The car buying process is quick and easy because the have junk cars that are over priced. They fix the cars to last a year then they break down. They have a service center that patches issues with non experienced shade tree machanics that takes months to repair and don't want to give u a loaner car. They are very xxxxxx and the finance center ladies are very rude and unbothered. If I could give it negative 100 stars I would.

The sachse location was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. Every employee was friendly and knowledgeable. They found was I was lost king for and drove away with it the next day.

We purchased an SUV from Barrett Motors in Rowlett in June of 2015. We needed a 3 seater SUV and I personally wanted the FLEX, however it was a little more than we wanted to spend and Rudy Macias looked around at the other Barrett owned dealerships and found us 2 vehicles to choose from. We chose the Chrysler Aspen.We have had ZERO problems out of this vehicle and have taken several trips across state lines in it. I didn't feel hounded, and Rudy worked with us patiently while trying to get all the paperwork together. I would definitely think about purchasing another vehicle from Barrett Motors in the future.

I have just purchased my third vehicle through Barrett Motors. I had a car accident and went into speak with them and was promptly greeted by an associate. My associate was Dario Heritage, he was very courteous, informative and professional. Barrett motors made the car buying process quick and took care of me immediately. All of the vehicles I have purchased through Barrett have been great dependable cars. I will continue to use them in the future for my car needs.

I had a really good experience. The salesmam Melvin was very friendly and was willing to help me and my family find a nice vehicle. He was genuine and very attentive to how my children were antsy and offered snacks and movies. Billie on the financing department has been great. Sometimes i do forget to make my payments on their due date. She calls to see why the payment was missed and is understanding of financial needs of the customer. I can honestly say after leaving barrett motors i felt like i was more than just a sale but that i was a valued customer.

Our purchase with Barrett Motors was easy. We looked online, visited the lot and were met by an honest, friendly salesmen. No hassle sales, deal was done quickly. Car buying can be such a hassle...this time it wasnt! Customer service after the fact has been great. We are blessed to be doing business with them.

I have made multiple purchases from this company and have yet to have an issue of great concern. All vehicles are maintained well before sold, and I am always confident I will get a good reliable used vehicle. Mike in Service is easy to work with. Billie in customer service/account maintenance is friendly and attentive to customer needs. Definitely recommend for those with credit issues. You can get a very good used car with affordable payments; little down.

I purchased my Lincoln MKX from Barrett in 2014 and have never had any problems with the vehicle or the great people at Barrett Motors. I went into the dealership with less than perfect credit after a divorce and did not think I would qualify for a vehicle. They worked with me on the down payment and the monthly payments and I left in a luxury vehicle! Working with the staff at Barrett is also great. Billie Henderson has always been courteous and kind as have the rest of their staff. I will definitely purchase from Barrett again in the future!

The service was amazing!! The environment was friendly and the staff was really down to earth. Unlike some car places, Barrett didn't just try to put you in any car they strive to put you n something you wanted. I will defiantly recommend this place to my friends and family. Loving my Ford Fusion.

The people in the administrative area are very rude and unprofessional. They do not answer emails It phone msgs. We have lived all over the world and I have never ever ever dealt with a company like this. We are military and were transferred last year to Austin. This whole area was hit by a catastrophic hail storm last month. EVERY body shop is booked and EVERY rental car agency is out of rentals. We finally found a body shop that could accommodate our needs but it is 45 minutes away. The insurance check for repair came two weeks ago. I sent it to BMI. They are now holding the check * hostage * and will not release the funds to assist with getting a rental or a down pymt to the repair shop. The email address I had for Anabel ( bmi employee ) kept bouncing back that it was not a good address. I emailed Jennifer Garcia ( another bmi employee ) last week and asked her to please forward the email to Anabel. Nothing.....crickets. . nothing. So, I emailed her again Garcia again with pics and I finally has to ask Garcia to PLEASE acknowledge receipt of the email. I finally get a reply yesterday and here is what it said: here is Anabels correct email address. I don't know anything about this account. WOW. Thats Professional. My husband finally had to take time out of his day to call Anabel because she doesn't return emails. Did I mention my husband is out of state with the military? Thanks BMI for your assistance! NOT! I appreciate the help.

Worst place I have ever been too. They will scam you, mark my words. They claim they help people with bad credit but ask they do is prey on people with bad credit. I was told no and then went to a real dealership and they told me yes.
