I recently had my car repaired. Even though I needed to return to have my car re-serviced, I was treated with the utmost care in customer service. The dealership allowed me to use a service vehicle for a couple of days while the service team went out of their way to make sure my problem was solved. Fantastic customer service.

I recently bought my first new car at this Volkswagen dealership and had an extremely positive experience. From the salesman to the serviceman everyone has gone out of their way to be friendly and to assist me in every possible way. I couldn't have asked for a better experience buying my first car. Volkswagen vehicles truly sell themselves but this dealership exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend anyone to give this dealership a chance!

I own a 2005 VW Jetta 2.5, this is the new body style. I took my Jetta in for a NY state inspection and my regular garage was unable to complete the inspection because two of the engine sensor had not reset to the passed setting. After trying for two weeks to get the sensors to reset with no luck my regular garage called Basil VW in Lockport, NY. The service writer, Matt V. was very knowledgeable about the problem and informed them the process would take about half an hour to complete. Upon my arrival to Basil VW of Lockport, NY I was a little confused as to where to go. I pulled up to the garage door marked Service and the garage door open allowing me to pull in. This was nice because it was a cold day. Matt came out to the car to see what kind of service I needed to which I informed him about two sensor needing to be reset. Matt suggested I also have the state inspection completed here to prevent any problems after I left the dealership. While he was writing up the service requested I asked quite a few other questions I had about some other service I thought I was going to need. He was able to satisfactory answer those questions and reduce my worry factor. He showed me to the customer waiting area which was also very nice with comfortable seating, TV with remote, fresh fruit and drinks. Matt informed me the technician was having a little trouble getting the sensors to reset, this helped to keep me from getting upset because it was taking so long. During the extra time Matt and I talked about cars and car repair to vehicles we have owned. In all the service took about 2 and half hours from check in to checkout. Which is not to bad, besides from having a friendly conversation I believe I found a dealership to service my Jetta.

I can't recommend this dealership enough -- my experience was fantastic. From the moment I spoke to my service advisor, I knew I was in good hands. They went above and beyond normal customer service. They phoned when my car arrived by tow truck, followed up with every detail, finished the car before they said they would, and the price was reasonable. Every bit of the repair was explained and broken down. My advisor found applicable coupons and my checkout process was quick and easy. The dealership is beautiful. No less than 3 people asked how they could help me when we walked in the door. My service advisor introduced me to the owner who thanked me for my business. We have since started looking for a used car through this dealer. They will have all our future business!

I had four tires replaced and they gave me an awesome price on the tires overinflated them buy 3 get 1 for $1. I will definitely be back to Basil Volkswagen

Was always a Ford person but after talking with couple of friends that own Jettas, had to check them out. Completely satisified. From the moment Ron greeted us at the dealership I felt comfortable. Not pressured, but was talked to and shown around making the purchase a want to do, not forced to do. All personnel have been very helpful and and true professionals. So glad we made the drive to your dealership.

This was a experience! I was looking for a car in my budget and they found one for me that day. I test drove it. i liked it and drove it home that day! By the next day everything was ready to go! They have friendly and fast service! Two weeks later I took the car in four a ailment with out a appointment and they had it done with in 20min!

I Bought a Brand New Volkswagen Jetta GLI 30th Edition, Candy White with Black leather interior. I let my sales Person Kait Know Exactly what I wanted and they found my car. It had everything I had requested down to the smallest detail. Sales people were Great, Financing was easy, and delivery of that car was flawless.
