We had the pleasure of working with Natasha and Jennifer for our car purchase experience. As expecting parents, we were looking to upgrade my hatchback to an SUV and had a pretty specific set of options we were really looking for. Natasha helped us from before we even showed up at the dealership. We were able to get the options narrowed down from lists of available stock online as was there to meet us early the next day for a couple quick test drives. We chose our new Escape, and proceeded to work some numbers. That is always a difficult and ugly process but she managed to make is quick and painless. While the details of the deal were being worked out behind the scenes, we got to see what Bartow Ford looked like off the showroom floor, seeing repair areas and getting a good deal of the history of Bartow Ford and what makes them a family.After the deal was worked out, we sat with Jennifer to do all the signing which went very pleasantly. Our new Escape was ready to go when we were done, and after the setup of the awesome technology the Escape has to offer, we headed all the way back to Tampa, happy and satisfied with our car and our experience. It is nice to be a part of the Bartow Ford family!

I have been purchasing vehicles for decades and generally the experiences have fallen short of painless and enjoyable. This time when it came time to purchase my truck I researched several dealers and manufacturers. I had always heard good things about Bartow Ford and on a Friday I visited their internet site and requested information on a Ford F-150. The internet sales representative, Joshua, responded with a call in a very timely manner and we set an appointment for the next day, Saturday morning, for a test drive.To be honest, I did not expect to purchase a truck on this day but it turned out I did. Our experience with Joshua was very pleasant and enjoyable with no sales pressure what so ever. After test driving the truck we liked, we came back to the office to begin the paperwork and financing process. Joshua explained each step of the way and before we knew it, we were in the finance office for yet another pleasant experience. Our entire process took approximately two hours and we were driving home in our new truck.It was great to see first hand that all of the good things we had heard about Bartow Ford were actually really true. Bartow Ford and Jared Drake and the entire staff at Bartow Ford exceeded my expectations on purchasing my new 2016 Ford Edge Titanium. I met with Jared - told him the colors and options that i wanted and the next morning I pulled into Bartow Ford at 11:00 - my Edge was waiting by the show room floor all detailed and ready , went inside and did our financing with Raquel and pulled out of the dealership at 11:45 with my new purchase. Jared introduced us to the service manager - arranged our first oil change , feature benefited the vehicle for us all in 45 minutes. Browsed Bartow Ford's inventory online and found the car I was looking for. Contacted Diana and went down for a test drive. No pressure to buy that day which is what I like. Decided on a model with more extras so Diana found the car and had it brought in. Once I saw the car and test drove it then we discussed price. Their were no games and they gave me what I was asking for my trade. Diana worked with me on the price and I got a great deal on my 2017 Ford Fusion SE. The dealer ship is REALLY big and very nice. I worked with Natasha Nichols on purchasing a new F250. Natasha went above and beyond to help me with this purchase. I was looking for a low-mileage used Ford Flex and looked at several via the Internet. After narrowing my choices, I visited two dealerships for a test drive, including Bartow Ford. Chris Striker is a consummate professional who went the extra mile to accommodate me. Within one day I had a solid offer on the vehicle at a very reasonable price and a fair value for my trade-in (the other dealer low-balled the trade-in price and pressured me to sign their contract that day). I wanted some additional accessories for the Flex, and they were most accommodating, ordering them at cost and not charging me for any shipping charges or installation. The financial details were expertly handled, and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was given a tour of their impressive facilities and introduced to their service manager. I was offered a free oil change at the next scheduled interval.I had heard good things about Bartow Ford before from friends and acquaintances, and it is easy to see why. I have used their service department before for maintenance on my prior vehicle, and I know first-hand their work is excellent. They will take you to work in their courtesy vehicle or, if you need replacement transportation, rent you a new Ford at a very reasonable daily rental fee. I cannot say the same things for my experiences with the Ford dealership in my own adjacent town.I will recommend Bartow Ford to all my friends and co-workers, particularly their Internet sales and Chris Striker.

We had to drive over 4 hours to reach Bartow but found it to be worth while. The entire staff was professional, considerate, and pleasant. We never felt pressured at any point. I had to travel 90 miles to get there, so needless to say I passed many other dealers on my way to Bartow Ford. Natasha Nichols went over and above my expectations of what a salesperson should do, as after the deal was final she spend almost two hours with my daughter going over the vehicles electronic, syncing her phone and all the locations of things so my daughter felt comfortable driving home those 90 miles . My husband and I came in for a new truck not thinking that we would find something that day. John N. was very good in helping us find exactly the right fit. He made sure that we were aware off all the discounts available to us including the veteran's discount, Geico employee discount, and any others he could think of. We received a great price for a trade in and wound up walking away with a brand new truck with payments that we could afford. I would suggest that if you have a bank you want to do your loan through than to let them know because my bank got us our interest to 2.99 where the banks Bartow Ford searched had the interest rate at 4.1 percent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone interested in a new vehicle.

The Explorer is the second vehicle I have purchased from Bartow Ford. I purchased a full-sized Transit special order van for the company I work for last year. The Explorer is a 2015. We saw it on the Bartow Ford website, called and asked some questions, made an appointment, and came in to look at it. Natasha Nichols, our saleswoman, was extremely helpful and patient. We asked a boatload of questions, took it for a test drive, and asked more questions. There was no high pressure to buy today. We went home, talked about it and made our decision. We call Natasha and confirmed our intention to buy and that we would be there in two days to pick it up. There was no pressure to send a deposit or a holding fee. She just accepted our word. When we arrived, the vehicle was clean, a few minor items had been repaired, and everything was ready to go. The paperwork in the finance office was quick and easy. Again, no pressure to do a bunch of add-ons. All-in-all, it was the most pleasant car buying experience I have had in fifty years of buying cars.

This is the 5th car that I have purchased from Bartow Ford. For the last four, my salesperson has been Diana Francheshi. The way it usually goes is, I call Diana, tell her what I want, she finds the vehicle she thinks I will like, and we go from there. I can honestly say, that she has always came through for me.From the time that we arrived at Bartow Ford, test drove the car, signed all of the papers, couldn't have been more than an hour and a half, and a lot of that time was me and the wife asking questions. Bartow Ford has a no pressure approach to selling cars, at my first visit I was greeted and shown their huge selection. I then test drove a couple of vehicles to narrow down my search. There have been personnel changes during this time but it is obvious that the overall philosophy and culture at Bartow Ford has not changed. We have always found their approach to be straightforward and transparent with no pressure. You dont have to worry about any fine print in their advertising or pricing. We have also found their prices to be very competitive and have bought the vast majority of our vehicles from them since moving to Florida. I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer and Randy Siebenal was my sales person. I have 2 Ford dealers closer to my house, but drove 90 miles to work with Randy. He went out of his way to make sure the purchasing process was as painless as possible. At several points during the process, I didnt have what I needed, but he found ways to get it done, so I didn't have to drive another 180 mile round trip to get him documents. While we were there our first salesman, who know holds a different position, made it a point to come over and say hello which was very unexpected. Salesman was very respectful of our decisions on the purchase of the vehicle we chose. He did not try to push us in for another deal. The only issue "the financial manager" seemed to get defensive when turning down options they were offering. After I informed him why we didn't need or want the offer he seemed to be in a rush to get us out of the room. We mentioned this to the salesman and he said he would take it to his manager. My experience with bartow ford was like no other. Long story short: I walked into another ford dealership with full intentions of leaving with a new truck. As I signed the credit app, Natasha with bartow ford called me to check how my search is going and she quickly ran numbers with the manager to give me the best deal possible on an identical truck. A crew from this dealership stayed open an extra 2 hours past closing on Christmas Eve to set me up in my new ride. The truck was already in my name, tagged, and paperwork completed before I arrived. Three years ago I leased a 2013 Ford Edge from Marty Wilson and Bartow Ford with my pending retirement in mind. Four months into my retirement my lease was over and the time to make a more permanent car decision was at hand. While I absolutely loved the Edge, I estimated that I was alone in the vehicle 90 percent of the time. Even with three local grandchildren, I figured a smaller vehicle was the way to go. A few days before Christmas I treated myself to the purchase of a 2015 Ford Focus Hatchback Titanium model. Research revealed that the redesigned Focus is very economical to drive, is tops in its class in safety features and is loaded with technology. It is also fun to drive. I did not need to research where to purchase the vehicle as I have always been completely satisfied with the service of Bartow Ford and Marty -- both the company and the man stalwarts of integrity and customer satisfaction.

I am renting a car while my suv, the I bought from Bartow Ford is in the shop for repair. Original contract was for a month, but then I called them up to say, it would be late as my pay period was after the day due and I would not have the money that was due. I work for a major Employer in Central Florida, and our pay is screwed up a lot, but as a national company, we just have to deal with it. The Bartow Ford rental manager made an exception, she was able to work with my work issues. She went above and beyond any other rental units out there. This is a great place rent a car, even if you are not getting your car repaired.

Earlier this year my husband was having a hard time finding the truck he wanted. Someone suggested contacting Bartow Ford. We were impressed with the dealership. It is clean, the personnel is friendly and they have an enormous selection of vehicles. We had the pleasure of meeting John Nakashige a salesman with Bartow Ford. He is a very nice fellow but more than that - he is knowledgeable and he found the truck my husband wanted. When it came time for me to buy a car I emailed John and told him what I needed in a vehicle. He suggested the limited Expedition and helped me pick out what I needed and eliminate the extras that I wouldn't use. When I picked up my new car John took a substantial amount of time to explain the new navigation system and go over all the electronics and equipment. I am so happy with my new Expedition. I think it looks sharp and it is very comfortable. For me, Bartow is a 2 hour drive. It's totally worth the drive to work with John and the employees at Bartow Ford.

Buying a new vehicle is usually not a pleasant experience - kind of like getting a root canal at your friendly dentist's office. But when your faithful Ford truck hits its tenth birthday, it's time to consider a change. A friend recommended John Nagashike as a low pressure, patient and tolerant salesperson and John got elected to guide me through the process. I just don't buy things without a lot of deliberation, along with hundreds of questions that go along with the exercise and John couldn't have been any better to deal with. Never pushy, but always helpful towards working to meet my needs, he was actually a person you'd want to have over for supper. Richard stayed with me while I finished up, he even offered to stay a little while longer to show me how everything worked (GPS, A/C, Radio, Bluetooth) Its all touchscreen and very new to me in a vehicle. Richard called me at the begining of the week to see how everything was going with my new vehicle. I told him the other day we noticed a nail in the tire. He not once hesitated to say, "When could you bring it by so we can get that taken care of for you?" Not knowing if I had ran over the nail or if it was already in the tire but is getting it taken care of for me. My first experience buying at Bartow Ford and I am beyond happy. I made the drive to Bartow because I'd heard them on the radio, so I decided to give them a look online. They had very positive reviews, and a good selection of cars. I initially went in with no financing options, but that didn't stop them from showing me around, and letting me test drive some cars. Once I got my financing set up, I let Chris Stricker know, and he was happy to pick up where we left off, and get down to business. He didn't try to force anything on us, and even acknowledged any concerns we had on vehicles, which were minimal; (wheel balance, a/c a little slow on the cool-down). What was really nice was that he never tried to push anything on me that I didn't need. I told him what we wanted, and he stuck to that, never trying to veer me towards a higher priced newer option with a higher mark-up. He also never tried to drag down the competition when I mentioned we were, of course, shopping around. He took the opportunity to make themselves a better candidate, which I highly respect. I would definitely recommend checking this place out, even if it's just a phone call. I truly think they'll treat you right.

Car dealers and honesty, some say this is an oxymoron. Not in this case. Nice selection of vehicles, the finance gentleman did his job explaining options without being obnoxiously aggressive about it. Two years ago I was in a head on collision with my Ford Focus if it wasn't for all the airbags I would not have made it through. After totaling the Focus we went to Bartow Ford because I refused to drive anything other then a ford (because of the airbags that saved my life). Excellent service by my saleperson, Richard. He was very proffesional and personable. He took care of all of hte things that I was looking for. He even threw in some free floormats for my vehicle. The finance manager was amazing and help me get approved for this vehicle even though we got denied by other companies. The day after I purchased this vehicle, I ran over a piece of metal that punctured my one of my tires. I brought it back to Bartow Ford to be patched and the staff was very polite. The service tech that I was dealing with even paid for the tire patch. I tried to tell him I would pay for it but he said he will typically cover the cost of minor repairs like this if someone just bought the vehicle from Bartow Ford. I will definitely be going back here for service and further vehicle purchases.

We went to Diana to buy a car. She didn't just sell us a car, she helped us. We weren't in the best position and she was determined to make sure we didn't fall into the same problem we were trying to get out of. After getting her all the information she requested, she literally worked two days to make sure we got what we wanted and to make sure we weren't over extended again. After getting so-so visits to other dealers I went out of my way and took a trip to Bartow. And what I nice trip it was. My sales person Melissa Jones was beyond helpful in finding the vehicle I wanted trimmed out the way I wanted. The finance dept. moved me through quickly and the detail dept got my vehicle ready for delivery in minimum time. Melissa has checked on me and the smile I got from going Bartow a few times and helped schedule me back for service. Could ramble on and on but would just like to Thank Melissa and the Bartow family of employees for a great car buying experience.

We had an accident, recently, and found ourselves needing to buy a car to replace the one that was wrecked. If we could have afforded a new car, the task would have been less difficult. However, buying a used car is almost always an unpleasant task. My past experience has been that car sales people (esp. management) seem more concerned about their bottom line than the customers needs and concerns about finding the right car. I usually do a lot of research before I decide on a car, so I usually take a lot of time. This time I did not have a lot of time. I used Cars.com to help in my search. It was a great help in locating several cars that were good candidates. The very first car found in my search was a 2008 Taurus at Bartow Ford. I had never really considered Bartow Ford before, but I had always heard they were really good to work with. So we went to Bartow Ford to see the Taurus. What we found was quite a nice car and a very friendly & helpful sales person. We took the car for a test drive (w/out the sales person) and then he was very helpful in answering all of our questions. He did not seem to be in a hurry at all. We knew we were not able to purchase yet (insurance settlement had not been received yet), and told him such. No pressure!! He said he understood, and asked if there was anything we wanted to look at or if we had any other questions. He gave us his card and said if we had any other questions just email him or call him and he would be happy to assist. We left. We looked at several other cars at other dealers, but it was always a fairly pressured situation. They always seemed to be in a hurry, as if they had somewhere else to be, so they want you to make a decision right then. I don't usually decide on the spot any way. I always sleep on BIG decisions. After 7 days of looking....we finally received the settlement. We had found only one other car that we would have been interested in, but we were not happy with the dealership. So we took a chance that the Taurus would still be at Bartow Ford. It was!! That was our answer. The price was right, the process was easy and quick, and we felt our needs and concerns were addressed. Bartow Ford will be our first consideration the next time we need or decide to get a new car.

In this age of the internet and faceless deal-making so much is lost. The consumer may not get the best deal they are entitled to and relationships are not established. My wife and I have recently needing a new truck. Our financial condition had slipped somewhat over the past six years, so we were quite apprehensive about this purchase. I called Bartow Ford and spoke with Monte Barham. I gave him the stock numbers of three vehicles that were of interest to us. Since I am an "Old School" type person, I also scheduled a time to meet with him and explain our particular situation. Before our meeting, I filled out a credit application online. We met that afternoon and my wife and I test drove the vehicles and made our choice. Monte explained all the discounts and rebates we were entitled to and the estimated payment until financing could be finalized. The following morning,Monte, called and told me that Stacey Tribble in their financing department had us approved with Ford Motor Credit Company with an excellent interest rate. Monte told me, we could pick up our new F-150 later that afternoon if it was convenient. We finalized the deal later that day. Our buying experience with Monte Barham, Stacey Tribble, and Bartow Ford could not have been more satisfying. We are extremely grateful.

I would like to say a thank you to all those at Bartow Ford that made my recent purchase of a new 2015 Ford Escape Titanium a pleasant procedure. Their inventory of new Fords far surpasses other dealerships that I had checked out, and I was able to find the exact Escape that I had been looking for. I do believe that the Escape is about the only mid-sized SUV that allows the back seats to fold completely FLAT, and that is what I wanted for my large dog, as well as for the ease of transporting musical equipment to and from gigs. A factory tow hitch was also on my list of wants, for I occasionally tow a small boat and a utility trailer. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for at Bartow Ford, and even in the color I wanted. Jared Drake was my salesman, and an excellent person to deal with. We made a verbal deal the first afternoon we talked, and he had everything ready to sign and go the next morning. The Escape is a fine vehicle for my needs, and I plan on driving it for several years. I will highly recommend Bartow Ford and Jared Drake to my friends.

I bought my new F-150 pickup through Diana Tracey. It was probably the most pleasant purchase experience I have ever had. She was pleasant, offered a contract that was fair, and went out of here way to make certain everything was as it should be. We live in Bartow, so Bartow Ford was our first stop. Finding the car we wanted, we talked to a salesman that talked to us like we couldn't afford the vehicle and promised to call (never did). After searching around, we still wanted the Mustang at Bartow Ford and contacted Internet Sales (refusing to deal with the previous salesman again) and we found Diana Tracey. She made us feel comfortable from the start and handled every last detail. She even got us better financing with lower APR. We will definitely be back to buy all our vehicles from her, She is the best around.....

We contacted Diana through the internet sales to make an appointment to see a "gently used" vehicle we had seen online. It turned out to be not as "gently" as we wanted however with the stock that they have there were plenty others to choose from. Diana was great and showed us previously owned and new stock so we could make the best decision for us. We chose new and couldn't be happier. We will defiantly be back to see Diana for our next purchase! We live over an hour away from Bartow and have dealt with many other dealers closer to home in the past but the whole buying experience and the staff at Bartow Ford make it worth the drive. Found a used car I liked online, called and talked to Richard R who took the time to walk out to the car and gave me an honest description. When I arrived to take a look he was very prompt to let me check it out and take it for a drive. Low pressure. We talked on the phone the day after with some other options that he suggested. I returned the next day and while Richard was enjoying his day off with family, Benny M was more than happy to help me out, driving the car again and we agreed upon a price. Total price negotiation time about 4 minutes. I got a great car for a great deal. The most impressive part of the experience was how nice and low pressure the sales folks were, as they worked together as a team to sell me a car that I wanted to buy. Other dealers should be so fortunate to learn this winning formula for customer service and to have such a nice professional team working towards making the buyer happy. Bottom line is a good deal without being passed from the Salesperson to the Floor Manager then the Sales Manager and next to the Finance Manager and finally you might get the deal you wanted!! I too sent an Internet inquiry to Bartow Ford, along with two other Ford Dealers that had a 2014 Fusion in stock that I was interested in. Dean Nelson replied to my email immediately and followed up with a phone call the next day. I discussed what I was looking for both in options and cost. Dean said he would put a deal together and get back to me. Later that same day I get an Email with the window sticker of a Fusion attached and the basic lease terms he proposed. I got replies from the two other inquiries but none matched the Bartow Ford offer. I am 2 hours away from Bartow so I called Dean to make sure the deal was firm, after his assurance I made an appointment for the next afternoon to come and lease the car. The visit was most pleasant, Dean had us sign some forms, showed us the new car, demonstrated the various features and them we went to sign the lease agreement. All done within an hour of arrival, with no stress or hassle We drove the new Fusion Titanium back home and after a week are quite pleased. Thanks to Dean Wilson and the management of Bartow Ford for their commitment to fair deals and excellent customer service. This kind of attitude has to start at the "TOP" and filter down throughout the organization. WELL DONE
