All around great , they completely fixed the problem , lined me a vehicle and also recommended transmission flush which removed a vibration that I thought was coming from another source . All pretty much preventative service . Also was interested in trading or selling my Denali and the staff from sales person to general manager were nothing short of friendly and professional and fair / honest. The exact opposite of an experience I had a day before with another dealership non GM In Yarmouth. I wish there were more vehicles to choose from right now because I would be driving one purchased from Battles ! They have my business from both the Sales and Service side period.

Jason Nydam is always fantastic - this is our second vehicle purchase with him and he always takes great care of us! We will continue to go back for all of our car needs. All of the staff is helpful, vehicles and options are great despite a crazy market for cars.

Best car buying experience I ever had (and I've had many). No pressure sales pitches, fair pricing, didn't need to spend all day at the dealership. Excellent customer service from Heather in sales Steve in finance and the rest of the support staff. Highly recommend.

I had an incredible experience at Battles GMC last week. I had never been before but was immediately greeted by smiling faces when I came into the showroom. I was there to see a 2018 Acadia and as soon as I saw it, I knew that was the car for me. Heather made the experience easy, the trade in process was transparent and fair. I’ve had the car a few days now and absolutely love it! As someone the grew up in the business, I’ve seen it all, there are so many dealers out there that don’t value the customer, only looking to make the deal, under valuing trades and hiding costs into the paperwork. You won’t find that here, there was zero pressure to buy the extras and the monthly payment was accurate within $10 of what I had planned going into this. They’ve earned mine and my families business going forward, I highly recommend this dealership!
