I have been in contact with Anthony for the past few months following a 2022 bronco order. As most know, the Bronco has been delayed in production but Anthony and Freeway Ford has been very supportive and transparent. My partner and I decided to purchase a used vehicle while we wait for the Bronco and Anthony stepped up to help us get back on the road. The only way to describe my experiences with Anthony and the dealership is “easy”! They made the purchase hassle free and a pleasure. These guys have my future business and support. I just purchased a 2018 Ford Escape from Freeway Ford that I had previously leased and the service continues to amaze me. On May 3, 2021 we took our 2018 Ford Escape to Barbee’s Freeway Ford Service Department for a simple oil change. On July 13, 2021 we turned that same vehicle over to their Dealership as it had been leaking oil from a simple oil change that had been extremely mishandled. Today,, July 19, 2021 we received a request from Freeway Ford asking us to post a review and let them know how much we are enjoying a vehicle we longer lease, drive or even know it’s current whereabouts. An incredibly negative experience!

So I actually hate buying cars and it seems to get worse everytime. Luckily for me I came across Cody Roberts, the best car salesman I've ever met. He made everything pleasant and easy. They were slammed and he still made sure he was there when we needed him. It's now a few months later and again I needed him. With no hesitation he was there for me and made sure I got everything worked out. Seriously if you're looking for a Ford there is no one else to go see. He is a must.

I wish I could give them no stars. ***THEY ARE LYING CROOKS!!*** I've bought quite a few cars & this was the worst experience I could've imagined.The car I wanted to buy was priced at $9,500. I specifically asked if there were any handlers fees or additional fees I needed to know about other than tax. I was told no. I also had a trade in that they told me they'd give me $2k for. I also put $2k cash down. So $4,000 down. We're at $5,500 + tax & remember they told me no additional fees.The finance manager wrote down a number & said "This is what you're financing." Ok great. I didn't find out that they ripped me off thousands until I got my first statement from the loan holder with a number close to $12,000. That's just my loan. If we add the $4k down, that means I'm paying $16,000 for a car that was priced at $9,500 AND they lied to my face about it.On top of being ripped off thousands, it gets worse. They did not send me the documents to get my license plates until Oct when I bought the car in May. I had to sit at the DMV twice & pay for two extensions. Also they were supposed to send a copy of my insurance to the loan holder they found me. They didn't & I was charged $2,100 for insurance through the credit union. Fortunately I was able to resolve that.FREEWAY FORD IS THE WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE POSSIBLE & I HOPE NO ONE HAS TO GO WHAT I WENT THOUGH.

I bought a used truck from this dealership that did not smell of smoke when test driving it. After one day of owning it I started to smell a smoke smell. I called the dealer immediately and took it back as I get nauseous at the smell of smoke. I was told to wait a week to see if it would go away, which I agreed to. After a week it still smelled so I took it back into the dealership only to be told that they can't smell anything but would pay for it to be deep cleaned. I took it to a high end detailer and asked him what his thought was on the smell and with no hesitation said that it was smoke. The detailer ozoned the truck and shampooed the carpets and headliner. The smell returned 24 hours after this had been done. I don't know what the dealer used to cover up the smell the day I bought it but I do feel like I have been duped into buying a smokers car and am now stuck with it. The dealer was gracious enough to offer me to trade it back into them if I want to lose a ton of money on the trade, how nice....During the truck buying process I was advised by the salesperson that their dealership doesn't purchase any cars/trucks that have been smoked in. After walking the lot and opening multiple trucks to only get the waft of smoke smell I have to assume that was not the truth. After calling, texting, leaving voicemails, for the salesperson, manager and trying to get a hold of the owner of the dealership I have been told that they have no sense of obligation to do anything for me and it will end up costing me a lot of money to return the truck (even though I informed them I would be willing to purchase a newer more expensive model from them). I believe they asked me to wait a week so that the paperwork could go through and I would be stuck. I brought the truck back the very next day, less than 24 hours of purchasing it to see what could be done...and was told even if I wait a week they would be sure to make things right with me...I would never recommend anyone who wants an honest car/truck buying experience to visit this dealership.

Told me my pads were at 2mm and my rotors needed replacement, which was surprising, given the milage. Pads, maybe. But not rotors. I asked if they measured the rotor thickness and they said, " No, but we just know because the Eco Boost has thin rotors to begin with". Skeptical, and an ex auto mechanic, I bought the pads, and purchased the rotors online to do the job myself. Imagine my surprise when I discovered the pads had over 40% remaining and the rotors were within spec by 2-3mm (which is significant).Angry, I called the manager and left a message but instead of calling me back himself, he had the customer relations manager call me. They offered a free oil change and it was only after my forceful insistence that they offered to reimburse me for the pads. They flat refused to reimburse for the rotors.These guys are crooks and they clearly don't care about their customers. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM IF THEY TELL YOU THAT YOU NEED A BRAKE JOB. I can only image how many unsuspecting customers have been scammed by Barbie's Freeway Ford.

Quick Lane Service Dept. should be name SLOW lane Service Dept. as there is nothing quick about them. I had a pretty good experience purchasing my new 65K dollar truck from the same dealership and purchased the 10 oil change package as well. SAVE YOUR MONEY and do not purchase the oil change. I have stopped by several days over the past 2 weeks and each time they said it would be 3-4 hour wait... for an oil change! They recommended that I schedule an oil change appt., so I called in the next day and asked to schedule an oil change, the person on the phone was annoyed or had no phone personality and said the next oil change appt. was 9 days out. WOW.. it is no wonder all those 3rd party oil change companies are springing up everywhere. It amazes me how they can get your car serviced in 20-45 minutes and the supposed "Quick" Lane takes 9 days or wait for 3 hours. I am really not impressed and have called the business office demanding a refund on the oil change package (Guess what.. they have not called back). At least there many places I can write this review on to maybe help the next person out so they don't get sold a bill of goods!

I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership in June and it started out pretty shady from the beginning. I had an appointment set up with an individual who never showed up. I waited an hour after the receptionist said that she would get the individual before I had to check in and see if he was still on his way or not. I was then directed to a nice individual who got the ball rolling on my purchase and then was pawned off on Shawn Tuggle. He handles special finance buys which is what I needed, he got me in the truck I wanted. However after the papers were signed it appeared customer service went out the window. They brought my truck out after a "car wash" and it looked as if they drove it past some kids whose job was to throw dirt on recently washed cars. A couple months after the purchase there was a decent rainstorm in which I discovered I had a good leak into the cab of the truck. I have video of it too!! So I reported it to both the dealership and Ford warranty company. It took weeks to get any resolution as they wanted me to pay to have after-market modification that has nothing to do with the leak taken out. The vehicle is defective and was sold to me this way due to their lack of inspection. I was eventually told that they would work with me to fix their mistake and waited two weeks for the service technician to call me to setup a date, never received a call and when I called to ask why I never got a call back I got the run around about how they reported the tech said he took care of me and what seems like other lies. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone, in fact I plan to go out of my way to be sure to tell people to never go there as their customer service was nonexistent and showed no accountability for their mistake or responsibility to fix it. Shawn Tuggle was useless after a buy and rude later on by failing to fulfill his duties in a customer service job.

I left voice mail requests on 2/11 1:50 P.M., 4/5 2;10 P.M. for Jordan Arnesen and 6/16 3;10 P. M. for Oly Nowinski to be removed from their Service Dept. mailing lists. I made clear that I had no interest in their Service Dept., so that their mailings were a waste of their money and had an unnecessary heavy carbon footprint. Yet I continued to get mailings on 3/24, 6/16, and 9/21(I just called the company during business hours, 6:30 P.M.,but received no answer from the operator. And the three phone calls above got voice mail during business hours.))

I had to find a car that could be flat towed behind our RV. When we learned that the Ford Edge could be flat towed, we found a 2015 with less than 13,000 miles and it looked to be in fantastic shape.I spoke to Dustin Gonzales, in charge of internet sales at Freeway Ford. During our phone conversation he said that he would make sure it could be towed and level set my expectations around price and trade-in.My partner and I found him to be honest, very refreshing, helpful, he called the Ford Representative to see if the Edge was towable, and he listened to what we needed.I was able to test drive the car, let my partner see it and then we came back to the dealership and he had us in and out in a matter of 1 hour.Throughout the entire process he was responsive, positive and caring.I have not met an auto salesman with all of these qualities ever! I recommend Dustin highly and without reservation!

After having my 2010 Expedition totalled, My insurance company sent me some paperwork on how to replace my expedition. Through Nationwide.com/replace my ride I found several in the Denver Metro area and the only Dealership willing to even talk to me was Barbee's Freeway Ford. As a matter of fact after I showed interest in two Expeditions I received a phone call from this dealership asking when I could come in. I went in Thursday 12 May 2016 and within 3 hours I was approved for financing. The Gentleman assisting me in this entire process was Cody Roberts. Friendly and knowledgeable. He did his best to help me out with a low down payment given the fact that I had just totalled my 2010 Expedition. The vehicle that I got just arrived to the dealership so out was not clean. Cody asked me if I could pick it up the following day I said yes. The dealership cleaned it up great and they put new tires on it. I am very pleased with this Dealership, my newer Expedition, and with Cody's efforts in helping me to get a replacement Expedition.

Their listing prices are very competitive and were already at the lowest price in the area. Dustin was fantastic to work with, they gave me by far the best deal on my trade, and a fantastic deal on a certified 2015 expedition el. And all this is after 3 months of searching and working with 6 different dealerships in wyoming and colorado. Freeway Ford by far had the best selection, pricing, and were great to work with. They even beat my financing through USAA, which is not easy to do. If you are in the market for a new or used Ford, you have to go to Freeway Ford in Denver.

Please be warned, Freeway Ford are deceptive in the presentation of costs on their purchase agreements. I was going to purchase an F150 from them until noticing their deceptive math provided by salesman Shawn Tuggle.The Original price, which includes their Proc/Doc Fee fee is stated, they then highlight the amount of savings before giving the agreed upon price. However, further down they add this $626.70 fee back on. When I questioned Manager Adam Wilson on this they could not give a clear answer as to why. It is very clear to me that the indicated savings is a deceptive number. Any way you slice it they are either adding the dealer and handling fee in twice, or not giving the savings that they state they are.I ran a quick check in google reviews and found others had experienced this same issue with this dealership, among many other complaints. I do not feel this is a fair and just way to treat the consumer, especially when it comes it such large purchase.

I would give you all a zero score if possible. I was in on 22 March 2016 looking at vehicles. I did find one that I liked, but decided against it. During the process of discussing numbers and payment options I did fill out the credit application, but I specifically asked not to run my credit until we had finished discussing numbers and was told "that is fine we can pretend like it is a cash deal to keep from running your credit" (that is a direct quote from Ron Clark the internet salesman). Well I found out today 23 March 2016 that they ran my credit anyway, and I only found out because I was one of the lucky military members that has had my personal information stolen during the Office Of Personnel Management (OPM) breach so I got the free credit monitoring because of it. and I guess it works well. So Ron Clark and Freeway Ford thanks for being "A good Christian car dealer" (another direct quote from Ron Clark) what a crock!! Oh and by the way thanks for taking such great care of a service member. What a joke!

Run away from this dealership. I thought that sleezy used car sales people were getting forced out of the industry by all of the information on the Internet. Sadly, that's not the case at Freeway Ford. I was ready to pull the trigger on a car this morning and literally walked out of the dealership after the sales manager tried to trick me into paying more for the car than what I agreed to by sliding in extras that I did not want and that added hundreds to the price of the car. The last straw was when he came back with a doctored up pricing sheet a second time and had added $599,50 to the price of the car for dealer and handling fee, despite the fact that their website clearly states that their advertised prices include the $599.50 dealer and handling fee. When I saw the clear attempt to mislead and cheat, I stood up, walked out, and drove away. I'll be buying the same car from another local dealership tomorrow.

I want to thank Chris Ortiz for taking a rather stressful situation and Turning it into a very good experience. The customer service I received upon arrival was welcoming and genuine. The night I bought my new Ford Edge it was snowing . Upon arrival the car I was test driving was already cleaned off , warm and ready to test drive. He explained in detail the car and answered my questions. Once the decision was made to purchase the normal stressful finance part to buying a vehicle was not that at all . Again , Chris made it as comfortable as possible . I would recommend Freeway Ford to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle . I would also recommend they talk to Chris Ortiz for a great car buying experience.

Even though I live 500 miles from Denver, these guys made it easy to buy from them. I found the vehicle I wanted online, called them and got hooked up with Cody Roberts. I tried to negotiate with them a little but they held pretty fast to their internet price,( which, although fair, was not a spectacular deal). Because I had specific requirements for what I wanted and what I wanted to pay, and the fact that I live in a relatively rural place, traveling to make my purchase was certainly on the table. We didn't end up making the deal on the first vehicle they had that fit my requirements, so I continued to shop dealer's websites all over the US. A few days later, I found myself again looking at Freeway Ford's website and again, they had a vehicle I was interested in. It was a new arrival so there were no actual photos posted. I called Cody, he sent me some photos, gave the vehicle a thorough inspection and reported back to me promptly. Again the price was fair. The vehicle was immaculate and had some additional features and very low miles. After a couple of email exchanges and some phone conversations with Cody, we came to an agreement. a few days later, I flew to Denver, Cody picked me up at DIA and we went to the dealership. My new car was parked inside, was nicely detailed and was everything Cody said it would be. After about 30 minutes of paperwork, a rather comical but understandable issue with finding the keys, I was on the interstate driving home. Cody was not pushy, and genuinely seemed to be interested in his customer's satisfaction. I will definitely look to him again when I am in the market for another car.

We had just had our car totaled and needed a replacement. We found the online site of Freeway Ford. A call to the dealership to inquire about two Escapes, advertised as online specials, connected us with Dustin Gonzales. Dustin was far and away the best car sales person we have ever dealt with. He is professional, knowledgeable and courteous. And his great personality helps a lot too. He went out of his way to locate the car we wanted at the rail yard and expedite its arrival at the dealership. The new car check and detailing was done the same afternoon of its arrival and we picked up our new Escape that evening. We were impressed with the service we received.

The price of the vehicle and the trade-in value for our old car were competitive to slightly better than other dealers we contacted. My buying experience was seamless at Freeway Ford. Dustin Gonzales was my sales representative and from our first contact I knew I was in great hands. This was my first car purchase in twenty years and my husband was not able to be with me. He listened carefully to my non negotiables regarding features on the car and set out to find just the right car for me. Even though my requests were not an easy find, he never once tried to convince me to settle for less or add more to my budget. Once he found the car, he contacted me and we scheduled a test drive. He patiently explained all the features and showed me how to use each one. Even though it was slushy road conditions I drove off the lot with a beautifully detailed car (thank you, Derrick), proud and confidant with my purchase. I cannot recommend Freeway Ford and Dustin Gonzales enough to future car buyers.

Not only was Freeway Ford strongly recommended when I purchased our Ford Escape in 2009 but it is the only dealership where I continued my patronage years after the original purchase. Of course, Ford products are outstanding; I knew that because my family was in the automotive industry in Michigan for 3 generations. But Freeway Ford hires individuals who I enjoy working with when the Escape needs service. The latest example is Samantha Liravongsa, the Customer Resource Manager there. When any company hires and keeps good employees who are personable, reliable, pleasant, and the same faces year after year, it is a company to regard. Quality of both product and service is a hallmark of this dealership and why I am its customer.I even bought the Escape's new Michelin tires from Barbee's because of the people, price, quality, and service. What more is there to say, I'm a fan.

I went in thinking it was going to be a difficult process, but from the very beginning Jordan and the staff were amazing and made things so easy. I didn't feel pressured and was really impressed that Jordan took his time and went over my million questions and really helped me narrow down what was most important to me. Purchased a used 2015 Expedition thru their internet sales, after having the car shipped to my home, I find the sales guy did a very poor job of describing the vehicle during a phone conversation with a "walk around" It was missing some content that he said it had, and there was damage in the rear cargo area that he failed to mention, their first solution was to sell me at dealer cost, the items needed, now it is at 1/2 the cost. Trying to fix it after the sale by thinking it is a money issue, when it is in fact a trust issue, I have declined all offers. If you do purchase a car thru their Internet sales, make sure you fly in and take delivery, to insure the vehicle is exactly what they said it was, after the shipping and paperwork is done, the buyer has little leverage.

My wife wrecked our 2013 Ford Taurus and we were looking for a replacement Taurus. Some of the dealerships we contacted on the internet did not even get back with us. Cody Roberts not only did, he sent us pictures of the car and even the window sticker. We probably talked back and forth about 5 times. I put money down to hold the car so we had time to drive 200 miles to come and inspect the car the day before Thanksgiving. It was agreed that if the car was not exactly as he said we could walk away with our down payment back to us. The car was exactly as Cody had told us and we purchased it that day. Great to work with a professional sales person who is attentive to his customer's needs. I would recommend this sales person to anyone who wants to be treated right. There was no hard sell add ons which I appreciated very much.

Needed a oil change -- had issue with brake system showing up. Discussed with shop foreman about noise under truck -- Was told all was good with my brakes and no issues --noise was due to the truck being lifted - but had a 1800 dollars module out ( the reason the brake light was on )-- 4 week back order-- Paid 190 dollars for oil change and dianostics check. Left this place and went to pep boys -- had a bearing out in the front which destroyed the pad on the front. Needed to change the back pads also --- 900 dollars later all good. I will not go back to the ford place again. Your choice. Would definitely recommend Pep Boys -- very nice business. You decide.

My husband and I went to another dealership first.. not only did they know nothing about the car they were trying to sell us, they also lied about his ability to qualify on his own...If you want an honest, friendly and overall amazing car buying experience... go to Freeway and ask for Dan Gotta. He will hook you up!!! But in a way with honesty and integrity not found anywhere else. Dan found us a car fully loaded... rear view camera, navigation, hybrid, leather seats, tinted windows, weather tech floor liners... for 3k less than what we'd looked at elsewhere. I wish I had to buy a car more often just to have such incredible customer service experience with Dan and everyone at Freeway.

Initially the dealership was outstanding. Phil M. seemed very helpful and friendly, and we parted with an understanding that he would email me some numbers the next day. I didn't hear from Phil for 2 days and after a message he said he would email me some numbers by end of day. I never received any numbers, and had to wait another 2 days (one was sunday). Finally after another message he called with some numbers. I didn't like them and told him my bottom line. He called me back and told me we were $500 off and there was no more room to move. This is when he turned into a jerk. I told him no thanks and I would wait for a better deal. He proceeded to lecture me about the deal. After 15 minutes of trying to reason and defend myself why I wouldn't move the last little bit I had to tell him we were done. He was very rude and unreasonable during the last conversation. I would not recommend him as a salesman.

I'd strongly recommend Freeway Ford, and specifically Dustin Gonzales, Mike Cain and Ron in finance, after my car buying experience with them this past weekend. All were very knowledgeable on the cars, options, etc., and we were able to move very quickly through the negotiation process and come to an agreeable price (over the phone). They knew I was in a time crunch, so had the car and all paperwork ready to go when I arrived, had me in/out in about 15 minutes.I've bought many cars from several dealers, this was by far the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had. I recently had my truck f-150 towed to the service center due to a no start. I dealt with a person named otis barrett,what a nightmare. On the first day he told me it was my keys, second day he told me it was a part in the antitheft system and the price was 400.00 for part and labor. It was not that the charges for that were never removed. Then he told me they were stumped. On day eight he told me that there was a wire harness on the back of the motor that was chewed up and the cost for the part and lasbor was 480.00 more, the bill was almost 1100.00. The upsetting issue what he called a wire harness was no more then a tiny two wire pig tail plugin. On day nine I picked up my vehicle the first part for four hundred dollars was no where to be found, I was treated very bad by a person who has no business working in customer service. I have done business with this dealership for seven years and to be treated like this I promise never to go back again. This person would be a perfect fit for the janitorial service so he would not work with the public. I can show you this part and the work order if you would like.Please please do not use this service department for repairs.

When we decided to trade-in our 2000 Ford Taurus for a new Ford Fusion, we went to Freeway Ford. We were fortunate to meet with Sales Rep, Jeff Quartuch, who guided us to a great 2014 Ford Fusion, Certified Pre-Owned. After reviewing my credit rating, the deal was closed by Ron Garretsen who gave a great interest rate that was much lower than that offered by our Credit Union. We had a great experience with Freeway Ford and would certainly recommend it to others.

I am buying a car from Cody and getting an response from him is an exercise in futility, you call or email him and he says he is with a client and will get back to you shortly (fair enough) the problem is he doesn't get back to you. I called him yesterday at noon and as usual he was with a client and would check on my question and call me back, 24 hours later still no call so I call him and he says he tried to call me earlier, that is a lie as far as I can ascertain I have not missed a calls from him and do not have a voicemail from him, He apparently has no idea how caller ID works, I believe he had every intention to call me but got to busy and/or forgot, if this is the case then he needs help and/or fewer clients. All I was trying to discover is if the car I bought was ready for pickup, and that should be a relatively easy conversation.

Sales person indicated he could honor a price to get us in to sign and then when we got back to dealership indicated couldn't honor that price. Lot of dishonesty and trickery attempted. I had in writing what he indicated he could do but then that was not honored. Dishonest location... If you go here be prepared to be lied to and tricked.

Came in on an new car I found on the website ($20,999) MSRP ~$25,000, had a great price and included rebates and the dealer fees. Once there and trying to buy the car they jumped the price up to over MSRP but claimed I was buying it at the internet price. Even though it had the dealer fees in the price they tried to add them on again, also was out for the $199 paint protection that is shown on the car which magically becomes $599 on the printout. Simple math showed that we were either at 49% interest or they were selling the car for $28,000, which was verified by Bankrate.com calculators. Even with sales tax the numbers just didn't make sense, the rate they used for tax was also 8 or 9% to pad their profits, even though I am in unincorporated Adams County which is ~4.9%.Buyer beware here and if you do try to buy a car after my experience, always double check the numbers on the print out they provide to make sure they add up correctly and use a payment calculator to confirm the rate and such!!

Called dealer spoke to Dustin let him know what we were interested in, everything was pretty much handled over the phone. We went down and test drove the car there was no pressure to buy the vehicle, they even stayed over an hour to make sure we were happy with our purchase. When I picked up the car the next day Dustin spent over an hour with me explaining and showing me all the features the car has,. I Would highly recommend Freeway Ford again as I will purchase from them again.

What ever we wanted to see he was there for us. There was no heavy pressure and the dealership attitude was great. Then came the sales manager, you know the one that has to approve everything. First thought, oh no run - but this guy, Adam was awesome! He kept providing us options, working the numbers, finding incentives. I'm a picky girl that had my "perfect" car in mind when I pulled into Barbee's Freeway Ford's lot. This car wasn't going to be easy to find in my price range. And poor Cody had no idea what he was getting into when he walked up to me and shook my hand! Did I mention that I'm picky...and stubborn? Cody took me from one Ford Fusion to the next and hears things like: that one isn't an SEL, that one doesn't have a sunroof, ewwww - those rims are awful, that one is too expensive, the grill on that one is ugly...wait, that's not a Fusion! Cody went to the roof for me (so I didn't have to hoof it up there in my heels - - who wears heels when they shop for a car???) and drove me to two additional lots that day looking for "my" Fusion....but it just wasn't there that day. We exchanged a few texts after that long afternoon to see if my elusive Fusion had shown up yet; nope. Low and behold about a month later I was back at Barbee's with Cody and there she was! In all her glory, Cody had found my "perfect" car. She's in my driveway right now, shining and looking beautiful. My quest is over because Cody had the patience to deal with a picky, stubborn girl who knew exactly what she wanted.

We ordered a new Transit van with Ron who was great. There were a few things that didn't come in the way we ordered it. So the the sales manager Adam got involved, I was not happy at all but they assured me I would be by the time they were done with it. Not only did they make everything right they went over and above what could have been done. We found a truck on their wed site. The next morning we were contacted by Cody. We tooled him what we are looking for and with in hours he call us back with two truck that fit are needs. That night we stop by (Yes with a six year old) to test drive the truck. Cody work with us to get the best deal that we could. The sale manager would not come out and talk to us. I spent 25k on a truck and I can't even get the guy to return a simple phone call to answer concerns I have about my vehicles safety inspection. I was told by Dustin that this truck had no leaks and is in great condition well come to find out shortly after buying this truck it needs $2,240 worth of work. It has a leak from the main seal, oil pan and has a light misfire which will need spark plugs and wires. Freeway Ford had done nothing to this truck other than wipe it down with a rag, it needs a total of $2,240 worth of work. I paid top dollar at this dealership because private party was 3,000 less but I ignorantly trusted a dealership thinking I was getting a worry free vehicle. This is not ok for dealerships to treat people this way I would ask you to avoid doing business with this dealership and with Dustin Gonzales. I tend to wonder if they write there own reviews considering how many stars they get. So I will end this review with buyer beware even of dealerships, or especially dealerships because your a lot less likely to take it to a mechanic. If you're buying used stick to private party or a creditable dealership. Please save yourself sleepless nights of wondering how your going to pay for all the repairs that this dealership will leave you pondering.

I was not looking for a new car. I had seen an add on autotrader for a used ford focus at Barbee's Freeway Ford. It was late at night so I was not expecting any one to be there to answer my call but I tried any way hoping that they would have a message system. To my surprise a salesman named Cody Roberts happened to be there. He told me he was sorry they had already sold the car. He asked me a few questions about why I was interested in this particular vehicle. When he told me that I could get a brand new car for and affordable price I was skeptical. The next day he sent me pictures of a brand new ford focus and the price. I was amazed and excited because I did not think a new car was a possibility for me. The good people at Barbee's Freeway Ford worked hard with lenders to get me a monthly payment that would fit my tight budget. I live 7 hours away so Cody got all of the paper work ready for me so all I had to do was read and sign. I flew into Denver a couple of weeks later to pick up my car and Cody personally picked me up at the airport. I was at the dealership for about 15 minutes I was in out and on my way. Cody even set up my phone to the SYNC in my new car and showed me how to use the navigation for my trip home. After a few mix ups with repairs that were included in my purchase of the vehicle, Dan went ABOVE AND BEYOND! Not only did he make sure the repairs were up to Freeway's standards, he brought my car to me at work, he fixed my remote start and showed me how to use it and just made sure I was truly taken care of. Dan made the entire car buying process one of ease and I would go back to him in a heartbeat for any other vehicle I would need to purchase down the line. Jordan Arnesen was great from the beginning of my experience wit Freeway Ford in Denver. I began with an online chat and he very clearly answered a couple of questions that I had regarding the availability of a new Explorer. We then chatted on the phone for a few minutes to get acquainted and he answered a couple more questions for me. He sent me a video of the car via text after our phone call. I made my way to the dealership the next day and test drove the vehicle. After sitting down and agreeing on the numbers, the process that followed was very quick and I was pleased upon leaving the lot. Jordan, as well as Adam Wilson, were great to work with, very friendly and accommodating and were both very appreciative of my business that day. By the time I pulled into Freeway Ford Saturday night, I had visited over 10 other dealerships across Colorado Springs and Denver. I had been shopping with a strict budget and drove a hard bargain on my trade which most dealerships are not a fan of. Cody met me at the door and I immeadiately told him what I was looking for and what I needed in my next vehicle. He didn't try to sell me what I didn't want, and he didn't try to push me into something I couldn't afford. He went and checked the system, found a close match at another store, had it moved down overnight so I could test drive it the next day. He worked with me, ensuring all the paperwork was handled smoothly and without any issues. Needless to say, great experience. He didn't try to hide anything. Told me everything I needed to know up front. Best part is, he got me into a better vehicle than what I was looking for in the first place! I can't thank him or the finance team enough. I would definitely recommend talking to Cody at Freeway Ford first before you buy any vehicle. I would have saved hours worth of useless haggling and headaches if I woudl have gone to Freeway first.

Cody Roberts worked with me to trade in a Mustang for a Fiesta. I live in Pueblo and noticed they had the cheapest Ford Fiesta in Colorado, from cargurus.com, and drove down to snag it up. I was initially unsatisfied with the trade in value, but Cody increased it to meet my satisfaction. I bought the Fiesta for well under the average sell price in Colorado, and received more money from my trade in than the Blue Book value. Cody and this dealership are beyond fair, they are very generous. I wouldn't listen to any reviews that are not five stars.

This was my first car buying experience and I admit I was very nervous. I had already gone to another dealership that didn't tell me important information up front and wasted my time. I spoke to Cody Roberts by chance when he picked up the phone late on Monday night to discuss a used Ford Escape - he told me it could be ready early the next morning for me to stop by and see it. Cody expedited the service process and was in contact with me all day regarding the vehicle. When I got to the dealership, I honestly thought I would leave to purchase a previous car I had test driven. Cody worked with me for 5 hours! He answered all of my questions, came up with different scenarios and recommended a lease on a new vehicle as a better alternative. I ended up leasing a brand new Escape Titanium and I am thrilled! Cody got me an amazing deal and the entire finance team is super helpful. I highly recommend them!

Dustin Gonzales the internet sales rep. He tricked me into sign a credit release form and told me it was the form they needed to do a background check on me to make sure I was who I said I was. He tried to joke by saying, I quote " to make sure you're not a terrorist or something". More I thought about it I realized what happened. Then I got hit up with an insurance quote that they ran. I was pre approved before I walked in the door by the way and was told they didn't need any of my personal info. I'm sure all they needed was my license and the approval paper I printed out. I feel gross with this experience . I feel very taken advantage of. On top of tricking me Dustin acted very disinterested in the sale, had me waiting many times for him. Although the finance guy was very professional. It does not feel good to be tricked/ lied to!!! This is exactly why dealerships have the bad reputation. Nothing's changed in this industry " at least here". I wasn't sure how to rate it above because I was very happy with the finance guy and would have gave him all 5 stars. "Update" today is the day after and have called and left a message and surprise surprise no call back. Guess once they sale you a vehicle and play their games with you their done with you! Stay clear of freeway ford off of Evans and I-25.

My boyfriend,Will, and I spent all day Saturday bouncing from dealership to dealership. There were some good experiences, but it was mostly exhausting and quite the hassle. At the end of the day, we decided to check out one last dealership before we packed up and went home. We had been looking at Ford ST's for a few months and it was one of our top choices. The retail value was fairly high, even for used ones, so we weren't too confident we'd find something in our price range. Will called Freeway Ford to find out if there were any available in their inventory. Dustin G. spoke with us about a 2014 ST that was going for well under standard retail value. We didn't really believe it, but figured we'd check it out for ourselves. Sure enough, there she was. A gorgeous 2014 in blue was sitting on the lot. Cody Roberts, one of Dustin's associates, showed us around and went on a test drive with us. Both of them were extremely helpful in finding the car we wanted, in our price range. There was no "fear of loss" sales pitches, just accommodating salesmen that were patient, answered our questions, and helped us navigate towards a purchase we felt comfortable with. Jeff, in finance, also went above and beyond our expectations. He was able to get us a fantastic rate for financing which made the experience much less stressful than we anticipated. We've purchased cars from dealerships before, and this was by far the best experience to date. We are extremely grateful for Dustin, Cody, and Jeff being genuine and easy to work with.

My husband and I found Freeway Ford through a vehicle search via cars.com. We were inquiring on a 2014 Ford Explorer. We contacted this dealership and immediately spoke with the internet sales expert Cody. From our first conversation he offered pertinent information about the vehicle, but he was not pushy when we said we planned to call around to other dealers and did not want to make an appointment at that time. We found the same vehicle at other dealers and made the same inquiry phone call. The other dealers were very persistent on taking down all of our information. Since we were very specific on the vehicle we wanted, we did not want several people calling pressuring us to visit/buy from them. We ended up setting up an appointment with Cody for the same day. He was great to work with. We loved the vehicle and purchased it without hesitation. During the transaction the GM Mark stopped by to say hello, which we thought was nice. If you're looking for a great selection of vehicles at a nice price check them out and ask for Cody. Another nice touch is their digital advertising board having a nice quote about teachers. We appreciated this because we are both elementary school teachers.

After doing some research, I decided to send a few emails and get prices on a new Ford F-150. I went through the usual email challenges and most dealers asked me to come over and discuss options. I finally contacted Freeway Ford (Cody Roberts) and after exchanging a few emails and one phone call, I was ready to buy my truck. I was amazed at how pleasant, effective and conscientious Cody was about me, my terms and my choices. He worked with me and to my surprise, I willingly showed up the next day to pick up my truck. Look elsewhere. There are honest car dealerships in Denver but this isn't one of them. They cheated me on a recent used car purchase. I should have known better than to trust their service department to certify a car as safe and in good working order. A few months later I had a Ford Escape with a $1400 transfer case bill.

After many years, I finally decided to purchase a new car this weekend. I dislike making large purchases but realize that a reliable vehicle is a necessity for my active lifestyle. My experience with Dustin Gonzales and the folks at Freeway Ford was exceptional; hence, worth writing a review. Dustin was professional, patient, knowledgeable, hard-working and personable. I know they have lots of business, but he made me feel like I was his only customer. I have no regrets and LOVE my new Ford Focus! I feel I made a great decision and Dustin was a catalyst for that. I had a funny situation where I could not finance a car during my home loan process, because acquiring new credit while doing a home loan can hold up my new home purchase. Cody Roberts went to bat for me gathering all the information we needed to get the loan processed without financing it until I close my home loan. On top of all these extra things that Cody did for me. Their price on their car was much lower than anyone else. I was looking originally at 2012 Infiniti G37x with 12,000 miles for $30,000 everywhere else. Freeway Ford did not fluff their price and was offering a 2013 G37x with 5000 miles for only $27,000. I didn't get as much for my trade but that was because they had a no BS policy. The other companies offered me a few hundred more on my trade but made up for it in the final price of the vehicle. Overall I loved my experience and love my car!

We purchased a used Ford Flex Limited from Cody Roberts. I was happy that he was not a loud, pushy "hard seller." It was relaxed dealing with Cody. He was persistent which a salesman needs to be, but patient and not obnoxious or over the top which type A salesman can be. He knew a great deal about the digital technology in the Flex and offered several times after the sale to be a resource for us on using it. He comes across as a good guy who listens to hear what we are needing and not just make the sale at all costs. I recommend working with Cody.

I'm always wary about taking my car in for service, especially to a dealer. As a female, Ive been taken advantage of before. Not here. I came in because I thought I needed something that sad going to cost a pretty penny, but they were honest with me and it ended up being a simple fix. They were not pushy about trying to rope me into other unnecessary services. Great service, highly recommend.

Earlier this year, I had an oil leak in my 2007 Ford Escape. I took it in for repairs and paid $500 for an oil pan leak. I could still smell oil burning and called, but they said they had spilled a little or it could be the old leak burning off. The smell never disappeared. I noticed oil in my garage, and I took it in again. The service department had my car at 7:00AM, but no one contacted me with information until 2:00 despite me calling several times. When I called their shuttle service, the kid could not understand my address (which is not tricky) and he kept calling saying he could not find me. Finally after two hours, he gave up. The dealership sent someone else who apologized for the ridiculous wait. only quoted me $489, and said I needed to have my timing cover replaced. I asked I f that was damaged in the last repair, but he said that was impossible. I made another appointment. When I dropped it off, Oly (who goes by Max) said it was actually $1489 I would need to pay, $800 of which was for less than a day's labor! I told him I could not afford that, and I left. Later, their customer service manager sent me a $25 gift card for the two-hour shuttle debacle, but when I tried to use it, there was no money on the card! This was a horrible experience in every way. Avoid this service department!

I recently bought a Mustang at Freeway Ford, and would say that I was happy with my experience. Initially the first salesman that I got (Shawn T.) was rude and actually left me while looking at a car and never returned. The manager apologized, and got me another salesman; after that everything went fine. The price I got on my car was the lowest I could find (I verified this through Edmunds, TrueCar, and the USAA buying service). My salesman that sold me the car (Cody Roberts) was very professional and helpful. He accommodated all of my requests and made sure that when I got the car it had a full tank, and was clean and polished. Overall I would recommend Freeway Ford.

Where to start? My brother,mom,and I drove 6 hours one way to buy a car from this dealership for my mom. Had talked to Ryan about this certified ford edge on Thursday, and set up an appointment for following Monday to look at the car. I asked Ryan to call me if they sold it before Monday,he said he would(gave him my phone number). We arrived at the dealership a little ahead of time. We were taken inside to wait until Ryan showed up. After about 10 minutes of waiting we were told Ryan was not working. My brother told the salesman Ryan had better be there as we had driven 6 hours. Ryan showed up shortly after that. This is where the LIES and Slezzyness of the dealership starts. Ryan told us to give him a couple minutes which we did, only to learn that the car we drove 6 hours to see had been sold. We asked him when and Ryan told us on Friday. I asked him why he didn't call me and he said he did not have my phone number(lie 1 & 2). As stated above he had my number. I thought this was odd so I went out to my car and called the dealership and asked a salesman if this edge was still available and he stated that the car had not been sold. Upon going back inside, Ryan had taken my brother and mom to see another edge-more expensive one. Just across the room where Ryan was showing the more expensive one,set an edge that looked like the one we came to see. I went over and looked at it, checked the lot number and they matched the one we had driven 6 hours to see. I told my brother, so decided to check VIN # and wouldn't you know they matched the car we drove to see, that had been sold the previous Friday-how does that happen? My brother asked Ryan about this edge(did not say we had matched VIN) and Ryan said it was for sale. LIE # 3. How can a car already sold, be for sale? When we asked for more details about this already sold car, Ryan again stated it was for sale but that it was not certified. LIE #4. Once again how can a certified car that was sold, now not be sold and not certified? Wow how can you run a business on lies? Our patience had reached its end with the lies, so we started the 6 hour journey home. The amount of time(12hours) and money for gas and food that was wasted on this dealership is something we will not get back. If by reading this review it will save someone else from having to go through the lies, then I guess that is some consolation. I should have followed my gut and not do business with this dealership after reading other bad reviews.

OMG worst service imaginable. I discovered I purchased 1,297.00 in additional equipment. I never had time to go get my clear bra and low jack put on my 2012 focus. A year and 1/2 later i called the dealership asking for a refund on my additional equipment and got the run around for over a month. Thed say "we will call you right back time and time again. " I finally showed up with a male friend. They said "well refund your clear bra and low jack. Well get check in mail a.s.a,p. " A week later i called. They hadnt put check in mail, left wondering if they lied to me or if ill ever get refund. Such poor cusomer service. I cant believe they go around lieing to people decieving people and giving them run around, i spent $1,000.00s of $ where they took me for extended warrenty, additional equipment, oil changes and i never got oil changes or low jack and clear bra. Now wondering? Will i get refund.

On 10 October 2013, I bought a Ford Focus, VIN #1FADP3K25EL156060 at Barbees Freeway Ford, 4471 E. Evans Ave, Denver, CO 80222,(303)757-3673.Unfortunately, this dealer is practicing the common and illegal tactic of Yo-Yo sales. Additionally, they are keeping portions of down-payments as rent on vehicles that they could not get approved. Under The Colorado Consumer Protection Act 6-1-708, a dealership is prohibited from these types of actions. I am disappointed because the terms of the loan deal discussed at the dealership have changed and is now resulting in a much higher rate since I bought the car home two weeks ago. Furthermore, after discussing this problem with Barbees Freeway Ford Financing Manager Douglas Lawrence; I was informed that If I wished to return the car. I would be subject to the rental fee of $50.00 a day plus $0.50 per mile in mileage charges. The total of $650.00 for rental + $155.50 mileage = $805.50. This unscrupulous financing manager is trying to bring me back one or more times to sign a new, costlier deal. I find these actions reprehensible; and I assume not a representation of Fords dedication to customer service and mission. As a twenty year Veteran of the Armed Force and still part of the workforce serving those that reflect the goodness and selflessness of the human race. I am astonished and disheartened by these illegal practices. They should be ashamed of themselves taking advantage of a Government workers desperation during a Government shutdown. Ford financing ran my credit report and it should have been finalized what they could offer based on my credit rating, the down payment and the length of the loan. I cant understand why a 15 minute process took over two weeks, and still is not finalized. If the loan was based on the preliminary offer of financing the dealership still acted in bad faith by knowingly quoting a rate that they know wont be approved and refusing to give back my down payment.

I was pushed into a purchase that I did not want. Irwin told me that he was giving me a deal on the internet price and when I got home in a newly purchased car that I was not sure I wanted to buy. I had instant buyer's remorse. (Irwin probably bragged to his coworkers that he "knocked my head off.") So I checked the online price; the exact car I'd just purchased for the "best price" was $3000 less online. Irwin and Ron had successfully sold me a car that I wasn't sure I was interested in...they probably felt like they'd done their job for the day, effectively taking advantage of an exhausted window-shopper, while I felt run over by a truck. I did go back the next day, this time in a suit, with a print-out of the web page listing the actual online price and they dropped the price for me. I do not consider that good customer service, but just trying to make up for being caught in a lie. I would strongly recommend against anyone shopping at a Ford dealership.

I live in Kentucky and my son who lives with me is working in North Dakota. I called this Dealership to speak to "Shawn" to find out what he needed to satisfy the requirements he was needing from my son as my son was working out in the field and did not have access to a fax machine or even a landline phone. My son lives with me when he is home from his job, and gets his mail at my home address. Shawn was rude and spoke to me like I was lying and gave me the impression that he thought I was covering up something for my son. I assure you I was not. My son is a Veteran and served in the Army and even though my son had his Army papers from The Veterans Affairs Administration that had our home address on it from KY, Shawn said "They weren't good enough." He threatened to take my sons car away and not give him his money back and even tried to threaten to charge my son for mileage on the car. My son has had his car for over a month now. Somehow it sounded shady to me. I feel this place needs a lesson in manners and they need to remember what it means to give good customer service. I am sure the man who opened this dealership years ago would not appreciate the negative comments his dealership receives. And I sure didn't appreciate the sarcastic "Mom" Shawn used when he said "Alright, Mom" as we finished our conversation because I can guarantee you if you were my Son, your attitude would definitely receive an adjustment. Thanks for the sarcasm and inconsideration. It isn't all about the money, and Karma is a witch!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!! I own a 2000 Ford Focus SE. My mother was the original owner of the car. I got the car in 2008 shortly before the birth of my first child. Within the first three months, the spring coils broke on the front suspension. I called Barbee's Freeway Ford to price the repair(I believe they told me $765). I ended up having my uncle do the work to save money. A few months later I was at Freeway Ford getting some other work done on the car and was told that the spring coils were a defective part and covered under extended warranty. I could have gotten them fixed for free, but wasn't told that when I called to get the repair quote.I spent $500 for parts that I could have gotten replaced for free. Even still, I chalked it up to miscommunication and decided to continue using them for maintenance and repairs. Two years later, I brought the car in to get the timing belt and oil changed. The employee at the service counter told me that they could change my oil but not to worry about changing the timing belt because my car had a timing chain and those don't need to be changed. I continued going to Freeway Ford for maintenance and repairs for over a year after that and none of the other service techs ever recommended that I change the timing belt, so I had no reason to question the accuracy of what he said. About two weeks my car broke down because my timing BELT went out! I will quite possibly need a new engine. I have contacted Freeway Ford about this and they have told me that since I don't have written proof of what their employee told me, they will do nothing for me. This is the second time this shop has cost me hundreds of dollars through no fault of my own This time it will probably be over $1000. I am now a single mother of two small kids. I can't afford to put a new engine in my car and Barbee's Freeway Ford refuses to take any responsibility for their negligence,.

The dealer misrepresented the car on multiple occasions. After completing a thorough dealers quality inspection, fluids were not topped off as claimed. Also, the salesman put air in a flat tire because it had been sitting too long. I had to add air again on the way home. When I got home, I took the car to a tire shop where they found a 6 inch cut in the tire that was unrepairable and had been there for awhile. Two other tires had wear bars, requiring me to buy four new tires. I had also asked the salesman in there was an owners manual, to which he replied that it was in the glove box. It wasnt. Eventually, I did get the owner's manual. They talk a lot about integrity before the sale, but the only thing they really care about is dollars. I wish I had checked their BBB rating before I bought from them.

I bought a 2010 Fusion from Barbee, so when I wanted to replace it, I went back. I absolutely love my 2013 Fusion. I loved the '10, and Ford really upped it's game with the '13. My salesperson was Cody Roberts. He met me at the front door at my first visit and took good care of me through the process. The car I wanted wasn't on the showroom floor, so he tried his best to find one in the Ford network. I'm particular about my options and I'm willing to wait for the exact car I want, so Cody ordered mine after we went through the options list together. Took a few weeks to be built and delivered, Cody kept me informed during the process, and updated the delivery date. Upon delivery Cody made sure my cell phones were connected, and we went to his computer to update my status with the Ford Owner website. I recommend Freeway Ford, and look up my boy Cody Roberts for a good buying experience.

Everyone knows how most car buying experiences can range anywhere from mediocre to terrible, but Cody was there for us in every possible way and we actually (I can't believe I'm saying this) enjoyed buying our truck. We couldn't be happier with the end product and how easy the whole process was. Cody helped us meet all of our requirements for a new F-150 and also made it happen without our strict budget. Cody is one of the few salesmen out there that has the rare ability to listen to what his client wants, rather than just throwing around sales pitches. There was no pressure, no stress and was just overall a fabulous experience. We very highly recommend working with Cody at Freeway Ford no matter what type of car you're in the market for. Salesmen like that are few and far between!

I felt that the service provided by Cody was exceptional. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I dreaded looking for a new (used) vehicle due to memories of purchasing vehicles from dealerships in the past. The hard sales approach turns me off big time. However, I was pleasantly surprised to work with Cody. At no time did I feel pressured.I do feel the vehicle was slightly overpriced, hence the low rating. I was very dissappointed to find the vehicle leaks oil .....as soon as I parked it in my garage! That should have been disclosed and/or repaired.However, those two issues do not take away from the excellent service I received from Cody.

The whole process was easy and stress free. I got into the car I wanted at a great deal ! Financing was easy and service after the sale has been above and beyond ! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM BARBEE'S FREEWAY FORD! Worst experience and still living the nightmare two weeks later. Sleazy process of games when trying to make the deal of the purchase. Finally after way too much haggling and games, we came to an agreement. When I went to sign the papers, they RAISED THE PRICE even more. Then, they deducted my down payment twice from my checking account by taking my credit card info and the check I wrote to MYSELF. They said they would destroy the check but instead cashed it (shame on my bank for letting them). So now, they have double my down payment and I have a car that has been in the shop more than I have been able to drive it. After several phone calls with Dustin and Management, they agree to deliver the check to me, so I can deposit before the end of the day. End result, I wait all day and no check. Dustin said their delivery driver forgot to deliver the check and they will not be bringing it. Call and call to the Business manager Laura and no response. THIS PLACE SUCKS!! They are the poster child for sleazy dealerships and sales men. DID I MENTION the car they sold me has been in the shop more than I have been able to drive it???? I have had the car for two weeks and it is currently in the shop for the 3rd time. Yet their inspection and the information they share on the condition of the vehicle is "it's in great condition, no problems" SO far, I have replaced the Struts, Stereo system, and had to have work done on the suspension. Let's see what breaks on it next week. Thanks Dustin you should feel great about the bull**** you tell your customers. Karma it comes back to you.

George miranda didnt have a clue about the vehicle i wanted to purchase. He couldn't answer any of my questions. He said false documents to my bank And lied about the package included with the vehicle. His statements to the bank valued the car 4000 dollars more than it's actually worth. When I asked him about this we became argumentative And threatened to push the loan through whether I wanted the vehicle or not. Avoid this place And George Miranda.

Nost horrible experice i have ever had buying a vehicle, I was treated horribly GM never called me although I left numorous messages, although it did not surpize me that the GM did not call me as this dealership is run very poorly . I wished I had checked it out more before I came there because I came over 300 miles to buy a car after i had spoken to the dealership numorous times . I did everything that I was asked to do in a prompt manner . I went to another dealership the following Monday after I was here on Sat. and purchased the same car I was wanting at this dealership for a lot less money and a lot less milege and was treated with the upmost respect.

I purchased my slightly used F-150 from Freeway Ford recently. The experience was going well, I got a good price on the truck. The first half of my experience at Freeway Ford was "good". The salesman I mostly spoke with gave me his cell phone number. It was a nice touch to be able to text message the salesman directly, and I felt I got quicker communication with him. I also worked with a second salesman at the dealership, who I do not feel knew the product line well. He misinformed me about some of the features of the truck. The experience went down-hill on the last day. When I returned to pick up my truck. I was only given one key, with little effort of the dealer to provide a second key. Later, the parts and maintenance department stepped it up, and helped save the reputation of the dealership by selling me a key at cost (still $150 vs. $264 wholesale). Also, there was no gas in the truck. I wasn't sure I was going to make it a gas station. Because of how this transaction ended, I would not return to this dealership to purchase a new car. I feel I would have received better customer service elsewhere. Hopefully some changes are made with regard to customer service. I like Fords, and will always own one. Just not from this dealership.

Dustin went to work for us from the beginning. He followed up on the Internet price I had put in for with a phone call. Dustin was very easy to deal with and come to a compromise on a price. He was understanding to the research I had done on used vehicle pricing and used that to my advantage. I would recommend Dustin to anyone needing a new or used vehicle.

I had a horrible experience at Freeway Ford. I bought a used car there last year and they sold me the Service Contract, which I understood to cost $500 at the time. When I later read more of the fine print, I saw that it actually cost $2500, and I called the next day to ask that it be removed. They insisted there was absolutely nothing they could do to remove it and made me keep it. Now, less than one year later, that same car needs a $3700 engine repair (not due to negligence or misuse on my part ) and the repair is NOT covered by the Service Contract. What a lemon!

Had a great experience here! Jordan was super nice and very helpful! With zero intentions of purchasing on my first visit I returned the next day to test drive the Escape again and Jordan told me of a vehicle that contained all I want except the color. I never felt rushed, bullied, or that I was being talked to. Got everything done quick and easy and he made sure I got the Ford Escape I wanted. Phil contacted me after I showed interest in a used vehicle. He wanted to see my trade-in. We set up a time for me to bring my trade-in to the dealership. He explained he may not be there, but that I should ask for Jordan if he wasn't there. Upon arriving I was greeted by Harry. I explained I was there to see Phil or Jordan. He announced to Jordan that a customer was there to see him. Jordan stated "I am leaving in 20 minutes" Harry then proceeded to say he could help me. He asked what vehicle I was interested in, and how I planned to pay for it. When I stated I was pre approved by my credit union he seemed to no longer want to continue to work with me. He asked me about my trade, I offered him the keys to evaluate it (thats why I drove an hour to get there), he declined asked what I expected to get out of my vehicle, I explained to him the Nada trade value I had looked up. He stated they couldn't give me close to that (without even looking at the vehicle). I could have done that over the phone and saved $25 in gas. He didn't offer to show me any vehicles and that was it. After I left, I emailed Phil to explain my experience, he didn't email back then next day, so I emailed him again asking if he received my email. He stated yes, and that he talked to his managers and it wouldn't happen again. I then asked if he wanted to see my trade-in. He never responded. Interesting how he responed in minutes the first time I showed interest in a vehicle. Now he doesn't respond at all.

I was looking for a nice used Ford Mustang Shelby GT 500, I was searching the internet & I knew exactly what I wanted and found it! Sent an email to Freeway Ford for more information and price, my email was answered in no time by Jordan Arnesen. I was able to call Jordan at lunch and get more details on the Shelby. Seeing how I live in Virginia and Freeway Ford is in Denver CO. I could not have found a better salesman to work with! Jordan went over and beyond answering my questions and when I decided to make the purchase long distance he went out of his way to make sure the process was as simple as it could be. He even took the time to text me when I couldnt talk by phone or email. He knew everything about the Shelby! He set up the transport company for the car to be delivered to me here in Virginia. He kept me up to date on everything that was going on! When the car arrived here in Virginia it was exactly as Jordan had explained to me! Jordan even made sure it had arrived on time and was all I had wanted! I wish there were more salesmen like Jordan Arnesen! Most try and trap you into deals attach things to the price! Rude and snippy! Not so with Jordan! The Shelby is beautiful I could not be more pleased with my experience with Freeway Ford and Jordan Arnesen!

I've been coming to this Quick Lane service center ever since I purchased my Explorer and for the most part have received decent service. However, last time I had the oil change I was informed that a left rear CV boot was ripped and would need replacement soon. I was quoted a $400+ repair to replace the whole shaft. I decided to wait and check it out myself. When I got my truck up to inspect it, there was NO tear in the CV boot. I understand offering additional services during an oil change, but there is no excuse for lying to get extra service. Because of this, I will not be returning my truck to Quick Lane to be serviced in the future and will warn others who are considering it.

I have been taking my teenage son's Taurus to Freeway Ford for service for 5 years. Problems are repaired, only to have to be repaired again. Case in point: at 76,400 miles the driver's side power window would no longer go all the way up. Freeway Ford fixed it for $340. At 77,300 miles (900 miles later), the same window was stuck. Freeway Ford repaired it for $110. At 80,675 miles (3,375 miles later), the window again is stuck. We were quoted another $400 to repair it. They didn't think it was strange that the window was broken again. We decided to take it somewhere else for repairs. Freeway Ford insisted on charging us $30 to diagnose the problem. I had a similar problem with the transmission. Freeway Ford fixed it, but within a year it had to be repaired again.Not only do I not trust their ability to repair cars, but there is zero customer service. They insist they are always right, even if they can't explain why their repairs never last.I would never take a car there for repairs again.

Dustin was very helpful and personable. He was professional and treated me as a person and not a potential sale. I felt strongly that I wanted my mechanic to look at the car before I signed anything and Dustin allowed it though it is not the usual routine. The price negotiating contained a minimum of "dealer nonsense" and the actual sales paperwork was very well organized and efficient. I would consider using this dealership over others that I have used in the past. I feel I got a good car at a fair price.

My experience with Freeway is that they really listen to your needs and what you want and try to find it for you if they don't already have it. From the moment I started talking to Jordan on the phone and meeting him in person, he was polite, friendly and very understading of what I wanted in a car. He was not pushy as most sales people are trying to convince you to buy same day. I rarely write reviews but I can't help myself... In 2009, I was in desperate need for a new vehicle and met with numerous salesmen from various dealerships around the Denver Metro Area. Dustin was friendly, helpful, and worked hard to help me find my "Dream Car" at a price that I could afford. We were trying to find something during the Cash for Clunkers promotional program. We weren't able to find anything at that time but I was so pleased with Dustin's professionalism, my boyfriend and I decided that when the time was right for us to purchase a car, we would return to Dustin first and foremost. In December 2009, Dustin found me my "Dream Car" at a price that I could afford. This past December, I was involved in a car accident where my car was totaled and I was, once again, in the market for a new car. My now husband and I didn't think twice about it... we would go meet with Dustin! He remembered us after more than 2 years and was just as helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I have to admit that I was a little apprehensive about going 400 miles to look at a vehicle but Im so glad that I did. The guys were not only cordial but they were fun to work with. They left it up to me when decision time came. I got a great deal and had fun doing it. I just cant say enough about Phil. What a great guy. He answered all the questions I had both on the phone before I let home and once I got there. I will definitely be looking to Barbees Freeway Ford for my next vehicle.

Bad follow thru on the sale, the saleman told us he would be calling to see how we like our 2010 Ford SHO , month later still have not heard from him... told us that the car had just had been complete service, come to find out it need oil change almost right way after we start out on a road trip with it... had to come in for some add ons , and we set up a time to come in , we got there and then they want to change it, said they didn't have the auto start and it would take 3 weeks to get, even though they knew that they would be installing on our car, should of had in stock ... very poor service,,, would not recommend this dealer or saleman to anyone...

Even though we had researched for months, we were very apprehensive about actually going into the showroom. But, we found the perfect car- a used mini-van that was about $4000 under every other similar car on the internet so we decided to go ahead and take a look. Both my husband and I had negative car buying experiences in the past. We determined that if either of us had any kind of a negative feeling, we would walk out- even if there was no logical explanation. We wanted to not just feel OK about such a major purchase- we wanted to be 100% certain that this was the car for us. We were both shocked at how wonderful the people were to work with. We first worked with Dustin Gonzales and I talked with him several times over the phone. When we went in for our scheduled appointment, however, he was not in. We were disappointed, but we met with David Landes instead who turned out to be phenomenal. As mentioned before, we had done our research and knew exactly what van we wanted to see. If we liked it, we would purchase it, but if we didn't like it we would walk. We were so impressed that there was absolutely NO pressure from David to look at other cars or even to purchase this one. He took the time to show us how everything in the mini-van worked and answered all of our questions honestly. We were VERY thorough in our investigation of the car and he was very patient. When we decided to purchase the car, we settled on a price and that is exactly what the price ended up being- no gimmicks.When we then met with the finance guy (I forget his name- sorry!), there was again absolutely NO pressure to buy warranties or extra add-ons. We asked to see what the warranty options were, and when we said no he put the forms away and didn't mention it again.Overall, we feel great about our choice- which was our #1 goal. We are so happy with how this dealership treated us- from the first phone call until the check was written. Every person we dealt with was professional, honest, patient, and ethical. We could not be happier and would definitely recommend Barbee's to friends and family!

I felt extremely comfortable and wasn't stressed out like I have been when buying a vehicle. Kennedy took me on three test drives, and bought me Starbucks! I found the perfect truck and the price was great. I was extremely impressed with the dealership and even more so with how well I was taken care of during the process. Ron Clark has been the best car salesman that we have ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable about not only the car we were interested in but also other makes and models. Ron is a very honest salesman and he makes you feel like he really cares about you as a person not just as a sale. I will be recommending Ron to every person I know looking for a car. I would give him six out of five stars is I could. If we are ever looking for another car I would go to Freeway Ford first just to deal with Ron. I had been looking for a quality low mileage vehicle for some time. I had some difficulty finding what I was looking for, I had dealers try to sell me more than I was asking for and others who had attempted to sell me less that what I needed. I spent hours at times with several dealers providing my information re-evaluating vehicles and having to visit these lots directly with no success. It felt like I was wasting my time.Dustin Gonzales (Internet Sales Freeway Ford) did something truly amazing. He actually did what I asked of him. I asked he find me a low mileage 4 door sedan with a few of my preferable suggestions - no sweat. I let him know the estimated payment I was looking for - no problem. I asked he not waste my time going over types of vehicles I was not looking for - quick and friendly is the definition of his service. I reitterated several times that when I show up at the dealer I want to look at the preferred vehicles (with choices) and be ready to just start the financing immediately. I'm a typical guy - I hate shopping and wasting time... I spent a total of perhaps an hour to an hour and a half and walked away with a beautiful low mileage Ford Fusion. He worked the deal in my favor and I honestly believe there would not have been a better deal and as quick anywhere else. The Financing manager spent no time giving me the details I needed and I am so pleased with my new vehicle you cannot imagine how excited I am. It put the fear and the dread of purchasing a car to bed. I know now where to go for all my vehicles in the future...

I found Freeway Ford online by searching for the type of vehicle I was looking for. I found one that caught my eye (based on the style but also the relatively low price) and I sent in a bid. I received an email right away, after which I called the dealership and spoke with Dustin G. He was very helpful and friendly. We arranged a time for me to come and look at the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership, Dustin was off for the weekend so Jeff Q. was assigned to help me; he was friendly and helpful and got the deal done in record time. The only area that I rated a little lower was 'quality of work' because the tire pressure light was on when I test-drove the vehicle; Jeff said it would be taken care of before I left. I left the lot and the light came on again; I was able to fix the issue by inflating the tires to the appropriate pressure but I think the dealership could have handled that as well. I also worked with Geoff in Finance who I found to be very customer-service oriented as well. Overall, the experience was a good one. I didn't have to wait long and everyone was very helpful.

So I was looking for a Dakota to trade my car in on. The first one I visited with Dustin about got sold the day before I could make it down, BUMMER on my part.I found this out after I was already in Denver (over 600 mile drive)So I checked a few other dealers and Dakotas out in the area, none of which would come close to what I needed for my trade and made me feel ridiculous. The very next day Dustin calls me on one that was a little newer than the one I initally contacted him about. He listened to what I could afford, what I needed for my trade, and got me a great deal worked out. He went above and beyond what most salesmen will do, he spent the better part of a day working with me and made me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase. I will recomend Dustin and Freeway Ford to anyone any distance from Denver. They are well worth the trip, even in Denver's Rush Hour Traffic. Thanks Dustin.

WOW. Thought they had nice vehicles and put them to the test keeping them there late but WOW, Did I get the shaft. Finance manager had me sign a paper saying he would negotiate a rate that would go no higher than 5.99% but that he would negotiate the best possible rate for me. Contacted the bank and come to find out that the finance manager submitted the paperwork at 5.99%. The bank confirmed they would have given me a far better rate. Where is the disconnect, Barbee's Freeway Ford? Did you even try to get me the rate I asked you to? Aparently not. Kennedy was great but Reggie seemed to be rushed to get me out the door. Then they shipped me out and shut the doors with a quarter tank of gas and without giving me any rundown on the vehicle features or amenities. I had to rely on google and the ford website for the info on how to work half of the manufacturer features in the vehicle and still don't know how to work the aftermarket features they added. Then come to find out the vehicle I purchased had issues. Fortunately for me, Marc Faricy their used vehicle manager was able to deal with the busted windsheild but come on. . . All in all, this experience has left me feeling rediculously taken advantage of. I will not be going back to this dealer. I wish we could review the personnel at the place because I hate to rate everyone poorly. In retrospect though, if any member of a team treats a customer poorly, the whole team has failed the customer. Besides being super easy to talk to and communicative, he had a great knowledge. He took his time to do research, explain everything in detail and find the best deal. Dustin never pressured us and gave us time to be on our own when my wife and I needed to discuss our thoughts privately. Even after the sale, Dustin has been willing to be available to answer questions we've had.

Previously I posted a bad review regarding this dealership, however after speaking with the manager he went above and beyond to make things right with me and get my car fixed. I am also getting a refund from the tire I had an issue with not getting fixed. I appreciate the time and effort the manager put into making sure my car was fixed and that I was satisfied with my visit.

Surprisingly awesome experience! I was nervous about going to Freeway Ford after reading mixed reviews but I decided to give it a try since it's right off my off my exit from I25. I went in for my first visit without my husband which also made me a little uneasy but my salesperson Jordan was so professional and patient with me. He answered all of my questions and when my husband came in with me the next day he was great with him as well. We were both so pleased with the courtesy and professionalism at this dealership. I am also loving my new Ford Escape :) Finally, no buyers remorse! I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a pleasant buying experience. Thank you Jordan! This dealership is PURE CRAP. We did a trade in for a Ford F-150 08. Everything seemed to go good until we got the truck home, and discovered that they lied to us about the backup sensor and pointed out during the test drive that it was in "working order", when we took it in to have it looked at there wasn't even wires connecting it to the rear bumper which also had been replace and we were not told about that either. So basically our truck was in an accident and we did not know about it. Not only that, supposedly they do a 360 point check on the truck-but highly doubt that when someone left a bottle of power steering fluid under the hood. BTW we are back in the shop replacing the power steering pump as we speak. Now, the extended warranty is also CRAP, we are having to pay 1/2 of the total for this replacement. SO DO YOUR RESEARCH on EVERYTHING because you cannot obviously trust anyone in this world. Jordan Arneson was who working with us and I do not recommend him or anyone else, they are all liers, and just want the MONEY. BS-regret ever going there!!!!!!!!!

I had a great overall experience. The staff was friendly and the cars were very nice. They went above and beyond bringing in the car as quickly as they could. After having visited every Ford Dealer up and down the front range, I would suggest people go to Freeway Ford first. I would have liked the paperwork to have been completed correctly in the F&I Office, but other than that I was impressed with their sales staff and the level of customer service.

My experience went from great to horribly bad. Dealing with the salesman Ron Clark was a great experience, but after the sale was complete customer service went out the window. I financed the vehicle myself so Freeway Ford sent me all of the documents to take to MVD instead of completing the paperwork for me. The paperwork was all very incomplete and done incorrectly. After multiple calls to Freeway and three trips to MVD I was able to get all of the paperwork back from Freeway. The only problem was they made a mistake on the title. I sent the title overnight using the return label they provided to me, and they still somehow lost it. After two more weeks I was finally able to get someone to reissue a title for the vehicle (again help from the sales Person, not Management). We are going on two Months now and still have no title. I have to make my fourth trip to Motor Vehicle to get an extension, and then back again when I finally do get a title.As I said, the sales person was the only person who took this all seriously, I never received a call from the GM to apologize about the mix up. My Father was co-signing on a car loan for me and was not satisfied with the contract. Even after I had the vehicle they were more then willing to work with me and make it right. My wife and I were in the market for a late model Mustang convertible and Jeff Quartuch met us when we first visited the dealership. He helped us to understand the differences between models and we left to think it over. We really appreciated the lack of pressure to do something. A couple weeks after we met him, he called to just check in and I told him it would be a few weeks before we were ready. It turned out to be a couple months and when I called him, he was eager to help us locate a car. We ended up with a 2011 at a great price and Jeff was very responsive to our requests. In the end, he did all he could to help us, although I did feel a bit nickel-and-dimed after we spent more than $20k when they would only split the $250 cost of a second key - it should have been part of the deal. It was somewhat disappointing on what I would have otherwise rated an excellent experience.

Freeway Ford lied to my wife. They lied to her and told her that her brakes were shot, they said only 1 mm of brake pad remaining and they were "metal on metal". They told her that if she didn't get the work done NOW that they would get much worse and cause further damage to her car and possibly cause full brake failure.Freeway Ford didn't know that I had recently gotten the brakes replaced! I took the car back to the original mechanic and he showed me the brake pads and explained to me the wear pattern and at what point they need to be replaced. He showed me that the rear breaks are in like new condition and the front pads were only about 80% worn.Freeway Ford gives honest mechanics a bad name. I think it is ironic that they always have bible verses on their large sign, I have one for them. Proverbs 11:3

He was very patient and cared about getting me the right car instead of just selling the first one I expressed interest in. It was my first new car buying experience, and while I was nervous and read all about getting taken advantage of at car dealerships - I didn't feel like this was the case here at all. Irwin was willing to work with us, we were extremely difficult, but he was patient and worked to get the best deal for us that we felt comfortable with. After visiting other dealerships, Irwin was the salesman who was most willing to find us exactly what we wanted, and worked hard to get it in the monthly price we wanted. Overall, I absolutely love the car, I am confident we got a fair price on it, and certain we will go back in the near future to get a used car. About a month ago, I went to freeway ford to buy a used truck. Jordan Arnesen agreed to meet me there on his day off (this was awesome, because this was the only day I could get in). I had an idea of what I wanted and he found it for me right away. No BS, no wasting time, and right to business. He was courteous, knowlegdable, and very professional. While we were waiting for financing he even took me down the street for breakfast. This is a pretty refreshing experience given my past experiences with car dealerships and salesman. Dustin is friendly and responsive. He stayed late with me to work some numbers and showed up early the next day to finalize the deal. I would give him a 100% recommendation. My overall experience was a 4/5 only because of the limitations of the dealership. I think we could've got a little bit better pricing on the deal and should've been able to work out some of those details. It's also interesting that the dealership doesn't let you leave with a full tank of gas when all the other dealers would fill it up before we left. - For the extra $40 I'm telling you it leaves you feeling like you got a great deal all the way around. Plus, by the time you need to fill up, that big check you wrote isn't fresh on your mind when you get stuck handling rising gas prices. For those reasons, I would the dealership is just OK but Dustin is the go-to if you find the vehicle you want there. Wish the owners would give him more room to work with customers.

Alex didn't seem knowledgable or able to make decisions based on the sale, he made promises and didn't follow through. I would try to follow through and he wouldn't return my calls. He straight stated he had an owner's manual on order and it would be delivered in a week, I gave it two weeks, never heard from him. I called him, he said he would check on that and get back to me, a day later, he hadn't, I called and left a voicemail on his cell to call me, it's been a day and he hasn't returned my call. I feel he basically said the manual was on order to put me off in hopes I would just drop it. I appreciate that he had one printed at kinkos and bound but I want the one that goes with my car and fits in the glove compartment. I also had a few issues with the car, Phil McTaggart was very reliable in getting a service check set up and a rental prepared. Unfortunately service wasn't able to fix the problem because I was told that if they can't duplicate the issues (all issues were randomly regular) they can't fix it.Over all I wasn't pleased with the quality of my salesperson, his lack of follow through and helpfulness, I was also displeased with the service department not being able to help out with the issues I was having. Phil McTaggart seems to be a competent, knowledgable sales person and if it were not for him I probably wouldn't have just backed out of this sale. Maybe once Alex Romero gets a little more experience he might be a better salesperson but with this experience I was most dissatisfied. Out of all the car buying experiences I've had, this was the most stressful and disappointing. I think the next time I decide to purchase a car I will be certain to ask for a senior sales associate over someone newer. My last car I bought was by an experienced salesperson and it was wonderful, great follow up, made certain all issues were amended and even checked in with me a few weeks later to make sure things were going well. With that sale I felt like a person, not like "well got her money, doesn't matter if things are copacetic or not, which the last part is how I feel about this sale with Alex.

Didn't play games like some of the other dealerships did. When I said I was only shopping to figure out what model I wanted, and wasn't ready to talk any prices, they were cool with that and just let me take a couple test drives. They also gave me a great offer on my trade-in, and beat the price I had on the same truck from a different dealer.

Dustin did a great job managing and closing the sale. After an error with quoting the trade in value on another car other than mine he was able to convey it as a genuine mistake, which made me feel comfortable about moving forward with the sale. Had he not had that innate ability to convey sincerity I would have moved on being skeptical of the transaction.

My jeep was tired of all the hell I gave it, went there originally wanting to buy used to keep payments low... Had a good sale on rangers, loved my old one... Me and Phil started talking, got a good deal on new... with all the warranties for me to not have to touch it for the entire time I'm paying on it... A little more expensive than hoped but great deal on the bottom line... Plus, new, don't have to worry about problems you buy off other people... Great service, they all worked hard to make sure I had all the coverage and financing options I wanted... Ford speaks for themselves, good trucks... Dealership, great service... No buyers remorse...

I am very pleased with my new truck purchase from Barbee's Freeway Ford. Jordan Arnesen was the internet sales person that I worked with and he treated me exceptionally well. I wanted a very specific vehicle with certain features. Jordan found 4 trucks that had everything I wanted, and then emailed me pictures of the stickers for all of them. After I chose one, he worked with me on my trade in and on getting the best price possible. We completed everything online and all I had to do was drive 400 miles to pick up the truck and drop off my trade in. I recommend Freeway Ford and Jordan Arnesen highly. After moving to CO I needed to find a Ford Dealership that would accept D Plan pricing. I found the explorer I wanted to buy online at your store. The salesman I worked with, Dustin, was very helpful and had great product knowledge. Having my family back in WA in the automotive industry as well as my husband I have seen every type of dealership and sales approach. Even knowing that he was not going to make a large profit off of my D plan purchase, Dustin till took the time to show me all of the features of the new car. This was the first place that didn't pressure me but was interested in making hearing what i really was saying. We worked on a price before i drove down and it stayed what they told me it would be. I traveled over 50 miles thru Denver traffic - and i'm glad i did! They were just as friendly in person - helpful - AND got me a better interest rate then i had from my bank. This was a big purchase for me since its been 13 years since i bought a car and i was nervous. I am very pleased with how the experience went! Phil was very helpful in assisting us in deciding between a used and new Ford Escape. We had planned to buy a used one, but between the tradein value given to our previous car and incentives, it made more sense to buy the new one. Phil was not pushy but was very informative and knowledgeable about the cars, which helped us sort through our options. I contacted Jeff on the internet and he responded quickly ,I was working with a another dealer that was slow in responseand did not get back with me for about two days, Jeff at Barbees freeway ford called me at 8:30 A.M went through the options with and we made a deal over the phone in 4 hours since I was a 100 miles away I made arrangements to come and pickup the suv John in finance was helpfull but I had my finance in place they made going to the dealer easy not as I remember and Jeff made sure the suv was detailed they went over the options with me ,helped set up the sync and my bluetooth, I will make sure if anyones looking that I will recomend this dealer

Stephanie was a sweetheart in the finance Department. We finished up in less than 2 hours from looking at several makes and models to driving away in a new Ford Escape. I have used this dealership before with both negative and positive results. The Salesman, Jordan is what made my experience great this time. He was quick to supply information I requested before I came to the dealership and to answer any questions. This is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from Freeway Ford. The used car sales manager, Mark, came over and personally thanked us and remembered us from another time we were in. I thought that was pretty amazing given the number of people that pass through the doors. We would absolutely recommend Jordan at freeway Ford.

Zack provided us with the best experience we've ever had buying a car! Wow. He was knowledgeable about every car on the lot (Ford or not). We ended up with a Smart Car! Zack was on our side the whole time. (Of course he couldn't make the car magically ours for free... ) He was open-minded, friendly, incredibly helpful and obviously knowledgeable about cars and how painful it is for most people to purchase. He doesn't work on commission, so we really felt he was on our side. Need a car? Talk to Zack. Seriously. Do it.

From the first contact with my sales person, Reggie Robinson, to delivery of the vehicle I found the service and willingness to make the best deal refreshing. Also, I never felt pressured to make a decision. After the deal was made, it took longer to get the truck ready then it did to get through financing. Overall I would recommend Freeway Ford and Reggie Robinson.

Zach was extremely helpful during our purchasing process. He was suppose to leave at 5pm but stayed until 9:30 to complete the sale of our Eclipse. He was very knowledgeable and helpful during the whole process. He got the payment to our budget and didn't try to push anything that we didn't want. Irwin is a true sales professional!!!!!!!!!!! I bought my 2010 Ford Focus (used) last Wen. Irwin helped me find a vehicle in my budget... My credit is good so i knew i could get the 8.99% rate and a $350.00 payment! I was so surprised on how fast the transaction was, after visiting 5 other dealerships the past week it was a breath of fresh air. Irwin really knows his product's and how to pinpoint the customers selection on a vehicle! Working with Jordan on this sale was quite frankly refreshing. I have purchased 10 cars in 6 years from various dealers with mixed experiences. This sale was the fastest and easiest. This was my first purchase from this particular dealer; here's what I appreciated: 1. I was running late from a meeting and Jordan stepped out of his own meeting to make sure that he attended to me. In fact, another customer came in at the same time as I, and she too was treated with upmost urgency by another sales man.2. Negotiation was straight and to the point, Jordan followed my lead on being straight and up front; I never felt as though I was being taken advantage of. 3. When I went into the financing department, I expected the typical high pressure pitch to sale me warranties, wheel packages, paint protection, gap insurance, etc--instead it was the fastest transaction I have ever experienced.4. I got truly a fair price for my trade in--I didn't expect to get full book value, but compared to all other dealer offers, this was the most fair. To be fair, I did a ton of research on the used 350z I purchased and I knew a lot about the options and vehicle specs prior to purchasing so I never really allowed Jarod to explain much about the vehicle; thus, I can't comment on his knowledge but this in itself was refreshing: Jordan answered all my questions honestly, when he didn't know, he didn't insult me by giving me a made up answer. I absolutely hate it when I throw TEST questions to a salesman to see if they know the cars they are selling, only to hear a made up answer designed to do whatever it takes to make the sale.

This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from Freeway Ford. After the purchase of our 3rd we stopped shopping other dealers as we always ended up back at Freeway. We have never been pushed or felt uncomforable in any way and Phil was no exception.He found the perfect vehicle for our needs almost immediatly. Although we like to look at different options before making a desicion, it became more clear the more vehicles we looked at that Phil had hit the nail on the head! We were in and out in no-time and with absolutely no hassle.Just before we left the dealership a salesman who had helped us with one of our previous purchases came out to congratulate us on our new ride! Even though Dustin had not been involved in this paticular purchase he still took the time to say congrats and to ensure our experience was a great one! I personally spent over 7 hours at Freeway. I was also congratulated by the New Car Sales Manager for the purchase of a black 2011 Ford Fiesta and then we were told by the management/sales staff that we would have to come back a second day to finalize the deal? We ( my wife/co-signer ) and I left very upset, feeling embarrassed and disappointed! When we walked out, the verbal deal that was shook on between myself and Jeremiah was considered by me to be null and void. This is by far our worst car experience ever. My wife and I spent 8 hours at Elway motors once in the past and did not end up purchasing a vehicle but we were not treated with as much disregard and we were repeat customers at Freeway? We were potential customers at Elways. The first Ford I purchased from Freeway in 2007 was a long but very smooth process. This experience was absolutele total B.S.

Unfortunately my company selected this dealership to manage my fleet car. Given the fact their fleet manager does not return phone calls I assume the dealer management, sales, service, and other personnel conduct business in the same way. It's great this trend showed up early so I can avoid any further issues and take my car elsewhere for the next four years of service.

My spouse and I returned to this dealership 10 years after purchasing an Escape in 2001. Our salesman then was Mark Farisy, now promoted to Manager of Used Car Sales. He put us in touch with Phil McTaggert, who supervised the test drive and helped us order the exact vehicle we wanted from Ford. Our order was placed two days before the cutoff for hybrid vehicles was announced by Ford. When the vehicle arrived, Mark Farisy gave us a very favorable trade-in on our 2001, and Phil supervised the delivery process, acquainting us with the most important features of the vehicle and the most important services and teaching forums offered by the dealership. Throughout, Phil displayed great expertise in the features of the vehicle and the arcane aspects of the ordering process. He was personable,knowledgeable and very articulate. Mark was another contact person and was always around to give advice and encouragement, and finally the very favorable trade-in valuation at the time of purchase. Other employees of the dealership pitched in as needed, including John, who finalized the financial arrangements with us in short order. After ten years, we have already experienced the fine quality of service work for maintenance and repair (our service consultant is Oly). This dealership merits five stars.

This is my second visit to Freeway Ford for a used auto purhcase and it was yet another positive experience. Out of all of the other dealerships that I contacted over the internet, Sean was the first to contact me. My experience was stress and hassle-free, I was in and out with my new car fairly quickly. I also liked the fact that Sean asked questions on what I was looking for in a vehicle and he did his best to assist me in my selection. I found what I was looking for in my '07 Mercury Mariner and I am quite pleased. I shall return...in a few years!

Experience was good other than the dealership having computer problems and having to make two trips to Denver and need to make another just to get an extra key. Dustin was very easy to work with and wish he would have been there the first night.He tried to accodimate everything we asked for and made most of it happen. Also he follows up wich is very reasurring. Finance needs to work with more banks dont really like having to go through wells fargo but I am very happy that I got to get my expectant wife a new car. Wich she loves. This is the fourth vehicle we have purchased from freeway ford and have been great everytime. Otherwise we would not have come back :). Thanks for everything.

I called dealer on the phone regarding a ford pick up truck. Talked to Zach Itehad. Very blunt with the dealership as I am from out of town. Did not want to waste my time or theirs. Very short conversation as to what I wanted to pay for the vehicle. Deal was made to purchase truck. I had a friend go and inspect the truck and it was everything that the dealer said it was. Very refreshing to deal with a dealership that actually knows what customer service and satisfaction is. Two days after calling the dealership I flew in to pick up the truck. When I got to the dealership I inspected the truck and there was two small scratches in the paint. The dealership immediately went to work fixing the issue and by th etime i had signed the paper work it was done and ready to go. I was in the dealership less than 40 minutes start to finish. This really helped me as I had a 650 mile trip back home. I have bought cars all over the country and this was one of the best experiences with a dealer I have ever had.

Jordan made my experience of buying a car painless. After the purchase he made sure the window company contacted me about the air I could hear coming through the bottom of the windshield. I was disappointed with the quality of the "detail" done to the car. The windows were dirty and while the car smelled great it seems that was about all that was done...spray lots of new car small in the interior?

I recently purchased a new Ford F-150 from Jordan Arnesen at Freeway Ford. I completed a ton of research prior to starting my new truck journey. I ended up visiting two other Ford dealerships prior to Freeway Ford. Both were larger than Freeway and appeared to have much larger inventories.I test drove the exact truck I wanted from the first dealership. The salesman was polite, however didn't know anything about the truck and couldn't answer any of my questions. I offered to listen to any information about current finance deals or truck specifications, however he admittedly didn't have any.I test drove the same truck from the second dealership and again the salesman was polite, however didn't know anything about the truck and couldn't answer any specific or even general questions I had. In fact, I remember asking the salesman a specific question, to which he replied with words to the effect of, I could tell you but everything changes each week so I don't want to give you false information.I then contacted the internet sales at Freeway Ford and spoke with Jordan. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he related having my truck in stock. Jordan related he would pull the truck inside and get it cleaned up prior to my arrival. While talking with Jordan I noticed he was very professional and extremely polite and left me with the impression that he would try his hardest to make me happy and earn my buisness. I subsequently test drove the truck, during which time Jordan answered almost every single question I had. The few questions he couldn't initially answer, he later researched and found the answer. I also was able to negotiate the best price of any dealer for my dream truck, which I ended up purchasing that day.This was by far the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had, due in large part to Jordan Arnesen. The deception, trickery and pressure I had experienced in my car buying past never happened at Freeway. I also learned that great customer service has nothing to do with how much vehicle inventory a dealership has or how fancy it looks like on the outside, and has everything to do with how dedicated and professional the employees are and if they truly understand and respect how important and exciting of a day this is for you. I would definitely recommend Freeway Ford to anybody who expects excellent customer service and nothing less.

We recently purchased a new car from Dustin, in fact it was our second car purchase from Dustin. He worked tiredlessly to get us the deal we wanted. At the time of purchase, a Friday night, he could not locate the spare key. On Monday morning arrangements were made by him to have the car picked up from my work, have a new key and a new keyless entry made and have the car brought back to me. All the work took less than 90 minutes. Dustin has never failed to keep his word. His attention to detail and customer service is a model I wish other businesses would learn from!

I was quoted a price, then was called back and given a higher price. Only $200, but still. They had a $399 "dealership fee" which was supposedly for cleaning the car and other stuff I don't remember. Really? They are charging me to clean the car I am buying from them??? They did not fill my tank. They said the vehicle I bought had a DVD and after leaving the dealership found it did not and that it was mistake on their part in the discription of the navigation or something and was not inlcuded in the price...??? So needless to say I did not get a DVD nor was anything done to correct their mistake.On the positive side, my salesman was very nice, always answered his phone and returned messages when he wasn't available. The price was very good for the mileage and in comparison to other vehicles of the same description, year, mileage, etc. I reserached the car online and did not test drive before I bought it. Everything was as they said (except for the DVD player). I did private financing so when I walked in the dealership, I was able to give them the checks, sign and leave. Very easy. Overall I would recommend Freeway Ford, but as all consumers should do, conduct your research on the car first.

Great Experience!! We had been to 2 dealers prior to Freeway. We were very unhappy with that prior experience. We saw Freeway's inventory on-line and made the initial contact with Dustin who informed us the cars were in stock and on the lot. Open all cars and gave us info but did not hover over us like some dealerships. The experience from test driving several cars to final signing of of papers was less then 2 hours. Very good customer service and thus far the follow-up and attention to detail is world-class. I would and will recommend Freeway to my friends and family.

Meet Phil one week before to get better educated on the F150's that I have shopping for. Phil was very helpful and did not put pressure on us. Over the week as i continued to internet shop at Freeway as well other dealerships, I found that Freeway was eager but not pushy to help me make a clear decision. After some additional shopping on Sat at other dealers, my mind was made up on a particular truck if Freeway could come to terms on what i was able to pay. The negotiation was relatively easy and left with the truck about 1.5 hours after arriving. Note that similar car purchases in the past have been brutal and cumbersome so i very much appreciate that we were both able to meet our goals. Thanks Phil....jr

We recently moved back to Colorado from overseas. We had not own a car for 16 years and were dreading the car dealership experience....hard sell etc. After researching various makes and models of cars, we decided to buy a ford fusion.An internet search showed that Barbee's Freeway Ford had the exact make, model and color that we wanted. The only thing that was missing was the back up camera. Since it was a Sunday, we went to the car lot and looked at the car. My husband sent an email that night inquiring about the car. We got an immediate response from Jordan Arnesen indicating that he would be available to meet with us on Monday.Jordan answered our questions and there were no high pressure techniques used. All negotiations were handled by Jordan. My husband and I both felt that we got a great deal so there was no need to keep looking. We were also assured that the backup camera could be installed and that the quality would be equal to a factory install. This was done in a very timely manner and the camera appears to be working fine.Jordan also spent time going through all of the car features and offered further assistance if I had any questions or problems. It was definitely the best car buying experience we have ever had.

After going to 2 dealership who tried to bait & switch, I called Jordan about a specific vehicle and he went out of his way to make sure it was available when I got there. The staff was friendly and curtious at all times and if we had a question they answered it up front. Great Service

Great, friendly service. No high pressure sales. Of course they present you with many added options like prepaid service, security, oil changes. I did opt for the security (among others) but the security system didn't work. So they refunded my money. Very knowledgeable about the product. I highly recommend Freeway Ford in Denver.

When I arrived at the store I was treated by Irwin who was more than happy to show me some cars. But once he found out I was looking to buy in a week or two he seemed to change the way he treated me. He no longer wanted to work with me and left me on the lot for over 15 min waiting to go on a test drive. I had planned on buying a car from him in a few week time, but now I'm a happy owner of a ford fusion I bought at groove. They treated me with respect the entire time, even after finding out I was buying in the future. I can not and will not recommend this dealer even for the $200 referral money they offer.

My experience from begining to end was fantastic! My salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable. They found the car I wanted and did it quickly. They gave me top dollar for my trade and a great interest rate on my loan. Finance was qiuck very helpful.I have bought at least a dozen cars over the years and have never had such a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend the people at Freeway Ford to everyone.

Left email msg early sat eve and received call W/I 1/2 hour. Salesman VERY knowledgable and helpful. Arranged new truck quote and trade-in value for my vehicle. I was able to check value of deal with other dealerships and closed sale Monday. Went into office and all paperwork done in < one hour and I drove away in great new truck.

Ron followed up on our internet inquiry. We stopped by BECAUSE of the Christian salutation he left with his phone message. Ron is a gentleman, extremely knowledgeable, knew most of the answers but happily looked up additional information (we are purchasing a truck and had numerous questions about towing capabilities). Absolutely no pressure but he obviously wanted to close a deal. My husband had been interested in a Ford. I didn't care BUT once I learned about the safety fetures in the Ford I did not want to look at any other make. Ron took time and pride in showing us all the features, especially the computer navigation, entertainment, etc. system. He also found us the exact truck we wanted and we are looking forward to picking it up next week. Ron is the best!! There is absolutely no doubt that I would refer folks to him. Also, I am extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the entire dealership. We were in what I believe is the prep area for new vehicles. The cleanliness was impressive and speaks for the professionalism of the dealership.We also dealt with Stephanie the Finance Manager - again extremely professional.It is interesting to note that Ron, in true salesman form, was warm and charming and friendly while taking care of business whereas Stephanie, in her financial role was professional and business like without the warm and fuzzy. Each perfectly matches their demeanor with the position they hold.I hate shopping for a vehicle. I am immediately defensive. This experience with Ron has absolutely changed how I feel and we will definitely be back here for our next vehicle - but hopefully not for a long, long time.

We acquired a used car from Freeway Ford. We had been using their service center for years, and we had bought a new car from them a few years ago (this is why we rate Quality of Work as a 4). This is the first time we have had such a problem with them. Unfortunately, it is also such a major departure from their previous behavior that we have found another dealership for service and we will not be returning to them to buy a car in the future.Here is what happened: They told us that all of their cars would have two keys and would have the door code re-set. When, in the end, they sold us a car that they had to acquire from another dealership, it did not have the door code re-set and it only had one key. This is where the issues started.First, we asked to talk to someone about acquiring an extended warranty plan. Even after multiple calls and messages from us to them, no one on their end ever returned our calls about this. That's a $2K+ loss for them. But really, that's not the largest problem we had with them.When we picked up our car, the sales team assured us that they would re-set the code for us for free, and acquire an additional key for us for the cost of the key (programming included for the key as well). It took us over two weeks of phone calls to the dealership and the service center to get this scheduled, and then, after we dropped our car off, we were told that the additional key was to be $30.00 more expensive than we were quoted initially and dealership refused to cover the cost of programming the additional key. While we were willing to pay the programming charge OR the $30.00 additional cost, we weren't willing to pay for both. The result is that for approximately $30.00, this dealership has lost our business, and the business of our friends and family. We are really very disappointed. The sales team was always polite and nice, but they didn't keep their promises, and that is worth a lot more than $30.00 to us.(Additionally, we have since found another source for the key, for less than the initial quoted "dealer cost" of the key, including programming.)

Jordan was consistently available, courteous, and professional. He helped me find the car I wanted without trying to sell me items I clearly indicated I did not want. I have generally found purchasing a new car to be a bit of a chore. My experience with Jordan was great. I would recommend him to a friend. Not only did he help me find the car I wanted at a price I could afford, he also helped me retrieve the stuff I had accidentally left in my old car after driving off in my new one. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

DON'T TRUST THIS DEALER! THEY LIE and they don't care what it does to you!Sold us a used vehicle, the sales person and the finance lady both said the loan was approved, I asked if it was for sure approved and safe to sell my vehicle and they both said, "YES", so we got rid of our other vehicle to find out they *didn't* get the loan approved. They then assured us it would get approved and for three months tried getting us a loan - all that time hitting our credit and TRASHING it!After having the vehicle for three months, they then demanded we return the car, but now we can't get another loan and we don't have a car for my family. Not to mention, we had over six hundred dollars worth of work done to the body of the vehicle [removing dents] and they won't even reimburse us for that.Never will we trust Barbee's Freeway Ford again - what a bunch of low-lifes!

This is the second car that my company has bought from Freeway Ford and an additional used car was purchased by a friend. Jordan was the first person I dealt with there and I haven't looked back. He is friendly and straightforward, something that's rare in the car-selleing business. Additionally, he knows that people are looking up prices and doesn't quote something erratically high just to see if he can pull one over on you.Don't let the small amount of inventory sway your ideas about what type of dealership they are. They have a large inventory in Lakewood and also pull from other dealerships and WILL find you what you need.The second car we bought there was a very strict set of guidelines. Certain interior and exterior color, 'must-have' bits and pieces. With many (MANY) back and forth emails, Jordan found the car that we needed at a reasonable price.The friendliness is always good, but rated a 4 because, well, there are always a bunch of people being a bit 'overly-greetful' out front. It's good customer service, for sure, just not my cup of tea.I've been to many other dealers looking for several cars, and here I felt the least amount of pressure and the most amount of "Do what you think it best, we'll work with you as much as we can." It's very nice having a dealership trust the customer with their purchase and offer guidance instead of trying to strong-arm them.Good company. Recommend Jordan 100%.

A fair and efficient experience. Barbees Ford (Phil McTaggart) treated me well and I will recommend them to friends. I have used Auto Brokers in the past and this was the first time I "went at it on my own" with a dealership in almost 10 years. I was happy with the experience.

When we entered the car dealership, we did not expect to leave with a new car. We have been told that our credit is not good enough to purchase a car at this time. However, Mr. Clark was able to help us purchase a car. Not only we were able to buy a new car, but we succeeded in staying within our budget.

Dealership provided honest and no hassle car purchase. There was no pressure at all. No lies and no surprises made it a pleasant experience. Ford products are the best on the market right now in my opinion. We purchased a 2011 Ford Focus for better mileage over our previous Saturn Vue AWD.

They treated me with disrespect, said they fixed things TWICE that they didn't, didn't leave my car clean, did an "inspection" and when I got it I had no coolant or wiper fluid, filled my tires with nitrogen and didn't mention it, lied about how much it would be when I asked what the final total cost would be. It's worth the time and effort to go to any Ford dealer that's farther away.

Dustin was very friendly and was straight up wit the vehicle we were looking at. He went out of his way to make sure that the vehicle was prepped and clean. I would purchase another vehicle from Dustin in the future. I had called prior to arrival to look at a vehicle that was listed on the website. Dustin was readily available and already had pulled the vehicle inside to look it over, after the test drive I gave Dustin all the information needed to complete the deal. Very satisfied with the purchase.

Visited Freeway Ford to test drive a 2010 Explorer. I chose Freeway because they were close to my office. I visited another dealership, that will remain nameless, to possibly purchase a specific 2010 Explorer and the experience was uncomfortable at best. I called Freeway to inquire about the vehicle I took on a test drive. The salesman new I had a specific color in mind and he found the same vehicle, shipped it in from out of town the next day for me to look at. I purchased the Freeway Ford vehicle comparably equipped, cheaper with lots better service. The experience was pleasant. Thanks Freeway.

My 2004 Honda Element was totaled in an accident. It had very specific features that made it a great car for my work as a ski coach and part time musician. Freeway Ford had one of 5 Honda Elements in a 3 state area that had a 5 speed Manual Transmission with All Wheel Drive. Dustin was a pleasure to deal with and made the purchase go smoothly. Since the vehicle was being sold as is, I was concerned about hidden defects on the vehicle. Dustin was reasonable and allowed me to make the deal contingent upon a successful inspection by my mechanic. The vehicle had new rubber all the way around and was very clean with very low mileage. My mechanic reviewed the vehicle the very next day and found it to be in great shape and in his estimation a great buy. I would like to commend Dustin for his helpfulness and professionalism in getting this deal closed quickly and easily. I would definitely recommend Freeway Ford to my friends and associates and wish you folks all the best.

I have purchased 5 vehicles from Freeway over the past 20 years. Each experience has been wonderful! My most recent purchase was handled by Mr. Dustin Gonzales who was a delight to work with. Dustin was a true professional. He listened to my specific needs, asked pertinent questions and followed up after the sale. I felt like I had an advocate when buying the truck. I work for the Denver Rescue Mission and have supported Freeway Ford for years due to their mutual concern for the poor in our community. They walk the talk when it comes to giving to the homeless and indigent in Denver.

We were looking for some particular features in a late used or new 2010 model Explorer. Ron was exceptionally well versed in the equipment and knew exactly what was available on the lot that met our needs.It was due entirely to his efforts that we found exactly what we wanted and were able to negotiate a reasonable price. We went home that same evening with just the vehicle we wanted without the usual car buying scenario of going to the finance manager with an offer coming back with a counter offer, etc. We already had an offer from another dealer on a similar vehicle and Ron with his no nonsense, but humorous approach made it a no brainer to buy from Freeway Ford.Thank you Ron

I have leased for the past 10 years so I have always dreaded the visit to a car dealership. It's just not a fun thing to do when you are looking for what you really want and they try to sell you something else. I was a referal to Freeway Ford so I checked it out. I have to say that Ron is a very knowledgeable and honest man and made my car buying experience a pleasant one. I got what I wanted for the price that would fit in my budget with no hassles. I am very pleased with the total outcome and would highly recommend Barbee Ford to anyone.

I was looking for a Ford Escape and decided to visit Barbee's Freeway Ford at the suggestion of a friend who had purchased several vehicles from the dealership.When I arrived at the dealership I walked into the showroom and was greeted by one of the Salesmen ( Sean) who welcomed me and asked how he could help me. I told him I was considering buying a Ford Escape but wanted to test drive one. Sean and I walked around the lot and took a look at all the Escapes that were in stock. Based upon the equipment I was looking for he suggested that the Escape limited was the best fit.I test drove the limited and was very impressed with how it drove and handled and they had the color I was looking for ( white ), Since I had done some research on http://Edmunds.com I had a pretty good idea what the price should be. After a rather quick and painless negotiation ( not alot of back and forth) we agreed on a price for the Escape that was fair given the homework I had done. Once we agreed on a price everthing moved along pretty quickly and I was out the door with my new car in just over an hour.I have been to quite a few car dealerships over the years and it was not something i usually enjoyed because of all the nonsense and games but I must say this place was different in that it was a quick and reasonable buying experience. I have already recommended Barbee's Freeway Ford to a few co-workers and I know for sure that one of them purchased a truck and told me he had shopped around and thought he got a great deal.

I purchased a 2004 Volvo XC-90 in Aug 2010. Unfortunately the car I purchased for $12,500.00 has cost more than $16,000.00 in 5 months. I have had to with the help of a warranty company replace the timing belt, front sway arms, rear axle, rear ball bearings, the whole transmission, drivetrain, transfer case, steering system and the list goes on. I contacted the Manager of their used car sales and explained the situation to him. I simply asked them to do the right thing and help cover my out of pocket costs, considering the ridiculous amount of work the car has needed in such a short period of time, but to no avail. This is a truely unjust situation and I find it disconcerting that such a large company is so nonchalant about what has happened

Four years ago, I purchased a pickup from these people. After $2500 in repairs, the first week, I had a solid vehicle. Unfortunately, even though they promised to hold the title for me, they mailed it to my house, 1500mi away. Fortunately, I made a subsequent trip home and retrieved my title.A mixup in the paperwork, but these things are rare, right? Wrong.This time, I purchased an SUV. After 4 trips to their service department the first month, I think I have a reliable vehicle. I still don't have a title. It's been 6 weeks of them telling me that it should be here in a couple of days, and now they tell me that they mailed it to the former owner.During my most recent trip back to the dealership, I talked to another customer who also has not received his title. It has been so long that he had to get replacement temp tags, and those have expired, as well. The dealership, of course, refuses to pay for the extended temp tags.

RESPECT is lacking.<br><br>I work nearby and here the commercials for this company. Since I like Ford trucks and SUVs. Every time I go there, I find myself leaving, promising myself to never go back. They advertise something as if they are selling lots of them at a particular low price. If you go there for the ad, you'll most lieky find that they have ONE and it's got rediculous milage and in very poor condition. They will try to get you to buy something else which is likely much that's more expensive than elsewhere.<br><br>
