We recently bought a new vehicle through Barry Sanders and had an excellent buying experience. We live in Tulsa and we chose to drive to Barry Sanders to buy our vehicle. We were impressed with the knowledge, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, especially our salesperson, Katie Sutherland. Financing through Barry Sanders was also a good experience, which was something especially notable to us since we have had negative experiences in the financing departments elsewhere in the past. We were relieved to have the entire buying process be one that was positive and we will definitely refer our friends to Barry Sanders and Katie Sutherland.

We approached dealerships all over the state of Oklahoma with one goal. The objective was to find us the perfect used car in 2 weeks and finance it lower than we could. I wont lie, our criteria was very strict. Katie Sutherland was the BEST salesperson wed encountered ANYWHERE. We knew right away that Katie was dedicated to actually help us and not just make a sale. She treated us like we were lifelong friends, taking the time to listen to our needs and checking in with us just to see how we were doing and ensuring us that she was doing everything she could to find us our dream car. One day we got the call. It was just a few days before our deadline when we HAD to have to car for an out of town business trip. Katie said that she was pretty sure shed found us the car we wanted. We live in Norman, 82 miles away from her. She sent us pictures and immediately, we knew she was right. It was perfect. The Cherry on top came when she offered to bring the car to Norman on her day off since she knew we needed the car ASAP. Katie brought the car to Norman on her day off and we were in love with the car instantly. Since purchasing the car, Katie has called me a few times just to check and see how we were doing and make sure we were totally satisfied. Katie sacrificed her time, became personally invested in our needs and built a relationship with us. I couldnt ask for anything better. I was dreading buying a car because I think we all fear dealing with pushy salesmen, but Katie was exceptional. She made buying a car enjoyable, stress free, and honestly, I feel like I was treated like family not just a customer. All dealerships should model their sales training to train their salespeople to be just like her. That is the best car buying experience a person could hope for. I hope that youll choose Katie when you go to Barry Sanders Super Center because everyone should be this satisfied.

I bought a 2011 Toyota Camry today, and I couldn't be happier, Katie helped me and this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. The staff was VERY friendly, and VERY helpful in finding me a great car. I highly recommend looking there first the next time you buy a car, I say this because you will not have to visit another dealer. they have a lot of cars and can find something you like and can afford no matter your budget. 5 Stars! also, they have "the wettest water in town."

The best car buying experience ever! Loved Katie Sutherland!! She took the time to sit with us and helped us with more than just the aspects of the car but made sure we were comfortable and really listened to our needs and jumped in to supply the best experience she could. The detailer was gone for the day but before leaving we saw her personally out there cleaning the windows (on a hot day none the less). The next day when we stopped back by she still remember about our busy schedules and that meant a lot.

I was visiting Oklahoma with daughter this summer, and I needed a truck bad! I had an old F150 that I had replaced everything on but the engine by this point. I was told to call Katie at Barry Sanders Supercenter in Stillwater. I thought "Yeah right." I knew I had bad credit, but she got me a new truck. Every other dealer I talked to had told me "No" or that I would have a crazy interest rate. She got me into a great truck, a great interest rate, and a great deal. If you need a vehicle, even if you think you can't get one, call Katie. She is worth the drive. She works harder than any one to get you approved and a good deal.

If you're going to Barry Sanders Supercenter in Stillwater, OK, ask for Katie Sutherland as your salesperson. She is hard working, fun to work with and super attentive to your needs. As it turned out, I did not purchase a Dodge truck, but that was because Dodge no longer has a 3:73 rear end ratio for its 2500 model. Otherwise, I would have definitely bought the truck from Katie. It was a pleasure to work with her, best experience I've had with a salesperson. Thank you, Katie!

I have gone to Barry Sanders a couple times for service and repairs on my Jeep. They are the friendliest people I have ever met and constantly asked me how I was doing and if I needed anything while I was waiting on my car. Katie Sutherland made buying a new car fun. I came in looking for a replacement for a dying 2004 Ford Taurus with a bum transmission, and I left with a 2012 Hyundai Accent Hatchback. Got a great deal, too!! Katie was great--instead of the expected high pressure sales pitch, she was funny and friendly. She made buying a car pleasant. Can't say enough good things.

I had an awesome buying experience with Katie Sutherland! My wife and I were in Stillwater (from Enid) with our 15 month old daughter just looking for a fuel efficient car. Katie was BIG LEAGUE! She made us a great offer on our trade-in and got us a dream deal on a car at a rate we could afford. She wasnt pushy, she didnt play any goofy car dealer games, and she worked quickly to get us and our impatient child on the road. Its been a week ago now and I still cant believe she got us this good of a deal on an awesome pre-owned vehicle. I use to hate buying cars, but I look forward to the next time we get to work with Katie.

I bought a 2012 Hyundai Azera through Katie. She is an excellent salesperson. Informs you about all your options. Knows the warranty and other questions you may have on all the vehicles they sell. I told her I wanted a used Azera and found one for me (or maybe that was her bosses..lol) anyhow, she delivered and made sure I knew everything there was to know about my car and features it had before I left the lot. She made buying a car a great experience and never pressured me to buy. Thanks Katie, LOVE my new car!!!!

My husband and I have been comparing XUT for about 2 months when he stopped by the Hyundai dealership and met Katie. When he came home he suggested I go test-drive a Santa Fe. I met Duke and he introduced me to the Santa Fe & the Santa Fe Sport. Both Katie and Duke are outstanding people; kind, funny, knowledgeable, and very determined to make your car shopping (and buying) experience one to remember and brag about! We also met Ryan and J.T. (manager & finance guy, respectively) and they were both wonderful! They did not have the Sport on the lot that I was looking for, but they left no stone unturned in finding one and having it delivered to their location. These people jumped through hoops to make this deal happen! The sales people are awesome at explaining features of the car prior to and while test-driving, have tons of patience, are polite and professional! We will definitely purchase here again and look forward to fulfilling our maintenance needs with them :)

I had a wonderful experience buying my first car all by myself at Barry Sanders Supercenter. In the past my husband had always done all the car buying, but unfortunately he past away last winter. I was visiting family in Stillwater complaining I needed a new car. I was very leary to buy a car by myself, especially since most car salesman are so shady. They told me I had to go to Barry Sanders Supercenter while I was here and see what they had to offer. They had bought several cars from there from Katie and said I should go to talk to her. I called her first before I wasted my time to see if she could even help me, I wasn't sure what my credit looked like after trying to pay off my husband's final medical bills and expenses. She took my credit app over the phone and called me back within minutes letting me know I could buy. I set up an appointment later that day with her. When I arrived at the dealership Katie greeted me at the door, brought me inside where it was cool, offered me refreshments, and went over my car options. I picked out the one I was most interested in. Katie pulled the car up front for me to test drive. While on the test drive she made sure to point out all the features and how everything worked. After we were done we went back to the dealership. Paperwork was a breeze! They gave me everything I had asked for right off including the monthly payment I asked for. There was no haggling and no pressure. It was wonderful! Katie and all her co-workers treated me well, with respect and, understanding. I got a fair trade in price for my car and a great deal on my 2012 200. If you need a new car, be sure to talk to Katie at Barry Sanders Supecenter! Thank you Katie for all your help! I will never buy any where else!

I have now bought 5 cars total from Barry Sanders Supercenter. They are awesome! Every time I work with them they treat me right, give me a good deal, and have always addressed issues immediately and satisfactory. Katie in sales sold me the last 3, and I would not buy from anyone else. I refer everyone to her! She is very patient with me and has always listened to my needs. She also still checks in with me from time to time to make sure all is well with my vehicles but never to the point of annoyance. The managers are great to work with as well. Anytime I have had a question and Katie was unavailable one of them were more than happy to help. I also have to give kudos to the service department. They are always efficient and fair. Why would I go any where else for any of my automotive needs when Barry Sanders Supercenter does it all and takes care of me the whole way? If you want to be treated with respect from a car dealership, go see Katie and her team at Barry Sanders Supercenter!
