We had a wonderful experience purchasing our Honda CR-V EX-L at Battison. Our sales rep was Cameron and he was great! Cameron was very knowledgeable and patient in helping us find the perfect car! He went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of and all of our questions were answered.

I have purchased a vehicle from Battison before and loved them. Went back yesterday to purchase another and possibly trade in mine and boy did they take a run at me! Their price online does not match what you see on the paper. Make sure you read the "fine print" and catch that $3,000 chip fee before you drive an hour to look at a car like we did. Salesman tried to tell us every one in the nation is charging that. Called 3 other dealerships and they are not charging chip fees for new cars. They also offered me WAY below market value for my trade. ( 2020 Toyota 4Runner with under 25k miles.) Then once I called them out on it, their "resale numbers" started to change real fast. "Oh I can only sell that for low 30k's." "Oh well maybe 38". I won't be going back here. I wanted to believe they were different. Most definitely not!

So disappointed after having my vehicle serviced here for years! According to Ryan (service manager) Mobil 1 has never been used in my car. I would like to know what they have done with all the Mobil 1 I’ve brought to them over the years for oil changes if they’ve never put it in my car! I’d definitely think twice before I would ever take my car here for servicing!

Kevin Epperson is the man. He took care of my mother in her journey to get a new car. We even showed up late and he stayed way after hours to take care of us, he also took the time to really go over everything and made sure she understood all the features of the car. It is quite obvious that Kevin is a good person with a lot of heart who truly cares about his customers. He really made us feel important. He is an asset to Battison. Alejandro (Alex) Lopez took care of the financials and he to seems like a really good person. He's a family guy, and like with Kevin his qualities shine through. A truly remarkable experience. Thank you guys for making my mother feel special on such a special day for her.

I called Mark Forth at Battison with an offer on a new Civic. He immediately accepted my offer. I was suspicious that there would be added charges. There were not. Literally 45 minutes later I drove away in my new Civic. I kept telling Mark and Jay Edwards (finance) that this no hassle is unbelievable. I will never buy a Honda without checking with Battison first. I am a customer for life!

Concise dealership. I said exactly what I wanted and they made the deal happen without any issue. Service was good and the deal got done in more than practical time.

I recently purchased a car from Battison Honda and I am in awe of the customer service and determination the Battison team displayed in getting me approved. Johnny Masetky was the MAN. And I appreciate the follow up calls to make sure I'm still satisfied. I would strongly recommend getting a car from that guy!!!

Called about a truck they has online. I was a few minutes late but the truck was parked out front. Walked around it while waiting for my wife to arrive. While waiting salesmen stood looking at me. Wife pulls up she looks at the truck. Still not a soul. So we walk in the building, walking past 2 salesmen still nothing. A look and they turn back around. We said forget it and left. They didn't want our business.

The only reason I am giving this place one star is because 0 isn't an option. I took my car to get repaired there a week ago and they gave me so many problems. I understood there were other cars in front of me but they seemed to think it was okay to put my car off for days. I called the first two days to check up on the progress of my car and it wasn't even worked on. The other 2 days they hung up on me so they didn't have to deal with me! This guy named Chris in the service department was the BIGGEST problem there. After days without my car he called and told me it was done but they close at 6! I don't get off til 6 but Chris said he would "personally wait there till 7" so we can get my car since he knew how unhappy we were about how we were treated for the week. Imagine my surprise when we were told that Chris took off at 6 and didn't tell anybody about my car!!! On top of that he gave us his personal phone number, so of course I called numerous of times to get ahold of him and he straight up ignored my calls! I was so fed up at that point. The only person who was any help was the woman who worked the front desk. God bless her. She seemed to be the only person trained in customer service and showed empathy and patience. I understand that not everyone in Battinson is like Chris however if they let people like him work there then how do I know there isn't more of him there? He could have at least been respectful enough to apologize. Take my advice and streer clear of Battinson Honda. I would hate for someone else to get Chris in the service department because you will NOT be helped. Just ignored, neglected and angry.

My wife and I were looking for a specific new Honda Civic and had stopped at a couple of other dealers before we went to Battison. Linda, our sales lady, was excellent! There were no high pressure sales, no "on sale now", no "you better buy now someone else want this car" nothing but a friendly smile and attitude. They did not have the specific car we wanted but it was located in Texas at a dealership. Battison went to Texas, obtained the vehicle, brought it back, and prepped it at no charge. We had been pre-approved by our CU but Battison Finance reviewed several other offers making sure we had the best financing available. The car, Civic EX-T with Honda Sense (I highly recommend you spend the little extra for this safety feature) has been excellent. It has been back for its first service and the service department was great, even washed the car after service. I really enjoyed (and that is rare for me) all the people at Battison. Again Linda, our sales rep, was great and remembers us when we return. Highly recommended!

Went with my husband so he could possibly purchase a new/better car. (He so deserves it) our credit is not the best so we were hopeful. Johnny Masetky and the Battison crew worked it out for us and now my husband is riding in style. Customer service was amazing. Would definitely recommend buying from Johnny. Thanks guys!!!

I went to Battison Honda after looking at their website to find out more about the cars that I had seen online. Paul Meyers, the sales rep, helped me out and showed me the car that would fit my budget and had all the things I wanted. He let me test drive it and also pointed out all of the extra amennities. I didn't buy a car that day, so Paul stayed in contact with me through email and phone, he was not pushy and did not send endless emails even if I didn't respond that day. I realized later that week that I needed to change how much I was spending, so I told Paul that I needed to spend less than I had previously said, so Paul gave me more info on cars that would fit my new budget. I did not end up buying a car from there, my aunt's neighbor was selling his extra car that he didn't need anymore and gave me a good deal.Paul was very friendly and thorough. I would have bought a car from him.

Was at Battison Honda today to finalize a deal we started friday. Worked with Paul Means in sales who was very helpful. We worked out a deal that was agreeable to me and approved by the used car manager Jim. Paul took me to the manager Jim to sign the papers. The car I was looking at and agreed on had a bad seal on the trunk that needed replaced because it was ripped. When I mentioned needing to replace the seal to Jim he came unglued and told me I had agreed on the deal and the seal had not been mentioned ( I told Paul) and basically said I was being dishonest and he was a man of his word and would not replace the $50 dollar or so seal. You would think that a bad seal is something the dealer would have caught and been happy to replace. If he was a man of his word he would not have told me saturday that $18,000 was as low as he could possibly go then today agree to $17,500. I have never been insulted by a dealer in all the cars I have bought. I have walked away from deals before but never with bad feelings. I was trying to get the price that I felt would work for me which is part of the game. Jim was very unprofessional and rude. I would not try to work with this person. Paul was very helpful and I would deal with him again. I suggested he work somewhere else.

Joshua knows the products so well and is excellent in persuading and convincing customers to buy them. His appearance and approach are welcoming and he is patient to follow through. Joshua is nice and at the same time professional, I should be glad to recommend Battison Honda to buyers for his sake.

My fiancee and I brought a 2016 Honda Civic last month and the sales experience was great. Paul Means "The Payment King" was awesome. The finance department was a terrible experience. My fiancee and I had a pre-approval through Tinker Federal Credit Union at 2.99 which means we have decent credit. We could not come to an agreement on amount financed to fit TFCU's guidelines so we allowed them to try and secure our financing. They pull our credit and shotgunned our credit to numerous of banks and credit unions. They even sent our information over to TFCU (even with our pre-approval) knowing they wouldn't accept the structure based upon TFCU's guidelines. We tried to leave and let them call us when they had an approval but instead they lied to us and told us they had an approval and had us sign a contract that was not approved by any lenders. A couple of days later we were still receiving notifications via email that Battison was still sending our credit information over to banks trying to get an approval. Finally I went back in to speak to the finance director about unraveling the car deal and getting my trade in back instead of backing out of the car deal they decided to cut back the amount financed to fit the guidelines of True Sky Credit Union (which they could have done the first time). I was then told that I could not purchase gap insurance due to the LTV (loan to value), which was extremely odd because I called True Sky Credit Union that same day and they added gap insurance to my loan internally on their side. That just shows the lack of effort by the finance department to help us protect our new investment. Also our title was mailed to the wrong address and we had to pick up certified copies of our title to get our TTL. To this day we still do not have our title and no one knows where it is at. In all honesty I felt that we were treated unfairly because we were educated buyers and minorities. DeMarco Guillory

Update: After buying three vehicles I had a "small bump in the road" come up. I am happy to say that I was helped out by a very professional and courteous man named Jay in the finance department. He and the GM were very helpful with solving a minor problem I was having. I am really happy to say that I can not wait to do business with them again, will continue to be a repeat customer, and I will also continue to recommend family and friends to them. Also, Tony in the finance department is awesome and provides great communication with his customers if you're in need of service. Thanks guys!

I didn't actually end up purchasing my car here, but I almost did (I just ended up finding more what I was looking for elsewhere at the last minute), but I want to praise the sales lady, My My Tu, for being so friendly and helpful the whole time! She really went above and beyond from beginning to end and never made me feel pressured or uncomfortable like a lot of sales people tend to do. She was even understanding and still very friendly after I informed her at the very last minute that I would not be purchasing the vehicle I planned on purchasing after all (I felt so bad!)! That is EXCELLENT service in my book; she is a keeper!

Purchased a 2016 Honda accord at Battison Honda. On Sunday 6/12/2016 the windshield just crack by itself. Took to dealer , with 3 guys come out to look and can't really tell on whether it's cover by defective or not. I was asked to wait til they contact Honda. The more i wait, the longer that crack getting. So frustrating trusting on Honda Products. Bought 6 Honda cars at this location and recommend more people than my family combine to this location for their new cars but being treated like nobody. I'm not going back to this again and won't recommend anybody risk their time and money on it. So pissed off

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had looking for a vehicle. I found a Honda Pilot on truecar.com that I thought would fit for my family. I live 2 hours away so I called to get some more information about it and I scheduled an appointment to come see it. When I got there, they couldn't find the keys. It also has not been through the service department yet and was not in good condition and definitely not able to be sold. They failed to mention this over the phone before I wasted a 4 hour round trip. I was trying to trade in my RAV4 for about $7000 and put in about $3000-$8000 additional for a larger car with less than 100,000 miles. They proceeded to show me cars that were in terrible condition that had not been serviced with 150,000+ miles that they probably bought for $2,000 or less. It was a nightmare. One of the cars smelled like something died, had trash, half eaten food and grime all over with a missing seat. When I told them that they would need to put it through service and find a replacement seat for me to consider it, I was rudely told "well you just need to find more money". I was shocked. After that, they tried to keep me there for an additional hour while they appraised my car. They refused to tell me what they would give me got it so I left and went to another dealership. They called me back 20 minutes later with info about another 150k+ mileage car trying to lure me back and they still refused to tell me what they would give me for the RAV4 trade. I will NEVER go here again and NEVER recommend it to anyone.

I traded our 2014 Accord for a 2016 on May 27th, and worked with Milad in Sales. He did everything he could to make it the best experience for me, and he succeeded. The funny thing is that I took our old Accord in that day for an oil change, not dreaming I would drive home a 2016 Accord. While their great people in service were working on my 2014, Milad and I checked out a couple of the new ones. We did a lot of talking, drove both cars, and by the end of the afternoon, after talking to one of the sales managers, I liked the math. They even took care of paying for my repairs on the old car. I'm sold on Hondas, and won't buy anything else. My husband and I like to travel, and you can't beat the gas mileage. Milad is a very personable, kind young man. I appreciate everything he did, including setting up my Blue Tooth! I haven't really come across anyone that isn't nice at the dealership! You all keep up the good work!

took 3 weeks to repair window. Somehow didn't realize when viewing parts that they were after market, ordered wrong part, was back ordered, when it arrived 10 days later, it was then it that they noticed it was after market, had to re-order correct part, two weeks later, it showed up. Then in the repair process, my tint was scratched, so had to wait for that to be fixed. It took 2 days shy of 3 weeks to have my car ready for a window. Though I understand back ordered parts are uncontrollable, shouldn't that have been noticed at the beginning? I was given a loaner to drive the entire time, it was a new Civic and very nice, and greatly appreciated.

We bought our 2007 Honday Odyssey at this dealership when thery were Steve Baily Honda. Almost 10 years and 120,000 miles later we had to take it in a few weeks ago for some pretty major surgery. Tone in the service section made this a wonderful experience. A true customer focused professional. He told us exactly what the mechanic thought the issue was and calculated an estimate. Solved the problem much early than expected and kept the repair parts to show us what the issue was. Tone even applied a couple of coupons that we knew nothing about and save us a little over $150 on what was to have been a $1150 repair (water pump, tensioner, timing belt and serpentine belt. Really pleased. Took care of every problem no muss no fuss. Will probably buy from this dealership again and will definitly utilize the service department for anything of complexity. Tone is THE MAN and the dealership is very luck to have him in their service department, The other guys in the Battison service department are good but Tone is the best!

I purchased my new 2015 CRV from Battison Honda. From the start of my research their internet help me make the decision to drive 2 hours and I had an awesome sales lady "Linda". I couldn't decide if I wanted an used or new CRV and she took the time went over both vehicles and showing me the differences which since Hondas hold their value I went with the new since they have all the new technology. The managers were sincere, also. When I got to finance they explained all the different extended warranties to me so I would know which would suit me the best. Not pushy at all. I recommend any one to them. Afterwards the Linda showed me where I would go to service and introduced me to Allen one of their service advisors and if I wanted parts showed me where to go. Great experience in a long time!!!Happy customer Deb

Horrible experience all the way around! First off, we were lied to about what we would pay for the vehicle. We let that go. The next day we discovered under the seats were covered in dog hair, and the oil hadn't been changed. The service manager said it was noted as changed but it hadn't been reset and sticker wasn't changed. The financing office called us two days later to say they had forgotten to have us sign some papers. Three days after buying the vehicle, we got in the car to find it wouldn't start. We were two miles from the dealership, called and were told " find someone with jumper cables" A week later they called again, saying they had overlooked some more of the paperwork and needed us to come back again. After being told it was all finalized 4 times, we are still not finished! All because paperwork errors.

I went to get my oil changed in my Honda Accord before Christmas. I ask them to please check my back left tire because it kept going low every couple of months. They looked at it and said there was a nail in it and it could not be repaired and I would need a new tire and there was also a nail in one of my other tires that they could be repaired. I asked them how much a new tire would cost. He quoted me $109. I thought that was a pretty good price so I asked him to quote me 4 as I was planning to buy new ones after the first of the year anyway. He told me if I buy 4 I get one for a penny. Wow! What a deal! He gave me a quote of $562.. Now I'm no math scholar, but I am not stupid either. That didn't seem to me to be $109 a tire with one for a penny. After the first of the year, I went to Discount Tires. I ask them to check to see if there were any nails in my tires. They looked at the tires, along with my son, who is a mechanic. They said there was a nail in the back tire that kept going low and it COULD be repaired. There were no other nails in my tires. It is too bad that they cannot operate their business with some integrity. I will never do business with them again nor will recommend them to anyone!

We were needing a new vehicle and my wife really wanted a Honda. If it wasn't for that I would've walked away. She later said that she was also disappointed. Battison Honda has always been good to us and given us a great deal. This time they wouldn't budge much on the price and lied to us about how they were giving us the price below what it cost them. That was total BS. Also they had a TV ad with a new 2016 CR-V for $229/mo. When it came to the deal it was $430/mo. No way do better. Finally got it to $265/mo until we went to the Finance office where he put it at $305/mo. We managed to talk him down to $288/mo. That's not all - The list price was $24325 and the paperwork says $26328. Less a $2000 down payment. plus fees makes it $21818We were made the offer of $20500 after down payment. I called them back a couple of days later when I seen the TV ad again and mentioned the special price they have. I was told that there were probably only 1 or 2 of those and that they were sold by the time we purchased the car. We have the cheap model, the LX. We both feel that we got the runaround and were lied to. We won't be back. 2 years ago we bought a 2014 CRV new and it cost nearly $26000 and traded in our old CRV for $1800 and $1000 down. We were able to get it for $18000. We were very well taken care of then. We should've went to Ford, at least they have always been good to us and they are offering 0% for 60 months. I will not that the sales woman was very nice and helpful.

Really great, nice sales people, helpful. They even shared their personal lunch with us. Christmas music , which we loved. However, it took 3 hours to buy what we already knew we wanted. 3 hours we didn't have. Lots of lag time with us just sitting and waiting. They could sell more cars if they didn't do that.

sales person Linda Graham great sales person! sales manager (Andrew ?) was a complete butt! does not listen to customer. bought elsewhere for this reason a 2016 Cadillac I'am 66yrs old. he was insulting, to and my wife wishing to buy a polit. not a odyssey. left mad with no price on a pilot. salesperson even said she could believe how he treated was. will not be back as long as he working there. 3 other Honda contacted that night and had this pilot for sale here in the metro area. and a better price than sticker and he claimed you couldn't find it. .

Buying the car was a great experience. Salesmen were great. My problem was with the finance department and the extra warranty I bought. I was told it covered "all electrical". 200 miles, 4 weeks, after I bought the car the ecu/ecm/pcm went out. Took it to the dealer, and they couldn't tell me it was covered. Told me to contact the warranty company. Went back and forth and on hold for several hours. Had to talk to the finance manager to get anything. All I was told was that I can cancel the warranty. So now I spent 20k on a car with several thousands in damages.Salesman and the service department were very helpful.Finance and the warranty company were of no help, and even lied.

Bought a Honda Civic 2015 on Thursday love my new car. Totally recommend my sales lady Linda Graham friendly not pushy at all a pleasure to buy from, she made sure I got a great deal and went above and beyond to insure everything was perfect after it was detailed and showed me how the radio and blue tooth system worked.

I have purchased two cars from Battison Honda in the last two years. One new Accord and a used Nissan. Both of these experiences went very well. Everyone involved from initial contact to driving off the lot was very professional. Corey Cummings did an outstanding job on making the deal and ensuring the car was completely prepped and ready to go. I will definitely look him up when I shop for my Son's next car!

I just bought my second car from Battison and had a great experience. The first time was in 2013 and the salesman was nice but was not there most of the time I was trying to make a decision. He was running around all over the place like he was the most important person in the world and everyone needed him. I sat in the chair watching everyone doing things while I waited for him to "be right back" than I did with him talking with me. One of the managers actually sold me the car I bought which I loved. But he wasn't Battison, he was a jerk salesman and I'm glad that I waited long enough for the manager to came talk to me. From that point, other than a couple of glitches which were mainly due to my misunderstanding of something, it was a very good experience. This time the salesman Jake McDaniel, was awesome! He really cared about my needs and wants and was VERY knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. The finance guy, Joe Rosario, and his manager, Terry were very understanding and really bent over backwards to make sure I had a good buying experience. The guy that finalized the paperwork, Bobby Jolin explained everything he was doing and what I was signing in an adult fashion and in no way like he was talking down to me. Bottom line, every dealership has horrible employees and there are going to be bad experiences if you go to a dealership to buy a car without asking questions and being knowledgeable about your rights as a consumer. I have had awful experiences at other dealerships and I can say that if I buy another car again in the next several year, I will head straight to Battison!

We bought a 2015(new) Honda Odyssey on 8/10/15 and as of today 9/5/15 we have still not received the paperwork to tag it with the Ok. Tax Commison. Numerous calls with Bobby and Mr. Terry Burton and the receptionist have proved worthless, they all say the same thing "it's in the mail". It does not take but 3 days at the most to get a letter from OKC to Sapulpa. I am not happy with this dealership at all, they are not people of there word. The salesman was nice (Mario). Maybe their owner Mr. Larry Battison needs to know his personal are not honest and truthful!

So this was my first time buying a car and I wish I had chosen a different dealer. I was shocked at the extremely unprofessional service i was offered. Firstly, I signed a contract for a brand new car and i was given a car that was driven 200 miles; with no compensation. Secondly, I signed for a specific interest rate and duration of pay on June 30th and I was told 2 days later that they cant offer me that anymore because Honda doesnt have that offer valid for July (this is when i had signed the contract in june). I wasnt informed then that Honda will not offer those rates in July. I had to change to a different pay plan, which obviously messed up my budget for the car.Thirdly, I was told 4 days after signing the contract to come and sign it again as there was a mistake in the previous contract and they forgot to add the VIN number. I had to take off from work early (I am a doctor and have a crazy busy hospital schedule) and go sign the contract again.Lastly (no this is not over yet), its been over a month, I still dont have my tag yet. And when i called to find out whats going on, i was told they need my proof of employement (which i had already given before) and 6 references. I still dont understand why was this not clarified to me earlier. If i had to go back in time and purchase a car all over again, Battison is one place i wouldnt wanna go to even in my dreams.

4 hours to buy a car is too long and 3 days to find financing for a buyer with a good score shouldn't happen. Car was delivered dirty because they didn't have someone to wash it on a Saturday afternoon. They were very disorganized.

We tried for three days to lease a new CRV to replace one coming off a lease. We had the old CRV appraised at Car Max and had some equity in the car which we wanted applied to the new lease. We were told that they would meet the Car Max appraisal, but never would give us a firm amount for the lease payment. We also found that the sales person did not know anything about leases and not that much more about the new CRV. We finally walked away after being told that they would not allow the appraised amount and we still did not get a lease payment. Don't waste your time at this dealership.

Purchased what I thought was a 2012 convinced by two people the civic was a 2012 when I insured the car I was informed it was a 2011 looked inside and sure enough it was manufactured in 2010 which makes it not a 2012 anyway called them out on it and all of a sudden they wanted to change up the contract and tell me I needed a co signer if I needed a co signer why did I leave the lot with the car

Salesman showed us one car, we test drove it, liked it, his manager gave us a price for the car. Told us to go have supper, think about it, etc. We left for a very short time, came back with our check, ready to buy. Here comes the Finance Manager, who tells us: 1) the car we wanted has been sold-it was sitting right where we'd left it 20 minutes prior, 2) the car is not available at the price we were given, 3) there's been a miscommunication, they didn't realize that the only car we looked at and test-drove was the one we wanted to buy!, 4) let them show us a 2015 base model that would fit into our budget. After turning that generous offer down, the original salesman rudely asked me, "you didn't really think you would get that car for that price did you?". I'm writing this review on every website like this I can find.

Battison Honda and Terry Burton got it right! We bought a nice clean 2005 Honda Civic for our grandson. It was a cash deal so we were driving out of the dealership in under two hours. However, on the way home it began to overheat. We returned the next day and Battison Service Department replaced the thermostat. We paid for the parts they did the labor. That didn't fix it. It was a head gasket. After several phone calls I finally talked to Terry Burton, General Sales Manager. Terry agreed to fix it at Battison's expense and also provide a loaner. Now that is customer service! That is doing the right thing.

I recently got financed for a new car and after a WEEK they called me to return the car because the financing fell through. This is a common phenomenon in car dealerships called "yo-yo financing" or "spot delivery," however I didn't expect it from Honda. Although, I should have known since this particular dealership has gone under a few times. The sales consultant stated that it is now a family owned business and they are recuperating from their recent losses. This "spot delivery" phenomenon is when you get financed (with interest rate and length of loan), sign a contract, drive off the lot with the car, and a few weeks later you get a call to bring the car back. I will be moving fairly quickly with this. My attorney is going to review contract etc. No where in the contract does it state that they have the right to get the car back if financing falls through. That is a problem the dealership will have to deal with because I have a binding contract for the car. There is not a spot deliver form of any sort included. I will also be sending a complaint to the Oklahoma Motor Vehicle Commission for New Vehicles. What's worst, I already have insurance for the vehicle and was in the process of getting the tag. If in the end, the car is somehow taken from me I will not rest to inform the public of this. While investigating, I found out that they did this to a family friend. I am going to contact the media to beware of this scam and this horrible dealership. This particular scam targets people with bad credit etc. I will keep you all posted when this issue is resolved. As for now I will be working with my attorney.

The team at Battison Honda went above and beyond to meet both our financial needs and our car buying goals. A friendly and knowledgable staff worked with us every step of the way without ever putting pressure on us to make a decision we weren't ready to make. I would recommend to anyone trying to buy a car to start here.

I saw their prices were the most reasonable online with in 100 miles of Yukon and needed a car soon. This was the first dealership on my list, and after talking with sales manager Matthew Randall I knew this was where we wanted to buy a car. They were not playing games with us, and we were able to get a great reliable newly used 2014 and save a few thousand dollars. We are on the Dave Ramsey money plan so Price AND Quality were what I had to find and that is what they sold us. It is sad that more sales managers aren't like Mr. Randall, get what you need at a good price without all the games. The next time I need to buy a vehicle I'll be back, even if Battison doesn't have it in stock, I'd rather wait till they can find me what I want. We really learned out lesson and won't do business Ever again with the lying dirt-bag salesmen like we talked to at Fowler Toyota in Norman.

Very very rude . Not even owner or general manager care enough to listen to complaining buyer . i would stay away , I am 100% sure this review will not get posted and will be deleted.

After being a great customer since 1991 buying 9 Honda Accords and Pilots in all, still having the very 1st one I purchased in 1991 when it was Steve Bailey Honda & customers were obviously why they knew they exsisted! Making sure we were always spoken to with respect and they truly showed how grateful they were to see us return evey time we returned weather it was for service or to purchase another vehicle. Every vehicle we purchased from Steve Bailey Honda they offered a class for the vehicle showing every detail and how to maintain everything, I'm confident that's why I still have the first one I bought. That matters! Everything on that Accord works! And runs like new, that dealership has done all repairs even though it's changed owners way to many times. The sales people have to look up answers today when you have questions about the cars you wanna buy, the finance dept spoke to me as though I was a child telling me I was getting a great deal and couldn't believe the amount I was paying for the last cat I bought a few months ago, it was an act, totally fake and gets no award for his acting. The car buying experience has always been said to be bad however when you find a good dealership you stick with em, Battison is not Steve Bailey Honda and needs to learn how it was once done years ago by employees that still work there since it was Steve Bailey. I'll never go to Battison for anything again! Justin in service refused to do a recall because it was old and American Honda told him to do it, he acted like he was supposed to diagnose the problem and told me the new product was in and he was gonna install it, he charged me for that, I made Honda of America aware of this and they reimbursed me and called Battison to let the know how dishonest Justin is, he won't look at me now when I come in! Proof he's dishonest! Then I take another of our Hondas in and Allan is the one trying to scam me this time, he tells me all fluids need to be changed, I've checked them on a normal basis and they are all clear, I tell him I have a coupon for the oil change and he says they don't take coupons! I said why did you send me this? He said our prices are already low! I said this coupon said it expires March 2015 and he said I bet if I try I can make it work. I didn't wanna argue because I'm dealing with to much other important stuff! Plenty of other things have happened over the past year at Battison, if you wanna chance getting dishonest service on a regular basis take your Honda here. I'm done for good! NO RESPECT FROM EMPLOYEES AND IF ANYBODY SAID ANYTHING ABOUT POLICIES ANYMORE ID GET SICK! THEY NEED TO STOP BEING DISHONEST, WHAT PUT THE ICING IN THE CAKE FOR ME IS GIVING THEM A COUPON THEY SENT ME AND ALLAN SAYING WE DONT HAVE ANY COUPONS OUT AND WE ARENT ACCEPTING THEM! REMEMBER IM SPEAKING WITH RESPECT HE DIDNT DESERVE THE ENTIRE TIME! BATTISON NEEDS TO TAKE RESPONCIBILITY FOR THEIR ACTIONS! DISHONEST PEOPLE AND ILL SAY EVERYTHING HERE TO THEIR FACES!

Corey Cummings and Matt Randlall were able to negotiate an inviting deal over the phone that beat Eskridge Honda's offer by $2000. A final price was reached in minutes with smiles on both ends. This included trading in 2 cars. Once a car was decided on, they tracked down the vehicle and had it delivered within a couple of days. Car was then prepped for delivery with 2 hours (which needs improvement) and an in depth explanation on how to use all the features in the vehicle was provided by Corey. Great team out in the field, the issues came from the back offices and the detail team.First, Zachary (Finance Director) cleaned up a critical error in the vehicle's cost which placed him in a position where he felt like he was trying to take us for $$$$.$$! He reacted quickly and provided a clear explanation as to why the numbers didn't add up. I would have thought that someone (team in the back) who's responsible for ensuring the customer is taken care of, and with closing the final deal, would be responsible enough to verify all the information prior to presenting it to a paying customer. The error would have cost me over $150 a month! The detail team must have been headed by a blind person. They were happy to spray the interior with some kind of interior shine product and only wipe down a quarter of it. There were spray marks, dull areas, and of course those area they were able to successfully wipe down throughout the entire interior. We didn't notice it then because it was night time. In the morning when we got in the vehicle, my daughter thought something was wrong with the interior of her car. We then took the time to fix what seemed like a rush job. The exterior wasn't anything to write home about either. Plenty of smudges and missed areas but that's what happens when Quality of work isn't verified. Finally, the dealer suffers from many inefficiencies. They are still filling out the same paperwork dealers did in the 60s. It took four people, that I saw, to sell me a car and 20 pages of paperwork. Someone needs to introduce this dealer to technology and efficiency. I'm sure they're wasting millions a year on how they are currently operating. Hire someone who understands Lean and Six Sigma, you'll be glad you did. There Accesories Section is updated but cheapened by the sales signs and quality of products. The customer is afforded wifi but no water, donuts, coffee, soda, etc. These are the things that makes customer come back, a good deal can be found anywhere!Again, the field team is on point but there is much to learn in overall operation. I admit I have no clue as to what it takes to run a dealership but I'm certain even the guy in the detail shop can see the inefficiencies in that dealership. I'm praying the service department excels beyond the show room team because I'll be enjoying my free oil changes there for sometime.

I have always been terrified of going to dealerships to shop for a car, whenever I first started looking I had went to a Chevrolet dealership looking for a new car. They tried to manipulate me and made me feel that they could take advantage of me for being a woman. Recently I had a friend who purchased a new accord from Battison Honda and he attended college with the manager Matt. I was interested in a new Accord and drove to Battison Honda only to have all my assumptions that all dealers are the same completely wrong! I arrived at the dealership met Matt who then had Mark (salesman) show me the different colors, packages and price of Accords. Once I found the package that fit my needs best, they didn't have the color I was looking for so from previous expeirence with other dealers I assumed I was going to be asked to pick another color. Instead Mark and Matt told me they would find me any color I want at no extra cost! Not only was it not a back and forth negotiation cause I got to work with the manager directly it was everything I couldve wanted! I would refer anybody looking for a Honda to this dealer for a easy, fun and enjoyable purchase! Not only do they truly believe in customer service, something that has always confused me about dealerships is that the managers always hides behind the curtain but not here, it was a very busy day at the dealer and I saw both managers all over the store helping all customers! Thank you Matt and Mark for a great expeirence!

My wife was looking to buy a Honda(Crosstour) and in the past I always waited outside for her because of previous experience with car dealers in OKC, Illinois, New York, and Alabama. She told me how well they treated her. I was not looking to buy a new vehicle for myself but I finally went inside with her. Corey Cummings, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and treated both of us very good. Within a couple days I was also driving a Honda (Accord coupe). Everyone there treated us very well. Going in for an oil change, was even an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a vehicle.

Most dealerships only care about the sale. Our salesperson took time out in his day off to get everything done for us so all we had to do was come in, do a test drive, and sign paperwork. They allowed us to take another car home because the car we wanted was at another dealer. With the free oil changes and free window tinting and a rental car when needed this is the place to go!

I bought a 2015 Honda CRV 11 days ago - It was supposed to be new and is but had 525 miles on it when I got it! I was told the truck bringing it back from AR broke down and they would even have it delivered to me if necessary when it came in. It was filled up with gas but when I saw the odometer, I saw the mileage. Was it driven back after all? Nobody seems to know. I have called and e-mailed with no result. They said they will get back with me as to what happened here. Sales process great but I am very disappointed in the follow up/customer service! I also stated in my e-mail that I need to get the windows tinted a shade darker but no reply on that either.

What a great way to do business. Mario Goggins was fantastic. I found a car on their website and asked for the internet price. Mario replied with what I considered to be a great price. We drove the car and Mario was very pleasant and knowledgeable. At no time was there even the slightest bit of pressure. We are now the proud owners of a new 2015 Accord. We also have a 2005 Honda Pilot that my wife bought brand new when this dealership was Steve Bailey. Other than buying tires, no one has worked on the Pilot except for this dealership. I think that's one reason it has almost 145,000miles and still runs great.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership! We were in the market for a van because we have a son who is severely disabled. Our SUV just wasn't going to cut it. Since I do have a disabled child, it makes it difficult to sit in a dealership for hours. Dustin Harper helped make the process as quick and painless as possible. This group of guys helped us, showed compassion for our family and because of that we were able to drive home in our new Odyssey (that we LOVE). Thank you, Battison Honda! We can't wait to tell everyone we know how great you were to us!

October 30, 2014, we bought a new 2015 Honda Accord EX-L from Mark Forth, Salesperson, at Battison Honda. Mark; Artie Brylev, General Manager; and Matt Randall, Finance Manager; were all extremely helpful, straight-forward, and gave us an awesome deal. They were extremely professional and the entire process was hassle-free. I highly recommend Mark Forth and the rest of the Battison team to you. Gary Lombard

This was the third car that I'd bought from this Honda dealership. However, the first time from these owners (Battison Honda). I was extremely pleased with the process. Typically, car buying is an unpleasant experience....not at Battison! Even my wife, who HATES the process of buying a new car, commented how pleasant and easy it was. Jake in sales was awesome, so was Donnie in registration and finance. I Highly recommend these guys!J & B

I came in for just a low tire pressure light. Kevin in service came out and greeted me. He was extremely nice and polite. This is something I'm not used to when dealing with other dealerships because I'm a woman. Even though I did not come in for anything big, he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. I thought it was just low tires, but he found a nail sticking in the side of my tire. He gave me different options as to how I could go about fixing it. I called around to other tire shops to find out how much a tire would be, and to my surprise, the dealership was considerably cheaper than Hibdon and Firestone. They replaced my tire and inspected my car. It was fast and inexpensive and as a bonus, they even washed my car when they were finished. Everyone I came in contact with was extremely courteous and nice even though they were busy. I have never been treated so well by any dealership or repair shop. I will definitely continue to have my car serviced there in the future.

We bought two cars in one week from them. At first we really liked the first car sale man- he called in sick when we went to purchase the second one and actually had my car keys with him meaning I couldn't pick up my own car while I test drove one of theirs. They seemed way helpful until I bought a car that didn't have key features worth a couple of thousand dollars the salesman said they had. They also did not give us a good "deal" and continued to change both car contracts after we had signed the first contracts. After that they had to continue to call and have us come BACK in to resign papers. The papers would change, they would need more information even though we had given it to them. We'd go into the dealership and get tossed around from department to department and no one really handled the situation. Once they have you in there they don't care what they do to sell you a car. Advance to the time the tag is due, and we don't even have the title. once we call and get ahold of someone in finance they said they needed the same information we already provided.. They did not respect us at our workplace, and when they NEEDED something they'd go as far as calling your work and while you asked them to wait to call, but when you needed to get ahold of them it was near impossible. When you did call it was hard to even get anyone to answer and you would have to talk to several different people. They also didn't any of the complaints from the second car purchase into consideration or really make it right. I would never recommend buying a car from Battison. Matt Randall was the one of the nice ones there and made you feel like he was doing his best, but everything was always out of his control. If we could have only dealt with Matt from start to finish and not have to go from person to person or department to department then we probably wouldn't have had to sign several contracts, been hassled by salesmen, or had to spend several hours driving there or finalizing our purchase. He did the best he could, but with having to deal with other departments and finance it was always changing from what he told us on the phone and what actually was the deal when we got inside his office. They don't really go above and beyond and after signing several contracts and spending several hours at their dealership and on their phone it was a bigger headache than needed and not worth it. We love our cars even though one was sold with false features, but will never recommend Battison to anyone. We actually will save all of our friends and family the headache and wasted hours on buying a car from this dealership. They don't keep track of the information asked and you will more than likely sign a number of contracts which will be different than the original agreed terms.

I called to schedule my 60,000mile service but had a hard time fitting it into my schedule. I'm a single mom and I don't have many friends or family here. I was delighted when they offered to pick my car up and return it during work hours! I was a little hesitant because I did not want an added expense. They assured me that it was a curtesy service. When all was said and done, I paid by phone and they delivered my car before my work day was over. I don't know if they would pick my car up for a simple oil change but I will definitely ask the next time I'm due. Convenience is everything for me. I am more than please and will be sure to use their service department again.

I found these guys online. I was looking for a 2011 or 2012 Civic. I didn't have much credit. I found a Civic that I liked and sent my information in to get approved. Few minutes later I received a call from Harry. He told me that I was approved. I got there, Harry had my car already pulled up. I test drove my Civic, was in and out in less than an hour. Plus they gave me free oil changes for life with my car. I still can't believe it. Great people, great service!!! If you need a GREAT DEAL on a car, go see Harry!!!

The salesman tried to scam me. First, he told me I would need a Cosigner and then after leaving told me I would not need one. Overall did everything to make sure I paid more than I was supposed to. Then I find out 3 weeks later they never submitted the paperwork to honda. The guys in finance have no idea what they're doing. DONT GO HERE!!!

I bought my 2013 Honda Civic at Battison Honda, they were very nice and I am very pleased with my car. I have been back twice to have the tire pressure checked, in fact went in this morning, the young man that took care of it was very nice and it was done quickly, I was also very impressed that the car had been washed. That was very much appreciated. I have been very happy with everyone that I have dealt with.

Choose Carmax, enterprise no haggle price sale or any other places...Do not go there. They put so much pressure on me as a customer, and they try anything possible to take every penny out of your pocket. Sales persons have bad altitudes and very unprofessional. I bought an Accord anyways because I cannot spend too much time and effort on searching... All in all, I will never go there for my next vehicle nor recommend friends go there.

I went to the dealership looking for a car for my wife and found one, everything started out fine and we went inside to talk price...I signed a paper that said i would pay X amound for the car and the salesman took it to his boss and he agreed to the price but said there was a problem with the title and said it was a salvage title so I was about to back out of the deal, they ran a new car fax and found the title is being corrected back to a green title since the car was stolen and no damage was done so i was back in on the deal, i asked if they still agreed to our price and they said yes. It was after5pm by this time and my credit union was closed so i said i had to work the next day and will be back in at 4:30 to get the car, one of the things we agreed on was a fresh detail along with a couple of other small things so the salesman said he would put the car in detail and it would be ready tomorrow. The next day i get a call around 1pm and the saleman said another couple was there looking at the car because they saw it online and his boss said it was ok to show it to them..I felt like they should have called me first to make sure i was still coming in to pick the car up at least, i thought we had a done deal, but they showed the car and they sold it to them even though i had already signed a paper saying i would buy the car and their manager approved it..pretty xxxxxx of them to just change their mind and sell a car out from under me..very dishonest people there. I went into the dealership after i got off work and spoke with the saleman and he said they pretty much just changed their mind and wanted to show the car to these people..im assuming they felt like they were going to sell it too cheap to me and also realized the car had a green title instead of a salvage like they had originally thought...I asked to speak to his manager and he said he is on vacation..then i asked to speak to the General Manager or someone in charge and he said no one is there..We called the dealership just after to speak with a used car manager and guess what..he was there..they will lie to you face! I doubt they will ever make up the deal to me so i doubt i will be back. if they were to call me up and say hey we made a mistake and want to earn your service we will find you a car just like the one you wanted or we can make you an excellent deal on another car of your choice i would consider coming back in but I doubt they will. they dont seem to really care about anyone, just about making a profit.

This was my first car buying experience and Battison Honda was an excellent choice. Mario was the person that I spoke with on the phone and the person who helped me with the whole process. Mario was very professional and helpful; he was so patient with all the questions that I had. I'm very pleased at the excellent service I was given and I would higly recommend Battison Honda, and especially Mario, to anyone looking to buy a Honda.

Women BEWARE OF BATTISON HONDA!!! ESPECIALLY if you are an educated Black woman!!!!On Sat, April 5 I went to Battison with 2 of my cousins (male and female). A 2014 Honda Accord Sport quickly caught my eye. It was a brand new car that had already been sold and brought back with 800 miles on it. (At that time, Robert in finance was trying to sell me an officially used car for a new car price.) After my salesman gave me an initial offer, I calmly said no. Then my salesman came back with 2 more men, one of them Robert in finance. The other manager approached us saying what is all the tension for? (Are you feeling tension because there are 3 harmless black people sitting in front you with smiles on their faces as you are standing in front of them or are you feeling tension because this woman is a direct educated communicator who does not impulse buy?) I said I am used to working with all men so Im not afraid to stand my ground. Also, there is no tension. You just call it tension because I am a woman who stands her ground firmly. I am happy and I like this car. There is no tension. This is just not the payment that I am looking for. They went back to negotiate again trying to beat my banks rate. Robert said that he doesnt want to waste his time and he doesnt want to waste mine either. I said well you also need to understand that I need a car, but my truck is in good shape. Im very patient. I have no problem walking away today if you cant get me the payment that I want. He showed me another price, and I said no. He rudely and abruptly said thank you and have a good day. WOW!!!! How rude!!! The salesman I was working with was great so I asked him to contact me if the car was still there on Monday. On Saturday April 19 we came up with a deal that I was OK with, but I wasnt comfortable. I had specifically told my salesman not to have me doing business with Robert because he was rude. I drove my truck up to the dealership to sign the papers, but I had to work. I worked with Chris and another finance manager. I asked them then what happens if I decide that I dont like this deal and I may not want this car. The other manager said I wont send the paperwork over to the bank until Tuesday to give you some time to think about it. I know you didnt feel good today, so I will wait until Tuesday to send the paperwork. Once all of the paperwork was done, I LEFT THE CAR there, and drove my TRUCK off the lot to my second job. On Monday morning, April 21 I called my salesman and told them that I had been crunching numbers and we needed to come up with a better deal. I also went to Battison that afternoon and talked to Chris and my salesman face-to-face. Chris then asked me how did I like the car, and I told him that I didnt take the car, and that I needed a different agreement. They said they would get with another manager and see what they could do and give me a call back. I talked to my salesman almost every day as I had begun negotiating with other dealerships. In the meantime, my uncle found me 3 other cars to fit my budget. I told my salesman this. He even showed me other cars on the lot while I was there. I never heard back from the finance guys regarding changing my agreement as I had been keeping in contact with my salesman, called the dealership and never got through to Chris, and even left a voicemail that was never returned. On Monday, April 28, I went to Battison with a friend (female). As I was sitting waiting to talk to Chris, Tyler came out and said those people arent used to working with people who are intelligent and actually know what they are doing. I was about to find out that he was right. Chris came out and asked what could he do for me, and I told him that I needed to talk about my agreement again. WITHOUT CHECKING, he said well your paperwork has already been sent to the bank. I said, how can that be when I called you guys on the 4/21 telling you to hold off on the deal. Have you not talked to my salesman. (This was nothing more than an attempt to intimidate and bully me). He checked with his managers and came back escorting my friend and I into his office. At this time he asked how I was liking my car, I told him that I had never taken it. I told him that my salesman texted me that they could offer me 2.99% for 72 months with a payment of $297 per month. I even showed him the text message. Chris said it didnt make sense. Although my salesman could have made a mistake, we are still going to have to come up with something different because I have better offers on the table. He said with much disregard that it doesnt matter even if he honored 2.5% interest because its only a few dollars different as his attitude started to change. I said well then you can change the price of the car. He rudely said well I only work with percentages so Ill have to get you another manager. Then he came back with Robert. I immediately sighed when I saw him. Robert aggressively gave me this ego driven speech saying that he is the one who makes the final decisions to try to intimidate me. He then said either you sign the deal where it is now or were done. I stopped him and said no you listen to me. (Not only was Robert aggressive with his words, but also with his tone and most of all HIS BODY LANGUAGE.) I told him what my salesman had texted me and also addressed the way he was treating me with such aggression. Then he asked when the car was delivered (meaning when did I drive it off the lot). I said I had never taken the car. He asked Chris aggressively a few times in a row to try to force me into the contract. NOW THE CAR HAD BEEN SITTING ON THE LOT SINCE APRIL 5 (TEST DRIVE), APRIL 19 (WHEN I SIGNED PAPERS), APRIL 21 (WHEN I TALKED TO MY SALESMAN AND CHRIS FACE-TO-FACE), AND APRIL 28 (AS I WAS SITTING IN THE OFFICE). THE CAR HAD BEEN SITTING ON THEIR LOT FOR 23 DAYS!!!!!!Once Chris told him that I had never taken the car, he was almost yelling as he said SHRED HER PAPERWORK!!! HAVE A BLESSED DAY!! It was a pretty bad fireworks show. But I did stand my ground. I put them in their place with education, knowledge, and self-respect. I didnt yell, scream, curse, roll my neck, my eyes, or display any aggressive body language. Can you believe the audacity of these two men and how could they treat two women like this? They had never even seen the friend that was with me that day! How could they display such gender discrimination in front of me (the customer) and my friend (potential customer). Tyler was right! I had even told my salesman before that you know that I know I havent bought the car since I didnt drive off the lot. Please dont try to play me for a fool by trying to take advantage of me being a woman. As my friend and I walked out, Keldrick Williams comforted me asked me what was wrong. As I was telling him what had happened, Mario Goggins approached us and tried his best to make the situation right. Although Keldrick was with another customer, he made sure that Mario would take care of me. Mario listened and analyzed the situation, and did his best reconcile what his coworkers had done. He did everything possible to keep me from bursting into tears. Thank you, Mario and Keldrick for attempting to make the sun shine on that rainy and cold day yesterday. Unfortunately, I am still angry and hurt that I would have to fight so hard to guard myself as AN INTELLIGENT BLACK WOMAN trying to buy a car. I told Mario, I spend so much on fuel and it keeps me from doing youth ministry the way I want to. Those kids mean the world to me, and I dont want fuel costs to get in the way of building godly relationships with the kiddies and pouring the love on them. Thats part of the reason why I have a part-time job. Also, keeping my truck would give me the opportunity to bless our new youth pastors with additional transportation. All I wanted to do was get myself some gas saving transportation to be able to help change more lives and to be a blessing as so many others have done for me. Thank you, again, to Keldrick and Mario for trying to make the wrong things right. This was the most horrible experience I have ever had when trying to buy a vehicle! Ladies, especially Black ladies, AND ALL LADIES, prepare for discrimination and intimidation if you choose to go to Battison without a man. I wouldnt advise you to go at all, but if you do, please see Mario, Keldrick, or Tyler. Its nice to know that there a still a few good apples in a bunch of apples rotten to the core.

Purchasing my new car seemed like a daunting and nerve-wracking task, but Battison Honda made it one of the easiest and best customer service experiences I've had. I recently bought a 2014 Honda Civic and could not be any happier with the decision. Derek was extremely professional and friendly throughout the entire process. He made sure I got what I wanted in a car and really just went above and beyond to accommodate me. I simply walked in on a Thursday and told him what I wanted and test drove the car. Two days later, I came back and purchased the car. I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable. I also met with Anthony J. and Donnie G - also friendly and great to work with. Again, great experience. I really appreciate it. Thanks guys.

I have to say that it was very disappointing to work with Dustin. He had Three months to have my car ready and when I went to pick it up he ask to come the next day. Called the next day and again not ready and needed two more days. It was just very sad. Then when I finally got my car and finished the paperwork the Finance department forgot to endorse the check. Because of all the delays I ended up having to pay for my taxes in Texas which double what I had to pay in Oklahoma. I had a great price and great experience until I went to pick up my car. I ordered my car while I was serving overseas and come home to find out that my car was not ready. All I received for all the trouble was car tent on the front windows which I have to remove because it is illegal in Texas.

And these jokers actually kept me awake with how funny they were! Just what I needed! Thanks guys for making this such a good experience, those are hard to come by while purchasing a vehicle!

I sent an inquiry about a car that I found online. I received a call from a salesman who said this car was not actually available (yet it is still listed online) so I told the guy what I was looking for which is pretty specific and he didn't seem to listen because he was treeing to sell me on something that would be out of my budget or on a different make than what I was wanting. I didn't even bother going to the dealership to look at what they had because of his lack of listening skills.

I bought a 2014 Honda Odyssey Elite yesterday from Battison!!! It was the best car buying experience that I've had in years. I started out on the internet with several Honda dealerships and finally decided on Battison Honda. Dustin Harper from the Internet Sales department made the whole experience very pleasant and stress free. To start with, they gave me a very fair price over the internet on the Odyssey model that I wanted. With that information I knew exactly what they were giving me on my trade-in. There was no pressure and no haggling. Id recommend Battison Honda to everyone I know. Thomas M Clark

This dealership offers the traditional high pressure gimmicks. In my case they even switched the price. I blame myself for not noticing, but find it appalling that there are dealers who still do this. To compound my frustration, 20 days after I signed all of the loan papers I was called back in, because they hadn't typed the odometer reading. I questioned what this would do in terms of delaying tax, tag & title. They acted as if it was no big deal. I am now late, because I still haven't received any papers & the tag agency told me there will be late penalties. I tried to contact the dealer multiple times, but haven't been able to speak with a person. No one has returned my calls or email. There are too many other Honda dealerships for me to recommend this one. They sell well, but they do not follow through once the signature is on the paper.

Tyler is very energetic and enthusiastic about his job. He knew the vehicle we are interested in , inside and out. He was respectful, fun, NOT pushy which is a PLUS in a car salesman and something you rarely see, and he seemed to genuinely care. If I can make it work, I am going to buy a car from him on Friday. Thanks for your help Tyler !

I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years... I have never had a positive buying experience such as my last at Battison Honda. On my first visit I was greeted by Donnie Graham who respected my request for no pressure sales; he was fantastic. He never even asked for my phone number, just please ask for him when I came back. I did come back, about 5 more times before I made my final decision and he was patient with me every time. I also met Anthony Jew on my first visit, he also made my wife and I feel very welcome with no pressure. On yet another occasion I met Shane Majors who again was pleasant, helpful, and patient as Janel and I made our decisions. As the deal was closing I can't think of one time in my past buying experiences where I was ever as comfortable and happy with the progression of the deal. We came with our numbers based on valid research and knew what we needed and they all respected that we were knowledgeable customers. Our financial completion was with Joe Ford and he was informative, helpful and again not pushy in any way. He was fantastic. I am driving the new car, am completely happy, feel like I was respected as a buyer and valued as a customer. I whole-heartedly endorse Battison Honda as the best place to buy your next vehicle. Sincerely, Andy and Janel

Then Dustin came back and finished the final arrangements for purchasing the car. Then introduced me to Chris the Loan Officer where he made it easy for me to understand everything about my purchase. This was my first new car purchase and what can I say - it was simply the best! Battison right off the bat made an offer that was almost impossible to refuse. I did car shop around however the friendliness of the staff, expertise, and willing to make the right deal is what had me going back. Matt was fairly new at Battison the first week I went but knew his stuff. He didn't beat around the bush and made the sale happen. I was highly impressed by the level of quality there. Chris in Finance made sure I understood everything, especially being a new car buyer. I've already spread the word to head to Battison for the best deals around for Honda's. Too bad I can't get a royalty for anyone I send there because I know a few people now wanting to get a Honda from Battison.

We came all the way from northwest arkansas planning on purchase of a pre-owned Honda with Fenton Nissan West. We had worked the deal over the phone, and everything was ready to sign. When we got to Okc after driving 4 hours they changed the deal on us and it was alot more then I wanted to pay for a pre-owned Honda Ridgeline. The salesman Jonathan said we should go next door to the Honda dealer, and we did. We purchased a 2014 Honda Ridgeline it was exactly the one we wanted and we love it. Thank you for all your help.

The salesman assisting my wife and I was extremely helpful and relaxed with us. He did not try to pressure us to do anything, as is usually seen from car dealers. I felt comfortable with my decision in the end and felt like it was truly my decision, instead of being pressured into making a bad deal.

This dealership is the biggest rip off dealership in the country. I was sold a salvaged car which I knew about but asked to make sure there were not mechanical or serious problems at all. It turns out that the framing was completely jacked and tires were getting worn down until finally one blew and it almost killed me. They lied about the entire thing and then when I confronted them they covered it by circling things that I signed after the fact. I consistently asked for the car fax and my documents and got excuse after excuse and I tried to exchange it and they wouldn't let me do it. I even said I would but a different car if they would just give me what I just bought the car for and then I got blown off with no return phone calls or emails or texts. These people are crooks flat out. All they had to do was be honest but they couldn't even do that if you buy from them you are making a huge mistake. They will lie and cheat about anything.

I was encouraged and agreed to take the 2005 Lincoln home on 28 Dec 2013 with the proviso that I could return it by 3pm on 30 Dec 2013 with no questions asked. After driving and having my mechanic check it out on the morning of 30 Dec 2013 I called and asked that my 1996 Cad. out front, that I would not be going through with the sale. It took me over 45 minutes and some very uncomfortable meetings with Brian and his supervisor. There was almost $1,000 of repairs that needed to be done and after driving it only 45 miles the check engine light came on. My mechanic also showed me where the left rear door did not match up and where the front right fender and been repainted and repaired from being in an accident. I was told that it had NOT been in any accident. I do not feel very comfortable with someone who thinks they can pull the wool over my eyes and try to come up with deals so that I will still take a car that I did not want to purchase. It seems that when I said NO to them 3 times they were just not listening at all. I will not recommend this sales person or your dealership to anyone.

We were initially looking for a used Honda minivan. My husband called and spoke to J.T. on the phone to be sure the one we'd seen online was still available. We couldn't make it to the dealership until a couple of days later. Once we arrived, we met J.T. face to face. He was very friendly and immediately had another employee pull the van we had asked about around for us to look at. He also asked if we would "consider a new one, if he could get us a great deal." Knowing what our budget was, we didn't see how that could possibly work out, but told him we would look. We honestly were impressed with both vehicles (the used one and the new one), so we decided that we would be satisfied with either one. We simply needed the payment to fit our budget. Through all this test driving, we were also introduced to Anthony (another sales rep, I think this was his name) and Mark Forth, a sales manager. Both of these employees were also fantastic! All three of the people we dealt with to this point were awesome! They were not overbearing or "smothering," but they did check on us regularly enough so that we knew they were still working on figures and hadn't forgotten us. Sometimes, buying a car can be (or at least feel like) an all day process. We were "in and out" in about 2.5 hours! Joe was our finance rep. He was very pleasant to work with also. We ended up leaving with a brand new Honda Odyssey EX-L with a payment in our initial budget! It was also nice, not to feel like we were being pressured to stretch ourselves financially. We knew where we wanted to be to stay financially comfortable, and your sales/finance reps were not pushy about "stretching" us. Such a pleasant surprise! We absolutely LOVED everything about our experience at Battison! Even though, we live two states away, it would definitely be worth a trip back to do future business with you. Also, we are from OK originally, so we will absolutely be recommending your dealership to all of our family and friends in the area!

I drove down from Wichita because they offered me a great deal that the Wichita dealership simply couldn't match. The price was agreed to over the phone, with no haggling and everything was ready for me when I got there. I even brought down a trade-in and they offered me a great value with NO haggling. I said what I wanted for the trade-in and they said "OK." Everyone was very courteous and the buying experience was great.

The dealership tried to low ball us on our trade in; but when we threatened to leave, they miraculously were able to settle where we wanted to be on a price. However, when we got into the finance room, we were told the only way the bank would approve us if we accepted the gap insurance and extended warranty for 3 years. Their reasoning was that the bank did not want to take a chance on us not paying for a major repair if it occurred, which would ultimately lead us to stop paying for the car in the long run. How stupid is that? First of all, that is a lot to assume and secondly, the life of the loan is 6 years and not 3 years! Going off of their theory, what is going to stop us from paying for the car if a major repair occurs in the last three years of the loan??? The car will most likely break down in the last three years and not the first three, which will not be covered! This is how they get you, in the finance room! Don't fall for their up selling tactics! Stick to your guns and most importantly your budget!!!

Two days ago we walked into the Battison Honda dealership where salesman Brian Clagg greeted us. We had previously determined the Honda odyssey to be a top performing mini-van. To narrow down the model we wanted, Brian printed a number of reports and listings describing the features of each model that Honda offered. Additionally, he printed comparisons with the Toyota Sienna which we also had looked at. We narrowed our interest to the 2014 Odyessey EX-L. He retrieved two vehicles in the colors we chose for our inspection. After demonstrating the features, we took a drive. The van was peppy and felt reassuring when applying the breaks. We asked more questions than most buyers which Brian happily answered or researched. At no time did Brian rush our decision making process. We were very satisfied with Brians knowledge and professionalism and the price he was able to arrange. When we picked up the van, Brian sat with us in the vehicle and customized many of the personalized settings and answered more of our questions. Brian introduced us to the service department and we are looking forward to a long and satisfying new car owner relationship.

The dealership did every thing we wanted, and was very professional from start to end. Linda had visited Battison for a scheduled oil and filter change and went into the dealer ship to look at new Civics. Donald Jackson was kind enough to show her an LX and answer any questions she had. When the Civics went on sale, Donald called just to let us know that they were priced to sell, so we went to the dealership to look at the 2013 LX and EX. We went for a test drive, and then talked to Donald and Shane about both cars. They not only made a great deal on both cars, but exceeded our expectations on our trade in, a 2010 Civic LX. This is the first time in 35 years that we bought a car from the same dealership,(formally Steve Bailey Honda) and would certainly make it a third time when and if we are in the market for another car or truck. Really nice experience. Donald was outstanding and very knowledgeable about the Civic and Shane was also professional and not pushy like other dealerships. Very nice experience over all.

Our family is growing, so my wife and I decided to look at a minivan as an upgrade from our Honda Accord. Our budget is tight, but we were interested in looking at newer vans because we want to have it in our family for a long time. We visited Honda dealerships around the metro, and decided to buy at Battison because of the overall experience. After an initial discussion about our buying parameters, Donnie Graham showed us a Honda Odyssey that we absolutely loved. He knew everything we needed to know about the vehicle, and our conversation felt more like a friendly discussion than a used-car negotiation, which made for the best car buying experience we've ever had. The financing process was just as enjoyable; Chris Howell and Shane Majors made us feel like we were making an educated decision about how we were financing the van. Additionally, they gave us a very competitive and fair value for our trade, which allowed us to get the payments we wanted for the van. We will recommend Battison to family and friends over every other dealership in the OKC metro, and are customers for life.

On having scheduled an oil change for a 2004 Honda Pilot, I asked the dealership to look into a service light warning on the air big system. I was told that a computer diagnostic was required and that would cost about $80. I was later alerted by phone that my battery was not charged adequately to directly test the airbag system and the cost for replacement was $110 for the battery. The cost for the airbag computer repair would be $900. I chose not to replace the battery until further testing. Because the airbag warning light was a safety issue, I could not imagine some form of warranty taking precedence and chose to have another dealer confirm. The battery was taken to Auto Zone and the half charge was confirmed. It was a Honda 100 month battery and it was only 60 months since purchased. Why didn't Battison honor the warranty? I took it to another dealership and replaced it with a new Honda 100 month battery for $60 after prorating the remaining life. Attention to detail cost Battison a customer.

I have previously dealt with this Dealership and always found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable. When I decided to look for a new car, I did most of my research via the Batison web site. Dustin Harper assisted me and quickly responded to my email questions about the vehicles. No hassle...no stress. I would definitely recommend Dustin and Battison Honda.

We usually do not enjoy purchasing a car. Sales staff usually are pushy and do not care about anything except their sale. Donald was the complete opposite. We came in looking for a used vehicle and he found what we were looking for but it wasn't what we wanted. Eventually, he showed us a new vehicle which really wasn't that much more in price. He worked on our behalf to get the price we wanted. He found the vehicle we wanted. He answered our questions and knew exactly what he was talking about. We are not very trusting of car sales staff but Donald gained our confidence. Even though we paid more than we intended, Donald made us feel very comfortable and confident with our purchase. For once, we were extremely pleased with our purchase. We can't say enough how much it meant to us that he cared more about what we wanted and not just to obtain a sale.

I am very happy that I decided to buy my car from Battison Honda, it was neat and clean place and everyone was ready to help. I really enjoyed working with Derek (sales person) & sales manager (Shan) who were always available to answer any question I had even after I had purchased the car. It was the best car deal i ever had. I will definitely recommend it for anyone looking to buy new/used Honda.

I hate going to car dealerships!! After 3 weeks of searching for cars I decide to swing into Battison Honda. Why not.. I went in with the attitude that I was done trying to buy a car I just wanted to see what they had available and how they com paired to other dealers. Long story short, Derek Byerly, my sales guy helped me find exactly what suited my needs and with NO pressure to buy! I saw every option and had a blast shooting the breeze with Derek. 3 hours later I drove home with my new CR-V! For you that have been looking for cars know that was quick! I found what was perfect for me got my paperwork completed and home in 3 hours! Awesome!! I got the price I was looking for with little hassle and haggle. Got a fair deal on my trade too! This was my first Honda and won't be my last! Definitely worth checking out! You can't go wrong with Derek. He is good people and will treat you right!

Great car buying experience,i went to 3 honda dealerships in OK along with a fair number of other car dealerships when looking for a new car. The corporate honda dealerships really need to work on their sales people, none of them were interested in getting our business. They really behaved as if THEY were doing US a favor by letting us pick a car. Battison honda on the other hand were extremely professional, helpful and courteous in their dealing. Very early on in the negotiation process their manager Anthony came out and made sure that we got what we wanted,at the price that we wanted and did not fuss over small things that other dealerships are in the habit of doing . I remember one line of his " please tell us what we can do to earn your business" which sold us. Even with being so aggressive for getting our business they never came across as pushy. The sales person JR was also very helpful in getting us to seal the deal. I will definitely be doing business with them again and recommend them to others without hesitation.

Good experience. Was needing a vehicle right away, and was able to take the Odyssey home within a few hours of arriving at the dealership. I think they could have come down a little more than they did, but I think they knew I had to have a vehicle today. Overall one of the easiest car buying experiences ever.

I bought a new car at Battison Honda yesterday. I can only label the experience as 'ideal' and 'excellent'. While I knew what make/model car I wanted and had negotiated my price via email, so I had walked into Battison knowing my price and only needing to pick the color - I can only say that my experience was great, both via my email exchanges and at the dealership itself. Adam Red Elk, Terry and, dare I say, the entire Battison team with which I interacted, was very helpful - not pushy - and the entire experience was relaxed and pleasant. When the color of vehicle I wanted was not in stock, they found not one, but two options to immediately solve and get me what I wanted. I'm in a city with four metro Honda dealerships; I'm so glad I chose Battison Honda to be my dealer and appreciate the buying experience provided at Battison. I recommend Battison Honda with a a full endorsement!

I was wanting to buy a honda and this is hands down the best place to buy one.. I had a 2005 honda serviced here and they always took care of me. I always get great customer service. They take the time to explain to me whats going on with my car and fixes the problems. I always get my car back on a timely manner. I love honda cars!! cant say enough about them so, when i was ready to buy one i decided to go here since, they have great customer service. The sales guy introduced himself and let me take my time to look around..He was not a pushy sales guy which, i liked..He was nice, very patience and ready to answer any questions i had..The dealership had a large selection of new and used cars to choose from. They gave me a fare price for my trade in and a great price for my new honda accord..I am a proud owner of a new honda accord!!!! Best place to get one..

Best customer service ever!!! This was the greatest experience I've had buying a car!!! The finance personnel's Shaila Harris and finance director Eric Poston were very very helpful!!! Eric Poston especially!!! He did everything he could for me financially and worked with me personally to make sure I walked out of there knowing I could actually afford my brand new car!!! Sales Professional Christopher Howell also did a fabulous job!!! He was very polite, patience, made me feel really welcomed, and I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about which made me put my complete trust in him. All and all I would recommend everyone I know to come to Battison Honda. They will do everything and anything for you to make sure you are 120% satisfied with your new/used vehicle. I know I will be coming back. You should too.

We were met at the front of the dealership by a smiling faced man named John. He had the car, that we had spoke of ,ready for us at the front. We jumped in for a test drive and put the top down to enjoy the ride. John pointed out the cars features that made the car impressive, he was very knowledgeable and friendly. My wife and I discussed the car while John stood by and we decided to make an offer to John. He proceeded to his Manager and they both came back to us to accept our offer. We filled out a few pieces of paperwork and then waited a couple of minutes to speak to Tracy Trice in finance. We had our preapproval from FAA credit Union ,so Tracy started the paper work.Tracy made us aware of several options in warrenties and we choose the two plans that insured my wife's safety, while she is on the road. After a few minutes ,Tracy brought in his Director, Eric Poston. Eric was a very friendly man with agreat sense of humor. Our experience at Battison Honda was as good as car buying gets. I've always thought that car buying was as bad as a visit to the Dentist. John,Tracy and Eric are the reason that I will speak highly of this Dealership. Customer Service is a lost art at most Dealerships, but not at Battison. Thanks so much.Curtis and Cheri Thiry

My wife and I are Honda Fanatics. We were trading in a 2012 Honda Ridgeline RTL for a smaller, more family oriented vehicle to accommodate our first newborn. We found and purchased a 2010 CRV EX-L from Battison Honda along with the HondaCare Extended Warranty (a must in my family for the ease of mind). Visiting Battison was a total relief from the normal car buying experience. There was not any time throughout the day that I was upset, aggravated, or angry. Chris was an amazing salesman. We test drove a few cars and finally found the one we wanted. After out test drive, my wife even took the car for an additional solo test drive to the parking lot of the business next door (We thought she maybe left to go shopping or something, lol). After the test drive comes the dreaded negotiation. However, Chris made it extremely simple. I told him what I wanted for my trade and the price point I thought was a fair market value for the new vehicle. After 2 trips to his managers office we made the deal. They were a little busy, so we watched some youtube videos about test drives while we waited. I was already pre-approved for a loan through Tinker, however the finance department took the time to find me a lower interest rate. Tracy took us into his office for a while and we talked about finance, family, jobs, and even had some jokes in there. Tracy gave an extremely informative review of the Millennium add-on options. However, being a Honda fanatic, my wife and I simply needed the Honda Care. Tracy and I agreed on an extremely fair value for the Honda Care and he showed very detailed graphics on how our payments would work. Eric dropped in and it was great to meet him. Just from the few minutes of meeting him, I knew he was a driven individual who meets his goals. He shook our hands and talked a bit with my wife and I. I've never had such an easy car buying experience in my life. I normally purchase a new car every 2 - 3 years. Going forward, I know that my car buying future will be easy as long as I'm living in Oklahoma City. Battison is a bit out of the way from where my family lives, but I'll be taking this new CRV for the standard maintenance to their shop. Hopefully their Car Service Department is as friendly and nice as the buying side of the house. The only negative on the day was that the lower interest rate on my car loan was through the horrible folks at Bank of America (that's a whole nother story though).

I went into the service department to have my oil changed and while I was waiting a very nice salesman came up to me in the waiting area and asked how I was doing and if there was anything they could help me with. I explained I was just having some service work done on my 2003 Honda Civic. The sales person had asked how many miles I had and if I would be interested in looking at the new models. I was very impressed with the fact that I didn't feel pressured to looking, driving, or buying. They had explained that they had new owners and they are once again an Oklahoma based company. I was greatly impressed, and very happy to hear that. After I looked at the new Civic I told the salesperson I love my 2003 but I would also love this new one with all those neat gadgets. They took a look at my Civic while it was still in the service department and offered me a great deal on the new one. I love my 2012 Honda Civic and I love Battison Honda and their whole team.

We just purchased a new 2011 Honda Accord V6 coupe from Steve Bailey (soon to be Momentum) Honda. I must say that this was the most enjoyable car buying experience that I have ever had. Their "Upfront Pricing" concept eliminated all the haggling and hassle and made for a truly great car buying experience. Using this pricing concept, they provide you with the price of the vehicle and associated fees upfront so you know exactly what your final out the door price is going to be before you commit to buying the vehicle. I consider myself a fairly shrewd negotiator, but I seriously doubt that I or anyone else could have negotiated a better price at one the "hassle and haggle" dealers. Our sales associate, Brian was most helpful and made sure that all of our questions were answered. James, the finance person was equally as helpful and made that experience very enjoyable also. At the end the sales manager came out to make sure that we were well taken care of and let us know that he was available anytime should we need any further assistance. At no time were we pressured to buy the car or other things such as extended warranties, finish treatments, etc., etc. They just let us know that these other things were available should we want any of them. This is the way the car buying experience truly should be and the other Oklahoma City area Honda dealers need to take note. Otherwise these guys are going to take away a lot of their business.

We purchased a used 2009 Rav4 from Steve Bailey Honda on April 23, 2010. At that time we also purchased an EasyCare service contract for $2350 and Gap coverage for $700. We later canceled both contracts on July 3, 2010 (71 days after purchase). The Gap coverage refund was finally processed by our auto loan company on August 24, 2010, almost 2 months after we canceled; much too long in my opinion. I waited patiently for the service contract refund to show on our loan history with our lender, but it never did get processed. I contacted Steve Bailey Honda in late September 2010 to find out why. They said it somehow "didn't get processed". How convenient (for them). It has now (as of Dec. 5, 2010) been more than 2 months since this last paperwork event and still no refund is showing on our loan history. I called the dealership again on the morning of December 2, 2010 and had not received a call back. I filed a BBB complaint at that time. I think this might have gotten some attention. After calling and filing the BBB complaint, I did receive a call back (a few days later). Again we went over the details of the cancellation and I was told it will be handled. Today (Dec. 9) I received a message from them that it will be processed and a check will be sent to our lender. APCO, the warranty provider, confirmed that it was canceled (after *I* had to send them information about the cancellation). They tell me it was canceled at 91% minus a $25 cancel fee or $2,113.50 refund due to me.It should be over, but no . . . Now for the next episode - AGAIN, Steve Bailey is dealing poorly with their customer: Regarding cancellation, the warranty contract says:"After 30 days (after purchase), you will receive a pro rata refund based on the greater of days in force or the miles driven related to the term of the contract, minus $25 cancel fee."The term of the contract is 5 years (1825 days) or 100,000 miles. So, I bought on April 23, canceled on July 3: a total of 71 days in force or 3.89% of 1825.The odometer at purchase was 28,473 and on July 3 it was 29,075 or 602 miles or .602% of the contract limit of 100,000 miles. The greater of these is days in force, so I used up 3.89% of the contract between purchase and cancellation. By the terms of the contract, the refund equals ($2350 x 3.89%) $91.42. Minus the $25 cancel fee and my refund should be $2,235.58.APCO says I will be receiving 91% - $25 or $2,113.50, this is $122 less than I should be receiving! So, not only has Steve Bailey made me wait more than 5 months for my refund, they have cost me an additional $50 in finance charges (since the refund would reduce my loan balance), and they are taking an additional $122.08 more than allowed by the contract.Clearly, this seems to me to be terrible corporate behavior, bordering on misrepresentation, and cynical calculation of how little real customer service to provide while ensuring their position to take as much money to their balance sheet as possible judging the risk of such taking against the victim's desire or ability to pursue alternative means to get the correct contractual calculation. Would anyone go to court to recover $122 or even the $172 taken or cost in extra finance charge? Certainly that seems to be part of their method here.I will say the sales process was fairly comfortable. No real high pressure, so I give credit where it is due - the salesman was nice and accomodating. But once the documents get signed, Steve Bailey turns into a monster of bad customer service. I tend to be a very loyal customer but I will never recommend Steve Bailey to anyone and will be more than happy to recount this sad story to anyone who will listen. Any company that victimizes its own customers must be called out on that and the details of their shady dealings and the taking of proper refund dollars needs to see the light of day.I should not have to wait for 5 months to receive what is rightfully my money. Steve Bailey Honda has been in sole possession of the power and authority to make this refund happen and continually, in spite of my repeated attempts to get closure, they have refused to honor their sales and refund policies.by the way, to any readers, understand the process as APCO has described it to me: In canceling, APCO is merely informed of the cancellation - THE DEALER handles all financial issues, including cutting the check to the buyer or the buyer's lender - SO in fact, Steve Bailey should have cut me a check on July 3 since they knew at that time all the information needed to close the transaction. It was fully their responsibility and it could have been done. This is starting to boil my blood, the more I get raked over the coals . . . :-(

1. sales manager renigged on a price commitment he made2. Required me to come back with my husband to fill out paper work. When I returned with my husband, I wasn't needed because I had already filled out all of my part of the paperwork.3. check for tag, title, and tax that was included in financing was not mailed until I called the dealer.4. Their computer system was "down" so a check for the tag, title and tax could not be issued when I called and they couldn't tell me when they would be able to issue it.While Shelly the clerk and Mike G. the salesman were friendly enough, they apparently are not trained well. The sales manager was disrespectful when he came into the office to tell me he would not honor the price he had agreed to. He tried to make it seem like my fault. I didn't ask for the price...the salesman offered it to me! The sales manager was very condescending to me. They did not have my first choice of car in stock and were trying to sell me something above what I wanted. When I told them I would not pay more for something I didn't need, they kept trying to sell me on what was in stock instead of offering to get what I really wanted. While I like the car, it doesn't get as good of mpg as the one I was shopping for. Nor is it as economical as the salesman said he thought it would be. He told me what he thought I wanted to hear so he could sell a model they were overstocked on.
