I couldn't say enough great things about this dealership. They have been easy to work with and more than accommodating. I can't ever say I have had a pleasant experience as a whole from a dealership. But from the first email to signing the papers they have been great to us. I will finish my full review once the final work is complete and we receive the vehicle, however so far its been a pleasure.

Tried purchasing a 2018 Ram diesel from this dealer and wasted an entire day to get nowhere with them. I let them know I had plans that day, but would like to pick the truck up, so I could wait a bit. I waited over half the day and got nowhere. I sent them proof of income for my loan application and they took 45 minutes to tell me the pictures were to blurry. But only after waiting around all day already. I then got no response after re-sending those pictures. NONE. Then conveniently the truck happened to sell a week later. The only reason I’m leaving a 2 star review is because of the salesman I was dealing with. He was great. However the dealership itself has guaranteed I’ll never go back.

Service was fast, done correctly, facilities were clean and the coffee was hot. My only "complaint" is the magazines in the waiting area were old and the chairs are aren't really comfortable for us fat guys...

Found a vehicle online at Barkau Dodge. Went through the process, they brought the vehicle to my home. Taking my trade back for evaluation. This would be my fourth vehicle. One new the others preowned. The fourth vehicle was a disabilty van, that is badly needed. About 4 months ago, I bought a little five door hybid. It was great at first but my health has taken a down turn, thus the need for the van. The outcome was an offer of 8,000 for my car that I bought there three months ago at the tune of 16,000. I do believe in making a profit, just not all of it from me. Then I was told the van would book out like a regular van at about eight thousand. They were asking 19,000. Unfortunately my relationship ends here with them. Retort, trade was driven less than a thousand miles and sat in a garage. Which is it, I paid 16,00 or I did not? Fees and taxes are always apart of sales, they are included in the total price. Where in my words did I say the van was not worth the asking price. It states your exact words. The vans value to the lending agencies is of a normal van and not one with a mobility device.
