We recently purchased a new Explorer from Banner Ford of Monroe. Our sales associate, Tim Payne was a awesome! He made the process smooth and efficient. His product knowledge was extremely helpful with deciding which vehicle best fit our needs. The finance manager, Shelton Burns was also great. Shelton made the paper work and finance process painless! I highly recommend Banner for and their staff for anyone shopping for a vehicle.

Very nice salesman. However they know right now that the profit margins are high and demand is high. They are not looking to work with you. Better deals to be had elsewhere.

Worst service department in the history of automotive service departments. My truck has been there for 9 days for relatively simple issues. Was told on Tuesday that it would take 4 hours to repair. Can’t get anyone to answer the phone or return calls. The poor receptionist girl just told me that there’s nobody there (at 3:00 on a Saturday), and then hung up on me. Vehicle was supposed to be ready by yesterday at the latest, as they knew that I needed my truck for transportation. Now I’ll have to wait until at least Monday. They just don’t care. If you buy a Ford, don’t count on getting it serviced here. The service department is absolutely horrendous. On a side note, the sales department is awesome, so just be sure to buy a vehicle that will never need service.

My experience with banner ford quick lane was wonderful. I went on Ford pass made an appointment and when I went to have service it was so quick and easy. Thanks for making it to easy to get the things done .
