a convertible, or a roadster, the Miata is #1. I love to drive, and I drive a lot, 25k in 4 mos, and the Miata gets 5 stars. Every time I get in this car, I wear a big smile and feel great. Balise? 3.5 stars. (Without the Miata? 2.)

Well I do have to say as we all know that buying a car is just a headache. For the past few months I had been looking for a Mazda CX-7 used. I had been going back and forth with dealers through email and no one had what I wanted or even said that they could get what I wanted except for Balise Mazda. I was in touch with Ashley who was wonderful and down to earth and easy to talk with....no pressure from her. As we got to talking and I decided that I wanted to buy a new one since Balise Mazda had the best prices around. Ashley was the first one to tell me she could get what I wanted. So my husband and I made the trip out to west Springfield which was about a 45 min. ride to test drive a Mazda CX-7 and loved it. The next week we went back and picked up my Mazda. Ryan who took care of the financing was wonderful and easy to deal with also. I would highly recommend any one who is in the market for a new car to go see Ashley at Balise. Thank you Ashley and Ryan for making our buying a car experience enjoyable. I love my Mazda CX-7!!!!Chris & John

After a long 8 hour day of scouring the car dealerships of western Massachusetts the final stop by chance happened to be balise Mazda. When I walked in I actually spoke to the general manager first and was greeted respectfully. The salesperson, Ashely showed me the car I was interested in : a '09 Mazda 6 grand touring. Ashley was extremely knowledgeable and friendly about the car and was clearly very well trained. Much more than I can say about the other dealers on riverdale st. Out of all of the test drives it was the best because it wasn't just a loop up and down a road full of stop lights. I would highly recommend this dealer and the cars to anyone. I am extremely satisfied overall with my experience at balise Mazda

I have been shopping for a used Mazda6 for a couple months and couldn't find the exact car I wanted but have been checking out the websites almost everyday. I saw the one I wanted at Balise Mazda and sent in an email and they called me and I went in that night after work. I liked how upfront they were during the whole process. Not a lot of back and forth and the price they posted online was the same price I was quoted in the showroom. Nothing like my last car purchase from a different dealer.

I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. I live in New York so I made an appointment and made the six-hour round trip drive to look at it. I liked the vehicle and wanted to purchase it that day. I had all of the financing with me. I wanted to register the vehicle in New York since that is where I live even though I am not a legal resident of that state. However, I was told by the sales associate that I would need to change my state of residency and get a NY driver's license in order to register the car in NY. My only other option was to go through the two month process of registering the vehicle in my legal state of residence, which is what I decided to do. After returning home, I contacted the NY DMV and was told that the information that the dealership had given me was completely wrong and that I did not have to be a resident of NY to register a vehicle there. I was extremely frustrated because I should have been able to purchase the car when I was at the dealership, but now I would have to make the six-hour drive back there for no reason. I called the sales manager and told him how unsatisfied I was that they not only gave me false information, they also didn't bother to take two minutes to verify that information on the DMV website. When I asked if I was going to be compensated in the purchase price of the car for the fact that they're incompetence and laziness cost me an enormous amount of time, I was told that they were unwilling to give me a discount. Also, not once did they apologize for their mistake. I would warn anyone against doing business with a staff that is both unaccommodating and extremely lacking in basic knowledge that they would be expected to have.

I was visiting some relatives in Springfield and my car started to make some stranges noises and the check engine light came on. Balise Mazda was the closest Mazda dealer so I called them and they had me bring it right in. They spent about 30 minutes looking at it and said they would need to keep it longer to determin the problem. My car is just out of warranty, so I'm expecting a big bill. They offered to get me a loaner car and said they would call in a couple hours. About an hour later they called and said they had to order a part and it would be there the next day. John from the service department calls me around 11 and says its all set, pick it up. I asked how much it would be and be said no charge. He said that Balise was able to get the repair covered even though it was just out of warranty That was sure a great surprise. It's nice to see a dealer and car company do more than expected.

These guys are liars and crooks! Buyers beware you do NOT want to do business with this dealer. We purchased 2 cars from Balise and have been loyal customers for 10+ years and after an accident they called with a $210 estimate and then 2 hours later called with a $758 estimate. When we got upset that they had not checked out the car thoroughly the first time and things got heated (and admittedly we used some profanities) they refused to fix our car and told us it was unsafe to drive and that we should have it towed. Then when I filed a BBB complaint they were bold faced liars and said that we had refused to have the car serviced. These people put my family at risk in driving an unsafe car and then have the nerve to lie about. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from them. Buy from Modern Motors Mazda in Thomaston CT, I wish I had!!

My experience was ok but I would not return for another car. While I went there because of the reviews on the web, the dealership did not live up to my expectations. Rich was great...friendly and extremely helpful. Sonia, my salesperson was fine except that I don't think she is as knowledgeable as people claim. One thing I liked is that she wasn't pushy or pressured for a sale. That was good. But, she didn't know the answers to some of my questions right away.Didn't like dealing with Ryan Campbell, the finance person...talk about used car salesmen. I would not recommend this dealership.

Knowledgeable and accommodating sales person without any form of pressure. Tolerant of our desire to test several models within the same series, Mazda 5. Price negotiation and trade-in discussion were brief and favorable. Financing was straight forward and clearly explained utilizing Mazda's current 0.9 rate. No pressure to purchase 'add on' protection, but all options were clearly described. We will return and gladly refer.

I was always happy with the sevice department at Balise Mazda, so when i needed a second car I headed there. I met Brenden whose product knowledge was second to none. With the help of Rich the sales manager they put a nice deal together for me on a preowned mazda certified car. I am now happily driving it. I recommend the dealership to everyone who wants a no hassel buying experience !!!!

Do not go to Balise Mazda and if for some reason you have to, do not work with Ashley. She will lie to you, whine at you, and, if you dare to ask for her to do some work (such as provide you with the paperwork on a car), claim that you are trying to get her in trouble with her boss. Due to her negligence and lies, Balise Mazda is refusing to return a $500 deposit on a car that was not purchased. I don't understand how this dealership has a single good review.

I found the car I wanted online and sent in a inquiry. Balise responded quickly with additional pictures of the car and the Carfax report. They also allowed me to get pre approved for financing directly on their website so I could compare to my credit union rates. When I got there the car was pulled up in front of the dealership. The salesperson was easy going and wasn't pushy. They showed me what work was done to the car at the dealership. They made the whole process simple and easy. If all the Balise dealerships are as easy to buy from as Balise Mazda I will be a customer for a long time. Thank you.

I just bought a 2009 Mazda6 from this dealership (March 2011). I had Brian, Brendan, and Sonia assist me with questions and test drives. They were all very friendly and knowledgeable of their cars. They were casual and never pressured me into anything. Not that I would allow that anyway. When it came to purchasing my car Sonia was my saleswoman. She made the process easy and quick. Balise is known to be willing to negotiate in a reasonable way and Balise Mazda did just that. I was even given $400 trade-in value for my 1997 Honda Accord with 180,000 miles and a rejection sticker on it. I feel that if I have any questions or concerns that I can pick up the phone and contact the dealership with no hassle and B.S. Thank you Balise Mazda.

If you are looking to buy a Mazda...see Sonia at Balise. I recently traded my Madza 6 for a Speed 3 and the deal was handled by Sonia. Sonia is a professional who knows her stuff about the cars she is selling. It was a hassle free, quick, painless sale. Sonia provides great customer service and takes the time to call and check in on you after you buy your car. She even called me on my birthday!!

For the most part, Balise Auto prompted excellent service. The team members I spoke with were more than courteous. They answered all of my questions, and I had a lot. They were able to give a knowledgeable, thorough, and details explanation as to the "Why"s I had asked. To be clear, the people working at the location were excellent, however...I have some qualms about the businesses practices there, which result in a slightly deceiving appeal and over embellishment of their claims. Not the businesses practices with which the employees participate, but rather the business practices run by the corporate office as a whole. While the way they do business is great from a business standpoint, the Balise empire is certainly large enough to slow down and start thinking more about their customers. Things such as not divulging alternate payment options to customer per policy, or using the most well known car value evaluation method to evaluate the value of a trade-in or new sale, although other methods provide a deal which is of more value to the customer, are those with which I have issues.

Overall I was looking to trade a Toyota Yaris 5sp in for something that is safer for daily highway commute to work. I didn't need to purchase a new car, I just wanted to. So I went to a few other other then Balise. I will not mention the name of the dealerships prior to Balise. However I will mention the fact that, "they" tried pushing me into a new car. After a few weeks of dealership shopping, I came across Sonia at Mazda. She was very knowledgeable of the product that she was selling, kind, and if she did not have an answer for me, she made sure she researched for the answer to any questions that I may have had.Needless to say, I wasn't in the market to buy a new car cause I needed to replace an aging one, I ended up trading in for a much safer car for my daily commute. Her lack of pushiness won my attention, and made buying a new car well worth while.Overall, any of the Balise Dealerships are well worth looking into. Customer service is bar none. They adopted the " Saturn " approach to selling cars, and they never veered off of that, even after the folding of the Saturn brand of cars. Go to Balise, Mazda if you will, and ask for Sonia, she will make you car buying experience one that you will be proud of.

Easiest and best car purchase I ever made. Brenden was extremely helpful. The price was immediately better than any other quote I received. The customer service was excellent the entire time. The car was delivered in perfect condition and the paperwork process was smooth, quick, and easy. I can't say enough about how happy I am. The best place to buy a MAZDA period. Thanks BRENDO

We werent really ready to buy at time only because we only had our car for a short(9 months) But I have to tell you WE REALLY FELL IN LOVE WITH THAT CAR.Anyways about a week ago or so my wife and I came in again to inquire about our trade value and take another look at the Cx7s and there goes our favorite color with all the features we were looking for in the showroom .O.M.G. I was so determined I had to skip right to the punch and go directly to the sales manager, and thats when we met our sales person Sonia Ortega. I actually was not really ready to make a move before meeting her But you can just tell by her eyes she wanted o help us,she heard us both out and told us look over everything and she wuld get back to us .The next day she called us before she left work We Really Appreciated It .Next day both Soniaand her sales manager was able to present us with a good deal and it was evident they had really put fourth effort to make this deal so we bought the car. We dropped off our 2002 Mazda Protege 5 for the service dept to check the trans. They told us there would be a min fee of 100.00 just to look at the car, well we thought it was worth it to work with someone who knows the car.We dropped it off and got a call the next day that not only was the car ready to be picked up,but there was no issue found and they topped off the fluids for us.So we picked up the car and my wife went in to pay ,I sayed in the car with the kids, she came out and told me there was no charge!!I cant tell you how great that was,100.00 in our pocket!!We took the family out for dinner that night!!!Thanks we really appreciated it!!

It was a cold snowy day and at month end. I know that helps, so I intentionally went in to deal. I've purchased many vehicles in my life (I'm 73) and I know the game to some degree. Working with this dealership was one of the better experiences I have had in such situations, which can be annoying and stressful. Not here. Staff attitude was good (it not being too busy probably helped) and Rich, the sales manager, was willing to work with me. I had another vehicle in mind, but the price I got for the 2010 model (in 2011) was quite good and made the difference.

I had Sonia as my sales associate and she was extrememly helpful in getting me a good price for my trade in and with getting my new car to me in a day. Very friendly, quick, and efficient. She worked hard to get me in my new car as quickly as she could. I was very pleased with the service I received.

After moving to a very hilly area I realized that my leased Mazda 3 wasn't going to cut it anymore. I loved my car and have never had a problem with it or service so I went to Balise to see what my options were in breaking the lease early and buying a CX-7. Not only was my sales associate understanding, but he was helpful in every step of the process. I highly recommed Balise to anyone looking to buy a new or used car!

I am new to buying a car and this dealership was a really big help! They have great deals and great customer service. My sales person Sonia Ortega was a really good help in going over all the paper work and finding the best deal for a good car and also one that wouldn't hurt my wallet. I would definitely recommend her and this dealer to anyone who is looking to buy a new car!

This Dealership has very friendy staff. Right from the moment I stepped into the showroom I had immense help with every single process involved in buying a new car. I got a great deal and my paperwork was an extremely smooth process. There is nothing like being able to buy a car with minimum hassles. I was able to complete the entire procedure involved with buying a car in just a single visit to this showroom. The staff were kind and very polite and they were delightful to talk to. I bought a Mazda 3 model in the color scheme i wanted with the exact specifications I was looking for. Thanks Balise Mazda for a wonderful experience.

This is my first purchase from Balise, I have been using the service department since they are the closest Mazda dealer to my work. I wasnt sure if I was going to get a New or used Mazda but the deals on the new ones were better than I expected so I decided to go with a new one. They offered me a fair trade in based on my research and with a little prodding the new car price matched edmunds true market price. All without the normal car dealer run around. Overall the experience was positive and I'm really happy with my new car.

We went into the dealership to purchase our 4th Mazda. We have dealt with Brendan Fitzgerald each time we go to Mazda. We were able to trade an older CX7 for a new CX7 and lowered our monthly payment at the same time. Can't beat 0%. Great trade in value on the old CX7. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Brendan to anyone looking to purchase a new or used car. We have purchased both with excellent results. I love this dealership, they were so helpful and patient with all of my questions. I got a great deal as well. After shopping around and being harassed by other dealerships I chose Balise because of the way they worked so hard for me and made me feel as if I was the only customer they had to deal with. I would 100% recommend this dealership to others!

As a first time car buyer, I was in need of a lot of assistance and information when buying my car. I looked at a lot of different cars, but I really liked the Mazda. When I had decided what kind of car I wanted, I found the exact car at Balise, and went to look at it. Sonia was extremely helpful, and though the dealership was very busy on the Saturday we were there, we were able to test drive the car and discuss the sale that day. She was very helpful and supportive in getting me a loan on my own through the First Time Buyers Program, and getting me the best price possible on the car. She was nice and friendly, and not too pushy, as were the other people at the dealership. They were able to register the car in CT, where I live, even though the dealership is in MA. The financial person I worked with was very honest and helpful in determining options and setting up my loan. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Mazda. They were great!

I recently purcahsed my new Mazda 3 from Balise Mazda. It was my first new car but I wasnt really thinking about a Mazda until a co-worker got one. I did some homework online and picked out the model and options I wanted. I went to the dealer closest to my home and they seemed very pushy and not very respectful. The salesperson didn't really answer my questions and kept running to some other guy everytime I asked about the price. So I went to the mazda website and Balise was the next closest. When I got there I told the salesperson what I wanted and he said if they don't have exactly what I want they will get it for me. The other dealer didn't offer to do that. He showed me their selection and I saw a color that looked different on the internet than in person and decided I really liked it. I had my father along this time but he let me do all the talking and negotiating. This turned out to be alot easier than the other dealer and I even got a little better price than I expected. Barbara who handled the financing paperwork explained everything to me so I understood what I was signing and several other employees seemed to go out of their way to thank me for my business. I love my new Mazda and so do all my friends. I will recommend Balise to anyone who wants a Mazda.

We had a terrible time at Balise Mazda. It would take me hours to write all the bad things about this dealership. Everything about it was bad. Service and sales. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF HASSLE AND DO NOT GO HERE. First we waited over and hour and a half to be helped. Then when we got the car it was scratched (brand new car) they said they would take care of it on the cars first oil change. We brought it in, they said they would not fix it. I told them to have the manager call me the following day. Never called, I called again never called back. I called a third time. No call back. To this day he never called me back. Their customer service is horrible.

I was recently in the market for a "new" used vehicle, and after considerable research decided a Mazda would be my choice. I was particularly interested in the Mazda3i due to price, it's reviews and how gorgeous the car looks.I'm not someone who defines themselves based on the vehicle they drive, but with the Mazda3i, I would show it off and be proud of it. I eventually came upon Balise Mazda due to proximity to my home, and the lack of used Mazda's at any other dealerships. I've heard horror stories about Bertera Chevrolet in Palmer, and although they had some Mazda's in stock, I passed.I located a Mazda3i at Balise right in my price range just over $10,000 and made the drive there. I knew what I was going for as in specific vehicle, and was directed to speak with Brendan, a sales representative for the dealership. Brendan was extremely knowledgeable, curteous, witty and all around extremely accommodating. My current comments may make you wonder why the ratings above were picked, but you'll understand better as I continue.I took the vehicle for a test drive with Brendan and loved how the car felt. I went from having an older rickety SUV, so the smoothness and how comfortable the car was solidified my decision after a thorough checkup of the vehicle. After re-entering the dealership we talked price and Brendan was able to lower the price although it was already at KBB value, it came just under it, which was nice. Brendan never seemed to be trying to deceive me, nor push me towards anything I didn't want, like a warranty or extra options on the vehicle.I had been told by a friend that most dealerships will accept a small down payment as collateral for holding a car for a couple days. I attempted to do this but was told I needed to put down 500 or more right then, which seemed odd. I'm very cautious with spending large amounts of money and it seemed like they wouldn't allow putting down say, 50 or 100 for the hold. After Brendan realized I wasn't comfortable dropping the larger amount right away, and after declining the offer to finance through Balise I was introduced to the manager, Will. Will took the paperwork for the financing, slid it towards me and told me I needed to fill it out so I would be considered a "buyer" and they could hold it. This made me uncomfortable, and I told him no. He stood up, said a few words and left abruptly. I wanted this car quite badly, but wasn't going to let my enthusiasm drag me quickly into a deal before I was ready. The way Will treated me in the short exchange left a bad taste in my mouth. I realize it's their job to sell vehicles, and there is constant pressure on them, especially with the current state of the economy and new car sales plummeting. However, I still think he could've been more tactful. After this I told Brendan I would return the next day upon hearing from my bank about the loan. As of this point, because I wouldn't sign the car was not held, but I took the risk of losing it as it was the right thing to do.I returned the next day after my bank had approved me, although it was for thousands less than I needed. I figured I would try to finance through the dealership for the full amount, although I told myself I never would. Banks are more straightforward, dealerships through their banks try to scam you out of every dollar, and this rang true at Balise.I ended up speaking with Serena about the financing, and things took a sharp downhill turn here. I hadn't felt too pressured to this point, but it got really bad around this time. First, the loan through Balise carried an interest rate 4-6 points higher than my bank, UNLESS packaged with a warranty. I consider myself adept at dodging commission tricks, but I became tired due to lack of sleep and confused by the sets of numbers thrown at me after a couple hours of this. I kept informing her I had no interest in a warranty, yet she kept finding excuses to add it in. The numbers and payments changed so many times I lost count, and eventually caved to adding a basic warranty plan, as the vehicle I was buying's 4 year warranty was ending soon. I was never informed of the price difference, only of the monthly payment difference. After signing the paperwork (MISTAKE) I returned home to get my check and plates, and the realization of what the numbers had been hit me. The car went from roughly 11 grand, to almost 15 grand! I was nervous as I had signed already, afraid I couldn't go back on the deal.Upon returning I walked into her office and told her assertively to cancel the warranty. I got the same run around "Well is it a budget concern...?" and kept repeating to have it removed. She complied, although I could see her and Will having a discussion, obviously about how to rope me back in, although it was too late for them then. I managed to come up with the money my bank didn't cover, so I told them to cancel the whole financing deal. In a vain attempt to stop me I was told "Wel
