Update: just traded in for a new Corsair, and as with my first experience with Bayway, this couldn't have gone any better! I live in Austin now, but my preferred dealership will always be Bayway! Everything was handled over the phone - I told Frederick what I wanted and he made it happen. Yes, I could have gone to a dealership closer to home, but service like this doesn't just happen - relationships are what matter at Bayway. Frederick and Gilbert - still delivering EXCELLENCE in customer service! Best car buying experience of my life! The kindest salesman of all works here - ask for Gilbert! or his sidekick Frederick - kind and professional and funny! My first Lincoln and I was treated like a lifelong customer. Frederick was A-1 first class with his customer service from the moment I drove on the lot. He was honest and upfront and communicated well. The other salesmen were very nice. The finance manager was great. The only thing I didn’t like was waiting my turn to finish my paperwork because they were so busy selling cars to so many people.

I've had nothing but the greatest service from Bayway Lincoln. It started with my leasing a 2014 MKZ Hybrid, then a 2015 MKC for my wife later. I then traded the MKC for a 2016 fully loaded MKX for my wife and then last month my fully loaded 2017 Continental arrived to replace my MKZ. Jamie Sausser has been my salesman each time and has done nothing short of delivering exceptional service with the up most respect. I have never been to a dealership where the most of the people remember who you are and address you by your name. Even my experiences in the service department have been exceptional. if I had not wanted to buy this particular used Navigator, I would have turned around and walked out! The Used Car Sales department left a lot to be desired! However, every other single person we came in contact with was incredible! I am totally thrilled with the Service Department! Curtis has been my contact there. I purchased a 2016 Lincoln from this dealership. I have regretted this decision ever since. There were missing elements on a supposedly "new" vehicle. Anytime I have gone to the dealership I have to wait an extremely long period of time and this is with an appointment. The finance person, Audrey, tries too hard to be funny and is boarderline offensive and inappropriate. You can tell that this dealership caters to a particular clientele. Their status updates in the Service Department are a joke. Felipe passed by me several times assisting other clients, yet neglected to update me on the service of my vehicle until 2 hours had lapsed. Save yourself a headache and visit the better Lincoln dealership in Houston. They have Black Label Lincolns there for a reason.

MKC keeps having a dead battery. Usually a jumpstart will get it going. After last "jump" I took it in for service and Dan had the battery replaced and, did the recall on the push-button automatic transmission, serviced and cleaned the car. In less time that his original estimate. Bravo. Also I have promised to keep the key fob well away from the car so it doesn't keep starting the welcome lights and killing the battery. Apparently 10 to 11 feet away and two or three walls can't stop the fob from turning on the welcome lights! I asked him to deactivate the welcome light feature, which may also help keep it running. PS: I don't particularly like surveys. If this is contingent on your staff getting remuneration as opposed to an "attaboy", I like the concept even less.

I found a nail in one of my tires and immediately drove to Bayway. Shane Donaldson took me in and wrote up the work ticket. It was time for my 20,000 mile service so he scheduled that too and had the car ready at the promised time. Turns out the nail hadn't perforated the tire and they didn't charge for checking it out. The honesty and integrity of Bayway is indeed outstanding. My Navigator was washed and so clean I felt like I was driving a new car away from the dealership.

I made an appointment for oil change and 6 month checkup. I arrived a few minutes early, and Shaun called me to his office right on schedule and told me everything that would be done . He did tell me an hour and a half, but it actually took two hours fifteen because several peoplel arrived the same time I did, without an appointment . All the staff was friendly and professional and I am very pleased I chose Bayway Lincoln to do business with.

Our service was incredible. It was very easy to set up our appointment and when we arrived in the service department we were greeted right away. Curtis met all my needs quickly and efficiently. I was provided with a loaner car which was so nice and appreciated. Our car was serviced and ready to the same day. When we picked up our it was sparkling clean!! Due to some unavoidable time commitments this week, it was not until late Monday morning on January 4th that I determined a possible time window of opportunity that Bayway could perform some scheduled maintenance on my Navigator. I own a Lincon MKX, which I love to drive. Curtis is always helpful and gives me the time I need to discuss any questions I might have. Knowing that I will always deal with the same service rep is a real plus. It makes me feel, as a woman, that I have someone in my corner maneuvering the complicated world of maintenance on a very sophisticated piece of computerized equipment. I appreciate there is always water or coffe to enjoy while I wait. As I prefer to read rather than watch tv, I love being able to use the small private work spaces by the vending machine. I can take whatever book or project I have and work on it while I wait. That makes the time pass much quicker. I have also needed a loaner on a couple of occasions and I'm happy I get to drive one of LINCOLNs other cars. Thanks for all the special efforts you take to make servicing my car such a pleasant experience. Now if I just lived closer (I live in Texas City) ?

This was a service visit for rear brakes and an engine oil change package on a 2008 MKX. The technician was informative regarding his experience with brakes on this model. He also noticed the inspection sticker was due, something we had forgotten to mention to the service writer. Getting the inspection done at Bayway saved us a lot of time !

I have completed my first year as a Bayway leasing client. When I came for service this week, once again the experience was first rate! I appreciate the efforts the service writer made to ensure that my requests and needs were addressed. He took time to answer technology questions I had and was very patient. When the technician noticed a filter should be replaced, the service writer brought it to my attention and had me approve the charge BEFORE doing the work so there were no surprises.I love the private office space in the customer waiting area. I direct a nonprofit agency, Project Joy and Hope, and talking with parents of seriously ill children is so much easier in a private setting. The hot chocolate on a cold morning was an added kindness. Checking out was a breeze, and the young lady at the desk was pleasant and courteous. I exited the dealership with a clean car and a great feeling that Bayway is an amazing organization. It takes people at every level of the organization to create that positiveness that a customer has about the company. Everything went smoothly. Service was performed in a timely fashion. The only problem was trying to call the day before to schedule the service. Called about 8:00AM and was told a service manager would return my call, this never happened. Started calling again around 1:00PM that day I tried multiple times (5+)to contact the service department and was never able to get through, each time having to wait on the phone for about 3 minutes before hanging up. Was not until the next morning that I was able to schedule an appointment.

This was my 3rd new Lincoln purchase from Bayway and they have all been a pleasurable experience. Jamie has been my salesperson from my very first visit to the dealership. The service department is always dependable and fast in servicing my Lincoln. 2012 Navigator. Vehicle report stated some issue with tires, then 2 weeks later we received notice to bring it in for tire inspection. Why couldn't that be done at the time of the service when you had the Navvy for a couple days? Bringing it in is a burden.

My Service Manager is Felipe and he has been a tremendous help in every situation and provides Excellent Customer Service.I purchased an extended Service Contract which he helped me with. The very next day my battery failed. I was able to get the car started with a battery jump and immediately called Felipe to let him know that I would be coming into the Service Center to have my battery replaced.Felipe pulled the battery for me and had it changed out within 30 minutes. I am very appreciative of him and hope that Byway Lincoln realized what a good employee they have.

They responded to my on-line inquiry immediately and gave me the info I requested for my Lincoln MZC. They followed through on everything I asked. When I went in for a test drive, I actually was undecided and had no plan to purchase (lease) a car that day. I ended up driving away with a new car in 2 hours. It was amazing! I had actually gone through the same online process with another Lincoln dealership, who never bothered to follow up AND gave me info that I would have to pay a big transportation fee so that I couldn't get the car note I needed, based on Lincoln ads and incentives, which is exactly what I qualified and received at Bayway Lincoln. I have never had an American car before now and I love this Lincoln.

Felipe Bebian in service is wonderful ... he always works with quickly with me to get a loaner car so I don't have to miss work time .. and he clearly explains the service needed. Almost ALL 5 stars where applicable, but I gave Quality of Repairs a 4 star.... I had shocks and struts replaced, and one shock popped out while driving.It was still 4 and not lower, because Felipe got me a loaner before closing time, and I was not charged any extra for the repair.

My only question is why this mostly routine maintenance service should take about two hours? He did arrange service to disconnect the after-market security alarm we purchased with the car. That alarm with it's annoying intermittent and un-predictable honking made us hesitant to even want to drive this MKT.

Shane assisted me via email while I was on a road trip when the 'oil change' indicator appeared. While I am still confused with the conflict between the 5,000 mile (on oil change sticker) and 7,500 mile (normal scheduled maintenance documented in the manual), Shane assured me that I could complete the trip without concern. Upon my return, Shane and the service staff completed their work quickly and efficiently. An unresolved issue with the GPS system was documented during this service visit. Since Sync performed an automated service update on 9/24 (during my trip), the GPS system - when set with a destination - seems confused. Multiple times it told me to make a legal U-turn in the middle of an interstate and reported that my location was 10+ miles off course - while I was on the correct road and heading in the correct location. Eventually, with no action on my part, the GPS would magically return to the correct location. A road test was performed of the GPS during Monday's service, but no issues were found. After leaving the dealership on Monday, I set the GPS to get me home and the same errors occurred several times while on the Sam Houston Tollway East, heading north.

I brought my 2015 Lincoln MKZ in for two recalls and an oil change. I was greeted as soon as we arrived in the service area. I was told what was involved with the recall notices and given a rough estimate for timing. Although the time estimate was over 2 hours, I said I would wait. The service agent was very helpful, communicated well and said they would get the work done as soon as they could. The car was taken back in about 15 minutes and was finished in about an hour. I was very pleased with the the service and timing. It helped that I said I did not need a complimentary car wash. In the waiting area I very much appreciated the tv with news broadcast.Thanks for a job well done.

I walked out side the service areas and viewed thru the doors, the large shop was clean and organized Waiting area was clean, with ample reading material. When there were three men left in the room one of them changed the tv channel to a outdoors show from a soap opera. The control was available and he asked if it was ok to change. Cards in the waiting room that told about common service like tires, brakes, were very good. They are short, and easy too understand. It appears they were produced by Lincoln, very good idea. Also, I accidentally spilled a cup of coffee on one of the tables in the waiting area and the lady at the car rental desk promptly and cheerfully helped me clean it up. Shane Donaldson is the best service writer I have ever known. I see the way he interacts with the customers and how he goes out of his way to take care of their needs. Since I have gotten to know mechanic Tyler Garcia, I will not take my Ford diesel anywhere else to have it worked on. I have never had a reoccurring problem after Tyler has diagnosed and repaired the vehicle.

mkt 2014 from Daryl. We were suppose to be at dealership at 6 pm on the last Saturday in May. We got caught in rain so heavy that the feeder streets on I45 were flooded out and we were stranded for almost two hours. Daryl said take your time and get here when you safely can. We finally arrived at about 8:30 pm and Daryl and Audrey took care of everything including hot coffee. When we went for first service, I dropped my keyless remote and the clip and spring were gone.Curtis said it wasn't covered under warrenty. On Monday evening I had Battery trouble with my MKS 2013, I made it to the dealership by 5:55, the people were very helpful as they always are...they put a new battery in and I was on my way. On Wednesday evening I went out to my car and it was deader than a doornail. I won't go into detail, but triple a was called and then cancelled..I raised the hood and discovered that one of the connections had come off the battery THUS, the reason for the car being dead. I was not happy about this...guess they were in a hurry to get home on Monday and did not make sure the connection was tight. Car seems to be working fine now....

I had planned to visit several dealerships shopping for a certified used Lincoln MKX and had emailed each salesman to confirm my arrival time at each location. OJ Hagan contacted me first both by email and text and since Bayway was the first dealership on my way in from Lake Charles it was a no-brained to stop there first.Also Bayway had the most used MKX models to choose from.Upon arriving, we were greeted quite promptly by OJ who instructed me to pick out which cars I wanted to test drive. He got the keys and after getting my dl and info, allowed me to take each car out without a salesman present. I can tell you that was the best way to treat me.Once I'd narrowed down my choice, I was sold on purchasing my car from Bayway. The rest is history...love my car. Couldn't be happier with the whole purchase transaction. The only down side was waiting for make ready to get it ready. Once we were in the car it sure didn't seem as though much had been done to it. It needed to be vacuumed and shined up...but even that didn't dampen my enthusiasm.

I will continue to take my SUV in for service, but next time I will hold you to the estimate. I was told repairs would be around $450.00. When I went to pick up my car, the bill was over $650.00. When I asked about the difference, my bill was adjusted down to about $550.00. This was still a $100.00 difference from the quote. Only reason I return is because they do great work and stand by it.

We purchased a 2015 Lincoln Navigator through the CarPro USA program. We have worked with Ron Wilson in the past and it was a pleasure to work with him again. James Marion was very helpful in working up the pricing and discount based on the CarPro program parameters. We arrived at 2:00 pm on Saturday and test drove 2 different Navigators with different equipment. Once we selected the vehicle we wanted, they cleaned and gassed the SUV while we were completing the paperwork. We were driving out of the dealership within four hours of our arrival with almost half of that spent on test drives. My wife got the Navigator she wanted and by using Bayway again, she also can continue to utilize Shane & the Bayway Service Department which she likes very much.

I've actually purchased from this dealer previously and returned to look at certified preowned Lincoln Models. I mistakenly went to the new vehicle building but met a very nice young man Daniel S. Who was very helpful. I'm giving my car shopping experience at bayway 2 stars because he was really outstanding, he's just handicapped by other elements within the dealership. Since they had a demo model, I decided to test drive a 2015 MKX with 5,828 miles on it. While the supervisors price quote was within market value range, the quote on a 39 month lease was only $55 less than the outright purchase price / month... This when Lincoln website and other Lincoln dealerships were advertising leases at $450 per mo. ($220 -240 less than what they offered) for the MKX. Still decided to give them a second chance and went back a week later to check out preowned vehicles. I'd been in contact via Internet but the person I'd been communicating with wasn't in. So Mr. Hagen helped us. I test drove a 2012 MKX base and a 2015 MKC with 3K. I was interested in the mkc but was informed that it had too few miles to qualify for the certified preowned vehicle program. This was inconsistent with my research- as I'd looked at what was available in Houston metro area and seen several vehicles with less mileage that were CPO. I concluded this is a dealership policy, not Lincoln's. At another dealer this car would have been eligible for an additional 50,000 mile warranty in addition to the remaining 37k on the manufacturer's warranty ....duh...really? Again the sales staff was very friendly, I think it's the dealership level climate/policies that's problematic. I decided to look elsewhere - I hate to say this but ladies I think it would have been different if I had been a man. After looking at other reviews on this website, I think I made the right decision to to visit a dealership on the west side of Houston where my experience was completely different. By the way, I purchased a CPO Lincoln MKX there and although it's farther away, it was well worth the trip.

The sales process was great. Everyone was very professional and polite. They all appeared to appreciate the business. The rest of the story is not so good. I brought the car back on Tuesday to have the windows tinted, I left it for the day. I picked the car up and stopped to put fuel in it on my way home. I noticed that the rear window tint was a mess, not just bubbles but actual creases. Honestly it looked like a 5 year old did the work. I then noticed a sizable scratch in the r/r quarter glass that was not there. Apparently while aligning and trimming the tint your associate scratched the glass. It?s one thing to make a mistake as we all do. My issue is this person did poor work, knew about it, damaged the car and delivered it to me. If this is any indication of your service work I have made a huge error. Now it looks like I will be a week without the new car awaiting window tint redo and a new quarter glass. I paid 100.00 dollars more for the tint at the dealer than my local expecting a higher quality job. Wrong again. Thanks.

I knew when I went in that they were going to have a problem helping me. My trunk lock was broken by a careless employee of Walmart by causing the trunk lid to be crammed closed. The staff was great in their repair considering they had to remove the back seat to get inside the trunk and then they could repair the broken lock. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful to me. Can't say enough nice things about this group.

The Car wash looked like it was run through a gas station car wash, with brush marks at the top of the mirrors and in the center of the back. That is the only thing I saw. Service was great otherwise.

I purchased a Lincoln navigator .I was able to negotiate price of the car and the trade-in value. The sales person to have a car ready for me to test drive at 8 PM after I got off of work. When I arrived, the car and salesperson were ready. By 9pm, I was driving my new car home. Had to come back the next day to finish paperwork, which took a little while, but overall it was a great experience.

We have a MKZ Hybrid. It was time for the 5,000 mile oil change. We made an appointment for 8:30 am. We arrived at our appointed time and taken into the service advisor's office and completed all of the paperwork. T. Shane Donaldson, our Senior Service Advisor was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and professional and knew exactly what we needed done to the car. We really appreciate that kind of kindness and friendliness.

I bought my 2011 Lincoln MKX in November. One condition of my buying the CPO was that a knob be fixed. It seems like a constant run around after the wrong part was ordered, then it was back ordered then they got it in but due to life and having to put my dog to sleep I missed my appointment at the end of May. I know I missed the appointment at the end of the school year but it would be nice if someone had called before sending the part back. Now they are "not sure they will pay for the part". It is a never ending ride.

I asked for you to also replace the ignition switch, which had started giving us trouble. 24 hours later, I received a call from you saying my car was repaired and ready to pick up. Took my 2013 Ford Escape in for an oil change. Oil was changed and I mentioned that my MicroSoft was not working correctly. They updated my MicroSoft programs which I really appreciated. My service advisor told me there was a recall on the airbag which I had already been informed by letter from Ford Motor Co. He told me he had the parts in so they would take care of it. Unfortunately they did not have the part so he told me thay would call me when the part was in and to bring my vehicle back.The only complaint I have is that when they changed the oil and washed the car there were no protectors put down on the floor boards and there was grease/oil on the driver's dide all over the carpet. I called this to my service advisor's attetion. He immediately took the car and had the grease/oil removed from the carport. So I am satisfied.

Dan helped arrange for a rental car pick up because the dealership was out of cars and helped me out with the details of that..He kept me informed and explained the process of what was required for repair.He would call and let me know what the status of the car was, seeing there was a delay with the warranty company and he dealt with that successfully.And I was glad this time the radio station wasn't changed.

I had an issue with the steering in my Lincoln MKZ Hybrid. I dropped it off without an appt and was called back with what the issue was by midday. It was a costly repair so my service tech gave me advice on ways to possibly lower the cost, which I took, and ended up saving me over $1000. The repairs were made promptly and I have not had any other issues since. I am very happy with the quick responses to my calls and the way my job was handled.

This dealership deserves ZERO stars. They have been the definition of WORST costumer service and car buying experience EVER. My girlfriend and I were very much excited to purchase a 2006 Mercedes pre owned with them but from the beginning we received HORRIBLE customer service from the first car sales man we dealt with Angel. He was rude and blunt with us through out the whole process, however we decided to look past that because we loved this car and it was in great condition. Upon purchase we noticed the check engine light was on and we brought it to their attention but Angel insisted that it was absolutely nothing to worry about and that it would come off as soon we drove off. Stupid decision from our part. We had the car for two days and we were extremely happy with our purchase but it only took two days before it had problems and we had to take it back. They ended up figuring out that the car had major issues with its computer and they decided to back track our paper work and no longer sell it to us, they promised to give our money back and provided us with a loner car which was great until they began to harass us to return it however we cannot return the car because these jerks have YET to give us our money back and without it we are not able to continue our car buying process else where. We have been yelled at by Wallace in accounting about the stupid loner car which trust me, we want to give them back ASAP but we also need our money. Jose has been another sales rep whom which we have been dealing with also, good guy, but has yet been able to make things right for us. It has been almost a month since this all happened, it has been an absolute nightmare working with them. Do not trust these liars, they have horrible integrity and work ethic. I will make sure to spread my thoughts on this dealership who has done absolutely NOTHING for us but put us through xxxx. We both work really hard for our money and to have that taken from us is extremely upsetting, not only are they still holding our down payment but after telling us that they would compensate the $200 we spent on insurance they decided to go back on their word. Horrible integrity! I hope people take all of this into consideration before making the decision to buy with them.

Bayway has done a great job and I am very satisfied with the new truck. The only difficulty has been lack of knowledge of how to solve a few minor issues with the truck. ie,, fog light missing, hail dents, a mirror light not working. Just small things. I asked if these things were covered by the original warranty, but never received an answer. Other than that. Bayway has been wonderful.

Yesterday, I took my MKS in for service and returned home in an Audi 8L. Yeeesssszzzz! You know the story, I was upside down, side ways, and everything else but let me tell you... I'm much better now! My experience was Great and I didn't have to spend the night. My salesman, Ray Dickens, took care of me; his manager (the Man with the Veto Pen, Allen Owens) pulled me out of an underwater situation and into an upgraded place where I'm very happy! Scott Elliott (Finance) pulled it all together and made it happen. I even met the General Manager, James Marion, III, I couldn't have gotten a better deal no where else in Houston! Ladies, (and you too Men), if you want to be taken care of, go see these guys - Today! I'm a life-long customer, and I'll only do business with them!

At 2500K miles, navigation went out on 2014 Mkz. Instead of replacing the fuse that controlled SD Card and USB slots, they pulled the whole dash apart. Ended up having to get vehicle fixed at another dealer because their service dept. is clueless.

Although buying my car was a pleasure, the whole thing was a disaster! The car started having problems from the get-go! First the breaks were grinding terribly. It was a "known issue" and it was fixed. Then the car started popping up " no key fob detected" with in a week of having it. It was taken to service an the service manager an the girl taking in saw it happen with both keys in car. However it was documented as " unable to reproduce customer complaint". Took home an it happened again. This time they could not get it to happen again. Took car home. Came out of work one night and the car would not start...yeap, no key fob, even though it was in the car. This time in the shop Shane had a service guy from Ford corporate that was in town look at it..guess what that apparently did not happen as I was told it did because it was not documented!!! So they finally said they would trade me into another car but all they has that I liked was a car that they had priced to me at 3,000 more than any other dealer had that same car for in Houston!!! So I did not want to jump from bad car to bad deal! I asked the used car manager to call I he found something else. Never called! I called back when I saw they had another car just like the one they were going to try to put me in before but this time priced exactly at what I paid for mine. I called my sales man and he talked to the sales manager and came back to me with a payment increase of 80.00/month!!!!! So two more months go by and while driving he front end of he car locks up and sounds like the break calipers have locked up. After turning car off and back on it stops??? I get to service and the service guy says "oh I bet it was the transmission...it has a know issue and a new code...we will update the computer in the car". I express again how I do not feel safe in the car. At this point he informs me that they can not just throw parts at the car. When something proves broken they will fix it. I felt as though he was talking to me like I was ignorant. So they agreed to put me in another one of the same car I tried to get them to swap me for twice, but have now decided I did not want to go to a smaller car and loose the room. They agreed to buy it back....AT $5,500 LESS! They have to make money on it again they said! REALLY?!? They made money on my trade in, on me buying the car and now to fix a situation they need to make full profit AGAIN? (they had an identical used car with 12,000 more miles than mine for exactly what I paid for mine). The sales guy that spoke to me like I was ignorant then told me "well you know we have light bills to pay too". How many light bills do you want me to pay for?!?! I would not say don't buy a car here, but just beware and watch all documentation done on your vehicle. And wonen take a man with you to service, because it is not what it used to be there! Expensive lesson learned.

Organized, professional, efficient, courteous and had an impressive facility. The experience could not have been any smoother, and I traveled nearly 350 miles from my home with my trade-in. Just bought our second used car from this dealer. They are fair and honest. Lincoln also has a better warranty on their certified used cara then we could buy--6 years or 100,000 miles! They have also been very attentive to any concerns I have had. Oh yea, and they filled the gas tank up! Not many used car dealers do that anymore! Thanks guys!

My father (80 years old) leased a Mercury Milan from Bayway. After a few months he returned the vehicle to the dealership. He knew he would have to pay some type of early lease termination fee and left with the impression it would be around $2,000. The vehicle had a few thousand more miles than when he leased, but was in excellent condition upon return. He was later notified that they had taken the vehicle to the auction. He was told that the difference in the auction price the vehicle sold for and his lease pay-off was $7,000. Why they didn't tell him this was a possibililty, I have no idea. Remember, this is an 80 year old man with limited lease knowledge. After discussions with the dealership he paid them $4,000 and was told the lease would have a $0 balance. They turned this into the credit agencies showing that the $3000 differnce was charged off. This has had a serious effect on his credit score. Looks like a re-po. Do not buy from these people! All they care about is how much money they make. This is why I rated them so low and plan to notify the BBB and the Attorney General concerning this transaction. They should have sold the vehicle as a Certified Pre-owned and been able to minimize the difference.

I went to have a vehicle serviced and browsed the new car showroom. I have enjoyed the amenities in the showroom and was inquisitive about the changes in 2011 Navigator. My questions was answered promptly. The sales group asked if I was interested in a 2011. They made an offer I could not refuse. The financial group went over the call of duty in making sure I was satisfied with the price. Excellent service.

I took my car in for service on a Monday afternoon at the recommendation of a friend when I was having trouble with the front end on my 2010 Ford Taurus. He assured me that he had a good expereience with this service center.Tuesday afternoon I called Bridgett the Service Advisor around 1:00 because I had not received a call to advise me of the status. When I spoke with her she informed me that is was likely the mechanic wouldn't be able to look at my car until the following Monday!I informed her that it was not very good customer service to make a customer wait for a week. Bridgett told me that I did not have an appt therefore that was going to be soonest they would get to it. She also told me that whatever was wrong with it was not bad enough that I couldn't drive it until they got it in to be looked at.I'm not sure when she became a certified mechanic but I can assure you that it is not wise of her or Bayway to allow someone that is not an expert to advise a customer to drive a vehicle that is having a problem.Needless to say I picked my car up on a Tuesday and took it to their competior down the road. It is now Thursday and it has been completed. Bayway will never get my business again.

I purchased a new MKX for my sister. My salesperson was Tim Hoyer, I also meet Fedrick Young, Cynthia in Finance and the most delightful receptionist, almost forgot Angie. My salesperson was the best, he has been with the dealership only four months. These people treated us like we were millionaires. I drive a Lincoln Navigator, in a few years I will be purchasing a new one. I will tell all my family and friends to shop at Bayway Lincoln.

Frederick, was willing to think outside the box, and went the extra mile to locate a vehicle that would meet our expectations. He allowed us to even take the vehicle and park it in our garage to make sure it fit properly, it showed us that he was flexiable and accomadating. He acknowledge that we had done our research and quickly advanced to the next inquiry without hesitation. Even though the price was not what we wanted, he made us think and reconsider other options that would make the price more pleasing to us.

By far the greatest store I have ever seen. My wife and I bought our Certified Lincoln Navigator from BAYWAY last month and we were pleased with all the processes we went through. The Salesman (Kenneth Stannilla) was knowledgable about every car he showed us and explained the Certified Program to the T. When we had a qustion that could not answer thats when he introduced us to his Salesmanager Josh who had the knowledge. We did not plan to buy that day but with the comparing of experiences we have been through we knew it was the place. Kenneth's Knowledge my wife thinks Josh is cute so that helped and then the wonderful service of Shane and Bridget. I have never seen anyone like these two in service you cant beat there smiling faces and quick service i will never buy anywhere else as long as this staff is here. BAYWAY is Family.

Bought an extended warranty on top of a 3 month one on a "certified" pre owned car. About a month later, the check engine light comes on so I take it to the dealership to get it serviced.They charge me $95 dollars to do a simple diagonositcs and clear the check engine light, never knowing what caused it.This is something AutoZone provides for free.I have TWO warranties on this car and they still charged me $95...I would NOT recommend going to them for servicing.

I have had several bad experiences through out the 4 years I have had my Navigator. I bought in 2004 top of the line and Limited edition, it had rims,customized paint and several other extras. This past April I took it because the paint and rims were peeling off which the rimshave been repaleced like 4 times . Well to make things short now I'm being charged $251.00 because supposedly the paint was not peeling off on its own that it was consecuences of an accident which I was never adviced and they did everything behind my back. Now enterprise is charching me that amount when I was told several times that everything was going through the dealer. I feel they are just taking advantage and throwing the ball from one person to another. I really hope that the owner will read this and take a minute to deal with his customers. His workers seem not to care about customers.I feel I have been cheated. When I bought my Navigator I was told that everything was under warranty for 4 years or 50,000 miles well Stacy(the one that sells alarms ,rims etc) told me in April that the rims were only covered for one year so who is lying the sales man or her, and why pay 4,000 just for rims when with that money you can buy 2 sets of rims with tires somewhere else.

My husband and I purchased a Lincoln LSE from the dealership (only dealer in town that had the LS-E) and we have been happy with them. Usually you don't expect to have an on going relationship with your car dealer, but we do. The only complaint I have is we have had the car in twice for the same issue on several different occassions. Radio, CD Player, Brakes, Trunk emblem thing, and the Windshield wipers. I don't know what it is, but in my experience, they can't seem to get it right the first time. It's not too much of a bother b/c the staff is SUPER friendly and the warranty covered it all.
