going in with less then perfect credit and when everyone else said no. we was upside down on our vehicle we wanted to trade and they was awesome. they worked hard to get us close to the payment we wanted and worked with us on other terms. great experience and Bob Sheldone is a great guy to deal with. not pushy and treats you with the up most respect. 5 stars forsure. we got a 2015 dodge dart. I will be back next year for a second vehicle. my buddy went the next day and also purchased from Bob and he never buys anything new.

The car we bought for the family had to be taken back 4 times in not even a week and the people who worked their ignored us completely and while my family was waiting for the repairs to even start (wait was well over 45 minutes to have our vehicle seen) and while we were waiting we heard OTHER CUSTOMERS COMPLAIN ABOUT EMPLOYEES TAKING THEIR MONEY WALKING AROUND AND COMING BACK AND ASKING FOR MORE AND WAITING MORE THAT AN HOUR. This is unexceptible and horrible we will not be coming back to buy more vehicles.

This dealership did not describe a 2011 Ford F150 accurately on cars.com. After driving 1 1/2 hours one way to view the misrepresented truck and presenting the internet sales manager with his printed listing, he had one of his service technicians attempt to convince me of the accuracy of the listing. I asked the internet sales manager to have a local Ford dealer run the VIN to confirm the listing error. This should have been their responsibility. The error was confirmed by Ford. As a result, I asked for $50 worth of gas for my trouble. The sales manager refused this reasonable request and refused to refer me to his supervisor. He was rude, showed utter disregard for positive business practices and a complete lack of concern for the consumer. I would encourage you to look for another local Chrysler Dodge RAM Nissan dealer. One discouraged potential customer costs far more than $50.

Drew Latsko was the salesman I dealt with. I had found my Jeep Commander on Cars.com. Drew worked with me and made the whole process quick & easy. It was a 7 hour drive to get to his dealership, but it was well worth the trip! Even the finance person went above & beyond to extend us with great service. Thanks Guys!!!!

Our salesman and the staff were great. They went out of their way to meet my schedule. I had trouble getting to the dealership to complete my paperwork for the sale of my new Rogue because of my work schedule. They brought the car to me and completed the sale on my break at work. I call that SERVICE!

Our salesperson (Drew) made the car buying process easy. We were not planning to buy a new Grand Caravan, but once we found out what our trade value was, we were able to make an easy decision. Our salesman did all the work. I was able to go home while he took care of everything and then he called me when he had answers. It was much less stressful this way rather than sitting for hours. I really appreciated that. Plus they were able to match price of another dealership where we had found a better deal.

I called Beaver County Ram because it was the preferred dealer of my credit union and spoke with Drew Latsko. I trust my credit union. I knew I wanted a Ram 1500 with a sunroof and heated seats. Drew listened to me and worked to find me the exact truck for my price range.I got a great trade in value for my Dodge Dakota, and Drew worked all the incentives to my advantage.I came to pick up my truck and Drew went over everything with me, making sure i was comfortable before leaving the dealership. I searched high and low for the perfect dealership and by far Beaver County Nissan beats them all. Peter Lindsay answered all my questions prompt and professionally and he returned everyone of my phone calls with answers to all my questions. Jim Mason the finance manager is most definitely the man that completed the puzzle. Without him my monthly payments and interest rate would not be low as they are. He will find the right bank to get your interest rate low as possible. Mike was also great with excellent customer service. He took me on a test drive and convinced me that the Nissan Murano is the right car for me. What a beautiful car. He was professional and made me fill very comfortable. After months of deliberation and online browsing, I finally bit the bullet to trade-in my 'old reliable' for a newer, safer and more reliable vehicle. I was leary after not having a car payment for many years, and really didn't want to begin another one now! I knew a price range going in and wasn't going to settle for much more or less than I had in mind. Pete and Matt were a FANTASTIC team that worked within hours of my entering the building to get me into a car that I felt safe in and could travel the snowy Western Pennsylvania roads securely with my 12 year old daughter. They took my trade with very little argument and we negotiated a downpayment that I was satisfied with. I had the privilage of doing business with Peter Lindsay who did everything possible to get me into a vehicle. I will always be grateful to the efforts he put into the work and let me say that I thought I was a lost cause as I had to overcome a mountain of obsticles, but Peter Lindsay went out of his way to help and made the experience as smooth as possible. We really enjoyed the experience. I had purchased a Nissan from this dealer in 2005 and had a good experience. They have gotten even better today. Nice, polite, friendly, and well-informed people everywhere. The cars are fantastic and the pricing competitive. What's more, we developed a quick sense of trust. The buying process went smoothly with no hint of high pressure selling.

I had been shopping for a new Frontier and decided to do most of the "leg work" by email. After requesting a quote by email, Pete Lindsay in the internet dept promptly responded with an actual quote on a truck. He was able to help me find the exact truck that I wanted. Jim Mason in the finance dept was also very helpful and I found the process to be hassle free.

I had been looking online and on dealer lots for nearly 3 weeks before I met my salesperson Peter Lindsay. He was more concerned with helping me find what I wanted than just "selling" me something I was not sure about. He started the process online by responding to my email in less than 10 minutes. When i arrived at the dealership he greeted me with a cold bottle of water and we began the test drives. (he was patient I wanted to drive 4 different cars) After that I was set on a 2012 Nissan Rogue but was not sure if it would fit in my budget. Peter went over both a purchase option, and a lease option. After a quick lunch and some time to decide, I leased my Rogue, it has been 3 weeks since I did this and Peter has contacted me twice to check in on me and the owner PJ called me today to thank me for my purchase. All of the folks I met at the dealership were outstanding from Peter my salesman, to Jim who set up my financing, to Donald who set up my first oil appointment. This place is top notch, it reminds me of the way business was done 40 years ago!

Anyone who considers visiting this dealership ... use extreme caution. I spoke with one of their salesman and discussed pricing on a 2012 Dodge Avenger. I was offered a great price. It took me two weeks to find time for the 2+ hour drive to the dealership, so I confirmed the price we agreed upon before driving there. After test driving the car and my daughter falling in love with it. The price went up by $3000. After extended discussion they lowered the price some of the way, had their finance guy finance at the higher price. My daughter left the dealership completely disappointed, not looking foward to the 2+ hour drive home. ps- I emailed the owner over a week ago and gave him time to address my concerns before (in case it was a misunderstanding) post this review
