I loved Hyundai Kearney Mesa in San Diego. I went there for my two Hyundai's for over 10 years. Excellent repair service & customer service. The Hyundai in Beaverton is terrible. Rude people, awful customer service. Prices and repair are not trustworthy. Something not right about this dealership. The mechanic told us he couldn't remove a part because the screw or bolt was stuck. So in order to do the repair it was going to cost extra 100's to remove it on top of original repair. We took it to a different maintenance shop & they removed the part no problem & fixed the original issue. Then I had an issue with the steering column. When I called to get a quote they refused & said I had to pay $150 to get a quote. The guy was new so he put me on hold and a woman got on the phone told me I had a recall regarding the engine light. Then she said so you are having engine issues? She didn't even listen to what I needed. I told her I wanted a quote on a repair for my steering & she told me it would be at least $3000. I got a quote from the place that helped me after the last issue w Hyundai repair & the same repair was $600. This dealership is corrupt. Unless your Hyundai is under warranty I would NOT get any repairs done here. If this was my only experience w Hyundai I would never buy a Hyundai again.

Came here this afternoon on 8/29 to check out the Tucson and hopefully have someone to walk us through what made the car stand out. As soon as we arrived, some younger guy with a black mask comes out and looks at us as if we were bothering him. No "hello" or "how can I help you?". We played along and he said, "go look at the red one" in the showroom. Not a great start but clearly could not be bothered. We started looking around and a nice guy with an arm in a sling asked if he had been helped and we pointed to the first guy who reluctantly came over and he immediately could not be bothered. I asked him about the trim levels and he just rattled off a list of features without context and ends with "..and yeah, I don't know". So I ask him, "wait - you don't know?" which is followed by a "well, I just told you". At this point, I was wondering if this is how they conduct their sales and if this is their idea of customer service. I talked to an Asian salesman and told him my experience with the other guy and hes somewhat more helpful but when asked to help me identify the first guy, he was defensive and acted like he did not know who else was working that day. The whole experience was really off-putting and overall poor service from everyone. Surprised they get any sales if this is how they operate.

Great service - rotated tires and checked brakes as part of regular oil change! Took nearly 2 hours, but they were short-staffed that day. Friendly service and Covid precautions carefully adhered.

I walked in on a busy Saturday evening, and Hamid wasted no time helping me find the car I needed. I explained my needs and there was no attempt to sell me on a more expensive option that wouldn't suit my goals. All hands were on deck to assure my complete satisfaction. Even so, it was a busy night, so when the transaction began to take a while, the staff served myself and the other customers dinner.Also of note, they couldn't resale the car I intended to trade in. So rather than turning me away or offering me the lowest possible return on the vehicle, they applied the car's built in rebate to my down payment, let me keep the car, and recommended ways to get the greatest cash return on it.So far, I have no complaints.

I planned originally to test drive a couple other vehicles, but Beaverton Hyundai's helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism made the car buying experience very simple. The process ran smoothly and I am very satisfied with my new 2017 Hyundai Elantra with tech package. Tim Burke provided a good overview of the car and guided me through a test drive that gave me time to evaluate the performance and features under different driving conditions (freeway, turning/parking in a parking lot, coming to a quick stop, blindspot detection). I would definitely recommend Beaverton Hyundai.

My boyfriend and I had our sights set on a Hyundai Elantra hatchback in theory based on what we had read, but after a less than great experience at a dealership in Gresham, I was starting to doubt that I would find an Elantra I liked. Then we visited Beaverton Hyundai and met Hamid. He was incredibly helpful and took time to point out and explain the features of the car that addressed my specific concerns. I knew this car came with lots of features, but I had no idea just how many there were! Sharing the car with my boyfriend meant needing a car that works for us both, and with all the ways to adjust the seat (including height) and steering, even down to the tension in the steering wheel, this car was the one for us. Fortunately Hamid was there to point these features and more that addressed my concerns - some of which I hadn't even told him I had, he just knew somehow! Very awesome :)We never felt pressured by Hamid or Tarek from finance, and loved the added touch of making sure my boyfriend and I both got full sets of keys at no extra charge. I will absolutely recommend this dealership to anybody looking to buy a car, and someday when it's time to get another car, I will be back. This dealership was very professional, courteous, informative and helpful. They were not "pushy" or aggressive instead patient and considerate. I have always been a Honda owner and think highly of them but a good firend insisted I look at Hyundai as they have been a very satisfied Hyundai owner for many years. So I visited the dealership so that I could truthfully tell my friend I had looked at Hyundais even though I was intent on buying a Honda. However, my visit, test drive and interaction with the staff and sales personnel at the Beaverton Hyundai dealership as well as the car, service and warranty changed my mind. So, I now own a 2017 Sonata and look forward to many happy years of ownership. I have always keep my vehicles for many, many years and I expect that will not change with my new Hyundai.

This was my first time purchasing a car and I felt taken advantage of. The salesman was more interested in a sale than customer satisfaction. I felt rushed and pressured to purchase my first car. After my purchase the salesman called me to ask why I would not have a favorable review of my experience. When I told him that I felt taken advantage of, he asked me if my mother felt the same way about the purchase. This was incredibly invalidating as I was the one purchasing the car, not my mother. I felt taken advantage of because of my age and gender. The salesman promised to talk to his manager about my experience and I received no response after one month. I would not recommend Hyundai or this dealership to anyone.

It was a pleasure buying a car here since we were from Pennsylvania and did not know what to expect. I had a very good experience. This was the first time I was getting a vehicle by myself and I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable at any point. The representatives at this dealership did an excellent job of explaining everything and in making sure that I understood the reasoning behind the suggestions they made. And even though there was of course the motivation to "close the sale", it didn't feel like that was what they were trying to do, which made a huge impact on the positive experience.

My sales agent was great, very thorough and helpful. My only issue was the negotiation process on my trade in. The initial offer was pathetic and i almost walked out at that point. In addition, i wish someone would have provided me the full breakdown of all the fess, interest rate, cost of extended warranty, etc to review before i made my final decision.

My salesperson, Tim Burke was thorough when explaining the car's features and took me on the best test drive I have ever experienced. Andrew Harrison did a good job the evening I picked up the Tucson explaining the features of the car. But, most importantly, I was treated with respect and not like a woman who was not capable of choosing her own vehical. Sales Manager, Dan Warner and Financial Manager Tarek Eldeeb also are very experienced and informative with the part they played in the purchase of the Tucson. I also feel that the after-the-sale experience will be just as good as the experience of buying the car.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Everyone was pleasant and knowledgeable. From setting an appointment via text message to the car being front and center when we arrived everything was perfectly setup. The test drive was very well planned out and let me truly get a feel for the different aspects of the cars handling and features. The staff was very receptive to our needs and desires. They didn't try to upsell us on anything unnecessary but made sure we were fully aware of all of options. We are already considering our next Hyundai purchase at this dealership.

Brandon Fonville, in service, is simply fantastic. He is the main reason I service my car at the dealership. I gave this dealership a "4" in the "friendliness" category mainly because of the service department. The purchase part was just satisfactory. It would have been better had I known I was going to have to deal with two finance associates. It's hard enough interacting with just one finance guy, but to get unknowingly "handed off" to a second one put a cramp in the purchase experience. Not to mention the finance manager was clearly tired from a long day and did not have the friendly and courteous demeanor you would expect to find at Beaverton Hyundai.

I love the Santa Fe! I wanted a vehicle that was roomier and sat up higher than my beautiful Venetian Red Sonata. The 2014 Sonata is a very sharp looking car (the 2015 and 2016 are not as eye catching) but not practical now that my husband is so disabled and needs to use a wheelchair and walker. The Santa Fe is a lovely Red Wine color, fun to drive and great gas mileage; 32 MPG on a recent trip to the coast. We are really pleased with it! Susan Johnson

We have been looking for a Tuscon for some time and had made a plan to buy one in 2018. Finally in 2016 they came our with the color we wanted, Sedona Sunset. We were invited in for an oil change and appraisel of our Elantra and when all was said and done we were made a deal that we could not pass up and our thinking was that if we paymit off by 2018 we accomplish our original goal. This is our 4th Hyundai in 4 years and we have enjoyed them all, have had no issues with any of them and have been treated well on all fronts.

I got a call from Luis Haro at Beaverton Hyundai, it wasn't unusual, he periodically checked in on my old car, sending emails to remind me of service needed and sending me offers to save on service. That day though, he was wanting to know if I was interested in trading in my 2013 for a new 2017, offering to payoff the old car. He made me a great deal, and spent over an hour with me setting everything up and showing me how all the features of the technology works! It was a great experience! During the finance part of the deal however there was a mistake, Luis stood right by the deal that was offered when the business manager disagreed. Tareek did a great job explaining the finance paperwork with me and got me and daughter on our way in no time!I got the original deal and am super happy with my car! It is beautiful and soooo fun!

I brought in a 2016 Veloster Turbo that I had bought last year at another dealer. My relationship with my now fiance' had progressed and I needed to get her a family car. The Veloster was kind of a dream car for me and was difficult to let go of. I knew I would have some negative equity to deal with. Beaverton Hyundai made it very reasonable and not so painful. I now have a beautiful vehicle to give my future wife as a graduation present for completing Physician Assistant school. It is a vehicle that I believe will serve us very well for the next 10+ years. I have the Platinum Protection on it also. These guys did very well and I really appreciate their efforts. I have another vehicle in need of replacement in the next 6-12 months and depending on if another Hyundai makes sense for us I will likely be back.

I would recommend working with this dealership. As always, come in prepared with all the questions you might have. Be sure to get all the information you need and be upfront about your financial situation, trade in, down payment, credit, etc. Once they understand your situation, they will be able to help you out. The only 'up-sell' they tried to give me was a clear coat on my Genesis Coupe. It would have been nice, but frankly it seemed extremely overpriced. They were friendly when I declined this feature.

Amanda Garcia was who helped me and honestly I thought initially she would come with the typical hustle a customer approach, but it was far from that. My experience at Beaverton Hyundai was better than I expected. Amanda Garcia was friendly and very helpful when selecting a vehicle. Although I already had financing when I went to see them, the finance manage Tarek, was able to give me a couple more options. There wasn't a lot of unnecessary haggling over the vehicle price, nor was there the 3 to 4 hour delay that often happens when a sales person goes to speak with the finance manager. I would definitely recommend them.

The staff really went out of their way to make a deal we could say yes to (after saying no a few times!) The car is great and we are thoroughly enjoying all the features. It's easy to list only negative experiences, so will instead start with positive:- When arrived, greeted by sales rep quickly and professionally.- Test drives were easy with minimal sales pressure.- Location is good, though finding entrance is not ideal (especially with construction on adjacent roads)- There was an issue with vehicle at purchase that they got resolved quickly for me. A scratch on instrument panel was observed before I took the keys while on the lot. They arranged for a replacement the next business day. That is the positive (the bad listed below)The bad- On first visit they wanted to do an appraisal on my vehicle while test driving. After return, had to ask for keys so we can leave (we were left hanging) and when asked about appraisal, were told they only do so if we are ready to start negotiations. REALLY? why ask for my keys if not going to do so? Very unprofessional.- I sent an email regarding above and a appearance issue (cigar left just outside door) to main email address. NEVER got a followup. Week later while visiting again, I did find out they received it (and took care of cigar issue), but no confirmation sent back to me.- Similarly, sent email to sales rep using main email address, but it was never forwarded on to him. Whoever got it apparently deleted it rather than deal with hassle of forwarding on to appropriate person.Above should have been signs to move to a new dealership, but I continued to give benefit of doubt...- Through Costco Auto, requested a quote from them twice, week apart, and never got a response from them both times.- During negotiations for a Tucson, sold a Vin etching/theft protection (really didn't want, but they kept pushing). In end, since I was told it covers $40k of car, I decided to just accept. AFterwards found the documents signed show only $4k of coverage. I confirmed with my wife if I heard wrong and she heard same of $40k. This is still a legal concern with me and yet to decide if further legal followup will be pursued on this.- I noted they advertise as BBB accredited, but BBB shows then as NOT accredited. When I asked manager regarding this, he said he would get it resolved as they should be. 1 1/2 weeks later, BBB still shows as NOT accredited.- Regarding the issue with the scratch on the instrument panel, it was arranged for me to drop off at 9am that monday. Night before I got an email from sales rep saying 11am. Never got response to my return email questioning appt time. I showed up inbetween (drop off early for the now 11am time) to find sales rep wasn't working that day and they had me down now for Wednesday. After jumping between another sales rep who was caught in middle but working to make it right and service, they took car and gave me a loaner for the day (strong cigarette smelling used car loaner...UGH). Using the bluelink app, I watched in the afternoon as they kept the engine running for over an hour while all doors were open as they worked on it, returning with 1/3 tank less gas. In end, issue was resolved (they replaced entire instrument console panel), but how they got to that resolution was not a good experience.- Finally, it shouldn't take 4 1/2 hours to finalize purchase of a car. Last time I purchased a car with trade-in was through Toyota and only took just over 2 hours.Overall, the followup from staff back to me on many of the issues would have helped immensely, but as soon as any negative/questioning concerns are made, suddenly no one responds to emails or concerns themselves with the customer.

We had some substantial warrantee work done here a month ago ( due to the convenience of their location), they told us we would need to return the following week for more warrantee work that would take two days. They were rude and difficult to deal with, so we returned to the dealer that sold us our car, in order to get the second substantial item of warrantee work done. Guess what?! The seal they replaced was leaking like a sieve and all the work they had done needed to be redone, and the second repair wasn't needed at all! Do not trust these guys to do any repairs to your car period!!!!

Associates were very responsive in scheduling an initial appointment, and took their time to show me both the 2015 and 2016 models. Although there were better incentives for the 2015 models, we opted to go with the 2016. Price discussions were fair, non-confrontational, and quick, as was the paperwork to conclude the transaction.

I'm Michael,and just the other day purchased a 2002 Toyota Tacoma,so my son could have my RAV4 for college..Two primary people ,Richard and Tarek,were fantastic..Fast,personable,honest,went out of their way to do what was necessary,got me a great deal,excellent loan percentage,and my Tacoma looked Showroom when I picked it up...Can't say enough about them.....Eric,the director of sales,however,is a different story..He has no interpersonal skills,is rude,uncaring,and seemingly nasty...Example-I got in slightly pre 0900,was taken to sales office to pick up my truck,sat down by one of the workers,told I would be done in 10 minutes,he left..30 minutes later,still alone and waiting,I got up and asked this individual in an office sitting down,what was going on.I explained myself politely,and the circumstances..."They won't be in till 10am..Go walk around and come back at 10am..."He then went back to his papers,never once introduced himself,gave me his name,or even got up...Excuse me ?Richard and Tarek finally got in,truck immaculate,I got under way...Fantastic work on Richard and Tarek's part...Eric needs to be moved to janitorial....He will have better relations with his equipment instead of having to deal with people..Eric is the only reason I have not given B.H. a full 5 stars....His "I don't give a xxxx" attitude ruined a fantastic experience....Mike T,RN..

Luis gave me great customer service. He never tried pushing anything. Luis was funny, friendly and treated me like a person. The one thing I appreciated the most was his efforts of staying in communication with me. Ultimately I walked out of there feeling good about my purchase. Dan was just as great. Both these guys left a lasting impression. Luis worked to retain a customer not to sale a car. Go see this guy, you wont be disappointed.

My sales person was friendly, he wasn't pushy, he made sure I got what I wanted, and he stayed late on a Saturday night to get it done. That was followed up with a great financing experience. We needed a new vehicle for our family of six (that didn't rattle every time we stopped at a light) so we checked out Beaverton Hyundai's website. We contacted them about the one we were most interested in and Luis quickly got back to us and gave us a full run-down on the car. Because we're not local to the area, we knew we'd need to be pretty sure about it before we drove 3 hours to test drive. Luis was awesome and not only told us what we needed to know, but he FaceTimed us and gave us a live video tour of the car. Then he took us on a virtual test drive so we could see and hear how the van ran. No salesman has ever done this for us and we were blown away with his resourcefulness and dedication to helping us.We were so pleased with the car when we finally drove it ourselves. It's been ours for a week now and we love it!

My husband and I had been looking around at SUV's for a few weeks when we stopped by Beaverton Hyundai to look at a used Ford Escape on their lot. Luis greeted us and asked questions about what we were looking for and why - the most refreshing thing about this experience is that Luis actually LISTENED to what we wanted AND to understood our budget. When it came right down to it, we realized that we really couldn't afford an SUV will all of the bells and whistles we wanted. Luis helped us understand that, and found us a brand new Hyundai Sonata with all of the features we were looking for in a Ford Escape (with better gas mileage)! While we didn't get the larger vehicle, at the end of the day that was something we were willing to let go in order to get all of the other fantastic features. We also really appreciated that there was no pressure at Beaverton Hyundai. When we asked about price, Dan came out and talked to us side-by-side with Luis (none of that back and forth slimy sales tactics with other dealerships) and gave us a fair price. It was a fantastic experience and I will certainly be back when it's time to purchase another vehicle! Thank you!

This is the third car in the last 14 months we have bought from this guy!!! With at least 35 years of car buying experience under my belt and 9 different brand new cars I have rolled off the lot in. I can not recall anything about the sales people that have helped me. Eduard takes new car shopping to an all new level of integrity and customized customer service. Eduard listen carefully asked questions dialogued with me about what it was I was looking for in a new car. I thought I knew but realized after trying several different cars out there was always something not quite right, Eduard never got frustrated with me or lost patience, he was an eloquent gentleman every single step of the way. He guided me through a host of options, he didn't steer me on any level. Once we found the right model, color, and package on the car I just knew it was the right one, I was thrilled. Eduard sat down with me and invited Dan over to work up the numbers with me all the time never feeling like they were pushing me to the breaking point. I came out with an amazing deal I can live with and still feed the family. This is a dealership with people like Dan and sales people like Eduard who we will always be loyal to, he is fun light hearted and filled with stories that will warm your heart, truly one in a million. My wife and I were looking at buying a new 4Runner and had looked around a bit. When we pulled into Beaverton Toyota and got out and started looking, Jeff Eddy walked up to us and asked how we were and if we wanted to look at anything. He was very relaxed and answered all of our questions and had no problems walking us back and forth between all the 4Runners, even checking out the same ones back and forth. We took test drives of 3 vehicles and throughout the whole experience (across 2 days) he never tried to force any sales or push us into everything. Overall it was a great experience and we ended up buying our 4Runner there. Jeff was very nice and put up with our barrage of questions with no issues. Would recommend anyone looking for a Toyota to check this place out!

I was tired of driving a vehicle that I was worried was going to leave me stranded. I talked with friends and family and found a car online I liked. I called Beaverton Hyundai and talked to Denzel Thompson and set up an appointment to come look at the car. when I got there i realized I did not want to spend that much for a car that had 120,000 miles and Denzel started showing me other vehicles. A 2012 Hyundai Sonata caught my eye as I was looking at other cars. we looked at a car that I kinda liked but. I had told Denzel I did not want to settle with just any car. Denzel was running back and forth getting keys and I kept stepping back to the sonata. He looked at me and said you don't want it ok lets move on. we started talking about the sonata and took it for a drive at that point I felt like I was buying from family. Dan warner treated me just as nice during the paper work and they both expressed that the stress of bring on a car payment wouldn't last and that I would enjoy the car, and man they were so right. when they detailed the car they lost the floor mats and Dan found me a set and was able to find me the books and spare keys. I would defenetley go there again. sales get 5 stars from me.

We had a really nice car and were "just doing research" when we stopped by. Eric, the sales manager greeted us warmly with no pressure. We were interested only in one car: Genesis Coupe with Auto. We told them we were out to test about 4 or 5 cars (Subaru coupe, Scion coupe and Lexus). Wouldn't consider Beaverton Infiniti because they started by bad mouthing BMW and it went downhill from there. Anyway, Eric said he'd get a salesman to help us out and pointed us in the direction of the coupes. Roger came out a few minutes later and we'd already seen the car we were interested in. No high pressure. Went for a drive and let me tell you, this is twice the car of the 328 X-drive. No, it doesn't have AWD but the Genesis really is an exceptional car. Even the salesman had one! They really were nice people and didn't push you to buy all the extra stuff. They gave us a fair price on our trade-in (Literally "fair blue book") but it was a heavily discounted 2013 (the last one) and to make a long story short, I've driven it 3 times in the three weeks we've owned it! We stopped for someone in a crosswalk and they stopped to point at our car and say, "Nice car!" We left, drove the Subaru ("what will it take to make the deal today") and then came back without driving the Scion (4 cylinder) or the Lexus (too expensive anyway). 10 year warranty, $10,000 less (at least) than a 428 and over 100HP more than the 328? It was an easy choice. The whole sales experience was the bonus. Thanks Roger and Eric. We really, really love the car. I get to wash and wax it and she gets to drive it!

My experience at Beaverton Hyundai was SUPERB. My vehicle was in critical condition and with the help of Beaverton Hyundai I feel like I am driving a brand new car. Not only did they treat my car like it was their own, but I too was treated like family. The customer service feels "small town" even though they are conveniently located in downtown Beaverton. As a young woman I felt like I didn't have to worry about being taken for my lack of knowledge on automobiles. I will be back for everything and anything because of their ability to be thorough with my car and honest and trustworthy with me. We were in need of a replacement vehicle and shopped around. We ended up at Beaverton Toyota and we were greeted by Kevin Haines who took the time to show us many used vehicles. We had a price range we needed to stay within and he did an amazing job showing us cars that met that criteria and did not try to up sell us. We landed on a Honda Pilot and the closing of the deal was painless. We decided on an extended warranty, but were not pushed towards that decision at all. If you are in the market for a Toyota or a quality used car, do yourself a favor and check them out. Ask for Kevin and you will not be disappointed.

I have received all my service from Beaverton Hyundai since I purchased my 2007 Accent SE and have always been treated great and quickly on any of the services I have had done. They have gone above and beyond to see that everything was handled to my satisfaction. They have always been courtious to explain anything I didn't understand and make corrections to anything needing them. I have always felt comfortable getting my services from them without feeling any pressure or uncertainty of what was needed. I came here to but my 1st car. I am a recent college grad and needed a good deal. Hamid really listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me to buy something out of my price range. In the end I got a good deal but it took a lot of bartering to get to the ideal monthly rate and interest, therefore I felt like I was there forever. I do feel like they wanted me to go home with a car, and didn't pressure me to pay something I could not, and I appreciated that. Hamid gave me a thorough tutorial on the car and I felt like I knew how to operate everything before I left, which was great. Overall a nice experience.

I bought a 2010 low mileage Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from them about 2 months ago now. Initially sales team were keen to make sure all was as we wanted but were a little pushy. Problems started once I left the dealership. I took the Jeep to the NW Jeep/Chrysler dealership to confirm service history and found that the Jeep I had bought had a long list of issues that they had noted including a potentially serious engine oil leak and so had sold the car on. Shame on me for not checking with them first before buying but a simple check by Hyundai would have found this and was not picked up in pre-sale checks by their service team either. After some haggling the Hyundai dealership did resolve the engine issue at their expense though this was something I had to push for and had I not checked could have resulted in very serious engine issues and a large bill for an engine rebuild. At the time of buying the Jeep I had also been told the Jeep came with specialist locking wheel lugs to prevent theft. Great idea, though what the sales guys didn't tell me was that they didn't have the key to unlocking these making them worse than useless. When I realized this and went back to ask them to remove the offending wheel lugs they told me it wasn't something they could help with and that i'd have to pay to have them removed and that they still felt it was a 'feature'. Had I had a flat out in the mountains with them on i'd have had no way of removing and replacing the flat tire. Another trip to NW Jeep and a $100 down they are now removed. So for used cars they seem to want to pump through volume and not worry about ensuring what the consumer gets is a good quality and complete car. Very disappointed and not somewhere I would ever recommend friends to shop for cars.

Roger contacted me after I made an on-line inquiry about the Elantra model Hyundai. I had read about it in Consumer's Report on automobiles at the library. We made an appointment for the following day, and I went to the dealership not expecting to purchase a car that day. Roger answered all my questions and convinced me that the Elantra was a high quality car with an affordable price. What I particularly appreciated is that he did not use any high pressure tactics and seemed totally sincere and honest in his advocacy for Hyundai autos. From the moment we showed up at the lot we were greeted with great customer service. After previously leaving Beaverton Toyota due to their lack of interest in my wife and I, it was refreshing to run into Eduard. We weren't high dollar customers by any means (our budget capped at 8k) but Eduard devoted all of his time and energy to helping us find the right car. He showed us cars that fit my wife's preferences without pressuring us to spend more money. Aside from getting us a great deal on an Altima, he came in twice on his day off to meet once with my father who was cosigning and then a few hours later with my wife and I to finalize the deal. There was a dilemma with another sales associate that threatened to end the deal, but even then Eduard managed to resolve it while most importantly treating us like people rather than just a checkbook. Although my wife loved the car, it was ultimately Eduards service that sealed the deal. I highly recommend going to him specifically if you want an enjoyable, pressure-free car buying experience, especially if you're someone new to the scene. Wish I had met someone like him when I bought my first car.

This dealership is absolutely amazing! My fiance and I will NEVER go anywhere for a car or truck again. Dan, Brian, Amanda, and roger were so awesome and made this a memorable experience for the both of us. We were in a horrible situation with our truck with negative equity an Dan Warner worked his magic and made our Memorial Day so special by letting us bring home a beautiful 2011 dodge ram. Brian went to McDonald's and got us some dinner just because we were there almost all day! Amanda helped us a lot and gave us advice on how to get our warranty, GAP insurance ect back from our previous dealer which saved us 2000 dollars!!!! Roger was so friendly and kept making sure we didn't need anything else, he had such great customer service and made us feel at home. It was an excellent sales experience. I did not think I could even get financing on the car I wanted. Sure enough I got financed and at a good rate and a lower payment than I thought. Overall this was a great experience. I didn't feel pressured and everyone was very honest. I had the feeling right from the beginning these guys knew what they were doing and it showed throughout the entire process.

Origionally purchased a ford F-150 King Ranch and traded in my Hummer. Was low balled on my trade. Took the F-150 home and had problems with the window switches not rolling up the windows. Service replaced the switches and Brandon was great to work with. Had a major mechanical issue that was also noticed. Tech could not duplicate the problem after two appointments. On the third appointment I asked to take the tech on the drive because I could get the truck to have the problem every time. Truck was in the shop a week and a half and when I got it back it still has the same problem. I was told it would be an engine replacement that would cost $7000 - $9000. Dealership did not want to fix the truck. I asked about trading back and getting my Hummer back. I made an apppointment with Greg and he was going to have all the numbers ready. When I got there Greg dished me off to someone else who tried doing the used car song and dance going back and forth with numbers etc. I told him that Greg said he was going to have the numbers ready, The dealership already had all of my information since I had just bought a truck there. Greg then came back with some numbers and I was so deserate to get out of the horrible truck purchase I ended up getting my origional vehicle back. I traded it in for 13000 and ended up buying it back for 22000. So I bought a piece of junk, took it back and bought my original vehicle back for 9000 more.......Then at finance they tried sneaking in a 2500 service contract and charged me 400 dollars for some stupid anti theft window etching that is worthless. Greg never kept his word on the promises he made when buying the F-150 and I was totally used and taken advantage of. I will never, ever ever ever go back to Beaverton Hyundai and I will do everything in my power to route everyone I can away from Beaverton Hyunai, Beaverton Nissan and Damorow Ford.

I went to Beaverton Hyundai with a check engine light after being hit in a fender bender. The crew was very nice, and Stephen was very knowledgeable and professional. He went above and beyond letting me know that the repairs done were not optimal and why not. He took the car for inspection and told me he would call me in two hours. After exactly two hours he called me with a complete diagnose of the problem, saying what consequences it has, what the repair is, what it would improve and final price. The repair was done same day. He told me what I should service in the next few miles and I was ready to go. As far as the condition of the repair regarding to the fender bender, he suggested giving the insurance his phone number to help me prove that the repair should have been done differently.I have nothing to say but excellent things about Stephen.

Nick had helped my dad get a great deal on a new Genesis a couple weeks ago, and was then tasked with identifying a new Genesis 3.8 manual track version. He got one of the only ones in town and allowed us to test drive it and fall in love. Fast forward a short couple hours later and we were working a deal for a trade in and purchase of the new car. I felt welcomed by most of the entire staff in my 3-4 total hours at the dealership. Nick was definitely the star for me though because he walked us through the whole process, answering any questions we had, and did a phenomenal job of relating to us and breaking it down in a manageable way. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. I was very happy with Nick and he should be considered a strong sales asset for the dealership for years to come.

Went in for an extra set of keys made, and the service employee went the extra mile to make 2 sets, plus look for a lost key fob as well as give us the lowest cost possible. Super friendly and easy to work with. My favorite dealership by far! We bought our 2011 Elantra from this dealership and will ALWAYS go here.

I was so happy when i bought my car from Hyundai Beaverton. The sales representative and the manager are very friendly, accomodating and hospitable.They explained it to me everything about my car and they helped me for my insurance too.After 2 days i got my car they followed up if if am satisfied or love my car and gave the schedule of my first car service. The salesman was very kind and respectful. He wasn't pushy and made me feel comfortable. I think 5 people said hello to me with a smile without making feel like they're after my wallet.

We first saw the Hyundai Tuscon at the Portland auto show. We had already settled in our minds from on line research that we would most likely buy a Honda CRV. The Tuscon immediately caught our eye and attention. It was the first time we had seen this car. The attractiveness of the car is what caught our eye, but the comfort and details excited us. My husband who is over 6 feet tall was able to stretch his legs completely out in the front seat of the Tuscon. We were able to look at the car with no pressure from sales people during the auto show. We visited all of the dealerships and cars similar to the Tuscon during our time there. Once we decided that we might buy this car, we talked to Eric Holmes from Beaverton Hyundai who was working the show that evening. Eric was agreeable and helpful. We told him what package and color we were interested in. We set an appointment for the next day to test drive the Tuscon at Beavertpn Hyundai. We met John, who was enthusiastic about the Tuscon and gave us the leeway we needed to test drive and get a feel for the car. John gave us his support throughout the negotiation and final delivery of the car to make sure the car package we ordered was exactly as we had requested. John continued to follow up and communicate to us before and after the delivery. The Beaverton Hyundai sales team was very responsive in looking for the exact car we wanted and did not try and talk us into something else on hand. They were also responsive and professional in negotiating the sale price we were comfortable with. We wanted to get our own loan from our credit union and Tarek at Beaverton Hyundai worked with our lender and took care of all the paperwork, and was patient with us in making several changes to the contract at our request. In the end we got everything we asked for with ease. The delivery of the car was as scheduled. Before we drove the car away, Tilla, one of the sales technicians went over everything about the car with us. He helped introduce us to, and set up the navigation and blue tooth systems so we could drive away comfortably with something that was both new to both my husband and I. We appreciated his sense of humor, and his ease with providing us his knowledge of the car.Overall, every team member of the Beaverton Hyundai dealership, from the first person we met at the auto show, through our test drive and the people who did the sales negotiation, the finance officer, and the technician who familiarized us with the car, was excellent.

They advertise cars they no longer have (or had) on their lot then try to get you into some used Hyundai that you were never interested in. This dealership is shady. We were looking for a car for our daughter and went to Beaverton Hyundai because they said they advertised on their website and Craigslist that they had a 2005 Honda Accord for sale. We went to the lot the first time, they said they didn't have any Accords. Still continued to see the same car, VIN #, etc advertising on the dealer website and Craigslist. My daughter went to the dealership to see the car - they told her it had just sold. Now two weeks have gone by and I see the same car advertisied on the dealer website and Craigslist again. I email Beaverton Hyundai about it and they tell me via email that it has been sold. Another two weeks later, they're advertising the same car... Reputable dealers do not continue to advertise cars they don't or even had. At one point I was given the excuse it takes 10 days to get the cars off the website - lame!!! We ended up buying a car at Wilsonville Jeep and the car was off their site the next day! Moral of this story, avoid Beaverton Hyundai!!! Stay away - many better and above-board dealerships out there.

Great buying experience! My salesperson exceeded my expectations throughout the process. Both of the managers Dan & Eric worked hard to earn my business. I highly recommend not only the Hyundai product, but this particular dealership as well. They are professional, friendly & knowledgeable.

I had been researching the new Santa Fe for more than a month and was in contact with almost all the dealers in the region. Unfortunately, I had the worst experience with Beaverton Hyundai. I was in contact with Christina through email. She used many games and tricks to make me go to the dealership before agreeing on the price but I refused. Eventually we came to an agreement over the price and car specs and I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle. However, she and the sales manager, Dan did not honor their written agreement and started negotiating the price from $2000 above MSRP. In addition, during the test drive I realized the picture of sticker she had sent me initially (in which the color section was not captured) was from a vehicle with different color than I was looking for while she was pretending to have the exact car in their lot at the moment. I ended up walking out of their dealership and taking my business somewhere else. Do not trust this dealership. They will use every dirty games and tricks against you and ruin your car buying experience.

Saw the exact car I wanted on their page, verified it was still there the night before. Drove from Seattle area to get my dream car, only to find a 2nd sticker price added of $7000 more?? My husband & I took the day off of work, to make sure I could get this car, drove all the way down even planning on paying asking MSRP price that was listed on the website. When confronted about the 2nd sticker, they informed us it was for the 'cool factor' of the car. Really?? Then add it to the ad you put on the website! Unlisted 33% surprise markup for cool factor?? We were furious, we offered MSRP, they wouldn't 'go that low' and we left. The sales guy we worked with was trying his best to be friendly, but sales manager wouldn't budge to MSRP. Will not ever purchase a car here, and will warn others of their unadvertised 2nd sticker surprises.

Granted we were unable to afford the car we wanted today but our salesperson Matthew and the finance maanger are outstanding people. My wife and I drove into the lot out of the blue just for fun to look at cars. We are heavlly credit challenged so we thought we didnt even have a chance to buy a car but the team at that site were amazing, they found us funding that was a great monthly car payment that we could afford. It was fast fun and easy, the problem was we didnt have the proper down payment (that was our fault), but with their guidance we now have a plan and we will be back at the end of September to buy a car. We know our price range and what we want, we would like to think that the car we want wont have sold by then but we know there is little chance of that. We will be back and thank you so much.

Please note I did not buy a car from them. Their price was very competitive. The only reason I did not buy from them was- Their refusal to share price information over email or phone, and insistence on coming down to dealership. And when you provide publicly available information such as HPP pricing, they find it - Though Mike Long is the so called "internet sales manager", he somehow wants to do everything in person and still, I never heard directly from him or met him when I visited the dealership. For above reasons, I take off 1 points from Great to Good.Otherwise, the service, straightforwardness, honesty and helpfulness of Sarah was remarkable. As someone who has been to a few dealerships, this place was quite distinct. On my visit to the dealership, Sarah was helpful in finding out the right car for me which fitted my budget and my needs. I was looking for Sonata GLS and they had atleast 6 cars of this model with them. So, their inventory is definitely huge. Overall, I would recommend them as your shortlist of dealerships to visit when considering Hyundai.

This has to be one of the worst Hyundai dealerships I've ever been to. The service people seem more intent on selling overpriced parts rather than service. My wife and I bought a Santa Fe from this dealer and found the dealer to be pretty shady. They attempted to change the price of the car at the last minute, so be very careful when dealing with them. As for the service, after having the car for only 4000 miles, one of the tires went flat. We took the car back to the service center but they spent a day looking for a leak and not able to find it. They refilled the tire and put it back on the car, but by the next morning, it was going flat again. My wife took the car back in and they "found" a shard of stone in the sidewall and proceeded to tell her that they would not cover this kind of damage and she would need to buy a new tire. Now, I would never buy a tire from a dealership, but since I was sleeping (working night shift) they hard sold the tire to my wife, at more than a 20% markup from other stores in the area. Upon confronting them about this, the most they would even consider doing was giving me a couple free oil changes. The service manager showed no interest for my business and in fact, at the end of the conversation thanked me for my money. Obviously, this is all they care about at Hyundai Beaverton. You will not find any service at this place of business, avoid it at all costs.

Stay away from this dealer! They are dishonest, lousy excuses for human beings. I love my Hyundai vehicles but I hate these jokers are tied to the Hyundai name. We were on the market for a new car for my wife and she knew exactly what she wanted (A brand new, black Tucson Limited). Unfortunately, this dealership was the only one around our area who had exactly what she wanted. The salesperson called in his dorky friend (which, apparently, was also his brother) to sell a load of s**t to us and to basically finish the deal. They said they were going to give us free tires for life because we are great, smiling people. We said thanks of course and proceeded. They talked briefly about our trade-in (a 2002 Dodge Neon with less than 60k miles--KBB of $4500 at the time) but never mentioned what they were going to give for it. Finally, we said okay and went to meet with the finance person in the back and my wife asked what we were getting for the car. He said $500!!!!! She said no way and the finance person showed how we initialed "next to" the spot where the guy had it written down on the checklist, but the checklist was conveniently folded and we never saw the number for the trade-in. So, the finance person went out and got the joker that finalized the deal and wouldn't ya know it, he said that the reason for the free tires for life is to make up for the hit on the trade-in and he couldn't possibly give more and could only give "free stuff". My wife was extremely mad by now and said $3000 or we walk out. The finance person made it happen finally. But, we are from WA. They knew that but failed to compute the taxes in the loan...which meant we got a nice surprise when we registered the car and had to pay more than $2000 for the tax (out of pocket). Now, my wife was losing air in one of the tires and we called to see about getting a new one with our great "tires for life". Wouldn't ya know it, the "tires for life" is only when the "tires wear out". Ridiculous! I refuse to take either of my cars there for anything and won't even take it back for tires now! You have been warned and beware of tricks! A black-eye for the Hyundai name!

Asked salesman to find all cars within certain price range, he showed me 1. Liked it, but was did not fit into the category of right price for me. Told me it was not negotiable whatsoever. Also asked for car fax, histoty of vehicle (nissan altime) at least 6 times and he never did end of getting them for me. Had bought a car from them in past and was somewhat satisfied even though I way overpaid for a Honda, so I thought I would try them again...bad idea, was very dissapointed:(
