They claimed to have a good reputation and said my electric car was in demand and they had people interested in it, so they made me an offer. So I decided to drive all the way out there then they acted like oh electric isn't popular I don't know... then went way down on their offer. Maybe this is what it's always like but I didn't appreciate it.

The customer service is EXCELLENT! Raul Rivera Leos - my sales professional - took very good of me and I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle or that I had to 'buy now or lose a great deal!' I did buy a car from them and am VERY satisfied with the experience. I would DEFINITELY recommend their dealership if you're looking for a no-presser buying experience!

**Updated Review** Bought a 2013 X5 BMW three weeks ago. The check engine light came on about 10 days after buying the car. The car began “limping” and dies occasionally when it’s idling. I was told I could pay $250 to have Beaverton Car Company fix it. Instead I took it to the BMW dealership of Portland where it’s been sitting for a week waiting for a diagnostic test. I really like the car, and I hope that I don’t regret this decision in the long run. (8/17) Easy and streamlined service. We left the lot within 2 hours day with a beautiful new car. Raul was professional, easy to work with and respectful.

We have been looking for a specific vehicle and saw they had one advertised on their lot. Called ahead to make sure it was still there. Julia even pulled it up front so it was ready when we got there. Really enjoyed working with Julia throughout the process. She was very helpful, personable and nice. I was just looking around for local cars because I’m going to need to replace my current one soon and decided to stop here. I was greeted by Julia who actively listened for what I was looking for and showed me great options! It’s nice that she took my needs into consideration and didn’t try to sell me something i wasn’t looking for. Would definitely recommend especially if Julia is working!! I will be back once I’m ready to make my purchase.

I'm not someone who writes a lot of reviews. I live 3 hours away and was shopping online. I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Impala and the experience was incredible. The sales team helped provided me with a great price including everything I was looking for. They were upfront and honest about everything and went way out of their way to make sure all of my needs were met. If you are shopping in the Beaverton/Portland area, then I would strongly recommend you check them out. Even if they don't have the car on their lot, they will do everything they can to get it for you. 5 STARS!!!!

My purchase of the used car I selected through cars.com has all been done from the comfort of my computer chair and once the financing process is completed (next day or two) my car will be delivered to me. Doesn't get much better than that. Salesman even 'kicked the tires' for me, since I am a few hundred miles away, and got an outstanding 'recall' taken care of that appeared in the CarFax. Abdou's patience and understanding went above and beyond what one would have expected. Outstanding sales person, in my opinion.

I felt very much at ease during the whole experience and I felt that I was in good hands. This lot has a lot of great cars at great prices. The car I bought is fabulous and I'm very happy with it. Just bought a car with BCC and had a great experience. My sales person Brandon was friendly and actually quite fun. And, Abdou worked some wonders in getting me a loan that I could squeak by to afford so I could get the car I didn't think I could get... and with my credit that wasn't easy. Reasonable and competitive pricing is what brought me to BCC. They price based on actual, local going rates instead of Kelly Blue Book numbers and give the best discount possible up front so there is no haggling. BCC was the only dealer in a 50 mile radius from Salem that was selling a CR-V that wasn't thousands over top Blue Book price. To me that not only makes my experience more pleasant and smoother, in that I don't have to shop around to see who is and who is not willing to offer a real competitive price but also speaks to the dealership's integrity in wanting to offer costumers the best price and their business savviness in choosing to price this way. All of this made me feel like they could be more trusted than most. Regardless of other reviews, don't hesitate to shop at BCC!

This a no nonsense car dealer. Ask for Hollie she is great. There was no pressure to buy the car. They even let me drive the car home to show my daughter. I bought her a 2003 Nissan Sentra to commute to college and we are very happy with it so far.

For almost 30 years, I have had nothing but bad experiences at car lots, for one reason or another. Several of my vehicles, I have bought through Private Parties to avoid car lots. My son was looking to buy his first car.We went to a few lots before we stopped here. He found a couple cars he was interested in. Gyrone, was helping us. We let him know we were going to check out a couple other car lots. That is when we crossed into the nightmarish car lots that I despise. We immediately went back to Beaverton Car Company. They have definitely got me as a return customer when I decide to upgrade, and when my daughter is ready to buy her first vehicle. They have a great variety of cars, reasonable prices, great customer service, very friendly, very relaxed environment. I want to thank you for such a great experience.

After looking at several cars at many dealers in the Portland/Beaverton/Hillsboro area, we went back to Beaverton Car Company. They were helpful with no pressure, hastles or negotiation gimmicks! They provided carfaxes on the cars we were interested in. They answered all our questions, gave us a great price, and went out of the way to facilitate the purchase in a very short time! Customer service was absolutely outstanding!! And by the way, we just love our Camry!
