ADAM RAWLS!!!!!! Adam gave me EXCELLENT customer service. ADAM is so personable and friendly. He took the time to educate me about my car and even suggested that I receive a state inspection and oil change since both were due soon and to also save me time since I live 45 minutes away. I appreciate ADAM and all that he's done. ADAM is an asset to this dealership and deserves to be recognized. Thank you........ADAM!!!!🏆

If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would because that's what they deserve!!! They were amazing and the customer service was just excellent!!!!! My sales lady Kristal was super amazing she wasn't pushy nor did she pressure me into doing something I wasn't comfortable in doing. She worked with me through the entire process of purchasing my car, she listened to my needs and what kind of payments I wanted. Ray the business manager was super nice and he explained everything to me very clear in regarding everything about my car. I originally wasn't planning on getting a car nor did I think I would be approved to get one. But I was very surprised and I'm very grateful for the dedication Nissan of Norfolk showed me and I would definitely recommend coming here!!!!!!!!! Update: I'm giving another update as I have purchased my 3rd car from banister Nissan. Yamie Baylor was simply amazing she was very thorough with every step of the process of trading in my car!! As always banister gives A-1 services and I will continue to come back!!!

I would like to time to Thank Charles and Joel for the amazing experience me and my daughter had. They made sure my daughters was able to drive off with a car. They would not give up they walked and held her hand along the process. I am forever grateful for these gentlemen. Thanks again you guys

My husband and I went to Banister Nissan of Norfolk to inquire about the process of selling our Nissan. Upon arrival we were immediately and professionally greeted by Mr. Clayton Porter, Jr. Mr. Porter welcomed us into the facility in effort to inquire the reason for our visit. He talked us through the process and procedures with ease and effectively answered ALL questions posed. If you are looking to purchase or sell a vehicle I would highly recommend that you visit this location and request Mr. Porter, Jr. His level of professionalism exceeds that of the average car dealer. My AC went out last month and I came in to get it repaired. Dominique was my service advisor. He was very kind and attentive during the process. A few hours after I left my AC went out again. I came back to explain the situation and Dominique got on top of it right away. It took some time for them to identify the problem but through out everything Dominique and the mechanic that was working on my car both provided excellent customer service. My AC is now running perfectly. I came by today for an oil change and inspection and I received the exact same customer service. Thank you Dominique for always going above and beyond and just making sure that everything is taken care of properly. I read the other reviews and each customer had something great to say about you.Keep doing an amazing job.
