I found a great car and great deal online but everyone I worked with at the dealership seemed more concerned about telling me any lie to get me to buy the car. Outside salespersons assisted me and made me feel like I had no clue what I was doing. They knew nothing about the inventory. Every employee I had contact with was dishonest and only looking out for themselves. Yes I got a good car, but the experience was terrible. I would not recommend to anyone.

Purchased our 2nd car here this year from them. Neal made me a great trade on trucks last year, so we went back this year and traded my wife's car. Neal Worked hard to enusre she got everything she wanted and still made a good deal. Would encourage anyone to try there first.

I was looking at one of their trucks for a couple of weeks now which they had sent off to a shop to repair the AC. They finally got back so I called ahead and told them that I was coming and they said that they would have the truck ready for me. I got to the dealership and first I had to find the salesman that I was meeting with. Then, we spent about 30 minutes looking for the truck. When we did finally find it, it was boxed in by five other cars (so much for having it ready for me). Then I drove the truck because it still might be a good truck, but the transfer case wouldn't shift from four wheel drive high to four wheel drive low, so I might as well be buying a two wheel drive truck if it has a faulty transfer case. so then they appraised my vehicle and was I shocked. They were offering me $4,000 less than the competition. Thats the point where I left.

Great Experience. Very customer service oriented. Was not pressured to purchase. Went out of way to make us feel very comfortable with purchase. Stayed beyond closing hours to close deal.

I bought my wife a 2016 Santa Fe, they got us in and out in about an hour. Everyone was respectful and very friendly! They felt like family by the time we left!! They did a great job cleaning it up, and even gave my daughters balloons while we were waiting! We are 100% satisfied, and will buy our next car there!!

I traveled 2.5 hours from TN just to look at a vehicle. Everyone was extremely nice and easy to work with. I usually hate going to car dealerships because they won't leave you alone, but not this place! We will definitely be back and recommend everyone!

Returning home after visiting three other dealerships in Tupelo, we decided to stop at Barnes Crossing Chevrolet in New Albany. As we walked over to the selection of Malibu's we were met by a young Sales consultant Lewis Baker. We sat in, and started several of them and continually described what we thought we were looking for. Lewis caught on quick and decided to show us the Impala 2LT. His breadth of product knowledge of this car was impressive and ultimately sparked our interest. Bottom line, after he talked with the manager , the deal was unrefusable. We took a test drive and came back. We wanted some extras added and Lewis made it happen. We went back to Jeremy and signed the deal and this baby is now in my garage. Best experience I've had buying a new car. Thanks Lewis, Jake, and Jeremy....it's been a pleasure.
