I worked with Mark Dannen on purchasing my new Denali pickup truck. I had been shopping around for a little while. Mark worked with me on getting just the price I wanted to pay. He went above and beyond on trying to make this deal happen. When it came to delivering the truck he worked very hard to get it to me in a couple of days with all the extras I requested added on to it. He was always very professional and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this dealership and would return to purchase another one here. This is not a local dealer for me. It is an hour drive from my area but I would definitely return. Wonderful experience while acquiring my new GMC Sierra! My salesman, Tim, was very knowledgeable of the product and very courteous during my visit. Between Tim and Janet, they both made sure everything was in order during the process and before I picked up my truck. Janet was EXTREMELY knowledgeable helpful with my decision to buy or lease. I HAD MY TIRE PIERCED BY METAL. BATTLES GOT IN THE TIRE AND AFTER I COMPLAINED THAT THE PRICE WAS MUCH HIGHER THEN SULLIVAN TIRE, ROB BROUGHT DOWN THE PRICE $20.00. IT WAS STILL ABOUT $25.00 MORE THEN SULLIVAN TIRE SO I WILL NOT BE REPLACING MY REMAINING THREE TIRES IN THE FALL. I CAN SAVE OVER $100.00 AT SULLIVAN TIRE.

Ed was very pleasant and informative when I explained what kind of a vehicle I was looking for. We took a ride in a 2015 Terrain and proceeded to do the paper work. Bob gave me a trade-in value for my 2008 Trailblazer and I felt it was low. He then spoke with someone else and came back with an acceptable number. Then Janet did the paper work and I came back on Mon.morning to pick it up. All 3 people were professional and comfortable to work with. Ed has put in extra time to order a hitch for the car and taken all my questions, always patient and calling me back to let me know that it was in and for me to make an appt. for installation. I can not over state what a Positive dealership this is. I is obvious the owner treats his employees well and they in turn do their job well.

We wanted to lease an Acadia. We went to 2 other dealerships who approved us but not at the amount we were looking for. Don't believe the perception that if you buy over the bridges, that the Cape dealerships are higher...THEY ARE NOT! These people were so awesome in every aspect of business. The owner came out and spoke with us, never rushed us, never treated us like we didn't have a clue about vehicle pricing...just down to earth friendly and a pleasure to work with! Heather Levy was absolutely awesome! she had us laughing the entire time. She knew all about the vehicle , she made our experience smooth and stress free. it took no time to go through the entire process. I walked in and she had the vehicle I wanted to test drive ready for me. The total purchase and pick up took 4 hours, detailed, registration and new plates! That is unheard of in the car buying world. I had an awful experience the day before with another GMC office in Taunton/Raynham and she made it all go away. She didn't make me feel like I was asking for too much when asking about discounts available. She made it a comfortable and a stress free experience. So helpful and knowledgable, I later found out she actually drove the same vehicle herself. I will send everyone I know to see her. I have always been a Toyota person, she definitely helped in my decision to switch to GMC. Everyone was just wonderful there. Janet in the finance department made that part of the process go quickly and smooth, which sometimes can be exhausting. It was a pleasure to have dealt with such a professional but personable group of people.
