Such a pleasant experience at Bayou Ford, with the help of Mr. Long Nguyen. He was able to take care of the bulk of everything over the phone since I live out of town. This made the signing of the papers a breeze when I got there today. I do think that they could have a better system of greeting customers as you walk in. The “lobby” area was stuffed with a truck, so I believe it was the fact that no one could see me. However, after a few minutes of standing there, I was greeted and it was smooth sailing and kindness all the way around. With that being said, that small thing does not deter me from giving a 5 star review for the otherwise exceptional service! Thanks again Bayou Automotive!!

Cody Jackson was my salesperson and she was fabulous!! She was able to help me get most of the paperwork done before we ever arrived and we were out of there in less than an hour and a half, test drive included! She was great to work with and was very upfront and down to Earth. Everyone from the service guys all the way to finance staff was very helpful and made this experience as smooth possible. All of this right after many of their homes and properties had been damaged by Ida. To have these exceptional attitudes and to provide this high quality of customer service when they and their community are struggling with such trying times is exemplary! We definitely would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future!!

We were not prepared to get a new vehicle. But unfortunately it became necessary. And from Long (the sales person down to the finance manager) they are the best. Long seriously helped us. He did his best with what he had to work with- us- he got us the best deal he could and worked really hard. He was so patient and kind and we were able to drive away with a much needed truck. The whole staff that helped us is the best.

I had been talking to a sales guy to purchase a car. There system was down. I was ready to purchase. Test drove it. My salesman was home because the system was down in the meantime which was cool because there was nothing he could do at the time. He said he would contact me today if it was back up so we can precede. I contacted him today to find out he looked last night and the system was back up and someone had sold the car at 7pm. No one contacted him to see if his customer stilled wanted the car. I called for the manager twice. 3 hours pass no return call. The second call a salesman was determine he could help me. He made the comment to come in when i see something i like and ask for him. Now hes trying to steal his coworker customer/sale. He also said i sat back on the car and i couldn't do that and why i didn't give a down payment, but mind you there system was down. So just give money to them? Its A LOT of UN-professionalism going on at this location. Mind you I'm still awaiting a return call from a GM.

I had a great experience at Bayou Ford! The salesman Long Nguyen was extremely kind and laid back. I did not feel pushed in any way. He was honest, sincere, and knew a lot about the car - when he didn't, he told me that and looked it up. Great salesman, great experience. Thank you Bayou Ford I am loving my new car!!
