They claimed to have a good reputation and said my electric car was in demand and they had people interested in it, so they made me an offer. So I decided to drive all the way out there then they acted like oh electric isn't popular I don't know... then went way down on their offer. Maybe this is what it's always like but I didn't appreciate it.

The customer service is EXCELLENT! Raul Rivera Leos - my sales professional - took very good of me and I never felt pressured to buy a vehicle or that I had to 'buy now or lose a great deal!' I did buy a car from them and am VERY satisfied with the experience. I would DEFINITELY recommend their dealership if you're looking for a no-presser buying experience!

**Updated Review** Bought a 2013 X5 BMW three weeks ago. The check engine light came on about 10 days after buying the car. The car began “limping” and dies occasionally when it’s idling. I was told I could pay $250 to have Beaverton Car Company fix it. Instead I took it to the BMW dealership of Portland where it’s been sitting for a week waiting for a diagnostic test. I really like the car, and I hope that I don’t regret this decision in the long run. (8/17) Easy and streamlined service. We left the lot within 2 hours day with a beautiful new car. Raul was professional, easy to work with and respectful.

We have been looking for a specific vehicle and saw they had one advertised on their lot. Called ahead to make sure it was still there. Julia even pulled it up front so it was ready when we got there. Really enjoyed working with Julia throughout the process. She was very helpful, personable and nice. She also made the process as painless as possible. Love our new (to us) car! Thank you Julia!

I was just looking around for local cars because I’m going to need to replace my current one soon and decided to stop here. I was greeted by Julia who actively listened for what I was looking for and showed me great options! It’s nice that she took my needs into consideration and didn’t try to sell me something i wasn’t looking for. Would definitely recommend especially if Julia is working!! I will be back once I’m ready to make my purchase.
