I bought a 2016 Honda Accord Touring in May 2016 and it is now November and it is about to go back to the service department for the 3rd time in 3 weeks. My camera's clip was broken and my camera was hanging pretty low, and I am a very careful person when it comes to my car. I brought it to get worked on, they had to get me a whole new camera and the car is only 6 months old. Also, my major problem is when I put my car in reverse and start backing up, something is making a loud clicking noise, I brought it to get fixed, they changed some things and said it was good to go. Two days later I started hearing the noise again so I brought it back and this time they changed the brake pads. Get my car back and still hear it, so I am bringing it back again. This is really sad that my car is 6 months old and has already been to the service department 3 times. I feel like they do not know what is wrong with my car and they are just guessing and changing things. I am not a happy customer at all and starting to regret ever buying a Honda!

Hard to believe these people sell any cars at all! Working through their internet coordinator and sales person, it took over two weeks and many phone calls on my part just to get a confirmation from their used car sales manager, that they would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING with the price of the car. Even though it's priced high relative to the regional market. So many wasted hours trying to deal with these people. Most inept personnel at a dealership that I have ever seen. Don't waste your time with these people!

I was really surprised at the difference I was treated today, than in the past 15 years dealing with these people .OH ! My bad review had a lot to do with the good treatment I received today I am sure of that . To bad it took a bad review to change the way I was treated today . The main person that was causing a lot of the serious attitude going on there is no longer there . Makes the world of difference when the rotten egg out the bunch is gone . If you have had past bad experience with the service attention there give it another shot . I promise you it has changed. I hope it did not change just because of me , but I hope they have changed their ways with all customers that walk in that door ! If any of the service personal treat you wrong please go see not only Lester but go see Brian Mathews first . It looks like he is really caring for the customers .Honda has been in my family for over 15 years and this is the very first time that I was treated with respect and curiosity .Sometimes it take only a person to make a bad review to open eyes up . Glad it opened these peoples eyes. I was not the only one complaining about the services because I did read a lot more but I guess mine hit a nerve ! JOB WELL DONE TODAY GUYS ! Thank you !

My brake light socket needed replacement. I called and had the guy order a replacement. I gave my CC info over the phone because they would not order it without prepayment. I get a call the next day telling me it's in. I drive 30 miles to pick it up to find out it is the wrong part. No apologies, just a stone faced guy who has no social skills telling me I have to pay the difference in price. Lucky me, I get to drive another 60 miles round trip again.

As many people do these days, I searched online to find the car I wanted and the price range I could expect to pay for it. Searching inventories, I found what I was looking for at Barker, so I drove from New Orleans to take a look in person. I showed them my lowest researched price for this Accord (slightly less than their advertized price) and they agreed to it. No haggling necessary. I showed them my credit union approval for a low loan rate and they were able to beat it. Neither the salesman nor the manager played any of the typical negotiation games. They explained the options on the vehicle, financing, and service plan, but there was no pressure or sales sneakiness. It was definitely the best car buying experience I've had.

I bought an extended warranty for a used vehicle that I bought in late March. I received a certified letter from the underwriter denying the coverage. I have called Barker Honda several times since receiving the letter and I cannot get anything in writing reinstating the policy. Heck, I cannot get them to return my calls. They tell me not to worry, my vehicle is covered. That means worry! I'm stuck without a policy or my money. I wouldn't buy another vehicle from them or recommend them to a family member or friend.

Had a very good buying experience though i had to forfeit $1200.00 for cosmetic work they needed to perform on my trade which i had been assured beforehand wouldn't be necessary. Besides that, they were very prompt and helpful. Overall, i got exactly what i wanted for my trade and for the purchase price of the vehicle they sold me.

I had researched the vehicle that I was really interested in, a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Barker Honda was the only dealer in the area with one. After speaking with Courtney Hebert, I went to the dealership and met with her. She did not try to steer me to anything other than what I was looking for. A more pleasant sales associate you cannot find. Top notch service from her as well as everyone there. I Highly Recommend this Person and Dealership for a great all around transaction.

I went to Barker Honda to see a previously owned Jeep listed on cars.com. Lisa Barker-Daul worked with me for a week to close the sale, at the right price, and satisfy every my every concern. I was never pressured, she did not try to upsell me on a different vehicle and she only called me when I asked her to. It was a first class experience!

I had been driving my 2007 Honda and noticed a sound when I turned my steering wheel. Casey, the service advisor, told me that it required a replacement of an inexpensive part. Another service center (not at a Honda dealership) told me they could try flushing out my system for more money than Barker Honda charged me to actually FIX the issue. Thank you Casey and Barker Honda for such outstanding Service!

I loved the treatment and prompt service I received last Friday afternoon at Barker Honda's service department. They pointed out a couple of things that I need to be looking to take care of soon as well. They did not pressure me into doing anything in addition to what I was having done that day and I appreciate that so much. It is a pleasure to do business with this store. :)
