I had an amazing experience purchasing at Bear CDJR. Firstly, the sales staff are excellent! I personally worked with Cliff who made things extremely easy and process seamless. He helped to work a great deal out for me, (especially during this chip shortage). He kept me up to date and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Then you have Christine in the finance department. She is thorough and effective in her position. She helped to get me great financing and made the process painless. During the delivery paperwork portion, she had everything ready to go and made sure I understood everything. I have previously purchased at many dealerships, but have never purchased at a place where the teams synergy is great and has that “home-town” feel. I would give 10 stars if I could. My experience at Bear was no stress. Mark Andrews was a down to earth salesman that only had our best interest at heart. We bought a beautiful 2021 Ram 1500. We wanted running boards for my wife. Mark had us scheduled and they were put on in two days .Its a really nice dealership. I want to thank mark, chris and cliff for everything. Before you try another dealership give Bear a chance, you'll be happy you did.

Wow! Talk about a great experience buying a truck. No pressure at all, the truck i was interested was priced well and the trade in allowance for my old truck was a fair fo me and them. And no B.S. going back and forth like some dealerships do. Our salesman Cliff was great to work with as well as all the rest of the staff. We live an hour and 15 minutes from the Bear dealership and it was worth the trip. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking fir a good deal and great vehicle shopping experience.

I just purchased a 2016 Ram and I must say, the attention and treatment I had recieved was the best automobile purchase experience I've had since I bought my first vehicle back in 1967. The sales staff is absolutely outstanding! The business' culture is one of complete dedication to serving the customer. Every detail of how to use and derive the full utility from my new 2016 Ram Laramie's options was explained to me in detail. Great job Bear Ram! I'm truly impressed by everyone from the owner on down. Quality people doing a quality job. I believe that's difficult if not impossible to find in this day and age of take the money and run. I found them on Cars.com and even though they were a decent distance away, I thought I'd drive up to see a car. It's just the one that I was looking for. The drive was well worth it - they were very friendly and went out of their way to help make the process very smooth. Very happy with the process - friendly people in a very nice town. So if you're a distance away, consider taking a trip to Berwick - well worth the trip!

I had shopped 5 different stores within 50 mile radius, these folks went out of there way to get me exactly what i wanted, did not push me into what was on lot like the other 4 stores.. Price was within 100 dollars at all 5 places but they went the extra mile to make me happy. Finance arrangements went smooth, and after sale treatment is great as well..

After waiting years to own my first Jeep Wrangler I finally got around to purchasing it, and the salesmen at Bear were the friendliest most knowledgeable people, they knew their product from the inside out and were prompt in answering all my questions and returning my calls. Since purchasing my Jeep it has been in for all of its regular service, oil changes, tires, etc. and the service people treat me like family and are prompt and stick to their word and their deadlines.

I recently saw a 2007 Jeep Compass that was for sale at this dealership. I requested more information about the price since none was listed on the site. I did get an automated email response telling me the my request was received and someone would get back to me shortly. The bottom line is that I never got a response from anyone at the dealership. I purchased two cars from this dealership in the past although, admittedly, the last one was in 2002. I guess times have changed and the personal service that was very attractive about this dealership in the past is gone now.

Bought our jeep there. When they jeep had problems they were always quick to service and very fair labor prices. Also, had ordered a part but unfortunately had to get rid of vehicle...they did not charge me for it. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Always friendly, great service, and great prices.
