I highly recommend the Barton Ford Suffolk service department. My service writer Katie always greets us with a warm smile and hello. Katie goes out of her way to make sure we understand everything that is being done to our vehicles. Katie is always thorough, patient and always makes sure that when we leave the dealership we are happy and satisfied with our service experience. Katie is a true asset to the Barton Ford family. Additionally, the Service Manager Traci always finds time to come out and find us to tell us "hello". We are always treated like family.

Always the best service, amazing deals, friendliest staff and amazing sales on new and used cars. They are like part of my family, won't go anywhere else! For service, Tracy is the one person I trust 100% for my car care. She won't tell me lies or bull and will even suggest other ideas, knowing that sometimes a repair can be expensive.

The service department is horrible. So horrible I'd rather drive to vb for service or even not buy another ford. I've had my car for a few years now and never in that time have I had a good experience there. Even with simple oil changes. I have had so many issues with them I have forgotten some. Advisers NEVER call back or give updates on when something will be done or if it's going to take longer than expected. Wrong parts have been ordered when they had my car to visibly see what part needs replaced. I've been told they fixed things that they did not. Another part wasn't put on securely which ended up coming off in the middle of a 500 mile drive. Therefore I had to get a 250 mile tow on my own dime. I take my car in to get something fixed and leave with something else going wrong. I've had many more issues over the years but there communication is definitely the worst part.

It was my first time to Barton Ford. The staff was friendly and the waiting area (a diner lounge) was comfortable and had tables where I could work. They even had free wifi. I enjoyed my time and they had me back on the road in no time. I am a first time Ford owner, and I only wish they’d throw in a complimentary wash/vacuum before I left. My old Honda dealer did that every time I came in for maintenance and it was a nice touch. I’ll be back again in the future.

Bought a 2015 F-350 from their sister dealership in Va. Beach and try to get my service done at the Suffolk store. The last 2 times I have had service work done (mainly oil change) I was made to wait after my agreed upon pick up time. I made appointments AND dropped the vehicle off for the entire day only to go get it at the end of the day to be told we haven't finished or gotten to it yet. We are here until 6 so just wait in the lounge. REALLY??? Why did I make an appointment and then give it to you all day? To make matters worse, I received no phone call about delays or nothing. Then I watched the mechanic bump my front spoiler on the lift because he didn't make sure it would clear and cracked the spoiler. I had to eat that one because I didn't bother to look at it until the next day when I noticed it looked funny. This is not the great customer service they promote on their commercials. My time matters to me but apparently it doesn't matter as much to them.

Every time I make my payment with Dannielle she is rude doesn't smile doesn't say have a nice day gives wrong payment information to me so I ended up paying a larger amount of payment because my name was next to someone who's payment amount was larger she really needs to be retrained on talking with customers so they will come back to buy there next vehicle but I do recommend buying a car there Jerry was my salesman and he went over and behond

I dropped my vehicle off on Friday evening for an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked it up on Saturday afternoon, I remembered I needed to have a recall service done.
