So I went back to Basil Ford of Niagara Falls today and bought another vehicle and while my first experience was good my experience this time was great. My salesman Blake was so awesome , patient, and helpful through the whole process. I test drove 4 cars and still didn’t know what car I wanted and even though he was extremely busy he still took the time and to go through all the pros and cons with me until I felt comfortable with my choice. I got a really nice car for a good price and it was completely stress free.

Chris and James made the experience so easy. We walked in and only two hours later we had test drove, negotiated, and arrived at a deal. We came back the next day to pick our new vehicle up and the process to sign and get into it was quick and easy. Oh! And we ended up paying less than we asked for! To say the purchase of this vehicle was ‘easy’ is an understatement. The entire process was great from the first test drive to leaving the lot after it was mine. Every employee was extremely helpful and cordial, like they wanted you to be there and also appreciated it. Special thanks to James who found the perfect vehicle for me. Within a matter of three weeks, my wife, my mother and father-in-law and I all had vehicle problems that were too expensive to fix. The three of us went to Basil Ford in Niagara Falls and got vehicles. Chris, Justin and Blake all did a great job taking care all three if us. It wasn't time consuming and all three were very knowledgeable and answered all our questions quickly. I recommend anyone who needs a car, come to Basil Ford of Niagara Falls.

Found the exact car I wanted on their website, called them and set everything up over the phone. Drove out, signed a few papers and I was done. Fastest, best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. I highly recommend you ask for Chris Schimschack he went above and beyond to make this a smooth experience.

My husband and I had a great salesman and the process went so smoothly. We were driving away in our car in just a few hours. The only thing I was not impressed with was that I went in with a prequalified letter from a bank. I expected to just use that bank and be done with it. Little did I know that I ended up with numerous hard inquiries on my credit report. The loan that I received was the bank that I brought the letter in from, but now have multiple inquiries on my credit that are going to stay on there for a couple of years.

Jose in the quick service department was awesome he helped me out with my service when I wasn't able to pick my vehicle up by time they closed! He offered me a complimentary NYS inspection on my 2015 F150 and was able to get my vehicle after hours!

To say that the staff at Joe Basil Ford make you feel as though your business is appreciated is a total understatement, Every single person involved in my transaction (and even those that weren't) took every opportunity to make sure my short wait was pleasant, and that I was a valued customer. I have been to far too many service stations, where I felt as though I was only a means of paying the bills, but this is not the case here. All of the staff were knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and friendly. They even went out of their way to help me with an issue that was completely unrelated to my service visit at no additional charge. I will absolutely be coming back here for all of my vehicle's needs!!

I came in for a Oil Change and tire rotation. I was taken right away and the service man actually remembered me. I was comfortable in the new waiting room and I was out after some time fast.

Always impressed with Basil's Quick Lane. They always have room to squeeze you in and out. I've been to other Quick Lanes and they are not quick, and they have actually turned me away. I did not purchase my vehicle here, but I am so pleased with their service, I wouldn't think about going somewhere else. I don't normally write reviews, however I am flabbergasted about the services at Basil Ford. There are a lot of views about Dealerships in general and how some can be pushy, not very helpful, etc. This is not the case for Basil Ford. I walked in to this dealership, told them exactly what I wanted, and what I wanted to pay, and they got me on point with this. After having the vehicle for over a year now, I have visited two times for oil changes etc. The service is amazing. I let them know both times when I got there that I would be waiting with my vehicle, and was wondering if we could rush my services. They delivered, and had me out the door in record time. They were very helpful. Very nice. They acted more as a consultant, being there for you to make sure you make the right choice, and not feel pressured into a decision. My recommendation is that you go here and see for yourself how they are a cut above other dealerships I have visited.

From the initial call, scheduling a road test, communication and follow up by the Basil Ford dealership professional staff before and after the sale, along a REAL FORD CERTIFIED 100,000 Miles bumper to Bumper Warranty at a fair price and the ability to negotiate a great price on the Titanium was the best experience at a dealership in over 4 car dealerships experiences. Oh the best of all 1.9% financing. Basil was great from Bill to Tony to Mike our sales person. I bought my 2008 Ford Focus at this dealership. They have always been pleasant and, when I needed service, have been good about repairs and trying to keep the prices low. I just took in my car for 2 areas of question and Jose' noted that I had had one of the procedures done and didn't need to do it again. They got my calipers fixed on the front tires done quickly and efficiently. The people at this dealership are very nice. They are not just out to get your money. I would recommend this dealership to others.

I stopped in at Basil Ford around 10 am to look at a 2015 Ford Escape Titanium. Was greeted right away and talked to Mike Worthington and Josh Tojek. Took the Escape for a test drive and then started negotiating a deal. It was interesting going back and forth with James Valint and Josh Tojek. We got around to making a deal and within about 4 hours I was driving my 2015 Ford Escape Titanium home. Very pleased with everything about this experience and highly recommend Basil Ford. I will be dealing with with them again for any future car needs. They really do have "Just Great Deals" !

I recently bought a 2014 Mustang, didn't notice it had a crack in the tail light and water damage inside of it until about a week later. They refused to fix my tail light because they said it was not there when i bought it. I refuse to pay 800 dollars for a tail light i did not break. I would not recommend anyone buying a vehicle from this place.

I wanted a simple test drive. I work about 45 hours a week and submitted an online query. No response. I did not leave a phone number because I don't want to be called by a salesman. Instead I left my email and told this is a better way to contact me. They must not really want business that badly. I will now not consider even buying a Ford.

Finance guy made no good faith offer for my trade. Very arrogant and insulting. Sales guy was very helpful. My car is worth 5 thousand more than what was offered. Waste of my time. I had to ask for my car keys back 3 times. Finance guy made a scene pounding his fist on the counter and saying he couldn't work miracles. Ridiculous .

Jordan in the Internet Sales Department helped me research different types of used vehicles based on my needs and wants. He then directed me to AJ Hury in the sales department. AJ was very patient as I wanted to test drive multiple makes and models of vehicles. Trying to better pinpoint what I was looking for, he asked me some more specific questions. He suggested I test drive a Ford Escape. I got in one and absolutely fell in love with it. When we arrived back at Basil Ford, he found a 2012 Ford Escape on the lot. It had everything I wanted and more and I received a great deal! It was a pleasure doing business with Jordan & AJ.

I had an appointment set up to test drive a couple of vehicles and got there a little early. I met Mike Kelly in the lot and immediately liked him. He asked me what I was looking for and he took me to exactly what I wanted. I got what I wanted for my trade in. I got better financing than my credit union offered. It was stress free and no nonsense. I am now having him look for a car for my wife.

First deal on my truck was awesome. Tried to buy a new edge to replace my wife's car. Sales person and sales manager disregarded my request to NOT look up my trade value payoff. Slipped in a credit check. Without explaining !!! Thought it was a release to test drive the trade. When a dealer knows your payoff you are at a disadvantage in the negotiation process. Very disappointed with sales department !!!

My husband and I have used Basil for years. My husband and I were always met quickly after entering the facility. Usually, I have to tell one associate I am already being helped. When I have a problem I have been listen to and dealt with fairly. I feel that Basil realizes that people have many choices when it comes to transportation and repairs/service. They are trying to out do all others in the service area so that sets them apart. My husband is still driving a Ford. The only reason I am not is because I wanted a minivan and Ford is no longer making them. At some point, I hope to be driving a Ford again.

Went in for a repair estimate and was met with excellent assistance. Estimate was fair and reasonable. Decided to take a look at a vehicle I'd had my eye on. It was still available and the salesperson, Mike K., practically spoon fed it and all its goodies to me. I had test drove one previously and this proved to be just as enjoyable experience. Needless to say, I traded that other vehicle for this dream. Thanks Mike. Just what I really was looking for.
