Truly grateful for people who are still genuine in this world. I walked in Ballas nervous about my approval odds due to the recent purchase of my new home. Justin Taylor, assured me that at this location they do not simply sell cars.. customer service, and making sure they do what’s best for their customers means much more to them. They certainly lived up to this! Not only did Justin find me a car perfect for my family, their finance guy at this location went above and beyond to make sure I stayed within my budget, and to make my experience more welcoming the manager actually watched my 3 children while I’ll finished my paperwork. This level of service is truly hard to come by.. I’m grateful and if you’re looking for quality service please visit this location! They’re wonderful. A early unexpected Christmas gift to me! 😊

Had a fantastic experience. Sales consultant Justin Taylor was excellent. Very sharp and knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. Easy to talk to about what I wanted. In addition, he was able to answer all questions. Definitely recommend to anyone in the market looking for a car!

Everyone made it a very pleasant experience. Extremely helpful in choosing the right vehicle for my needs and then purchasing it could not have been easier. I also felt that the amount they gave me for my trade was more than fair. I was amazed at the time they took to explain everything to my satisfaction as well as answer my every question. I was hit and thought it was over but God saved my life in a miracle. Then a series of miracles occurred including repairs and hope. I am thankful for the kindness of the body shop administrator, the superb staff, the shuttle to the rental and the amazing connection to the Progressive team. I almost lost my life and God blesses others to Bless others. Ballas is a home for neighbors to feel safe, valued, cared for when you feel lost and confused. I am grateful!!!

Mike showed me the car. We went for a drive. It was a stick shift. My wife does not know how to work with a manual transmission - so it turned out to be a "no go". Mike was okay with that.

Upon entering the dealership Kate opened the door for us and gave us a great welcome. Immediately asked if we needed help and showed us the car we were interested in. Met Mrs. Ballas and was very impressed with her, the showroom and Kate. We couldn't have asked for a better salesperson to work with. Kate knew her stuff and was so concerned in getting us everything we wanted. She is without a doubt an asset to your dealership. Just because of her service, we have told others we know how well we were treated and that we will return in the future to buy from her. We definitely give Ballas Buick ratings of 5 across the board. Very satisfied and pleased with the service and the product

Bought a new 2009 GMC Acadia from Ballas. Been nothing but problems since the six month mark. Transmission went out at 30000 miles. 2 steering racks, electrical problems among other things. When I took it in it always seemed it took subsequent visits to finall find the problem. Went to get rid of vehicle and Ballas wouldn't buy it back because I wasn't buying a vehicle from them. On top of that, the couldn't find a record of me buying the vehicle from them even though I bought it brand new from them. I sold it to another dealership. in Feb 2013. A month later Ballas sent me a letter saying that the wanted to buy my vehicle when before they told me no. I just laughed and said never from Ballas ever again.

My sale rep Dana Kirk was very courteous and knowledgeable about the Acadia Denali I purchased.She showed me how to work the intelligible features of the vehicle as well as. I would just like to say thank you to the techs at Ballas GMC for taking care of my car. This is my first time taking my car here. It's an old piece of junk but these guys got it running like new again. Also, the service manager Dave Garrett was extremely helpful in making this an easy process. I had very little wait time and extraordinary results. Not only that, but as I was waiting I could tell that everyone in that service department puts the customers first. They made sure that the one woman who I saw was set up with a rental car so she could get to work and she left all smiles. Its nice to see a company with the customer in mind. Thanks guys!
