Recently I was at point where I needed a newer car and I needed one fast. Although this can be a daunting task, I went to see my friend Jacob at Performance Volkswagen. I was honest and upfront about what kind of vehicle I was interested in and that I really needed to stay with in my budget/range. I had been driving a VW Jetta for 10 years and wanted to stay w/ a VW,I had also considered leasing and Jacob was very helpful, explaining the details of purchase vs. lease and really listened to my needs and wants. He worked hard to get me what I wanted and with in my budget and felt I was very well cared for and comfortable throughout the entire process, purchasing through finance. Both Jacob and Quincy were outstanding along with a few other personnel in the dealership. I am a very hard person to please when it comes to separating me from my money. You're raised thinking that car salesman are no better than snake oil salesmen of old. However, both Jacob and Quincy assuredly dispell that myth. Simply put, without those two I would not have purchased my car. I would wholeheartedly recommend this dealership to all my friends.Thanks.Scott

I worked with Michael on a internet sale. He was very friendly and professionalism was top of the line. I traveled 3 1/2 hours one way, when I gotthere the Jeep I was looking at had a little body damage that I was not aware of. Michael looked at it then he said he would take care of the damage if I would go ahead with the sale. This is the 5th VW my wife and I have leased from this dealership. It is without a doubt a truly family type dealership. We live in Lincoln and make the trip to Omaha to lease our cars from this dealership. Our sales person has been the same Joe Winnicki, what a hard working individual, always ready to help and get us in the correct car. Our sales mgr. has been the same Jim Shu, what a true businessman. Jim has always worked with us on a price that we can afford AND what is best for us. We have recommended this dealership to all of our friends and family and will continue to do so. When the time comes for another new VW without question we will return to visit with our friends at Performance VW, Jim, Joe and others.

I would not recommend going to Performance Volkswagen for business of any car. The sales department and service department are never on the same page and they make it the customers problem. After buying a used car TWO months ago, the service promised on the car has still not been complete. This is also after bringing the car up to the service department SIX times. One time the car sat on their lot for almost two weeks with not a single thing done with it, because they were "waiting" on parts. Then when the parts came in they STILL didn't fix their mistake. Then they sent the part back because they waited too long to put it in the vehicle. The Service manager, Keri, she is extremely immature and unprofessional. Only answer she gives is that it isn't her problem and to talk to sales. Then will hang up in the middle of the conversation because she doesn't have answers and is frustrated. Since when is it OK to treat customers like this?!?!? My family has done many years/cars of business here, well NEVER again will another dime be spend to this company. They lost a few good potential return customers. I would recommend to go somewhere where you will be treated much better and somewhere they don't make their lack of fulfilling promises your problem!

My wife and I accidentally went to Performance, as we intended to go to Stan Olsen VW. However, we noticed the big VW logo on the building from the interstate and thought we were going to the right place.After much terribly wasted time, we were there over 6 hours, we finally decided on a Tiguan S 4Motion they had advertised on their website as a lease special at $259/ month. To be fair they had $100 to the cost for the deficit on our trade in. So $359.Jim assured us that they would have the car in "a couple of business days." Two business days later no phone call, no answers from Performance, as it was Jim's day off. So my wife drove their Routan for two more days (6 so far). Finally, they called and said they had our car for us and they would deliver it to us. Great! Wrong, wrong year, wrong trim package, no 4motion, no intransits, no paperwork to prove we had the right to have this car....which they got from Stan Olsen! So, I called them back and informed them we didn't have the right car. We were told it would be a couple more days. I said I would be up in Omaha on Saturday, three days later, and I was assured they would have the right car. We arrived on Saturday, and of course they put us in a WRONG car again. Wrong year, wrong trim level. Jim assured us that it would be the same price because they were having trouble getting the right car. Finally Tuesday, another 3 days, I called them again and they said they would have the car that day, and I could come and get it the next day. Thankfully, Katie brought us the car on Tuesday, but didn't have the Sales Tax form so we could license it. We are still waiting for that darn form!But wait, the price went up $20 per month for 36 months. One more month at $434.77 + $720.00 = $1134.77 in padded price. We received a phone call a few days later from Katie wanting us to sign a PDI inspection form saying they completed it. Funny thing is that they neglected to install the front license plate holder during their PDI which cost me another $36.60 to have another local VW dealer install. Which is how I found out that they should have installed it during the PDI.Oh...our lease paperwork says the car had 250 miles on it when we got it. It had 500+ miles as they had to drive it up from Kansas to Omaha, and then back to us in Lincoln. We lost almost 300 miles of usage at $0.20 a mile or $60.I am not real pleased that this car cost me $1200+ more than what it should have. Coupled with the refusal to answer phone messages to Jim, and another sales manager, or the Finance dept.I have to admit I am used to the way BMW dealerships treat me...very well...and expected the same from VW.

I had a great showroom experience. I live in Virginia, but visited Performance VW with my parents to test drive the Golf. The sales manager, Jim Shu, said he could make a deal and find the Golf I wanted and deliver it to me in Virginia. If that sounds too good to be true, it was. I specifically asked if they had a specific car locked down for delivery, and was told yes and that they would deliver in 10 days. This was important because I was leaving on vacation and needed enough time to title and register the car. They still guaranteed the sale knowing this, and knowing that my current vehicle was not in driving condition. Four days later, a salesman calls to ask if I have questions, and I ask him to get confirmation of the delivery date. He was able to confirm the 10 day delivery. I had heard nothing from the dealer or Jim Shu until I called on the delivery date to see what was going on, only to be told they didn't actually have a car to deliver. I was upset, but agreed to give him time to find something, and got him to agree to pay for the fees on the rental car I would now have to have for my vacation. However, I did voice a complaint with the business owner and with Volkswagen corporate headquarters. Jim Shu said he'd call the next day, which he did not. When I called, he wasn't in, and the woman I spoke with said she'd have another manager call me that evening, which he didn't. The next day in called Jim, left a message, only for it to be returned 6 hours later with Jim saying they were canceling the sale as they didn't feel they could overcome the miscommunication. Apparently, he felt my complaint to the owner was the same as me telling him I didn't want the car. When I couldn't get him to now pay for my rental car fees, I asked for a refund of my $2500 down payment, which they sat on for two weeks. When Jim went to get someone to process the refund, he put the phone down and I could hear him complaining about me to a coworker. He never put me on hold, and I heard the whole thing. Now, I'm out $300 for my rental car, but what irritates me the most is that Jim never once called me to give me a status update on the car (not even to say it was delayed). The only call I received from him was the one where he canceled the sale. Manwhile, the dealership's sales and service departments have called multiple times to see how I'm liking my new car. What a slap in the face!Don't go to performance! They don't deliver on their promises, hugely inconvenience people and then have the audacity to complain about you when you are unhappy (learn how the hold button works!). I didn't really have any intention of buying when I did, but Jim came up with the idea to deliver a car that wasn't on hisnlot to me 1,500 miles away. He said it was his goal to sell a car in every state. It's too bad he made a promise he couldn't keep.

1) Drove from Iowa to Nebraska to buy my Jetta SEL, it was worth it.2) The Des Moines VW dealer was terrible (Lithia VW).3) Performance beat the price by over $1,000.4) I was greeted by several people at Performance VW, they were all friendly.5) The process was seamless (something I was concerned about when buying a car out of state).6) My car needed a very small paint chip repaired, Derrick drove 2 hours to get the car and provided me with a nice loaner vehicle.6) I am a tough guy to please and car shopping isn't my favorite activity, but this was a great experience.

I was in a panic after my VW Beetle stopped.I immediately called Performance, because they had serviced my car previously. I asked for the service department and Dewayne was my service guy. His voice tone put me at ease immediately.I explained what happened before the car came to a stop. Dewayne asked me to get the car in so they could look it over. I was in such a panic about the possible repair cost and could not settle down. I gave Dewayne my husbands phone number and they handled the situation.I was so pleased when I picked up the car $99.00. That was it, "all the panic for nothing." I could not believe it. They assured me that my car was safe to drive and I would get home safe. I am very thankful and so pleased with the professional service and concern for my safety. Everything was set up in advance and their reminder system is fantastic. The service itself was handled in a very expeditious fashion and all service was executed exactly as planned. The dealership washed and vacuumed my Routan even though my service was just a routine check after 60 days of ownership! Very impressed with this dealership

My appointment was scheduled the same day I called. Check-in was easy and the staff were professional and pleasant. A courtesy shuttle to a mall helped us pass the time. We were given an estimate of three hours for the work and they were finished well before that.

I am a bit behind in posting this recommendation especially since finding out that Matt no longer works at Perfomance. Wherever you are, I hope you are doing well and your family is benefiting from your job change. You were so amazingly helpful when it came to locating a CC for me. You did absolutely everything right! You showed off the car and put it through its paces (how much time did you spend in a CC to become so GOOD at demo'ing it!!). You peaked my interest! Over the course of many months you kept me in the loop, appraising me of specials going on and were always willing to answer any questions from someone who was intimadated by the car buying process. (Last vehicle purchased a 91 Maxima--great car!!) You checked back with me and ALWAYS did it in a way that was literally almost 'comforting'! I was so fortunate to work with you in the purchase of this special vehicle. I have had it now for the last 4 months and it has not dissapointed me one bit. I must also say that I have brought it into Performance for it's courtesy check and the service people and Jimmy were very helpful in Matt's abscence. Matt, I wish you were there so I could tell you face to face what a great job you did in "steering" me in the direction of purchasing this vehicle. Recently purchased a Pre-loved car -- it overheated after about 3 weeks and I called their Servicing Dept not knowing what to expect. They really dug into the vehicle, called me a couple times to verify just what exactly had happened and when, then replaced a sensor in the coolant bowl -- at no charge to me! Car has been running great since AND .......... I LOVE the car!!

Went to view 2 VW Eos both used, met with Samantha who had been recomended by a friend who had purchased vehicles from Samantha in the past. Samantha was very knowledgable and pleasant, we felt relaxed and not pressured. We selected the car we wanted to deal on and spent some time working on the details, as we had travelled from out of town (50 miles) we wanted tp wrap everything up that evening, both Samantha and the finance guru Ron stayed late. We felt that we got a fair deal but dealing with a reputable dealer was a little more important to us than simply the price of the car.We can recomend Performance Volkswagen and Samantha Giese, should you need to deal with the finance department you will enjoy Ron.

We just moved into he area and in a time crunch. We called Performance VW and asked if we could bring our VW Passat in to have the oil changed and checked over before I had to leave on another two day trip on the road the next morning. We called about 11:00 am and they said we could bring it right in! They were so friendly, professional and THOROUGH! We were able to pick it up about 5:00 pm and the price was so reasonable!!! I had been doing research on new cars, that could replace my 8 year old Honda Civic Hybrid. I knew I wanted a "green" car of some kind. Volkswagen caught my eye when I read about the Jetta TDI winning Green Car of the year in 2009. I met with Samantha and we discussed at length the pros and cons of hybrid models. I was full of questions and Samantha had the answers. The searching for the perfect replacement took about a year. Every car company seemed to coming out with a hybrid model. When all was said and done, Volkswagen was the way to go. If a person were to compare a Jetta TDI with any other model out there, the Jetta would win hands down. Meeting with Samantha at Performance, I test drove the Jetta Sportwagon TDI, Samantha was polite, curtious, and knowledgeable. The features and the look of the Jetta were just icing on the cake. Everyone that encountered at Performance was helpful and willing. The friendliness through out the building was tangible. The complete process from the test drive to the final signing was enjoyable. If a person is looking to buy a hybrid or TDI, look at the Jetta TDI, then try and find a Honda, Toyota, or any other with this many standard features and stay under 30k! I'm completely and utterly in love with my new Jetta Sportwagon TDI. Thank you Samantha and Performance Volkswagen for my new love of driving.

I purchased a new 2010 VW Jetta, my first new car ever, over the weekend (April 24th). Matt was professional, knowledgeable, extremely thorough and most of all very patient with me as someone not only new to the new car buying experience but also new to all of the upgrades and technology included as standard in the Jetta I purchased. He covered every detail of the car, even the parts I may not have been concerned about, such as the spare tire well and why it's engineered the way it is. He pointed out why the glovebox is lined with felt and, in Germany, doubles as a lunchbox. Matt made a point to introduce me to the the store manager, Jeff, as well as several other managers who were all very professional, polite, and appreciative of my choice to purchase a Jetta and to do business with them. It was not lost on me that Matt could have rushed me through and sent me on my way since it was a Saturday and the last Saturday of the month for car sales which can be critically important to a salesman. He knew, too, that my return trip home with the car would include an interstate drive so he took care to step me through the cruise control functions as well as the 'S' feature on the shift column. Regarding the Sirius system, my new Jetta was a demo so it had the demo subscription in force. The sales manager gave me his card and told me to call him when it expires and he will then start my 6 month free subscription. Matt knew I was completely unfamiliar with the touchscreen system and how to navigate through the controls. He showed me the basics of the system, shared some finer key points, and marked in my new car manual where to find all of the information. He also made it clear that I could call him any time with any questions. I intend to keep/drive my Jetta for many, many years and the experience of buying a new car is more than just a business transaction, it's the start of a relationship. I am glad I chose VW and I'm especially glad I chose Performance.

My overall experience was awesome. My sales person, Panos was very personable. He took the time to listen to me and help identify the exact features and needs I wanted in a car. Being a female can be intimidating walking onto a car lot. Immediately he made me feel comfortable. I had my boyfriend with me but he addressed me directly instead of him! Which was very respectable. I would highly recommend him to a family member, friend or co-worker!! Everyone that day including the sales manager and the business manager were very helpful and friendly. The team even stayed well over closing time to accommodate my needs. This was very impressive and greatly appreciated. I was very pleased with this dealership. Not to leave out I am certainly enjoying my jetta!! I love this car!!!!!!

I purchased my VW Jetta from preformance 8 months ago. I love my Jetta. I had some strang lighting thing going on with the pannel display,Since I live in Lincoln, I took it to a Lincoln VW dealership. 4 differant times, Unfortually the issue was not resolved in Lincoln. I called Performance VW in Omaha (what I should have done months ago). Duane was one of the most helpful service people I have ever had contact with. He is VW buff! I loved that he knew all kinds of things, I had no idea about. Duane took time, stayed late, and we talked about my warning light problems. We came the next morning to be greeted by Mohammed and Kendra. Kendra was very good at representing your company over the phone the night before and actually made me want to come in the next morning. Mohammed was our salesperson and was the most informative car salesmen I've ever been in contact with. He explained every feature down to the last detail. We walked out of the dealership knowing how to work all of our features that came with the vehicle and gave us his card in case we had any other questions that weren't thought of at the time. He was friendly, professional and down right amazing! This is the best car buying experience of my entire lifetime of purchasing vehicles. He went above and beyond our expectations the minute we walked in the door. Sam gave us a friendly and thorough review of the available options comparing the certified pre-owned EOS to the new EOS options in the inventory. Michelle and John were great to work with, efficiently getting us through the additional finish protection product options and purchasing/finance options. The only issue we had to have corrected when finalizing the finance was the agreed upon interest rate. The initial paperwork showed a higher interest rate but we were qualified for the lower rate. This was identified by my wife before we signed the papers and was easily and efficiently fixed. Overall the entire experience has been a good, smooth transaction and we are happy with the deal and the dealership. This is our 4th car from Performance and our first non-Toyota car!The only outstanding concern I had after was the offered price of the optional service contract. Initial price offered for 5/60 platinum was high and even after negotiating it was lower but still high. This doesn't seem to make much sense to me since the car comes with balance of the factory 4 yr. warranty and the additional CPO 2/24 warranty. In the end it didn't affect us much since we are comfortable with the service protection offered by the CPO status of the vehicle.Thanks ..John..

I couldn't be more happy with Performance VW. I've owned several VW's over the years and normally do all my own maintenance but now that I live downtown and lack a garage I'm more than willing to turn my cars over to Performance.Everyone remembers me when I come into the dealership and they always either provide transportation or the best waiting area I've ever seen while my car is in service. No one has ever pressured me into service I didn't need and only the work I want done is done.

The time spent at this location was well spent. We originally came in to see a Jetta, but were open minded to see other models. We didnt need to ask for assistance, it seemed as though Micheal was expecting us. His welcoming laid back approach assured us their was no presure. That was an awsome relief. His responce to our "many" questions were well answered and insightful. With his help we disovered a soccer mom would be much happier in something slightly bigger. I've owned my Tiguan for about 15 months. Buying the car was a great experience, but the Service Department is remarkable. I think I've been in a total of 4 times and they have gone out of their way every time to make sure my concerns are handled, and that regular maintenance and service are painfree. Mark and Duane are honest and friendly and truly care about me and my car. In fact, Duane remembers my name without looking at the paperwork. I've never dealt with a dealership service department like this one! I hope to own my Tiguan for a long time, and I hope Mark and Duane are there to make sure it's running like new.

Panos was an extraordinary salesman...friendly, knowledgeable and honest. We've purchased many cars but his attitude puts him at the top of our list of salesmen. We actually saw the vehicle at the Omaha Home Show at the Qwest center where Panos was working. He spent a lot of time explaining the vehicle to us at the Home Show and answering our slew of questions. He so impressed us that we called to schedule a test drive of the new Routan that same week. Again, Panos was terrific during the test drive, was very knowledgeable about the Routan and was extremely easy to deal with. I would recommend Panos and Performance VW to anyone.

He knew more about his car then anyother sales person that we have talked to. He not only knew more about his cars he never tried a hard close on us, Michael made us feel important and help us work through our numbers and buy a new car. Michael was GREAT

I have bought both new and used cars from Performance VW Group and when I need something to be solved I can count on Matt and Duane(service) to give me a fair and accurate opinion and service. But what sets Matt apart is how you can tell him what your needs are and what your budget may be and he tries hard to find the right deal for you. So when faced with a problem recently related to disability we asked Matthew for help and he showed us what we wanted to look at and then sat down with us and asked us what we needed for a vehicle and how certain cars would fit that model and then showed us cars we had not really thought about. So after a few days and looking around I noticed that the price and condition of ALL the vehicles at Performance were a value. All of the people at Performance VW have been helpful and friendly but Matt can mark me down as a loyal customer because of him.

Matt helped me by going "the extra mile". With the credit issues today Matt worked hard with his managers to find a way to get me a vehicle. In the end Matt guided me towards a more affordable car within my budget that I paid cash for. Matt answered all my questions, remained honest throughout the transaction, and made sure to follow through with his actions. My experience at Performance VW was a positive one because of the saleperson, and the fact that he was willing to work a little harder at finding me the right deal. My experience, in the past, with car sales people has been mixed, but I would definitely recommend Performance VW for a great car buying experience. Thanks Matt!

I just had my second pothole disaster of the season, this time ruining the tire and the rim. I called on Performance Volkswagen again, and within 24 hours they had my car totally repaired - and for much less than I thought it would cost. Mark, Duane, and Chris are so welcoming and helpful. And they are TRUSTWORTHY! We purchased the car from Jason Bradley who could not have been more helpful. He worked with all my requirements and was totally friendly and service-oriented. This has to be the best car dealership in town. I am so happy I came to Performance Volkswagen. They totally "get it" here.

First off, I'd like to say that the service at Performance Volkswagen is second to none. A warm welcoming comfortable environment allows you to work with this dealer in a matter that makes a sometimes uneasy process go smooth and flawless. If you want complete 100% satisfaction, I'd highly recommend Sales Consultant Joe Winnicki for one simple reason, "he listens". While he does have tasks to follow to ensure that all questions about the purposed vehicle is answered, Mr. Winnicki listens to your concerns and is able to answer them not as a sales individual but as a guy who will do his best to understand your needs. An abosolute 100% positive for the business department, without a doubt, that was the most seamless and most professional business department that I've ever worked with. Mr. John Bergsten has been a long time member of Performance Volkswagen and they need to do anything and everything possible to keep him with the team. Having purchased several vehicles in the past, when it comes to discussing the actual transaction can be daunting at best. Mr. Bergsten made this the easiest transaction out of all of my vehicle purchases. You will be offered warranty information and options, but Mr. Bergsten will answer all and every question asked to him. With this said, I can say goodbye to the Mazda family and hello to the VW family. I will be purchasing future vehicles from VW from Performance Volkswagen. Performance Volkswagen gets 'it', they will listen and they will work hard for you.

I definitely recommend Performance Volkswagen as an awesome place to purchase a car. From the beginning, our salesperson Joe Winnicki made my fiance and I feel welcome and seemed determined to find us the car and the deal we were looking for. When it didn't work out the first day we came in, he continued to keep in contact with me and let me know of any other cars that came onto the lot. After a few weeks, we ended up buying the first car that I test drove. If it weren't for Joe's persistence and his quality of service, I wouldn't have felt the need to stay with Performance Volkswagen. I would definitely tell people about him and would love to do business with him and Performance Volkswagen in the future.

Great customer service! Micheal is, by far, the most knowledgable person I have known when comes to the vehicles he sells. Couple his product knowledge with his friendly and calm personality, the overall experience in buying a new vehicle was awesome. Michael worked with us, the finance department and the new car sales manager to marry the best deal that both seller and buyer were pleased with. In my opinion, Micheal and the rest of the crew at Performace Volkswagen are a class act and a pleasure to do business with.

I love the quality and friendliness from the recptionist to the dealer. Luke has a different personality than the salesman Dave that we originally worked with. I had more in common with Dave before he left. I purchased 2 passats and 1 Chysler van from this dealer. I highly recommend and often do when asked. We have move out of the area, but plan on buying from them again. I like manager Shoo, whom I call Jimmy. he is very helpful and goes out of his way to work with clients. The receptionist are also very friendly and I often joked with them when calling. I only wish the economy and job market were better so I could come back and get a VW van. I love the service dept and recommend them highly. This is the ONLY dealership I plan on buying from no matter where we live. I am a Performance VW addict

Purchased certified 2006 Jetta for our son. Panos had shown the Jetta to our son and my wife when they stopped in to look at the selection of vehicles at Performance. Panos did a great job of explaining the various features of the Jetta and Matthew liked it immediately. We returned to Performance later that same day and we took the car for a test drive and get price and warranty details. We decided to sleep on the matter and returned on the following Monday to make the purchase. Panos was very courteous and helpful in all our dealings with him. We also had very pleasant experiences with Jim in sales and Russ in finance. Since purchasing our son has taken it in once for a checkup and minor trim issue and had a very pleasant experience with Chris in Service. Our son loves the Jetta.

From the moment I entered the dealership I felt welcomed. I was greated with a warm smile and a friendly hello. They listened to my needs and allowed me time to make my decision. In addition, they made sure to check in with me to see if I had additional questions before making my purchase. On the day I did decide to purchase my vehicle, Panos and the rest of the staff were very accomodating. Panos did a very thorough job of explaining all the wonderful features of my car and guiding me through the process of setting up the more complex features. At no time did I ever feel pressured to purchase the vehicle; you could tell they cared about me as a customer. Since then I have had my vehicle in to have some upgrades done and the service staff was great to work with as well. I truly appreciate the follow up phone calls to make sure everything is going well with my car. I would recommend this dealership to my friends!

I can honestly say, we had an overall great experience with Performance VW. We really had no intention of purchasing a new car, but after tagging along with my in-laws as they purchased a new VW we were very interested. After visiting the dealership and looking around, we ended up test driving a new VW and fell in love with it. We slept on it, and then came back the next week and made the purchase with Samantha. Performance was very accommodating with our schedules and with the aftermarket installation of items we added. Their employees in the Service Department are very friendly and always ready to help. He was friendly, professional and willing to work with me. He did what he could to get me into a payment I could afford in the car I wanted. Mohammad has been great since the time I purchased my Passat in February '09. He periodically calls and sends emails to follow up with me throughout the year to ensure my car is treating me well. Setting up any service calls has been simple via the Internet. The time spent waiting for service to be done is exactly what they tell you. They offer a courtesy ride to work/home if necessary, or even offer a rental at no cost.

Performance took excellent care of my vehicle. I brought my car in for an oil change, and they even took the time to freshen the inside of my vehicle. They let me know what maintenance is recommended, and I wasn't pressured into performing any maintenance I couldn't afford at the time. They were very friendly at the counter, and even the sales staff were friendly as I looked in and around the new Volkswagen CC Luxury. Thank you. I have leased four new VWs from this dealership since my first visit. This was the only dealership that I visited that would talk to a 19 year old about a brand new car and not treat you like you were wasting time. From that one visit when we left with a 2006 New Beetle. Every visit for service or just to stop by has been a great experience. Joe is a great salesman, he doesn't push his view of the vehicle on you. He listens to your opinions, offers what he knows about the vehicles and backs it with facts. I have handed out several of Joe's cards to friends and family to encourage them when looking at VW to make the trip from Lincoln up to LaVista. The three vehicles we have leased directly from Joe have been great and backed up by a superb salesman. In Feb 09 we totaled a 2009 Rabbit and on the drive home with a rental car we stopped by the dealership and spoke to Joe about maybe getting a new car in a month or so, but he showed actual concern for our condition and safety before he would even discuss a new car.We are due for a new car in about 18 months and I am hoping Joe is still around at this dealership.The service center is great, they do very timely work and show care when servicing vehicles. As far as dealerships go for service, this is a very reasonable priced location.

I bought a 2009 Jetta Diesel in May of 2009. I pretty much knew that I wanted this car, but had never shopped for it at all yet. Samantha showed me the Jetta and it was a perfect fit between buyer and seller. She helped me make my final decision about purchasing the car because of her going over the entire vehicle bumper to bumper, and she knew all the questions about the diesel engine that my boyfriend threw at her. I love my car, and I feel like I kind of have a new friend in Sam. She is a smart lady with a wonderful personality.My experience with her at Performance was great.I even brought my daughter in to try to find her a used car. My daughter's budget was pretty low but Sam took the time to check out all options for my daughter.Anyone that I know that is looking for a car, I'll tell them to go check out Performance and to look up Samantha.

My first purchase was an 05 Honda Civic. It ran great, had low miles, was great on gas and was very affordable. After an accident, Joe found me an 04 Civic knowing how happy I was with the first one. I love doing business with Performance Volkswagen. They are friendly, helpful, and professional in every aspect. Jason Bradley made my purchase really, really easy. I got exactly the car I wanted (and I love it!). I've had several totally free maintenance visits and one additional service visit for a flat tire. The service people are so nice! They are very accommodating and made sure I was pleased with everything. I've had some awful experiences with other car dealers, so I honestly wasn't expecting to be treated so well. I definitely recommend Performance Volkswagen for both sales and service.

This is the second VW Jetta I have leased through Samantha Geise at Performance. She is always fun and courteous to work with. I tell her what I want, the approximate payment and she goes to work to get it for me. When I am in the market for a car, I want to be able to tell her what I expect, go in, see it, test drive and make a decision. Samantha does her best to get me in and out, because I am usually in a hurry. She goes over the entire car and explains everything. I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in purchasing a Volkswagon product. The service department has always treated me well also. Recently, I my husband and I got our second set of cars from Performance Volkswagen. We have found their sales and service department to be easy to work with. Even my kids enjoy visiting the showroom, which was suprising. We have been happy with the deals we have gotten on our cars, and when we need service, we have been taken care of in a respectable fashion. So, in the end, not a difficult experience and we love our new cars. Go for it!

Standard high pressure dealership. Got the sales manager who went to work for me and wanted to make a deal but returned on three separate occasions with the same price. Not close, literally the same price and expected me to be impressed because I had to wait for it. To top it off they quoted me an interest rate nearly two points higher than elsewhere. I got the impression it was standard procedure. Dont waste your time, you do not have to put up with this to buy a car.
