Don’t go anywhere else but here if you’re looking to buy a car. I drove out to Balkan motors from Buffalo because they had the lowest prices I saw on the market. Not to mention the staff was superb. Best buying experience I have ever had, no pressure on buying and they just want to help you get a good deal. I love the car my girlfriend and I got, had a great experience through the processes of negotiating and buying. 10/10 would recommend for anyone.

I typically lease and decided to buy so it was my first experience with Balkan motors. They instantly put my mind at ease with the knowledge and help they provided, especially being a first time buyer. I test drove a few cars, provided my input and they were able to help direct me to what I was looking for. I appreciated how straight forward they were as that’s difficult to find in any dealership. Overall the process was quick and smooth and I would and have recommended them to others.

Buying a used car at Balkan Motors was the best car-buying experience I've ever had and that is saying a lot for my age. I've bought only used cars and even though I've never had a horrible experience, I've had plenty that were not 5-star worthy. I had been shopping for almost two weeks when used cars were priced 30% above normal cost, so it wasn't going well. I stumbled upon Balkan Motors while searching on the internet. I had never heard of this dealership before my recent purchase and now I won't go anywhere else. My first communication was with Selma and my salesperson was Justin. They couldn't have been nicer, more helpful, or more accommodating. The whole process was so quick and easy and we ended up buying a vehicle that was beyond our expectations. I will be telling friends and family about Balkan Motors!
