I would recommend never using any of the baumann group dealerships. I filled out a credit app that was processed for a 21 jeep sport 4x4 for $37k. Talked with a manager in the morning and then drove an hour to get there. Once there the price was suddenly $42k and they would not accept my jeep employee discount. Was told by the sales rep that because new vehicles are hard to come by, it would sell at the higher price, so I either take it or walk. I walked and will make sure I never walk onto a Baumann Auto Group lot again

Jacob Gotten is super nice and did everything he could to help me, but felt lied too by someone I talked to on the phone before going over. . The car I looked at was great quality. Everything besides the person on the phone was great!
